The overall environment was quiet and comfortable. I had a great experience during my two-night stay and would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Sydney.

An excellent hotel with complete and new facilities. The included breakfast is made-to-order, and you can cook in your room. Sydney Harbour is just downstairs, and the train station and ferry terminal are very close. It's only a few minutes' walk to the Opera House, and you can easily walk to the commercial center and Chinatown. My child left their watch in the room, and the hotel proactively emailed us and shipped it back very quickly. Communication was very smooth, and of course, Trip.com also provided a lot of support in the communication process.

The hostel is a lot smaller than expected, I was shook upon arrival. Fortunately the rooms are large enough with ample sized pods. Shower stalls are designed well with a sectioned space for putting clothing/phone and there is toilet seat sanitizer in the bathroom. It’s not the most quiet hostel but the bathrooms and rooms are cleaned daily which was nice. One thing to note, when coming from the airport, I suggest to use a bus service instead of taking the train if you have luggage, because the nearest train station (Museum station) is old and has two long staircases. Because of this I took a DART bus to the airport on the day I left, they offer hotel pickups but it needs to be reserve online 24 hours ahead of time- otherwise the closest pickup spot is right in front of the Vibe Hotel on Goulburn street, which is a very short walk from the Pod Sydney.

The location is in the middle of the CBD and it is convenient to go to the sights. The room is a bit old and the WIFI signal is weak. The elevator has to manually open and close the door. The elevator has to open the door once and the floor of the first floor is not aligned. It is necessary to bend over and step on the way, which is terrible! Be careful of safety incidents. There is a waitress who doesn't care.

The service was also great, and the room amenities were very comfortable. However, I have to give the cleanliness a 3/5. While the room was generally tidy, there were some disappointing oversights. I noticed some blood on the bedsheet and a towel that appeared to have stains, looking like it hadn't been changed. It’s a shame because everything else about the hotel is fantastic. If they paid a bit more attention to the housekeeping details, this would easily be a top-tier stay.

But the sink in the toilet is relatively narrow, and washing your face often makes the floor full of water. The table can be checked-in at three o'clock. When the time arrived, there was still no key in the post box. Later, they called and replied that they had not cleaned it. During the process of living, some spare parts were used up, and they were made up the next day, but the more troublesome thing was that the person who came to make up did not have a key and needed to make an appointment with the tenant. In addition, pay attention to airbnb can't store luggage, you have to find a nearby store to pay for it.

One of the best stays we had . The location is fantastic . We liked the fact that it is next to the Liverpool Catholic Club (LCC) . We went in the Ice Rink and kids loved it. The pool is so good with different levels and we had the dinner at LCC was a bit busy, however we enjoyed it still. ( many options , value member price) . Kids explored the indoor playground . We also loved the breakfast at the hotel and the staff were excellent. We highly recommend this hotel for families as we have all the amenities in a walking distance and plenty of parking. We are definitely going back.!

The location is great; you can take the train directly from the airport. It's about a 7-minute walk from the train station. It's also around a 15-minute walk to the Sydney Opera House. It's convenient for getting everywhere. The breakfast was standard, with everything you'd expect. The cleanliness was good too. Every day, the mini-fridge was stocked with a few complimentary drinks from the hotel. You can use cash for the deposit. Overall, I was quite satisfied. There was only one thing I wasn't happy about: during breakfast, if guests at the tables next to us needed their plates changed, the staff would quickly replace them. However, when it came to our plates, the staff kept walking by and wouldn't change them. We took food as needed and didn't take a lot, only changing one plate. But our used plate just sat there, and they kept walking past without taking it away. I'm not sure why. The plates at the tables next to us, as soon as they were dirty, were immediately changed. The guests at those tables were all Westerners. Aside from this, which I think deserves a deduction, everything else was fine.

The hotel is super close to Central Station, just a straight walk from Exit 27. It's incredibly convenient, only a few minutes' walk to any kind of public transport. The room size is decent for the price range, and the front desk staff were very professional. I loved that you could pre-fill check-in and check-out info online, which saved a lot of time doing it in person. The luggage storage is also a thoughtful touch. The only issue was with the air conditioning. Even when turned off, it would automatically switch back on, which made it a bit noisy at night. It was also strange that the AC and the ceiling light seemed to be on the same system – if I turned off the AC, the light would eventually turn off too.

Wanted a nice 5 star experience to end my time in Sydney. Unfortunately, was disappointed here at the Fullerton. Friendly and simple enough checkin. When my room was ready, I was told my bags would be up in my room in 15 minutes. After 45 minutes, I called to ask where they were. More than an hour after, they finally arrived. The man said he was really busy. There was no apology or follow up message accompanying this shocking lack of service. It was also a Monday afternoon, so not even a weekend. Room design was nothing special, but fine. I really slept well on the bed and also really liked the Byredo bath products. At check out, I asked to leave my luggage and the lady at the desk told me to go to the concierge to arrange it myself. There was no one at the concierge so I went to the next station that I think was where the doormen stood. The man couldn’t have been less pleasant helping me, no friendly expression or smile. After leaving the bags, I sat in the lobby area to plan what I was going to do for about 10-15 minutes. When eventually leaving the hotel, I noticed my two bags were against the wall not even behind the counter. I asked the man if they going to be left like that and he assured me that they would be put away soon. Not super reassuring service. I stayed in another 5 star Marriott property earlier in my Sydney stay and the difference in service was night and day. Would definitely not recommend staying here. It has a beautiful outside and inside area but you can see it without being a guest.

