The hotel was really nice, I would totally recommend it, there’s a grocery store near it, it’s a 10 minute walk, and tramways are also really close by. The staff were also very nice! And the room was really clean. I recommend!

Getting to the hotel from the main train station wasn't as straightforward as the website suggested... but a €30 taxi ride got us there in the end. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – a really positive first impression! Our room was exceptionally quiet, spacious, practical, and thanks to the air conditioning, perfectly temperate without any drafts. We were overwhelmed by the breakfast spread: very rich, nicely presented, and with good coffee. However, the dining area was far too cold for our liking and had music playing that was too loud and unpleasant. In the evenings, the bar staff were wonderfully attentive and served us with a friendly and cheerful demeanor. We also had dinner at the hotel one night: the food was delicious, and the wine was served at the perfect temperature. To top it all off, we even received a complimentary BECHEROVKA – wonderful! By the way, once you figure out the public transport system, the hotel's connections are excellent!

What really struck me, however, was the cleanliness of the room: immaculate, with attention to every detail, fresh and fragrant linens, and tidy surroundings that made the stay extremely enjoyable. A special thank you goes to the staff: despite my late arrival, well past the scheduled check-in time, they welcomed me with a smile and great courtesy, without rushing or showing any sign of displeasure. Fantastic location! It's a quick 5-10 minute walk to all the major attractions, the subway, the central station, restaurants, and supermarkets. The staff are incredibly welcoming and even walked me to my room. The room itself was clean, quiet, and offered excellent value for money. My only minor gripe is that the power outlets were a bit too far from the bed, which was a slight inconvenience.

I was very satisfied with my stay. I spent 7 nights in the female dormitory. The air conditioning worked properly. The shower and toilet in the room were always clean. The common shower rooms were a bit cluttered with towels and toothbrushes left behind, but they weren't dirty. The common toilets were clean. It was helpful to be able to use the common facilities early in the morning and late at night. Also, the kitchen is open 24 hours, so you can freely leave early in the morning or drink chilled beverages that you bought late at night. I had my sheets changed once. Please note that the housekeeper handles the changes, so you can only request it in the morning. I don't understand much English, but it seemed like they explained that changes are only possible for stays of 4 nights or more. The bed frame had a gap along the length where the mattress didn't completely fill it (about 10-15 cm, I'd guess). This was very convenient for organizing small everyday items. I definitely recommend this hostel.

The Belvedere hotel is in a fantastic location, with the tram passing right in front and the stop just a minute's walk away. The rooms are cleaned daily, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff are polite and answer all questions. It was a lovely stay for the whole family, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on our next visit. Our only minor issue, which isn't really a flaw, was not bringing slippers as the hotel didn't provide them, but otherwise, we had no problems. Thank you to the Belvedere hotel and its staff.

Everything was fantastic except the shower! Theres a bath woth shower, however, the shower doesnt hang up like a normal shower but rather lower down where pne has to sit in the bath tub to have a normal shower. The water temperature is not consistent and keep going from cold to very hot.... Apart from that, room was really nice, clean and spacious. Staff were great too

Good location. Walkable from train station - about 5 mins. Actually you can walk to most places from here. Room is very bright with white lights which I like. And breakfast spread is great too. You get to choose a wine or fruit juice as a welcome drink at breakfast. However there is no gym.
