I stayed at Sofitel Marrakech Palais Imperial, and it offers a truly beautiful and luxurious hotel experience. The room I stayed in was very elegant and reflected the spirit of Marrakech perfectly. It is a hotel I would confidently recommend, whether for a family vacation or a business trip. I would also like to thank Ms. Imane for her kind assistance during check-in. She was very helpful and welcoming. The overall ambiance of the hotel is wonderful. It has large gardens and beautiful swimming pools, and I believe everyone can enjoy their time here comfortably. However, I do not think it is the right hotel policy to charge an extra fee for using the indoor spa pool.

We stayed there for one night because of its proximity to the airport and we must catch an early flight next morning. Thought it was just a hotel offering convenience but it is far more than that. It has all the facilities that guests can enjoy a holiday or a leisure break there, e.g. a very clean, comfortable and big room; the balcony is big enough for two chairs and a table where guests can enjoy the view of garden and the lovely swimming pool; a bar of vibe. Did appreciate the restaurant staffers' hospitality. Its breakfast starts from 6:30am so provides much convenience to guests like us who need to fly out in early morning.

Definitely a very very old heritage hotel with a lot of history! The hotel premises are stunning. The reception and lounge staff were so nice and helpful. I do think, the hotel could do with a litte but of refurbishing especially for the rooms. But I cannot complain! Got the best deal, and had a really good time and the breakfast out in the garden under orange trees was like straight out of a movie! Loved it!!! Great location, close to many more hip and happening hotels, bars, restaurants and cafes.

Reception was very good at Moroccan House, they booked a reliable airport transfer for us who actually turned up on time at 3.45 am! The air conditioner worked, unlike some other hotels close by.  It was nice having a fridge and a pool in the Summer heat.  The hotel looks like a Riad inside; much more character than it’s neighbouring hotels, also much cooler.  To top it all, Moroccan House was more affordable than the other hotels in the area.  Many thanks!

The equipment is old and the management is poor. very average hotel The problem with old star-rated hotels is not the outdated equipment, but the management, mostly the reception team. The air conditioner in the booked room was broken. I waited for two hours before I was given a room on the first floor, but the door to the garden was still broken. In other words, anyone can come in. This place is far from the attractions, so much room for improvement!

This raid hotel is beautiful landscape, the reception ladies are lovely and helpful. But one of the bar restaurant staff seems only like to talk with Arab or French speaking customers. He was very annoying first thing I asked him about menu when I was waiting for my room to be ready at the bar, he totally forgot my request he was talking with 2 French guests, second day he shouted me out when I was take a photo due to I didn’t know the place was a terrace for a guest room which was no sign or gate closed, I was feeling I m so uncomfortable and unwelcome. Anyway, the room is fine but the service is definitely not 5 stars

Very good! We upgraded to a villa room, and the room was like a palace. The hotel garden was more beautiful than the scenic spot. The free airport shuttle cars were very luxurious. The flight luggage was delayed, and the butler and the front desk helped to call the airport to urge the luggage. Finally, we got it smoothly. Thank you very much! If you catch the right price, I really recommend experiencing Mandarin Oriental!

A fine and beautiful riad in the middle, in a quiet corner. We had a semi-luxe on three, two-level, only minus - a pretty steep staircase on the second floor where a double bed is located. There is air conditioning, TV, fan. There is no teapot, refrigerator (to whom it matters). The lingerie is clean, the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is a Swedish table, everything is delicious. Also in the restaurant you can eat and have dinner on the menu. The pool is small, light, it is not possible to swim in it, but it is possible to cool in the heat. The pool has a towel. There are lots of recreation areas. Until the nearest parking is 10 minutes walk, we called the Riad, and a man with a cart came after us who helped bring our bags and showed the way to Riad. In general, everything in this place delivers aesthetic pleasure, I recommend!!!

This is a long-established five-star hotel, located next to ”Sleepless Square.” There are a few parking spaces in front, and dedicated reception staff. We arrived early, and they prepared mint tea and snacks for us. The room was large and clean, and the breakfast was plentiful. The staff were constantly attentive, refilling water, cleaning, and checking on us – very thoughtful. However, the price of nearly 2000 RMB per night is a bit expensive. Before we left, the staff helped us with our luggage and retrieved our car; we gave them a 20 DH tip each, and they were very happy.

