We invite girls to sign up and join us for a golf taster session. It doesn’t matter if you’re sporty or not, whether you’ve tried it before or a complete beginner, come along and join us for a fun session with interactive games, all led by a PGA Golf Professional What will the afternoon involve? Welcome refreshments30-45 minute session on the driving range including games with Ben Knight, PGA Professional30 minute putting gamesPlay 4 holes on a shortened course - get the feel for the courseComplimentary refreshments at the end of the sessionAll equipment and balls will be provided. Juniors aged 7 - 16 years old. Juniors will be accompanied at all times. Safeguarding form will be sent to parents for completion prior to the event. No golf clothing required. Dear Leaders and Helpers, Following the amazing success of GO Beavers in recent years we are excited to announce…. GO BEAVERS 25 will happen at Blackland Farm Outdoor Centre, RH19 4HP on Sunday 8th June 2025. Registration on the day will be from 09.45. The day will end at 16:00 Cost per Beaver will be £25. Due to the nature of the activities and the large site, we regret no children other than the Beavers or Young Leaders are allowed to be on-site, sorry. Each Beaver will receive a badge, certificate and goody bag. The event will cover many badge requirements and we will list them in your information packs. There will be 4 zones: Adventure, Explore, Fun and Create and Do. Your group will have an hour in each zone. Activities are subject to numbers but will include archery, fire lighting, inflatables, tunnels, low ropes, water fun, craft, circus skills, grass sledging and much more….. Colonies must book directly - We will NOT accept bookings from parents or districts. Eventbrite will open on Friday 1st March 2025 and close on Friday 25th April 2025 at 18:00 or when maximum numbers are booked. The maximum number of Beavers will be 800. Leaders will need to ensure they adhere to correct ratios. 1 Adult to 6 Beavers. Due to the nature of the site, we require ALL adults to hold a Scout or Guide DBS.
