Halong Bay Resorts

I just can give 4 stat both for the hotel level and review. It's a new open hotel. Everything is good. But it's not really 5 stat hotel. The swimming pool and gym are maintained during my stay. Suna room can't be used as well. So it's not worth. I can't understand why the AC restricted the heat function in winter. It's really amazing!!!

A basic hotel but surprisingly they do good breakfast. Fried noodle with egg. Hotel comes with breakfast too. Location is near the international cruise centre where I take my cruise to ha long bay Room was big. As they only left a family room and they given me a family room with 3 beds. But the Aircon cannot be switch on, as maybe it is still winter period. That why the Aircon cannot be turned on. I was quite cold at night. I thought the Aircon can be turned on so that I change the mode to heater mode. I caught a cold and flu on the second day. And was in the room until I felt better. Then I went out for my late lunch plus dinner. Was sneezing thru out the night and with body aches. Overall my stay was still good. I will return to this hotel again as the staff was very pleasant. Fortunately, I had medication on hand.

The hotel location is good and clean, and especially the kindness of the owner and staff made it so comfortable and inconvenient. Thank you very much. Especially, the owner came to the bus terminal with me, so I could book a bus to Sapa and travel without any inconvenience. I hope to see you again next year when I come with leather. Be happy~~.

Wonderful 2 nights stay at the DelaSea hotel. What I enjoyed most was the staff as they were all so caring and helpful. Highly professional. From the reception with Hoa taking special care of me not to mention ”Alice” and the others. Same at the restaurant. From the manager to the supervisors to the staff. I can't name them all here but they made my stay very special. Food was really good. Staff attention was ”phenomenal”. The room was great (I got one on the top floors facing the bay) and despite being a very noise sensitive person I slept very well. No loud music noise (it was on a weekend early November). The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner was not noisy though very efficient. Good shower. I did not use the swimming pool but it looked great. By the way I was told that taking photos from the bay at sunset from the swimming pool is ”the thing to do” :) I can only praise the staff and the management for the wonderful hospitality even when super busy with big groups (which was the case during my stay). Based on my personal experience I definitely highly recommend the DelaSea hotel and it will be my choice next time I am in Ha Long.

When I went, I got an upgraded room. I was so lucky. The room was clean and spacious. It was close to tourist attractions, just across the street. The service was very good.

Perfect stay before halong bay cruise. Clean, spacious rooms, nice bar & service. Good gym, spa and nice pool (frontal view is blocked a bit by a new construction, but didn't bother us). Excellent breakfast. We had an inland facing room (quiet), away from the music of the beach club.

Our ocean-facing room was very nice facing the bay area with a beautiful view. The room was comfortable and well maintained. You can watch the sunset while sipping coffee from the balcony overlooking the bay. The hotel staff is courteous and friendly and helpful with our queries. The Christmas decor in the lobby was was beautiful. Definitely recommend to stay in this hotel.

We like 5-Star Wyndham Legend Hotel very much and show on my rating except hot water is unable to maintain right temperature from hardware services. Nevertheless, We strongly recommend to stay and hope to come again next trip. We also want to comment good service to Hotel staff especially the chef knowing my wife unwell for almost 7 days and to providing effective method to improve my wife health condition. Wishing Wyndham Legend to continuing with good services for all guests.

The sea view room offers an amazing view! Looking down, the bay is dotted with peacefully anchored small boats, a picture of tranquility. The hotel service was excellent, and they even took thoughtful care of the elderly people in our group.

Nice hotel clean, no English breakfast just so you know it's Chinese buffet you can request an omelette. The coffee is weak. The fridges in our rooms do not get cold just have a light. But it only has 1 can if beer coke and water in it anyway. There was not a plug socket at the right hiet to plug the kettle in. Location was great but we did have bikes. There is this awful party on the beach every night full of Chinese tourists and the music can clearly be heard at the front of the hotel all night. Staff was great
