I'd say this is the most satisfying 5-star serviced apartment hotel I've stayed in for years. It's a newly opened hotel, and on the day of our stay, the staff even upgraded us to a two-bedroom, one-living room unit, which was incredible value for money. I never expected to find a hotel of this caliber in Surabaya. The privacy is excellent, with each unit having its own elevator. Security checks are also very thorough; Grab vehicles need to undergo a safety inspection before entering the lobby. This trip coincided with our anniversary, and the staff surprised us with a mural outside our room – we were so delighted! Although the front desk staff's English wasn't perfect, they still tried their best to communicate with me. The room facilities are very comprehensive, with a microwave, tableware, sound system, TV, water dispenser, and more. There are even instruction cards on how to use everything. The only thing that could be improved is putting signs on the washing machine and kitchen doors. We knew beforehand that the hotel had a washing machine and needed to use it after our volcano trip, but we couldn't find it anywhere in the room. We had to contact the front desk, and they sent an engineering colleague over. The problem was, we couldn't find the washing machine's location at all. There was a locked door in the room labeled 'emergency exit,' and we thought it was a fire door, so we didn't open it. Later, another staff member came to our room and rang the doorbell, which we found very strange because no one was outside. Only then did the front desk call and tell us there was another door in the room, and that's when we discovered the washing machine behind it. So, I'd suggest putting a sign on that 'emergency exit' door. But overall, we were extremely satisfied and hope to have the chance to stay again in the future.

Amazing! I really love how helpful and friendly the staff are. They are always smiling and willing to help with all our questions without making us feel like a burden. This is probably one of the most perfect hotels I’ve stayed at. The lift is fast, so we never had to wait long, which is a big plus when travelling with toddlers. The hotel also smells amazing, from the entrance all the way to the room. My request for a connecting room was also fulfilled! This was the most important thing for us at that time, and I’m really thankful to the staff for helping us get one. The pool is open until 8 PM, which is great. It can get a little cold at night, but the water is warm and very cosy. The breakfast spread is big, with both Western and Indonesian dishes. And the sambal? So good! I really loved the sambals here. The food was amazing overall, although there wasn’t a huge variety of protein options like beef and chicken, just the regular ones. The room was amazing too. Very tidy, clean and comfortable. Everything in the room just screams “sleep well” haha. I slept peacefully until morning without any disturbance, and I’m really thankful for that because we had an early flight the next day. Overall, I would definitely book this hotel again the next time we’re in Surabaya. From the front desk to the bellboys and all the other staff, everyone was so helpful and friendly. Loved it!

Overall, the service was attentive, the environment was quiet and comfortable, and it offered great value for money. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it to anyone in need!

Hotel Majapahit Surabaya MGallery is absolutely stunning, though it might be a bit spooky if you're staying alone. Considering how long it's been around, the service and facility maintenance are quite decent. Breakfast: The food quality is good, with a wider variety compared to hotels in Bali, and it's not just typical 'Western' fare. Cleanliness: There are a few minor details that could be cleaner, but it's not a deal-breaker. Facilities: The power outlets seem to be British standard. There's one adapter in the room that can convert to European standard. I recommend bringing a power strip as one outlet won't be enough. Also, the outlets by the desk are linked to the master switch by the bed, so they lose power when you turn it off (this is crucial to remember). I suggest using the outlets near the floor by the bathroom door, as they are not connected to the master switch.

The hotel environment was clean and comfortable, with spacious and bright rooms, well-maintained facilities. The staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient. Breakfast was rich and delicious. Overall, I had a very satisfying stay and will choose this hotel again next time.

Everything was fine. Parking was limited. The staff who greeted us at night were even friendlier, and the room was clean and well-maintained. Amenities were complete, thanks for a great experience.

After visiting the waterfalls and volcanoes, I was exhausted when I returned to Surabaya, but checking into this hotel was so comfortable. The environment is great, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. The hotel's location is also excellent; even though I was too tired to shop, a walk around the area was very pleasant. Surabaya is much cleaner and prettier than Jakarta. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Surabaya.

I booked this hotel on a whim for a business trip, and when I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby was bright and airy, and my room was well-ventilated with no musty smell. The bed was comfortable, and they offered a choice of soft or firm pillows. The cleaning staff always greeted me with a smile, and the security guard by the elevator would say hello even when I came back late. The location was great too, just a few minutes' walk to the subway, with plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, no regrets. It's a hassle-free and convenient choice for business travelers, and I'll definitely keep it in mind for future trips! 🏨

The room is spacious and location is extremely good for the price. Point to improve: the kitchen to work much more to improve their quality. Chicken fried was not cook properly, still bloody, we need to ask staff to recook it. Bakso noodle is below average, u can find better on street food. The staffs are nice, nothing to complain about it but food quality is not worth the price at all.

My go-to hotel whenever I'm in Surabaya. The rooms are generally very good, though the cleanliness has been a bit lacking lately. The location is excellent, but the breakfast is just average and doesn't quite live up to a 4-star hotel. Everything else is fine, but the most crucial issue is the lack of car parking, forcing guests to park on the roadside. It would be much better if the hotel had its own parking lot to avoid inconveniencing pedestrians and for everyone's comfort.
