I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights and was very impressed. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The staff kindly helped print my documents and clearly explained the late check-out options. I am very satisfied with both the hotel and its staff. Their excellent service made my stay enjoyable, and I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is excellent. The hotel offers free shuttle services to specific places, and it's also convenient to walk to the subway station. The service attitude is superb. It was my birthday the day after I checked in, and the hotel surprised me with desserts, drinks, and even a towel elephant! I've stayed in five-star hotels for my birthday before and never received such special treatment. During my stay, breakfast and supper were included, as well as a welcome drink. There were also free massages on Tuesdays and Fridays, and I could even try on traditional Thai clothes for a photo op. What's more, the hotel lobby has showers, so after checking out, I could go shopping and then come back for a refreshing shower before heading out again. So comfortable!

I had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location was convenient for getting around the city. The staff were polite and helpful whenever I needed assistance. However, there were a few minor issues during my stay. The sound insulation could be better, and there was some noise in the morning from housekeeping and people in the hallway. It didn’t completely ruin the experience, but it did affect the overall comfort a little. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel because the service and facilities were good for the price. I’d give it 4.3 out of 5 stars.

Mercure is my families most favorite hotel. We’ve been there roughly 10 times. It is our go to spot. This time around we were shocked that one of the employees was very rude. Her name was KATE! She gave me an extremely hard time at checkout I was a few minutes late and had my two little children with me and she felt the need to remind me 8 times while I was checking out. In the future I will definitely deal with a different person and she almost had me choose another hotel on our way back. Horrible customer service by KATE! I will be contacting Mercure headquarters being that I have stayed at 23 of their locations. Other than that our stay was amazing.

Galleria 12 is located in an excellent spot down an alley in the middle of downtown. It is super close to Pier 12 which has a ton of cheap and tasty food options. The pool is quite relaxing if you can ignore the construction next door. The gym comes stocked with a multipurpose machine and other equipment, but it’s rather cramped. We really enjoyed the breakfast which offered good Thai and western options. The main issue we had with the rooms was that the soundproofing was quite terrible. Our room was connected to a neighboring room by two locked doors. Unfortunately, the soundproofing was so bad that I could clearly hear my neighbors’ conversation when they were simply talking. When they were watching TV, it felt as if it was in the same room. If you’re a light sleeper, you might have a hard time.

I really enjoyed my stay at Horu Hotel Manga Dua Square. The hotel has a great location inside the Manga Dua area, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and transportation. Everything I needed was nearby, which made my trip much easier. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized with complete basic amenities. The bed was cozy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room fresh every day. The hotel environment felt safe and quiet, allowing me to rest well after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money considering the location and service quality. I would definitely stay here again and recommend Horu Hotel Manga Dua Square to travelers visiting Jakarta for both business and leisure.

I've stayed here several times now, and the staff are always warm and courteous. They pretty much accommodate all guest requests. The room they assigned me was spacious enough, and I could even see the Pixel Building right from my bed. The hotel's location is also excellent for getting around. The room had a really strong musty smell. I even specifically asked the front desk before checking in if there were any odors, and they said no. The bathtub was quite scratched, and the lampshade was broken. It's clearly an old hotel and they haven't done much to maintain it. The service was okay, I guess. For breakfast, there weren't many hot dishes, and there were a lot of Caucasians. Honestly, besides the location, there's nothing else going for it. Also, the street food stalls outside the hotel are terrible, don't even bother trying them. The toiletries were really bad too; the toothbrush shed bristles and got stuck in my teeth.

A good location hotel with foods, shopping around. Everything was good just that was not that very soundproof. Every day we go out at 12pm but around 9am onwards the corridor was quite noisy as the hotel cleaners is cleaning other rooms talking quite loudly. The hotel cleaner is good and assisting us to clear the rubbish etc just that if can lower down the volume will be better. Will consider to book this hotel again since overall is good! Can consider to stay if going for budget hotel (a 5 mins walk from center point hotel).

It was clean and everyday they change towels which I really am happy about it. Very accessible to the big malls and Pratunam and has nearby MRT going to the Suvarnabhumi airport. The only problem is sometimes the drivers, especially when you’re using the Thai app Bolt for transport, they can’t read the exact location and drop you off to another hotel on the opposite street. Better use grab or better yet just use MRT and BTS because traffic is worst in the area especially during the rush hours. PS. forgot to take photo of the room but it was nice, they have bathtubs.