It’s in a good location at Darling Harbour. It’s very accessible to both harbour area and central business district, but at the same time it is situated along a relatively quiet street. The train station is 5-10 minutes away. Our room was spacious and there’s a water station per floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only negative comment is that room cleaning can take some time. Once I left my room at 8am and returned at 2pm, hoping to get some rest, only to find out that room cleaning had just started. I had to wait in the hotel lobby to give more time for the service to finish.

Chemist warehouse and coles just few blocks . I also had an emergency while in sydney lucky theres a couple of medical places nearby too. For tourist theres a money changer nearby chemist ..hotel is also clean !reception both night and morning are all friendly did not tried the buffet for me who leaves in OZ $37 a bit pricey when theres a lot of resto around …i would recommend this hotel  100 percent

Right across the street from Hyde Park, with museums and the cathedral just a stone's throw away. A few minutes walk further north takes you to the Art Gallery, and a few more minutes to the Royal Botanic Garden. Crossing through the Botanic Garden leads directly to Circular Quay and the Sydney Opera House. The room facilities are a bit dated, but the kitchen appliances are quite complete. Opening the balcony door offers a view of Hyde Park. The curtains don't fully block out the light; even when fully drawn, it gets bright early (sunrise is around 6:00 AM in winter, and the sunlight is strong). Shopping is super convenient, with Chemist Warehouse and a Duty-Free store just a few steps downstairs. We tried our best to clean the stove and utensils after use, but my partner accidentally placed a very hot pot directly on the dining table, thinking it was marble when it was actually a laminate. I thought we'd have to pay a hefty fine for that. I went to the front desk to sincerely apologize and showed them a photo of the ring mark on the table. To my surprise, the front desk told me not to worry and that we didn't need to pay for it. I still felt a bit bad and confirmed multiple times, and they really said no compensation was needed. Thank you!

Services: overall are good, I’ve been staying meriton many times in many locations, but this one Meriton on Kent was disappointing. I’ve asked baby amenities before my trip start but never got any as they promised they’ve been noted and prepared. Special note: at the checked in they gave us a small room facing loud street and construction site( we booked a higher price of room and staying 5 nights)。 They had originally agreed to change our room. However, due to a communication gap among the staff the next day, it took quite a long time to resolve the misunderstanding before the room change was finally completed. *the cafe next to Meriton has the best fresh squeeze juice ever, we bought it every morning! And the muffins are my babies favorite!

I had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour. From the moment I arrived, everything was well taken care of. The room was clean, comfortable and beautifully appointed, with a great view of Darling Harbour. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, attractions and transport options within easy reach. The hotel itself has a very welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly, professional and attentive throughout my stay. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and was very happy with my choice of hotel. It was a comfortable and memorable stay, and I would definitely consider staying at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour again on my next visit to Sydney.

I arrived at the hotel at 10 AM for an early flight, and to my surprise, they already let me check in! This is the first time in dozens of international trips that I've been able to check in so early, which left a fantastic first impression. I booked for four nights. There was a construction site right opposite my room. For the first two nights, which were the weekend, they only worked during the day, so my sleep wasn't disturbed. However, on the third day, a weekday, to my utter disbelief, this thundering Sydney decided not to do construction during the day in the CBD, but instead worked all night long!!... I couldn't sleep a wink and called the front desk to ask for a room change. So, for the last night, they even upgraded my room type. Overall, the hotel's location is excellent, within a 15-minute walk to most popular spots, and not far from Circular Quay. The building's architecture strongly resembles the Wukang Building in Shanghai, which gives it a familiar and comforting feel. All the staff were incredibly friendly and kind. If I visit Sydney again, I would definitely choose to stay here!

The location was absolutely perfect. Not only were there commercial facilities and a supermarket nearby, but the train station was also right there, making it very convenient for sightseeing. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because the meeting point for the Blue Mountains tour, which I definitely wanted to join, was at the Hilton, and this hotel offered a more affordable stay compared to the Hilton. We could easily get to Circular Quay in about 15 minutes by light rail, so finding places to eat was never an issue! ✨ Luckily, we got a room right in front of the Sydney Tower, and the sunrise view was absolutely incredible.

At check-out, I asked the bellhop to collect my luggage, which was then stored at the hotel. We went sightseeing first and returned later, and the front desk staff were very friendly when we picked up our bags. I also have to praise the breakfast selection; the food was incredibly fresh and delicious. However, definitely avoid ordering the eggplant; it's quite different from what we Chinese are used to. For coffee, I recommend the latte; I wasn't a fan of the flat white.

