Been a long time since I went here. Very sad that the place have not been maintained well. Room has outdated and broken fixtures. Door already worn out, bidet handle crooked, loose screws on the shower shelf, and shower drains not working well, easily pools up the floor and seeps thru the glass wall making the sink area wet with water puddles. Also they say the main big pool is having a “preventive maintenance”, but by the looks of it, it seems no efforts on repairs have been started and pool has been nonfunctioning for at least 6 months. The only upside are the good quality bed, bedsheets, comforter and pillows. Had a good night sleep. Still hoping this place gets a renovation but looking at the status of how things are over there, its really not looking great at all. Not fitting to be called a “resort” with its current status.
