The location is absolutely good. Just talk a 3- minute walk to the Casa Rosada. 1 min walk to the metro entrance. Numerous buses routes are nearby. Sightseeing places are in walkable distances. The breakfast is really good too. Many different choices of food. Fruits, bakery, vegetables, beverages…etc.

The only plus is the comfortable bed with snow-white linens. Everything else is only 3, and the service is generally 1. The hall is beautiful, from the outside the building looks entourage, but inside, on the floors, it’s terrible 🙉. The elevators are old, but they could be restored somehow. Everything on the floor is shabby. There are no slippers, no bathrobes, no kettle in the room and not even water. The refrigerator is empty! It’s damp, the smell is like visiting grandma in the village. What 5 stars?! What are you about?! The towel in the bathroom on top was gray, frayed with threads🤦♀️. I checked in late at night and went downstairs to ask for water. They brought me a small bottle and told me it would cost 1800 Argentine pesos😡! I didn’t take breakfast, but the next morning I decided to try it. I asked at the reception if it was possible? Yes of course without problems. The choice is poor. Only scramble and hot bacon. Baking is not very good🥴. As soon as I sat down at the table, a girl came running up to me and asked for my number, then she started shaking papers in front of me and saying that I didn’t have breakfast. I calmly replied that I was aware. She started writing the price, but I already knew. 20450 pesos. She ran away, but then came running again with checks for me to sign. Is this generally normal for this level of hotel?! As if I would run away and not cry! Breakfast was ruined and so was my mood. Imagine my surprise when, at check-in, I was given a bill for 61 thousand pesos😡😡😡! What it was, I don't know. But then the girl asked how many times did I have breakfast?! Do you even work there separately from each other?! Ugliness! The neighboring 3-star hotel did not have such horror! I had breakfast calmly, I just wrote down the room number and that’s it. When leaving, I calmly paid. I left my suitcase for a couple of days, and only then read reviews about thefts. I was worried, but thank you 🙏 everything turned out fine. Do not book this hotel under any circumstances, there are others nearby that are more expensive and cheaper, but definitely better!

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town, next to Plaza de Mayo, and super convenient for all the main attractions.

The hotel is centrally located and it’s very easy and cheap to get around using Uber or DiDi. The room had good space and natural light, felt very clean, and was serviced daily. One small issue was that there was no bottled or filterwater in the room, and I didn’t know that tap water is drinkable in Argentina. Since there was no information provided, I ended up going thirsty the first night. It would be helpful if the hotel informed guests about this. Otherwise, the staff were always friendly and smiling. The included breakfast was simple but good enough for a light start to the day, and I liked that there’s a grill machine to make toasties. The room was basic but comfortable, with a good bed and a safe box. Overall, it was good value for money and I would consider staying again.

Recommended by a client, it's located in the city center, close to various attractions. The room isn't large, and the shower is just average. There are street performances in the evenings, usually lasting until around 10 PM. There are many restaurants on both sides of the street. A taxi to the airport takes about 30 minutes.

We had a wonderful stay at the Howard Johnson Hotel in Buenos Aires and couldn’t be happier with the experience. We were three couples traveling together and stayed in three separate rooms, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. What truly stood out was their generosity and flexibility — they kindly allowed us to store our luggage for several extra days while we continued our travels, which made a huge difference for us and took away a lot of stress. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the hotel felt safe and well organized. The location was also very convenient for getting around Buenos Aires. We sincerely appreciate the hospitality and excellent service provided by the entire team. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Buenos Aires, especially travelers who value friendly service and thoughtful support.

Mine Hotel is incredible. Conveniently located in Palermo near bars and restaurants, close to the airport for our trip to Bariloche, and beautiful. The staff was so helpful, friendly, and inviting. The room was well equipped, clean, and opened up onto a balcony overlooking the pool and garden area. The complimentary breakfast was perfect. Coffee was delicious, like something you would get in a fine cafe. The food was healthy, delicious, and abundant. If we ever come back, we are staying there.

The staff at Bisonte Libertad were excellent and helped us with everything - taxis, currency, booking a tango show etc. The location is unbeatable; very close to Teatro Colon, Obelisco, tourist walking streets, and only a 20 minute drive from the ferry dock. The breakfast is mediocre. The rooms have seen better days and feel a bit grubby because they’re so old. The Wi-Fi is terrible.

I recently stayed at the Buenos Aires Marriott and had the opportunity to experience both the breakfast and the spa facilities. The breakfast was enjoyable and offered a sufficient variety of options, though expanding the selection would make it even better. I used the sauna in the spa, which was quite good, and adding a steam room could further enhance the overall experience. The pool is beautifully designed—one of the standout features of the hotel, in my opinion. The property is centrally located, making it one of the ideal choices for accommodation in the city. I stayed in a Deluxe Room; although the room size was good, the furnishings felt somewhat minimal, giving the room an empty appearance. Overall, it is a solid hotel that I would recommend. If the points I mentioned are improved, it has the potential to become a place I would confidently recommend to everyone.