A great service apartment kind of hotel that comes with a small kitchenette and washer. Very clean, well-kept and staff are friendly and welcoming. Facilities are all in excellent condition. I really enjoyed my stay here. Tutuk available on-demand to take you to the Thong Lo BTS. Location wise, it's on a really busy and chaotic part of central bangkok so if you are looking for that kinda vibe, it's fine. The room seems perfectly sound-proof though. I was on a high floor and hardly heard anything. My only big complaint is that the breakfast quality and arrangement is rather poor in my opinion - for both the continental and Asian options. By the second day, I decided to take away some of the fruits and coffee back to my room, ordered grab in for breakfast instead. Alternatively there are plenty of other breakfast options in the area to explore. The breakfast came free for me, so I guessed I can't rant too much but if I had paid for it I wouldn't have liked it. Hopefully management can review the breakfast experience. Otherwise, all good and a great hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Staybridge Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit by IHG and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok. The front office staff were extremely helpful and professional 🙌. I had a midnight flight and requested a late check-out. Not only did they accommodate my request, but they also allowed me to use the onsen to shower again before heading to the airport. This thoughtful service made my travel experience much more comfortable and stress-free ✈️. The room was spotless and very well equipped 🧼. I especially appreciated the washing machine with dryer, which is very convenient for longer stays or hot weather in Bangkok. The buffet breakfast exceeded my expectations 🍳. There was a great mix of Japanese dishes and Thai local food, offering plenty of variety every morning. The quality of the food was excellent and definitely up to standard, with many delicious choices to enjoy. Overall, this hotel provides excellent service, great facilities, and high-quality food. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond, helping us with our needs and even coordinating with our Grab drivers to ensure everything went smoothly. The food on-site was also delicious! The only minor thing to note is that it isn’t right next to the BTS (about a 7-10 minute walk), but the quality of the stay makes that walk totally worth it. Definitely a 5-star experience!

This hotel is quite large, spread across several buildings: A, B, C, and D. I booked a room with a living area, and it was spacious – the bedroom alone was bigger than rooms in some other hotels. Overall, the room's facilities felt a bit dated, with dark solid wood furniture. The only inconvenience was the power outlets; the three-prong kind didn't work for my laptop charger, though my phone charger was fine. The hotel pool is on the 11th floor, next to a bar. The lobby is huge and our luggage was immediately taken on the trolly. At checkin we paid 2000Bath deposit but it was completely returned when we checked out. We had a spacious room 35m2 with a great bed/matrass and lovely pillows, corner with a table and couch, fridge a hairdryer shampoo, showergell, cotton buds, toothbrush+paste, showercap, thea, coffee and 2 bottles of water everyday. A bit outdated but all very neat and clean. The shower always had great pressure and hot water. Our beds and towels were cleaned every day and on our weddingday we even had flowers en swantowels on our bed. Also tv has severel internatinal channels and we had great internet during our whole stay. It has a pool to refresh yourself and a great gym. There is also a great boxing/muaythai gym where we took some private lessons from the headcoach(trainer of the year in Thailand) breakfast has a lot of choices too. On request you can choose different sorts of eggs. But there is also fried rice and noodles. Not to forget 7 eleven is just around the corner. Staff is really friendly and helpful. I chose this hotel for my nephew’s first overseas trip to celebrate his secondary school graduation, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Location: The location is fantastic—perfect for shopping, enjoying late-night meals, exploring nearby night markets, and conveniently accessing the airport via public transportation. Cleanliness: The room was spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. Importantly, there were no bugs at all, which was a top priority for me. Towels were refreshed daily, which I really appreciated. Facilities & Amenities: The hotel was incredibly thoughtful with its offerings. Complimentary bottled water was provided both in the fridge and on the desk. In addition, they replenished items like coke, tea, coffee, and even cup noodles every day. Everything was neatly arranged and showed great attention to detail. Breakfast: There was a wide variety of options, including delicious traditional Thai dishes, which I really enjoyed. Even my nephew, who is quite a picky eater, was able to find plenty of food he liked. Staff: The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and a memorable experience for our special trip.

I absolutely adore this hotel!!! It truly lives up to its reputation as a seasoned five-star establishment. All the staff are incredibly warm and friendly, treating you like family. It's not a fake, professional smile; they genuinely make you feel at home, while still maintaining a polite distance so guests can enjoy their private time. The hotel staff alone made me fall in love with Bangkok! The facilities, though a bit aged, are impeccably maintained. It’s spotless and hygienic; my room was cleaned daily, and the bathtub was scrubbed every day. A subtle, pleasant scent wafts from the hotel onto the main street outside. Being a partner hotel with multiple airlines, you often see cabin crew from various countries checking in. Every morning, the breakfast offerings change, providing a super rich and delicious spread. The saltwater pool on the 6th floor has both shallow and deep sections, and the water is continuously refreshed, making it crystal clear. They even provide various swimming floats and kickboards for guests. The gym is well-equipped, with views overlooking the pool. The small garden on the first floor is perfect for photos; I wish I could live here permanently! I've had the chance to stay at several five-star hotels in Bangkok, Pattaya, and Phuket, and this one is by far the best!! Location-wise: You can take the Airport Rail Link (ARL) directly from Suvarnabhumi Airport to the hotel. The BTS Green Line also takes you straight to the Siam shopping district and Chatuchak Weekend Market. There are two 7-Eleven stores nearby, and across the street is the Factory Coffee shop. The rooftop speakeasy lounge, in particular, is a favorite spot for evening drinks and vibes. Stayed at W Bangkok recently and had a mixed experience. The room itself was nice and comfortable, with a cozy bed and decent overall cleanliness. It’s still a pleasant space to relax after a long day out in the city. However, there are a few areas that really need improvement. The room fixtures feel quite dated and could definitely use an upgrade as soon as possible—it doesn’t quite match the premium image the hotel is going for. One inconvenience was that Grab deliveries are not sent up to the room. Orders are left at the drop-off point, which can be a hassle, especially at night or after a long day. The pool area was another downside. It was too dark and dimly lit at night, making it difficult to see clearly. I actually hit my toe on the steps, which could have been avoided with better lighting. Overall, a comfortable stay but falls short in terms of maintenance and guest convenience. Would consider staying again only if improvements are made.