The location of the hotel is really good. It's super convenient to go everywhere in the city. The room is very well designed and quite cozy. All staff are really nice, polite, & helpful. The hotel's cafe is cute and the breakfast there is also quite good.  The only issue that we faced in this trip was our A/C was not working on our first night and again on our final night. However, the staff was very helpful and very quickly fixing it. So our overall experience was quite happy.

What I dislike most about the hotel is the way they provide toiletries. shampoo ,conditioner and body wash is already in the room everything else you must ask for it at front desk or call them .I guess it’s a way to eliminate waste , that wasn’t a deal breaker though. Lucky enough to get a suite upgrade upon arrival. The inner room had a large bed, about 1.8 meters, and they added another bed in the living room. The night view from the balcony was pretty good. The breakfast fruit was nice, but I'm just not used to foreign food. Honestly, it might be better to book without breakfast and eat out. It's not too far from Sydney University and the Fish Market. A taxi cost a little over 50 RMB.

Chance upon this apartment near the University of Sydney. The nearest station is Redfern , about 5-10 mins walk .My family really loved the vibes and cleanliness of the hotel. The stay was comfortable and the environment felt cozy and well-maintained. One area for improvement would be the check-in experience — the counter reception did not really explain the amenities or provide much information during check-in. Hopefully this can be improved for future guests. Overall, still had a pleasant stay.

The room is very good! The house I chose by the street was reserved for me in advance by this hotel, and I kept emailing them a week before I checked in. The hotel has been patient in replying to me, which makes me feel that the service attitude is very good. Although my booking software shows that there are no toiletries and you need to bring them yourself, in fact, the hotel has toiletries, but there are no toothbrushes, slippers, etc., I think this is acceptable. The hotel staff vacuumed, mopted and changed the garbage bags every day. During this time, my suitcase was completely open, but nothing was lost. The hotel is very close to all the scenic spots, which is very convenient. I went to 9 scenic spots in one day! It's just that there are not many shopping malls around here. I like this hotel very much. I will continue to book this hotel next time I come to Sydney.

The accommodation's location was great, close to the main tourist attractions, making it easy to get around on foot. It was slightly off the main drag, so it was quiet, and the neighborhood was pleasant. The children's playground right next door was a bonus, and there were many cafes with good ambiance and delicious food nearby. The place itself was clean, the beds were spacious, and I particularly loved the kitchen area. It was convenient to use and well-equipped with kitchenware and even a dishwasher. They provided extra towels upon request, and overall, I felt the property was well-maintained. However, I did find a cockroach. It wasn't dirty, but it seems they can appear even with wooden floors covered by carpet. If it weren't for this one issue, I would give this place five stars.

Hands down the best hotel in Sydney. It's truly a top-tier hotel, comparable to the J Hotel in Shanghai or the Park Hyatt in Kuala Lumpur, as it occupies Sydney's tallest building. The room amenities are fully automated; you just need to tap the tablet for anything you need. Plus, all rooms come with smart toilets, which is a rare find in Sydney hotels. The concierge service is also excellent. The only downside is that the breakfast is truly awful.

The room hygiene was quite good. If you needed cleaning, you just hung the little sign. If you opted out of cleaning, you could get a 10 AUD voucher daily (though we didn't use it, so we didn't take it; you probably have to actively ask the front desk for it). The room facilities were standard, and hygiene was well-maintained, except for the slightly outdated bathroom facilities, where the shower head switch needed to be twisted. But overall, it was quite comfortable and perfectly fine for a tourist stay.

I only ever stay at the Kirketon when I need a hotel in Darlinghurst. Great location close to all transport. As it’s in Darlinghurst there’s plenty of food options to choose from. Rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. I always ask for a bathtub in the bathroom as not all bathrooms have one. Staff are always very friendly and ready to help with anything.

I forgot to take pictures, but honestly, the room was decent and quite clean! The location was convenient for getting around! However, there was only one small, sealed window in the room, not the two shown in the pictures. The hostel hallway had poor ventilation and a strange smell. My room was on the first floor, but to get to it from the front desk, I had to make three turns in the hallway and go down three sets of stairs, each with about three or four steps. This made carrying luggage very inconvenient! The kitchen was on the second basement level and its hygiene was just average. Compared to other youth hostels we've stayed in, the value for money wasn't great. We only stayed for 2 days before moving to another hostel!

Located in walking distance to Kings Cross train station with fantastic Elizabeth Bay views from the 5th floor of my room and fast Wi-Fi. However, staff training is clearly needed. Joseph at the front desk, who was unhelpful and dismissive when I needed assistance getting online to activate a local SIM card. Huge thanks to Swayer, who kindly helped me get connected to the guest Wi-Fi and solving the issue! What made it even more impressive is that Swayer wasn't even working at the front desk, yet still took the time to help! He was going above and beyond, but management really needs to retrain Joseph.
