Experience an afternoon workshop of creativity and connection at the Fall Into Creative Expression Workshop. Led by Jennifer Baldwin of NOVA Grief Support & Counseling and Kelsey Sawyer of Riverbend Grief and Movement Therapy LLC, this transformative workshop is designed for individuals aged 18 and above who are seeking to explore and process their feelings of grief in a supportive community. Through the use of movement and art, participants will have the opportunity to reflect on themes of change as they navigate through the journey of grief and loss, aligning with the season of fall.

Taking place on Saturday, November 4th from 1-3pm, the workshop will be held at Friendship United Methodist Church, located at 3527 Gallows Road in Falls Church, VA. The registration fee of $75 per person includes all art materials needed for the workshop. Prior to attending, please make sure to complete the Riverbend Yoga Waiver, as there will be gentle movement incorporated throughout the session.
