If you're an experienced gravity racer or starting out and looking to move up the timesheets, then this is the Course for you. Don't miss a chance to spend a day on the trails at Rushmere Country Park honing your gravity race skills. Firecrest MTB has been training gravity racers for over 26yrs and worked with some of the world's fastest racers to improve their race results at regional, national and international races. We will train you to ride faster and enable you to race with more confidence which will ultimately move you up the timesheets get you achieving your racing goals. Course Details This Courses is for experianced Mountain Bikers aged from 12 years to 18 years old looking to develop their Downhill and Enduro Mountain Bike Racing Skills. The Courses at Rushmere Park will get you racing your Mountain Bike with more confidence and speed. These Courses will focus on advance riding techniques and the gravity disciplines of Enduro and Downhill utilising our Freelap Timing System to simulate races and accurately measure riders times and the subsequent improvements from the coaching sessions. Each rider will have access to their own Freelap Timing Chip throughout the day meaning that all your runs are timed and you can measure and see your run times and where and how you're improving. These Courses are also a great opportunity to meet likeminded racers and progress your racing skills. From learning to carry more speed on the trails through to how to get the most out of a race at Local, Regional, National and International Competitions. For mountain bikers coming through our programme of Mountain Bike Skills Courses this course builds on the skills taught on the DeVo Level2. All the training is given under the watchful eye of Firecrest MTB’s highly experienced staff providing expert tuition. If you’re looking to develop your Mountain Bike Skills these are the courses for you! All of Firecrest’s Mountain Bike Skills Courses are structured to provide a progressive programme of Mountain Bike Skills Training so you can come on them all or just come along on the days you can make to suit. NB: This course requires participants to have and wear their own Helmets (Full Face Helmets are Recomended) and Knee Pads as a minimum level of protection.
