A large, beautiful hotel in the best location in Budva. Everything you need to see in Budva is nearby: the old town with its churches, fortress walls, numerous souvenir shops, and the picturesque Mogren beach. You can go shopping at the Voli supermarket (just a stone's throw from the hotel). In warm weather, you can take a boat ride right by the old town. The room is clean and comfortable, with a bathtub (a rarity in the Balkans; most have a shower), incredible postcard views, and a balcony that's truly comfortable to spend time on. Excellent buffet breakfasts are served in a spacious dining room overlooking the sea. In good weather, you can also have breakfast outdoors. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to any request. Overall, everything was great! I didn't use the spa, but maybe next time. If I were to find fault, I'd say there's no complimentary drinking water in the rooms; it's only available at the bar. That's inconvenient. Add water, and you'll be simply the best of the best. The photo shows the view from the room's balcony and Mogren Beach (there's definitely no better beach in Budva).

The room is very new, clean, tidy, and well-equipped. It is also close to the beach. I especially want to praise the service. It makes you feel at home. This is a family of three who run this hotel with great care (in fact, their son is only 15 years old). The breakfast is also very good, parking is free, and luggage is delivered to the room.

The service staff are very enthusiastic and make me feel very happy. The location is very good. It takes only about 5 minutes to walk to the pier and 5 or 6 minutes to reach the old town. The breakfast is quite rich and the uncle in the restaurant is also very kind. The only problem is that the soundproofing of the room is too poor. The sound of the kettle boiling water upstairs can be heard very clearly, and the voices of the neighbors talking can also be heard. They are not very noisy. I am a light sleeper and need to wear earplugs to sleep well.

Good hotel, location is beautiful - near the beach of Mogren and very close to the Old City. Staff on the respiratory and breakfast are just wonderful people! The breakfasts themselves take place on the veranda on the last floor with a stunning view! What delicious cruissans and freshly squeezed orange juice! Small minus - do not provide daily drinking water in bottles and there is no full balcony with chairs. But this does not spoil the impression of rest, definitely recommend this hotel!

Only you should be aware that a private parking lot, which is in a small hotel garage and has many places than the number of rooms, for which some guests had no place to park or put other cars, and then there was a problem with leaving the parking lot.

The hotel is average, the girl at the front desk wasn't welcoming, and she was doing us a favor when she spoke to us! It's located far from the shore! The air conditioning didn't work; they turned it off at reception. We asked three times, and only on the last night was it working properly! The pillows and mattress were terrible. No robes. The breakfasts were very poor, and the coffee was instant; we had to eat breakfast in the cafe. The only nice thing was the green terrace with a table and chairs. The price/quality ratio is inconsistent, I don't recommend it!

Clean, there was also a veranda on which it was nice to go out in the morning. And the view, the view from the room was beautiful! The hotel experiences are two. On the one hand, the hotel is new, located near the sea, has an indoor and open pool, several sauna, spa complex. Swimming pools and sauna for hotel visitors is free. Excellent quality of food in the restaurant (taken a semi-pansion). From the downsides: Cleaning rooms leaves to want the best (do not sweep the floors, may not remove the trash from the basket), in 8 days of stay at all, they have not changed their clothes. When the refrigerator and the safe were not working, however, the refrigerator was replaced and the safe was repaired after the treatment. The hotel was filled before refusal, and only one lry was constantly busy. At dinners in the restaurant there were so many people that it was difficult to find a free table (sometimes almost impossible). Dinner time from 18.30 to 20.30 is too short for the number of people that visited the restaurant.

I liked the hotel very much, they organized a meeting at the airport at my request. The room is very clean, cleaning every day. The bed is gorgeous, very comfortable, the pillows are great! I liked everything! I had a superior room with a partial sea view - the balcony has a stunning view of the bay, every morning it was a joy to behold! The room has a coffee maker and tea station, as well as a minibar. Coffee in the morning on the balcony with a beautiful view of the sea is just a fairy tale! The breakfasts are great - everything is very tasty, I especially liked the local cheeses! I will definitely stay at this hotel again if the opportunity arises! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

They respond quickly to messages. You can even write to them in Russian. When we arrived, we were greeted and checked in very fast. Paid the tourist tax in a minute. Plus: 1. Perfect cleanliness. The apartments are really very clean and clean is the main plus. 2. There is everything necessary. There is the necessary kitchen equipment for cooking. 3. Good location. There are stores near the beach, near the house, everything is convenient. Minorities (which hold all rest): 1. Permanent noise from the road (24/7). Windows go to the track, sleep with an open fort is impossible. On the terrace too, do not sit because of the cars. 2. Hearing like under a microscope. It seems that neighbors are sitting in the same room with you. Especially ”lucky” when a hot pair settled in, they had a very turbulent **** all night, and the sound isolation did not save. 3. Renovation from 2nd floor. From morning to late night there are scratch, drilling and doing something. They are interfering not only at night but also at daytime. 4. Nowhere to eat. There is no full table. The journal table is very small and low behind it is uncomfortable to eat. You won't understand on the terrace as there is the same noise of cars. Summary: The apartments are very clean and comfortable if you look only at the picture, but because of the road, repairers and neighbors I have not slept completely. It will only suit those who have beers built into the head, or who plans to come only to stay under the sleep mask.

The room had a mountain view and was located on the sixth floor of a residential building, so it felt very safe. The room was very clean and had a coffee machine and a refrigerator. The host was very helpful; we could ask any questions about our trip via WhatsApp, and they responded quickly. On our last day, they even helped us call the airport shuttle bus. There's a large supermarket downstairs, and it's a 15-minute walk to the bus station and a 20-minute walk to the beach—the walking distances are quite manageable.
