The Dance Flash Mob Group in Waterloo is the perfect opportunity for those interested in dance to come together and create something truly special. Led by a passionate somatic psychotherapist, this group aims to provide exercise, connection, and community, while also building confidence and promoting a love for our bodies. No dance experience is required, making it accessible to everyone.

The group will meet every Thursday from February 1 to March 21, 2024, at the Hepcat Swing Dance Studio in Uptown Waterloo. The classes will run from 7-8 PM, with a total of eight sessions, including a flash mob performance. The cost for each class is $22, but there is a discount available for those who purchase all eight classes upfront for $150. Additionally, a sliding scale option is available for those in need.

If you're unable to commit to all eight classes, drop-ins are allowed with registration. However, in order to participate in the flash mob performance, attendance at a minimum of five classes is required. To register, simply email katiedixontherapy@gmail.com.
