The room was modern, well-designed, and had everything I needed. Overall, a very comfortable stay and I would happily come back again.

I had a very pleasant stay at Bliss Hotel Singapore. The biggest advantage is its excellent location. It is just steps from Chinatown MRT Station, making it extremely convenient to travel anywhere in Singapore. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of Hong Lim Market & Food Centre, Chinatown Point, People’s Park Centre, and the many shops, restaurants, and attractions around Chinatown. Everything I needed was nearby, including plenty of affordable local food options.
Another highlight was the customer service. The staff at the front desk were always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. They were happy to answer questions and assist whenever needed, making my stay comfortable and stress-free.
If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable boutique hotel with an unbeatable location in the heart of Chinatown and excellent service, I would definitely recommend Bliss Hotel. Forgot to bring my bank card to be put on hold but it was okay. The room was really small, as all boutique hotels usually are. I saw this body milk and it seemed expired past its prime been many years so I didn’t dare use it. Everything in the mini bar is chargeable. What I didn’t like was that I wasn’t able to change the two breakfast to a dinner instead as I was staying by myself. They didn’t have that option when I was booking on trip. I also feel that shavers should generally be provided to everyone without asking. Breakfast option was really scrumptious. Overall I enjoyed my stay!Guest UserGuest UserGreat stay! I stayed here during the F1 weekend and booked just one week in advance. The room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping cleaned it every day. Guest UserGuest UserI booked a private room. The front desk staff were very friendly. I checked in at 5:00 PM, but as soon as I walked in, the small table inside was extremely dirty with various sticky liquid spills on the surface, which I had to clean myself. It felt like the table hadn't been wiped down at all after the previous guest left. Also, there was a lot of dust on the bed. Since it's a newly opened hotel, the room also had a strong smell. There was a tiny ventilation opening in the room, measuring about 20x20 cm, but the odor in the room was still very strong.
Another very important point is that the soundproofing of the room door is terrible!! Even though there's carpeting, the flooring might be made of a continuous wood or some material that transmits sound really well? Plus, some male guests walk extremely heavily. In the evening in the public areas, I kept seeing them stomping back and forth loudly in the hallway. Even with the door closed and wearing earplugs to sleep, I could still feel the floor thumping. Earplugs couldn't block it out because it wasn't just noise—the entire floor was actually vibrating with every heavy step. Around 1:00 or 2:00 AM, there were still guys walking and talking loudly in the hallway. The soundproofing is truly terrible. Normal noise can be blocked by earplugs, but this was entirely floor vibration... absolutely helpless.

- With common area on the other unit where you can eat
- Every Bathroom includes toilet with bidet and shower with shampoo, body wash and tissue
- With free hair dryer
- Common areas are cleaned regularly
- They noted my special request which made my staying experience great :)
Cons:
- The pods should be cleaned thoroughly including the part of the sliding door, it had plenty of hair there. I had it cleaned the next day but they did not cleaned that part at all.
- There are no sockets available inside the pod so you need to charge outside. Suggest you bring your own extension so you can charge your gadgets in your pod

I was only away for like a month or so and one of the staff already mentioned that it had been a while that he didn’t see me! LOL I had forgotten to bring my charger plug but fortunately, I could borrow one from the reception. I am much thankful and grateful. Only thing..I always encountered issues with the goggle box, but I didn’t want to bother or disturb the staff to help me out. So I just go without it! Oh well..
FomochkaFomochkaMy stay left an exceptionally positive impression. I was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the room and the attention to little details, like having scales in the bathroom. The location is also excellent, with both a metro station and a bus stop nearby, making it easy to get to the main attractions, though many are also within walking distance. Room cleaning was also top-notch.
Upon check-in, I couldn't find the entrance. It would be helpful to send guests information in advance that the entrance is through the bar. Seeing a full bar on the ground floor was also a surprise, but it was great that no noise was audible in the room at all.

On the day of check in- found hairs on the floor , requested for the staff to clean up.
On the second day of stay ( 5/10/2026 around 12noon requested the staff in reception to clean the room.The staff asked me to tell the housekeeping myself.I told her , I’m not sure the housekeeping in which room, so she went to tell the HS.
I find the receptionist not so keen to help and not smiling to the customers.