We had a nice experience here! Compliments especially to the friendly doorman — he left such an impression on me because he greeted us so enthusiastically every day. Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfy, the shower hot with good water pressure, and they had actual conditioner. WiFi was fast, and housekeeping was thorough every day and kept replacing our amenities even though we didn’t need it, lol. Plus we had a great view of the amazing city view nearby. So beautiful! Location was beyond excellent! Close to both the Nana BTS, and has a private turnaround area for taxis/Grabs, so take your pick really. This particular combination is kind of rare, actually, since the two systems don’t overlap a lot. We picked this location over Sukhumvit at Nana because it’s closer to all of the places. There is also a small night market nearby, both of the food and the flesh variety, though the latter is easily avoidable if you wish (it’s not seedy tho). To be honest, the night market felt really touristy and the options were quite limited. There were also a loooot of malls and massage places in the vicinity, of all varieties and price points.

1. Excellent, truly exceptional. With a limited number of rooms, it's not crowded and wonderfully quiet. 2. We received a lovely welcome gift: a fresh floral bracelet (I enjoyed the jasmine scent throughout the day!). The room also had a welcome fruit platter, a self-service incense burner, and essential oils. 3. The pool is small and located at a moderate height, offering some city views, but nothing spectacular. It's a small space, but functional enough for what it is. 4. Dinner was divine! We ate at the rooftop bar. We ordered pork ribs and chicken, totaling 6000 Thai Baht. The ribs were a generous portion, more than we could finish. The service was impeccable; we had one-on-one attention throughout, with attentive serving and explanations. At sunset, they even offered to take photos for us. 5. Breakfast was served on the 60th floor. The dining area is small, the views are average, and the variety of dishes is limited, but the service is good. I highly recommend ordering the iced Thai milk tea from the server. In summary: This is an older luxury hotel that is now accessible to the average person. Go ahead and book; you won't be disappointed.

Plenty of day beds, sun and shade, although it did get busy in the afternoon and we struggled to get two beds together for a while. Breakfast is very good quality too. Stayed at Centara Grand at CentralWorld recently and honestly this hotel is giving ”main character Bangkok vacation” energy from the moment you walk in 😭✨ First of all, the location is absolutely ridiculous. You are basically attached to CentralWorld, which means shopping, food, cafés, massages, and random impulse purchases are all dangerously within walking distance 😂 I genuinely lost track of time every day because everything was so convenient. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with huge windows overlooking the Bangkok skyline. At night, the city lights looked amazing and I may or may not have spent an embarrassing amount of time just staring out the window doing absolutely nothing 🌃 The breakfast spread was also seriously impressive. Plenty of local and international options, and somehow I always ended up eating more than planned 😭 The staff throughout the hotel were warm, professional, and incredibly efficient, making everything feel smooth and effortless. The pool and facilities were also beautifully maintained, offering a nice escape from Bangkok's heat and crowds. Honestly, Centara Grand is one of those hotels that gets the important things right — fantastic location, comfortable rooms, great food, and service that makes the whole trip feel easier. If convenience and comfort had a luxury cousin, this would probably be it.

It's the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing, enjoy the atmosphere, and take in some of the best views Bangkok has to offer. I would also like to give special recognition to Waan and Tim for their outstanding hospitality. Their service was warm, attentive, and professional throughout the evening. They took great care of us, made excellent recommendations, and ensured that everything was perfect from start to finish. The cocktails they prepared were not only delicious but also beautifully presented, making the experience even more memorable. The combination of excellent service, stunning river views, convenient transportation, and a relaxing atmosphere made this stay truly special. Whether you're visiting Bangkok for business or leisure, this hotel offers a wonderful experience that is both comfortable and memorable. Thank you to Waan, Tim, and the entire team for such a great experience. I will definitely return on my next visit to Bangkok and look forward to enjoying those incredible rooftop views again.

