The speed (mph) is your starting score (There is a 50 point target you could hit on the serve which would add to your mph score). Must be an inbounds serve or you start over. Step 2: Run to the kitchen. With the rest of your time you must hit pickleballs from the kitchen into the targets to obtain the goal of 500 points.
