The hotel is new and clean, which we appreciated. However, there were a couple of issues that affected our experience. First, no slippers were provided in the room, which is a basic amenity we expected. Second, and more importantly, we requested an invoice for our stay, and although one was initially provided, the receptionist later informed us that it was a mistake and that the hotel is not responsible for issuing invoices — claiming that the Agoda receipt would be sufficient as proof. This is incorrect. For tax and accounting purposes, guests often require a formal invoice from the accommodation provider.