The staff were all very welcoming. Breakfast is served on the 37th-floor rooftop, and while the buffet selection is limited, you can order many freshly prepared items via QR code, and the menu changes daily! We stayed for 5 days, and my family felt it was quite good! The room was also quite spacious, especially after we upgraded to a suite – having a washing machine was really convenient. The location is also good, though you do have to wait a bit for a taxi.

The hotel front desk staff were very polite and patient in answering questions. When the hairdryer in our room broke, they quickly replaced it with a new one. The pillows were too soft for me, and they promptly brought harder ones. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, the environment was very comfortable. The location is also very convenient; it's less than a 10-minute walk to the massage street, and another 5-8 minutes will get you to a large Big C supermarket. Across from Big C, there's also a fruit stall with very reasonably priced options. Plus, there are quite a few authentic local restaurants nearby. Overall, it's excellent!

I have found this hotel few years ago, however we didn’t have a chance to stay there until now. I expected high standards of services and comfort of room and I can say that this hotel has definitely reached my expectations completely. It’s stylish, comfortable and rooms are spacious with everything what is needed for shorter or longer stay. We will definitely stay here again when we’ll stay for a night or two in Bangkok.

Stayed Much Longer Than Planned — And That Says Everything! ⭐️ We originally booked The Quarter Ramkhamhaeng by UHG for just a short stay in Bangkok, but enjoyed it so much that we decided to extend our stay for an entire week. The hotel feels modern, stylish, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean throughout the stay. The rooftop swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights — a great place to relax after a busy day exploring Bangkok. Another feature we really appreciated was the beautiful ground-floor lounge area. It’s perfect for relaxing, working remotely, or simply enjoying a coffee in a comfortable environment. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall the hotel offered excellent value for money. A few suggestions for improvement: • The disposable slippers felt very thin and paper-like. • Water refill stations or filtered drinking water in common areas would be a great addition. • Complimentary self-service laundry facilities would be very useful for longer stays. • Bathrobes in the rooms would make the experience even more comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for couples, digital nomads, and travelers looking for a modern and comfortable base in Bangkok. 🏊♀️✨🏨

I have to say, this hotel was really great, and the price-performance ratio was excellent 😊 Although there's some construction going on in the area right now, making transportation a bit inconvenient, the location is king 😎 The best part is that hotels usually charge guests a deposit (either cash or credit card, which is refunded upon check-out). But what surprised me was that they only recorded your credit card payment and didn't charge you anything, so we didn't have to worry about any follow-up on refunds 👍 This is so awesome 👏 I was originally planning to pay cash (6000 🐷) 🥲 and thought, ”Another 6000 less for shopping!” 😅 Now I'm so happy 🥳 Okay, next, let me introduce this hotel 🏨 First: 1) The hotel is above a shopping mall ☝️ (You need to take the elevator from the 1st floor to the hotel lobby on the 7th floor) 2) Hotel lobby There's a massage shop right next door. I initially thought those in hotels would be expensive 😅, but the prices were about the same as outside, so convenient! 👍 (If you don't mind what others think, you can even go for a massage in your pajamas, since the massage shop is right outside the elevator.) 3) Next, there's McDonald's and Starbucks downstairs, selling snacks 😃😃, which is a big plus 😜 4) Pratunam Mall, December, Central World, 7-Eleven, morning/night market, and the famous pork leg rice are all just a few minutes' walk away 👍 So convenient! Finally, the hotel room is spacious and the soundproofing is excellent 👏 You can't hear any road construction noise outside at all 👍 A little anecdote (from my daughter comment): ”Mom, this mini-fridge is really cold!” 😂 (Because I always complain that the hotel fridge isn't cold, hahaha) 😄 This little girl really knows her mom so well 😅

We traveled to Bangkok for a business and family trip and had a pleasant stay overall. The receptionist welcomed us warmly and offered an upgrade to a two-bedroom room. Initially, we were not particularly interested in the upgrade, but we later appreciated it because the room had a bathtub. This was very helpful for us since we were traveling with a baby, and the hotel does not provide a small baby bathtub. However, some dust on the floor and since our baby was crawling, dust stuck to the clothes and knees. Water is very important for sterilizing baby bottles and utensils, so we needed quite a bit during our stay. An additional drinking water would be charged if we requested more. Also, there was no bottle sterilizer provided. Breakfast was nice. The space is small but beautifully decorated. The room atmospherer and location are great for a business trip. The only downside was a male receptionist who helped with our luggage during check-out, as he seemed unfriendly and not very willing to assist.

Thanks to the hotel we had a great first experience in Bangkok. Location is great if you like to go out to. It is just a few minutes walk from Nana BTS station and 30 minutes from the airport BKK. Definitely coming back when we visit Bangkok