Fierro Hotel is a true gem! The location is good but we took a taxi nearly everywhere. There are lots of eateries all around this neighborhood though. The people at the desk exceed themselves in giving the best service they can. We arrived mid-morning, and we only had to wait a few minutes before our 2 rooms were ready. We waited in their dining room where they served us their amazing breakfast that comes with the room. We ate many of our meals here because the food is amazing, chef-prepared. The wines recommended by their in-house sommelier are delicious. The rooms are big with a fridge stocked with champagne if desired. Also a separate wine fridge stocked with several wines. The desk folks have great suggestions for things to do as well as calling a taxi, English-speaking if desired. We asked about a dinner show with tango. It did not disappoint! They made our reservations, we were picked up and taken to the venue and it was great! We needed a late checkout and they allowed us to stay til 2 pm. I can't guarantee that on busier days the same accommodations to time in and out can be given. But we can leave our luggage safely if needed, even use of the facilities of pool, dining and sauna were offered after checkout. I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. The only negative thing was having to leave!

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. The hotel staff was very professional, responded quickly to any questions we had, and had no problem communicating in English. Asked the hotel to send a car to pick us up from the airport late at night, the whole process was smooth communication, pleasant and reassuring. Considering that the Boca area might be a bit unsafe but at the same time it was a scenic spot we wanted to visit, we found a car through the hotel and again the process was very smooth, reassuring and enjoyable! Special thanks to all the front desk staff, especially the two men, you are excellent and deserve praise 👍

Not sure why this hotel gets so highly rated. I had room 502, a large room on the 5th floor, facing Guemes Street (I think..) it had a large king bed, a kitchenette and a balcony. I found it felt tired. The wall that leads out onto the balcony is all floor to ceiling glass and has sliding doors. I don't think that it was double glazed and the seals were non-existent and let in every bit of noise from the busy street below. There were no seals on the hallway door and no soft close. I definitely won't be staying again.

The Faena is a stylish hotel which is now feeling a little old compared to when it opened. The room designs waste a fair amount of space and plumbing is showing signs of wear. The pool is a purely instagram facility which provides no exercise space whatsoever. Having said all this, Faena is still conveys good quality overall. A lifestyle hotel in effectively a business district means that it falls between two stools but is probably still one of the top spots in Buenos Aires.

The room is small , less than declared 30 meters . There is absolutely no air. The windows come out into the interior patio with noisy air conditioners. The air conditioner in the room itself hangs in a way that blows straight into the face on the bed, swing grids work incorrectly. The bells are tiny and impossible with a lamp to place a phone. The coffee car is , but never(!) put capsules. Every day I had to go and ask for your 2 capsules. The room was cleaning badly. Without shoes the legs were dirty. At all Christmas, they didn't clean up and had to go back from walking, in front of the restaurant, to ask for a towel. Sports hall, sauna, a pool of half a person size and very inconvenient. There are no hooks where to hang a towel or the possibility of changing clothes. It also looked strange to go in the lobbies and bars to our first elevator. The next building was repaired and the room was heard in the room. The hotel also carried out small work with us. We liked the location. The staff on the respiratory was very good and tried to solve all our issues. Breakfast is the same type in 8 days. There were no vegetables at all. Fruit is fresh, bread is beautiful, the egg station is excellent cooks. Pianoists are great. They went to jazz. 10 points.

The hotel has a dated feel, and understandably, there's a slight old smell. However, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, providing service truly comparable to a five-star hotel. Les prestations sont au niveau attendu pour ce type d'établissements. The hotel should still improve the bathing accessories (saipes of shower difficult to use but likely passenger dysfunction, coats and kits of hygiene / bath...) which are good but not at the level of what could have been expected for a further in such a facility.

YYingruoThe location is very good. There is a hot pot restaurant next to it. It is located in the city center. It is very convenient to take a taxi there. However, because it was built around 1933, there is a bit of smell in the room.

Although majestically placed in the heart of the Microcentro, or perhaps relying on this sole fact, the staff was one of the rudest and less helpful I've seen in a hotel in this price range in Latin America. They refused to speak any other language other than Spanish, and when requested to speak slowly so we could listen through the porteño accent, they didn't. When asked about their room service, the answer was a dry ”scan the QR code”. When asked about what would be open (it was Christmas), they told us to ask around the street. Luckily, the people on the streets were far more warm and helped us get around the city better. The rooms were good and appropriately clean.

Tripeca Hotel is a great place to stay. The rooms are surprisingly big, giving you plenty of space to relax and unpack comfortably. The location is excellent — close to everything you need and perfect for exploring the area on foot. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with a smile and good advice. Overall, a very solid hotel experience. I’d happily stay here again.
