We stayed for our anniversary but won’t be staying again. The staff were very nice and the room was fine itself but the bed was terrible and the room was incredibly noisy!! My husband is a very patient man, almost too patient at times I think and this constant walking upstairs for hours on end made him soo mad it actually had me laughing. We could not believe how loud it was with the people upstairs walking back and forth until at least 2am “not even kidding” when we finally managed to pass out from sheer exhaustion. We woke up at 4 with low back pain from the hard bed and both decided to leave because it wasn’t worth trying to fall back asleep on that mattress and then having to listen to the people upstairs who would be walking back and forth again we figured soon. What was driving us crazy was what in the world could they have been doing for hours on end walking around in that small room?? It was so loud with each step and we could hear them talking and walking and water then walking..... ahhhh we were able to find the humor in it on the drive home with our seat warmers on for our back pain and strong coffees for the sleep deprivation, but we won’t be making a return trip. Lovely staff and nice location though. ;)

The services were lacking - no continental breakfast even though it was listed on the welcome sheet and the in room tv had very limited channels and poor quality. Would’ve liked to have had dish or satellite to watch more and better quality tv. The room was large but not clean. Big pile of dirt on the carpet that was obvious. It was an okay stay overall.

The hotel as a whole is more like a motel layout, but relatively safer because it needs to be turned from the main road into the interior of a yard instead of directly facing the road. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, and there are paid drinks and snacks in the room. The only obvious downside is the sound insulation.

I am tired of playing at Smith Rock. I am looking for a hotel nearby. Many of them are full on Saturday. Fortunately, this room has a room, maybe it is expensive. The rooms are large, there are some, and there is an activity area with a sofa, coffee table and desk. Refrigerators and microwaves are great. The room is soundproof and close to the lobby but I can't hear the sound outside. Breakfast is OK, hot scrambled eggs and bacon, now made of waffles, but only a small variety of fruits, only 4, and no vegetables.

The hotel is located near the department store and around 22 km from RDM. I stayed here for four nights during the conference in Bend. The room was fine, and the breakfast was OK for me (not that much food, but that totally fine for me). The cleanliness of the room is acceptable, but since this is a pet-friendly hotel, you might be expected some animals further on your clothes if you sit on the floor or sofa (the bed is clean because they usually clean it up). The hotel does not provide the cleaning service unless you ask them to do so one night before in advance (as they use the sub-contract, IMHO). Well, if you are not expecting that much (this is not a luxury hotel), and just stay as a part of work (e.g., business travel), this might be a good choice, compared with the cost performance. Tip: better to have an upper floor (second floor). The floor is a little bit thin, and you might hear the sound of someone walking with shoes above your room (as I stayed on the first floor). Also, the second floor seems better for security reasons as someone might walk pass your room on day and night (especially at night) but I did not find any unsafe situation during the stay.

Small motel, but brought us too many surprises. Each room is a suite with full kitchen facilities including refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, bread maker, gas stove and more. There is a Queen size combed bed in the living room, a dining table for four people, and a big bed in the bedroom. Our two families traveled, and the tables and chairs at the door of the room also added a lot of convenience. Everyone sat at the door to enjoy the breeze and had tea and chatted very comfortably. Many details of the design in the room are very thoughtful. Because there is no window in the bathroom, the skylight is designed. The sun shines down. It is also bright and warm without turning on the light. The toilet has a door connecting the bedroom and a door connecting the living room. If there are family and friends living in the living room, The bathroom at night is also not affected by each other. The location of the hotel is also very good. It takes only 10 minutes to walk from Downtown. There are many net red restaurants around. The hotel crosses the road to the riverside trail and a small park. Three minutes drive to safetyway, 10 minutes drive to Costco, and less than 10 minutes drive to Old Mill District. In addition, I was surprised to receive the short message and email from the hotel manager at less than one o'clock in the afternoon, informing the room that it is ready, and welcome to check in early at any time. We will definitely choose this hotel next time we come to Bend.

One stop on the way to the car, the hotel is a standard small town supporting standard, it is quite worth recommending. The room was clean, the front desk staff was very nice and the breakfast was ok. It takes about 5-6 minutes to drive from the city center. Bend feels that it is a small town that is developing rapidly. The atmosphere is good, so you can go shopping.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, the hair dryer was broken, and unfortunately I didn't check it before washing my hair, so I only found out afterward. I hope this can be fixed for future guests.
