The whole place has that perfect laidback vibe while still giving off a premium, luxurious feel — super relaxing from the moment you arrive. What really stood out was the service. The staff were incredibly attentive and proactive — we didn’t even have to call them just to ask for water, they were already there anticipating our needs. That level of care made the experience even more special. It’s also very senior-friendly! The elderlies in our group truly enjoyed their stay, which says a lot about how comfortable and well-maintained the resort is. We love the ambience of the place. Room service was superb! They really clean and change towels, even wash the used utensils knowing your things are safe when you come back to your room. All amenities are for couples except for the slippers but we didn't mind cause my husband brought his own. All of the staff are approachable. Wifi is working, fridge is cold, they also have blow drier and flat iron with stand. I just hope the television will upgrade to a smart tv. Everything was great. We even ate buffet breakfast which are various dishes from pinoy to foreign food.

Covenience, comfort,quality service could have been perfect if there is a pool. Check in and check out is quick and smooth. Food is really good. The place is more worth than what you pay. The location is very convenient as there's restaurants, cafe, atms nearby. Walking distance from Mcdonalds.The room is clean and kept tidy with complete, toilettries. I love the sleepers and just like any Seda hotels their service is excellent! And if theres something i want to recommend to the management is to check the slightest trouble with water pressure.

The soundproofing definitely needs improvement (when the next door room opened their door, it sounded like someone was opening mine). Also, the shower curtain could be longer; water still splattered out during showers.

However, staffs are accommodating and let us leave our luggages safely. Room is exceptionally clean, fragrant and spacious. Network connection is good. Everything works perfectly fine except the shower leaking through the host while open. Will definitely recommend this budget friendly hotel! 🫶

Location excellent as it is near to SM, Smallville and Atria so you have a lot of choices in food conveniently. Near to bars too so good fot solo travelers. You can refill water (DIY) anytime but unfortunately they only provide 2 glasses. A pitcher would have been more practical.

Exceptional stay - My new go-to hotel in Iloilo! I recently stayed at Figtree Hotel Iloilo and I absolutely fell in love with it. I can confidently say I will be booking this hotel for all my future travels to Iloilo! The location is fantastic and incredibly convenient, being within walking distance to SM City Iloilo. It is also surrounded by famous local restaurants— Alicia's and Netong's are in the nearby Atria Mall, and Tatoy's is located just right outside the hotel. Overall, the hotel and the rooms are remarkably clean. As a solo traveler, the room I had was perfectly sized for my needs. Another major highlight was the 5th-floor restaurant, which serves a great breakfast buffet with a good selection of food—the perfect way to kickstart your day before heading out on your itinerary. Beyond the amenities, the staff are highly polite and courteous. I also worth mentioning that the hotel layout caters well to everyone, featuring highly accessible amenities like a reliable elevator and wide, comfortable stairs. Thank you for an amazing stay. See you on my next trip!

The hotel is old but very clean, they love cleaning our room😂 Its very alive during night time but the noise is tolerable, comfortable bed, and a lot of restaurant and coffee area nearby. It is also walking distance to SM, Sam 21, nice place

Convenient location and super budget-friendly rates! 😊 Rooms are spacious and comfy with clean bed sheets. One thing: could use some extra cleaning near the AC - a bit of mold on the ceiling. Overall, solid stay for the price! 👍
