The Wombat Challenge is a disc golf event designed for beginners and held at Martha McLean-Anza Narrows Park in Riverside, CA. Following the clinic, players will engage in a round of 18 holes on a shortened layout of the Martha McLean disc golf course. The twist is that participants must exclusively use the Innova Wombat3 disc, known for its ease of grip, straight flight, and ample glide. Each entry includes a limited edition Halo Wombat3 disc and a commemorative t-shirt featuring event artwork. While the event is perfect for beginners, seasoned disc golfers can also join in on the fun. The morning concludes with a brief award ceremony to celebrate the participants' achievements. Additionally, the funds raised from this event will contribute to the replacement of Donny Hawecker's maintenance cart, which he uses daily to beautify the course.
