We arrived after midnight and the desk clerk was very welcoming and kind. He even asked if he could text me after I got into the room to make sure everything was okay. That is great customer service. And when we checked out the morning desk clerk was also very kind. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised by our experience.

Beautiful 3 BR condo with two and a half baths all on one level, with elevator and/or the stairwell to get up one level to the unit. A perfect day would be a walk on the beach in the morning watching the dolphins glide by, perhaps fishing, playing on the beach, a little pool time, nap time, and then sit on the screened deck watching the sunset. Condo sleeps 6: * King in master with bathroom; * Queen in 2nd BR (half bath); * 2 twins in 3rd BR (hall bath). ***Self check-in and self check-out. Individual codes for keypad on front door.***This is a no smoking property. No smoking in the condo, or around the pool, elevators, second floor common areas. No candles.Parking passes (2) provided for your stay. Renters park in the designated spaces in front of the building, not under the buildings. There are carts to load/unload your belongings and take up the elevator to the condo.*********Please use the shower down at the beach walkway between the two buildings to shower off sandy bodies and toys before coming up to the condo. Ocean: Please look at the warning signs/flags out at the beach. If you see red flags, that means NO SWIMMING. Can you put a tent on the beach? Small tents/canopies are allowed on our beaches, provided they are properly secured (tents over 200 ft & canopies over 400 ft need a permit). However, we strongly recommend that these structures are not left up overnight. Objects left on the beach overnight may interfere with nesting sea turtles and their hatchlings, and they also have a tendency to go missing when they are left unattended. In order to keep your visit safe and enjoyable, we suggest that any structures be removed from the beach at night. Monthly rates will have two cleanings - one in the middle, and one at the end.This unit is privately owned. We arrived after midnight and the desk clerk was very welcoming and kind. He even asked if he could text me after I got into the room to make sure everything was okay. That is great customer service. And when we checked out the morning desk clerk was also very kind. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised by our experience.
