it is a little dated hotel with spacious room. location is 10mins walk from Sunworld Service is good overall, from front desk to waitress , conceige helper and room service staff. Hard ware need great improvement anc maintainence is urgently needed. e.g. swimming pool is not very clean, with broken tiles; phone is not working in room to make local calls, no chair or table in the balcony, no clothing hanger in the balcony, no chairs and no towels for sunbathing around swimming pool on the 5th floor.

Room is superb clean. Facilities are good. Location wise is far from tuan chau harbour & Bay chai harbour. Do not trust the transport that arrange by hotel's lady! Is not even taxi nor hotel's car, is a personal car who trying to charge high price. (1) We requested hotel to pick us up at 14km away from. Pre-comunicate via WhatsApp is 200k vnd, and when we arrived hotel, the guy intend to charge us 250k vnd but lastly we show him supporting proof & called hotel then only allowed 200vnd. (1) we also ask the hotel lady to book taxi from hotel to 6.1km away for where our bus pick us. Same guy again, with same trick. We ask the lady how much will be the cost , she ask us not to worry as is meter will 1km 12k vnd. Then we insist and the price range then she mentioned range 100k-150k. When end of the trip. We are asking to pay for 150k vnd without using meter. Conclusion, very nice & clean hotel but do not ask hotel reception for taxi. Or if want, insist them to book a proper taxi for u with pre-agree price. Not personal type car.

I went to this hotel for New Year and it was a very good surprise that the party-dinner that they offered to guests was amazing, the food was incredible good. The hotel also has facilities for small kids play + social place near by, very convenient for parents. The only inconvenience was the bathtub that should be clean deeply, a little bit of oil inside, the rest amazing. To go to the beach a little bit far by walking. The view for the sea is amazing too. The food in the restaurant was very good too.

Wonderful 2 nights stay at the DelaSea hotel. What I enjoyed most was the staff as they were all so caring and helpful. Highly professional. From the reception with Hoa taking special care of me not to mention ”Alice” and the others. Same at the restaurant. From the manager to the supervisors to the staff. I can't name them all here but they made my stay very special. Food was really good. Staff attention was ”phenomenal”. The room was great (I got one on the top floors facing the bay) and despite being a very noise sensitive person I slept very well. No loud music noise (it was on a weekend early November). The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner was not noisy though very efficient. Good shower. I did not use the swimming pool but it looked great. By the way I was told that taking photos from the bay at sunset from the swimming pool is ”the thing to do” :) I can only praise the staff and the management for the wonderful hospitality even when super busy with big groups (which was the case during my stay). Based on my personal experience I definitely highly recommend the DelaSea hotel and it will be my choice next time I am in Ha Long.

I've been travelling Asia for almost a year and this is by far my favourite place. The staff are lovely, the swimming pool incredible with great views and is overall the perfect place for a healthy lifestyle. The value for money is next to none, includes a really great breakfast buffet (eggs, baguettes, sausage, water melon, beef stew, pancakes, sticky rice, salad tea, coffee etc) all are cooked well and very taste. Location is just a 5 minute walk from Sunworld theme Park. Can rent a bike directly from hotel. I'm returning in Jan for 6 weeks What else do you need to know, get booking But what ever you do avoid the family room (penthouse) that has direct access to roof top pool because thats mine 😘😂🙌

The curved viewing windows in the room are amazing, allowing us the view 180⁰. What an amazing view to wake up to each morning...we'll never forget. Went with my parents ~ the room is massive with 2 toilets ! The view is incredible and the pool is also great ! Even it is a bit far from city centre I love the location, it’s near local shops and market. If you want to explore more local stuff , would recommend you stay here. Just one upset thing about this place, few staffs got really sick with chesty cough but they still work in reception and also the dining hall without mask on and non stop coughing ( which this is really bad as cough near the food ) hope they can improve more on this part.

Unfortunately, we couldn't check in earlier; the room wasn't ready until shortly after 2 p.m. A very nice apartment, large and clean, with everything you need. The beach is unfortunately still empty and unserviced, but it's a great location if you want to start a cruise from here. The view of the sea and the city is just as beautiful as the rooftop bar that's part of the building.

I booked la regina legend cruises and actually received la regina at the port on the 24th. I boarded the la regina grand princess cruise ship, but I was lucky enough to get a lanha suite of 60 square meters for 310. The service was very good. The first meal was fresh shrimp and the dinner was western food. I got diarrhea right away because I couldn’t bear to eat. You don’t have to come too early to check in, and you don’t have to wait to check out. It’s very convenient. You can’t catch squid at night, and kayaking for 40 minutes requires physical strength.

I went on the cruise with my two sons, and we had a fantastic time. This was definitely the highlight of our entire Vietnam trip! The views were like heaven on earth, and being surrounded by karst islands from the ship felt truly magical. Our room was spacious, and we made full use of the jacuzzi and balcony, soaking in the stunning scenery. While there were only a few activities, they were perfect for someone like me in my 60s or for those who prefer a more relaxing cruise experience. We still got to enjoy a bamboo boat ride, explore the Dark and Bright Cave, take part in a cooking class, fishing village tour, and try squid fishing The food was excellent, and the staff were enthusiastic and friendly. Thank you for making our Vietnam trip so memorable!

My family enjoyed ourselves very much on Rita Cruise which we were switched from Alisa cruise on Ha Long Bay due to unforeseen circumstances. We were promptly informed by Mr Tony Pham, C.O.O. of the company. Transportation from hotel till check-in was smooth. Mr Alex and Mr Happy on Rita cruise made sure all guests were taken care of during the cruise. Food was plenty and well prepared. Activities were reasonable and varied. Kayaking and caves viewing in a boat were enjoyed by all. I had an experience in cooking class on board. My hubby and daughter had fun in squid fishing. The presidential suite we stayed in was amazing. I enjoyed the jacuzzi,massage chair and having fun at the mini golf on the balcony. It was a memorable and unforgettable trip for us. Thank you to Mr Tony for the souvenirs and for constantly checking to make sure we are fine. The gesture is very much appreciated. Check out these cruises if ever in Hanoi.

Nice luxury cruise we stayed for one night. They provided indian vegeterian food (we requested it during time of booking), It was nice. View in Halong bay was mesmerizing, Kayaking was awesome experience for us. Price of drinks inside the cruises were reasonable and they serve buy one get one in happy hour. I will definitely come back again to stay here if I get this opportunity.

I heard that Halong Bay is very crowded, so I took a cruise ship to Lan Ha Bay, which is far away. We took a speedboat to the ship parked offshore. It was a very good tour that efficiently went around the tourist spots. Since I used a suite room, I didn't participate in all the activities and just relaxed on my private balcony. Suite room passengers were able to have afternoon tea in their rooms. In the restaurant, they prepared a quiet table for us, separate from the regular room passengers, so we were able to relax. The food was also delicious. Above all, the staff were all very kind, and they gave thorough explanations about safety, so they are a reliable team. It was a very good trip, thank you very much. I would definitely recommend it.