It was rly amazing, the Hotel looks so impressive inside and you can discover so much. The stuff is very helpful and kind. What i not liked. - the security stopped me and asked if i am a guest i found it a bit of insulting. At the end he not even apologized for asking. - we booked 2 rooms. instead of bringing both of us in each room they brought me and my friend to my room and just after asking they setuped the room for my friend - i used the minibar and drunk one beer after i wanted to pick the 2nd one i figured out someone drunk it already and putt it empty in the fridge. My luck i could solve the issue quickly with the stuff and i not had to pay it. But at this price just disappointing. Overall we had a great stay and it was very comfortable in the room and the park is great so also the cocktails and food.  If i would come back, yes with my Girlfriend a bit longer to discover more whats hidden in this Magical Hotel

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. Close to an ancient tomb that is more than 500 years old. There are many people visiting every day. This hotel can be said to be called Taoyuan in the city, but the surrounding environment is not very good. According to the waiter, the hotel started building a new building in 2002 and first bought a house, and later bought eight more. The owner, a Frenchman, renovated the nine houses as a whole and connected them together. The design is very elegant, reflecting the Moroccan national style. Every detail is very delicate and can be called a work of art. The three-story roof is covered with flowers and various layouts. Very novel. It feels extremely cozy. The hotel's food and beverage varieties are relatively small and the taste is average, not as good as other nine points. The price is not cheap either. Overall, this hotel is quite unique. Staying for a day or two is no problem.

The hotel looks beautiful! Even if you don't go anywhere it would be enjoyable. The location is great as it's attached to Menara Mall so everything you may need is nearby. I visited with a friend for my birthday and arrived to a very beautifully arranged room with Happy Birthday cushions and even found a cake in the room in the evening! It really made my day and I am already planning to go back! We used the spa and had a nice luxury treatment as well. The staff were very accommodating and managed to book us in and the laundry service was also very speedy. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

Awesome hotel, the environment is very suitable for vacation, breakfast is not much, but the juice is fresh, the bread is soft and sweet, the staff is very friendly. On the day of departure, I helped to call a taxi, but halfway found that my passport and domestic ID card were all left in the room, so I turned back immediately to get them. The front desk also helped to call a shuttle bus to pick me up, and I got my documents back smoothly. Otherwise, I couldn't leave Marrakech and couldn't return home. On the day of check-in, I arrived very late and said that I wanted a quiet room, so I was sent to the innermost corner. When I entered the door, the curtains were not tight, and I felt that it was even worse. I asked for a room change. Fortunately, changing the room was fairly fast, but the room downstairs was changed, because there was a block on the second floor balcony, so the lighting was not good at all. The three meals I ate didn't have a day because the breakfast ended at 10 o'clock. The lunch and dinner were similar, and there was nothing to eat. I didn't see any seafood except grilled fish. The pictures were deceptive. There are quite a few places to play, but the water in another pool with a slide is cold, so it can only be displayed.

As very seasoned travelers, my family and I enjoy exploring the most amazing resorts and hotels around the world, which we look at with a very discriminating eye. For the Oberoi Marrakesh, it is truly difficult to find fault. The hotel, relatively new, is simply stunning with the impressive lobby and villas, as well as expansive gardens with 2700 olive trees. The acting General Manager Mamdouh is the perfect and consummate hotelier, ever present checking everything non-stop, to ensure the guest experience is nothing less than 5-stars. Jalal from their F&B outlet surprised us with an entire loaf of lemon cake to take back to London that was not available on two breakfasts which we sore missed after our first breakfast. El Habib is an amazing server ready to grant you at least three wishes with his magic lamp! Khalid the Duty Manager also asks non-stop how they can improve a service that is already par excellence. Our hats off to the amazing pastry chef who makes baked goods that rival the best Parisian patisserie. I saw the two staff who cleaned every machine in the fitness center using four sprays leaving neither dust nor germ —- they focus on the minutest detail. The whole team is just extremely well-trained and professional and very committed in their desire to exceed your expectations. The synchronization of their efforts, in the most natural and sincere manner, always with big smiles, translates to nothing less than less than a truly memorable experience. They know how to make you feel like Arab royalty! We will certainly be back!!! Thank you so much to all of you!!! Shukran! If you want that “palace in the middle of the oasis experience” in Marrakesh, you will not get it any better than at the Oberoi!

My stay at Riad Belikoss was OK, but not totally satisfying. The staff is friendly, the check in was OK. The guys at the reception (Larbi) and the boys at breakfast (rooftop) were very friendly. But the welcome drink (mint tea) was not hot. Hmmm. The room itself was not that bad, but for the price paid, the cleanliness was doubtable (see photos). Hopefully this can be cleaned better in the future if the management reads this. The breakfast was reasonable, with Orange juice, an omelette, a few pieces of fruit, a Moroccan pancake (msemmen) with chocopaste, honey and jam. I missed 2 things: yoghurt and Amlou (Moroccon peanut butter). This should be improved. And very important: my coffee was cold! They serve you black coffee in a small thermos can, but still it wasn't hot! Coffee should be really hot. Also, they served me back coffee only, and after asking they provided milk. It should be there in the first place. No salt and pepper on the table for the eggs. The amount of bread served at breakfast was small. Not too bad, but there are things to be improved. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was like 'where is the pool'? Is this it? Can't really call it a pool. Positives: The Air-conditioning was good. Room design and Riad decorations are nice. Room door (see picture) is old and green with mold. Should be replaced urgently. Curtains are not blackout, you will still have light coming in the room. Room is not sound proof but at night it was quiet There are only windows facing the inside of the building, no outside-windows, so no fresh air coming in, causing a lack of oxygen at night. If you get a very cheap room price (like less than 20 euros) it's acceptable, it's too much for this Riad. Conclusion: it's a beautiful Riad, but there are things to be improved. But Larbi is great, thank you my friend.

