From my 8th-floor room facing south, I could see both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. Getting to the metro is super convenient; you can walk directly through the convention center, which is a huge plus in often rainy Paris. The breakfast was incredibly rich, offering rice, omelets, stir-fried vegetables, and over five kinds of fruit, plus hazelnut chocolate. The room was quite spacious by Parisian standards. Just a heads-up, Montmartre Hill, as shown in some photos, isn't actually visible – I had to stick my phone out the window to capture it. Now, a special warning about the taxis right outside the hotel. They are dishonest, so be careful. Taxis from Charles de Gaulle Airport to central Paris have a fixed zone-based fare: 65 euros for the Left Bank and 56 euros for the Right Bank. If you order a taxi via an app or phone, there's an additional 4-euro booking fee. We took a taxi from the hotel, which is on the Right Bank. The concierge confirmed the fixed fare would be 56 euros. However, after hailing a taxi right outside, the driver tried to charge us 65 euros (the Left Bank rate) plus a 4-euro booking fee upon arrival at the airport. After a lengthy argument, and even calling the hotel, the driver finally charged 56 euros plus the 4-euro booking fee. So, even after arguing, we still ended up paying the extra booking fee. Great hotel, well priced for Paris. A bit far from center but still close to 2 metro lines so not a big issue to get around. Hotel is great, rooms are good. Clean, safe area, 24h desk, nice little garden to sit in...etc. I'd recommend it to anyone. The only thing about facilities is that the shower leaks water a bit when you shower, however it wasn't a big deal for us.

I enjoyed our stay and can’t really complain however the night staff very rude and not helpful whatsoever we were having problem with our lights in the room not turning off and we called reception for then to be told at 12am it’s not his problem and his not a technician and hung up the phone we then went downstairs to explain that we can’t sleep with the light not off and can’t be very safe as can over heat. He then was very rudely telling us that not what he’s there for an nothing he can do I said I paid to stay somewhere where I should be able to ask for help and he then laughed and had a friend on the phone who was also laughing very unprofessional he then came up to check and removed the lightbulb which was still glowing in his hand and made us feel like complete ****** !!! When I told the receptionist in the mornin about this she didn’t see interested to say the least. Customer service from both night shift and this morning shift 0/10. Other than that an alright stay

Atelier Hotel is very clean and compact but it has very thing you need. The location is not far from places of interest and still need to take Metro trains to get there, however the hotel is right next to Pernety Station. The receptionist I had was very helpful and friendly and show me a couple of places for lunch and dinner. I had a super long flight from Australia for about 24 hours and arrived a bit earlier than the normal 3 pm checkin, but receptionist is ok for me to checkin and I was very fortunate and grateful for that - good way to win customers heart!

What's really convenient about this hotel is that it's right above a subway station, making getting around super easy. Just a heads-up to everyone: hold onto your phones tightly on the subway! Ours got stolen – seriously, be extra careful! Across from the hotel, there's a Japanese restaurant and a French restaurant, both with good food.

Just like in Rome, the beds in Paris tend to be on the softer side, which I found quite uncomfortable! There's a small kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Before we left, we bought some sausages from the supermarket and heated them up in the microwave in the small kitchen, which was perfect for lunch!

Plus, the Eiffel Tower is right next to the hotel, so we got to see it every day coming in and out. We arrived around 10 AM, and after becoming members, they allowed us to check in early. The room size was decent, with enough space to fully open two suitcases. Housekeeping was good; the room was cleaned daily, and hygiene was well-maintained. However, the toiletries were quite disappointing and stingy. There were no slippers, and the shower gel and shampoo were a 3-in-1 product. The drinking cups and mouthwash cups were small disposable paper cups. While the mouthwash cups were replaced daily for a while, we stayed four nights, and by the last day, they were unusable and weren't replaced with new ones after being taken away. Tissues weren't replenished daily either; we had one box for the entire stay, which ran out on the last night. These small details were quite frustrating. Also, they don't provide complimentary bottled water in the room, but there's a free water dispenser in the lobby where you can refill as many times as you like. These are things future guests should be aware of before booking.

The staff were very helpful; I arrived in the morning and was able to store my luggage smoothly. The supermarket nearby was also very convenient. Most importantly, I had an early train from East Station the next morning, and the hotel's location right in front of the station was incredibly helpful. Although the heating in the room wasn't working, they lent me a heater, which saved the day. The facilities were well-maintained, and I had a comfortable stay.
