Our stay at Solina Beach & Nature Resort was nothing short of amazing. The whole place has that perfect laidback vibe while still giving off a premium, luxurious feel — super relaxing from the moment you arrive. What really stood out was the service. The staff were incredibly attentive and proactive — we didn’t even have to call them just to ask for water, they were already there anticipating our needs. That level of care made the experience even more special. It’s also very senior-friendly! The elderlies in our group truly enjoyed their stay, which says a lot about how comfortable and well-maintained the resort is. We had a pleasant stay at MO2 Westown Hotel Iloilo. The hotel smells really nice and feels clean as soon as you walk in, which we appreciated. The location is also very convenient since it’s close to many restaurants, making it easy to find places to eat. The only downside we experienced was finding a small cockroach in the bathroom, which was a bit disappointing. Hopefully, this is something they can improve on. Overall, it was still a good stay, and we enjoyed our time.

The hotel has a good location. The room is spacious enough, and the food selection is also good. However, our overall experience was disappointing. First, the room air-conditioning unit was very noisy, which affected the comfort of our stay. Second, some personnel were less attentive and, sadly, came across as condescending. One particular incident happened when one of my friends asked for extra tissue paper. The staff simply said that the only tissue available was the one already provided on the table. However, when I was the one who asked for extra tissue, they gave me some. This was disappointing because it showed inconsistency in service. Guests should be treated with the same attentiveness and courtesy, regardless of who is asking. Another unpleasant experience happened after we had dinner at Festive Mall. We bought takeaway drinks from Starbucks and passed by the hotel pool area. Since there were no other guests there, we sat down for a while to enjoy the view. However, one of the bar personnel immediately approached us and, in an arrogant tone, said that outside food and drinks were not allowed. I understand that hotels have policies, but the way the policy was communicated was offensive and unnecessary. I also booked a room for three guests, but the amenities provided were only good for two. I still had to call and request the additional items. Honestly, I do not usually book hotels like this because I often feel they are not worth the money. I booked this stay mainly so my friends could experience it. Unfortunately, this experience turned out to be very disappointing. Overall: Good location, spacious room, and good food selection. However, the service needs serious improvement. For the price, I expected better promptness, gentleness, attentiveness, and consistency from the personnel. Sadly, I have experienced better service from other hotels with lower rates than Richmond.

I love the sleepers and just like any Seda hotels their service is excellent! And if theres something i want to recommend to the management is to check the slightest trouble with water pressure.

The rest of the service staff, especially the pool attendant, deserves a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating! He made sure the kids always had fresh towels and even gave us extra chairs. His attentiveness and excellent service really stood out. Keep it up! I wish I had gotten his name so I could recognise him personally. On the other hand, I would only give the receptionist (Guy) a ⭐. I get that it’s part of his job to check the number of guests in a booking, but the way he handled it felt more like an officer checking on a guest. I’ve been to many hotels, both local and international, and this was my first time feeling uncomfortable. Since the hotel is still new and wants to be seen as a luxury brand, the level of professionalism and hospitality at the front desk should match the hotel’s overall standards. A more welcoming and courteous approach would really make a better first impression.

We had a good experience during our stay at Gateway Hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. We appreciated the smooth service throughout our stay. The only area for improvement would be the amenities, as we did not found them compared to other hotels. Adding more amenities would make the stay even better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would still recommend Gateway Hotel to others.

Great value, clean rooms, and superb location—but bring your own amenities. The location is fantastic—close to SM City Iloilo, Atria, restaurants, and Smallville if you enjoy nightlife . The room was spotless and comfortable, with new beds and pillows . The staff and security guards are courteous and accommodating , and check-in was smooth. For the price, it’s excellent value .

We had a pleasant stay at MO2 Westown Hotel Iloilo. The hotel smells really nice and feels clean as soon as you walk in, which we appreciated. The location is also very convenient since it’s close to many restaurants, making it easy to find places to eat. The only downside we experienced was finding a small cockroach in the bathroom, which was a bit disappointing. Hopefully, this is something they can improve on. Overall, it was still a good stay, and we enjoyed our time.