The guys at the reception (Larbi) and the boys at breakfast (rooftop) were very friendly. But the welcome drink (mint tea) was not hot. Hmmm. The room itself was not that bad, but for the price paid, the cleanliness was doubtable (see photos). Hopefully this can be cleaned better in the future if the management reads this. The breakfast was reasonable, with Orange juice, an omelette, a few pieces of fruit, a Moroccan pancake (msemmen) with chocopaste, honey and jam. I missed 2 things: yoghurt and Amlou (Moroccon peanut butter). This should be improved. And very important: my coffee was cold! They serve you black coffee in a small thermos can, but still it wasn't hot! Coffee should be really hot. Also, they served me back coffee only, and after asking they provided milk. It should be there in the first place. No salt and pepper on the table for the eggs. The amount of bread served at breakfast was small. Not too bad, but there are things to be improved. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was like 'where is the pool'? Is this it? Can't really call it a pool. Positives: The Air-conditioning was good. Room design and Riad decorations are nice. Room door (see picture) is old and green with mold. Should be replaced urgently. Curtains are not blackout, you will still have light coming in the room. Room is not sound proof but at night it was quiet There are only windows facing the inside of the building, no outside-windows, so no fresh air coming in, causing a lack of oxygen at night. If you get a very cheap room price (like less than 20 euros) it's acceptable, it's too much for this Riad. Conclusion: it's a beautiful Riad, but there are things to be improved. But Larbi is great, thank you my friend.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, right in the new district. Breakfast was also pretty good. Within 500 meters, there are coffee shops, bakeries, and several other stores and restaurants, so you'll always find something to eat in the evening. However, the service was just so-so. You have to wait a long time to get anything. Our room was drafty at night, and we called five times to change rooms, but they forgot about us because of a shift change at the front desk... It took over an hour to finally get a room change. Other than that, everything else was great 👍

The hotel looks beautiful! Even if you don't go anywhere it would be enjoyable. The location is great as it's attached to Menara Mall so everything you may need is nearby. I visited with a friend for my birthday and arrived to a very beautifully arranged room with Happy Birthday cushions and even found a cake in the room in the evening! It really made my day and I am already planning to go back! We used the spa and had a nice luxury treatment as well. The staff were very accommodating and managed to book us in and the laundry service was also very speedy. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

We stayed for one day. The breakfast was modest, but you probably won't go hungry. A huge downside was that the sheets weren't changed. I pointed out the dirt and hair on the bedsheet, and the staff member just said, 'So what?' She then brought another dirty sheet. It took three attempts to get a clean one, which was horrible. The toilet and sink were dirty, and people clearly smoke in the room, so there was a strong odor. There was a safe in the room, but no hair conditioner, cotton buds, or tissues. Maybe we've been spoiled by other 4-star hotels, but there was absolutely nothing here... They also put us next to a room undergoing major renovations, so there was a loud banging noise starting at 8 AM. Luckily, we had an extra three hours and were already heading out. I definitely wouldn't come back here. On the plus side, it's about a 15-minute walk to the train station.

Ari Boutique was a great stay, the cleaning staff was amazing, and the front end staff was very helpful in providing tips for travelling, securing taxis and all around ensuring that the stay was comfortable and pleasant. The hotel breakfast was amazing, with a vast selection of things to eat, ranging from traditional Moroccan breads, spreads and dishes, to custom omelettes that could be ordered. Coffee was great and the atmosphere was amazing. Manal, the front end director, was extremely helpful, as was Amine from the restaurant. Both ensured that our stay was the best it could have been!

The location is fantastic, only a 3-minute walk from the train station, and it's clean and tidy. The only downside is that the bar staff kept hounding us for tips, and the front desk service was pretty mediocre as well. Overall, the hotel itself is fine, but the staff service is just okay.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The hotel as a whole, including the rooms, is quite run down. The photos during booking are a bit different from reality… The beds are comfortable, and while the room is a bit small, it's bearable. The bathroom is large, BUT the plumbing is poor, and the water pressure is very low at any time of day. The breakfast is a buffet, and it's not bad.
