We stayed for a week and a change in the menu would have been great. Limited space for the clothes. There is no drawer. The room was small but this was not an inconvenience as we were gone all day.

We arrived at the hotel at around 12:45 with our family and an exhausted child and asked whether it might be possible to access our room a little earlier if it was available.
We fully understand that the official check-in time is 3:00 PM. However, the hotel knew that we had been sitting in the lobby waiting for almost two hours with a very tired child, yet no effort seemed to be made to prioritise our room or find any solution for us.
What made the situation particularly disappointing was the complete lack of flexibility or consideration. We were not demanding something unreasonable; we were simply asking whether, given the circumstances, the room could be made available slightly earlier.
We were also going to check out very early in the morning, meaning that we would not even benefit from the official check-out time until 12:00 noon.
For a hotel of this standard, I expected a much more welcoming and customer-oriented approach. Small gestures and a little flexibility can make a significant difference to a guest’s experience, particularly for a family travelling with a tired child.
Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled left us feeling that there was very little interest in helping us or making our arrival more comfortable.
On top of that the room wasn't fully clean. I insert a photo.

The space is impressively large, impeccably clean, and comes fully equipped with everything you could possibly need — from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable, thoughtfully arranged living areas. Nothing felt missing or improvised; you could tell great care went into making it a complete and functional home.
The location is simply unbeatable. Centrally situated yet tucked away in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood, you get the best of both worlds: easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport, without any of the noise or chaos you’d expect from a central address.
We traveled with our young children and it was an ideal setup for a family. The apartment offers plenty of room for kids to move around safely, and the calm surroundings meant peaceful evenings and restful nights — something every parent traveling with little ones will truly appreciate.
Whether you’re visiting as a couple, a group of friends, or a family with small children, this apartment ticks every single box. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, well-located, and comfortable stay. A true 5-star experience from start to finish.
Anonymous UserAnonymous UserLocation is excellent and hotel is modern with good amenities. But their staff service isn't very friendly and sounded impatient. This hotel doesn't clean your room everyday, and they mentioned it's only every three days. When we reminded them on the designated day, they said it's automatic on their schedule. But when we returned to our room end of day, it wasn't cleaned. The next day they came to clean and on the day we are checking out, their housekeeping staff came to asked if we want to clean. So, I don't think they have a good system of tracking.

First off, the bed system is very clever; we were comfortable. However, the room is small, the toilet is small, the bathroom is small, and there's no fridge. But thankfully, they have luggage storage. Our room was quiet and peaceful, with a lovely view of the garden. Lidl was very close by, and both the A and U metro lines were nearby. What more can I say?
The price is reasonable…
ぱっぱらぱーぱっぱらぱーThis place is a bit far from the center of Berlin, but it seems to be a safe and, according to locals, affluent area. There isn't staff on-site all the time, but I was able to check in via internet call. The showers are shared between men and women, which is common in Germany, but there seems to be a separate women's shower room, so effectively they are separated. Both the showers and toilets were clean; I had no issues with them. However, since it's on the ground floor and faces the street, I occasionally heard voices, footsteps, and smelled cigarette smoke from outside, but that's to be expected. I'd likely stay here again on my next trip to Berlin!
Guest UserGuest UserI stayed in a capsule room, specifically one with 16 capsules. It was pretty quiet at night with no one talking, so the guests were very considerate. The capsule doors open with a card and can be locked, which was super convenient for leaving personal belongings inside while I went out. There were also extra lockers available. Inside the capsule, there were two USB charging ports, one Type-A and one Type-C, which was very handy. If that wasn't enough, there was also a power strip outside the capsule. You do need to make and unmake your own bed.
Regarding the washrooms: There are two large bathrooms. One has a shower and a toilet, and the whole room can be locked, though it did have a bit of an odor. The other bathroom has two toilets and three shower stalls. The toilets can be locked individually, but the showers only have curtains.
If you're looking for a good price and some privacy, I highly recommend the capsule rooms. However, I wouldn't recommend coming during hot weather as there's no air conditioning and ventilation inside the capsules is just okay.Searches related to Hotels Near Simit Evi in Berlin
