Super hotel with extremely attentive staff - nothing was too much. Room was a good size & extremely comfortable. Stunning view and, if up early enough, could catch the sunrise. Everything you'd expect from a 5° hotel. Lovely swimming pool & jacuzzi. Didn't use the gym. Exceptional breakfast with a choice of cooked options as well as a very well stocked buffet. Choice of western & Indian. Fabulous views. A good 15 minute walk to the Upper Mall (centre) but downhill on the way back. Would definitely stay at The Oberoi Cecil again if ever back in Shimla.

We had booked 3 rooms for our family at Radisson Kufri from 30th April to 3rd May 2022. The property is new, clean and has a lovely view. I particularly liked the lobby which had an 'old English inn' appeal to it. The rooms are well-decorated and are decent sized. After reading some reviews on the internet, we had booked superior rooms but realized that they have a 'wall view'. Specially the superior rooms in the wing which has the restaurant are very dark because they have a wall very close to the window. If you are interested in a good view, then either request for superior rooms with valley view at the time of booking or book a delux room. We had one superior room in the restaurant wing which we were slightly unhappy about. The hotel upgraded us to a delux room in the other wing the next day after check-in and did not charge us anything extra for it. Really appreciate this! I would like to thank Siddharth, Aditya, Rahul and others for ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. Considering that Radisson Kufri is a five-star property away from Shimla town, expect the food prices to be on the higher side. But the restaurant amazed us with yummy food during our entire stay. The breakfast buffet had an elaborate spread and everything was delicious. We also tried the dinner buffet on our last night and were again not disappointed by the quality and taste of food. Special thanks to Chef Rajesh Rana for himself checking on with us about the food quality and also the complimentary beetroot halwa which was very tasty. One of the family members was fasting on one of the days and had certain dietary restrictions which were catered to well by the chef. Some things that the hotel can improve on in the future would be to add more staffs at the restaurant during breakfast (they are already working on this). The hotel can also carry out periodic inspections of the entire facility for regular maintenance. For example - There was a bit of a leakage into the bedroom from a small gap between the bathroom glass and the wall in one of the rooms that we stayed in. Other than these minor issues, the staffs at Radisson Kufri left no stone unturned to delight us regularly with their service. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great hotel, great location and courteous staff and its the hotel is a heritage building. You can feel the history. Room comfort and food outlets are excellent. Breakfast is good with mix of indian and western choices. Restaurant too offers the mix at great taste. Ver helpful staff and front desk. The hotel is located right next to the famous mall road of Shimla, walking distance, ***y shopping and food outlets available ***** the road including branded shopping. The only down side is there is no vehicle access to the entrance of the hotel due local restriction, no vehicle road. One have to climb up 250m stairs, the hotel provides help to pick you luggage. Physically challenged and the elderly will find it challenging. There is option to use public electric lift 500m away and walk to the hotel. I will certainly choose this hotel in the future if I am visiting Shimla.

Even the google maps will not show correct route to the property, you will have to be on a call with the property person. Staff is supportive but the rooms are below average. I was expecting better rooms and good food. The breakfast was below average with limited items. I would not recommend this hotel to the travelers.

We stayed in a deluxe room for 2 days. Room & washroom were exceptionally clean. Geyser and heater were working very well. Quality of bed, linen, furniture all were very good. Location is close to mall road but an extremely stiff climb which will be difficult for most people who are not supremely fit physically. There are many steps to climb in the hotel itself where there is no lift. View: mall road and valley below is visible partly but in our room a big tree obstructed what would have been a great place to watch sunset. Restaurant: is available as also food ordered by room service but we ate in the several restaurants in mall road like chopsticks, alfa, book cafe etc, so cannot comment on food quality. Service: of personnel is nice and responsive. We asked for mattress, they provided folding bed with all bedding & blanket. Overall excellent hotel but the steep climb is a dampener.

The room is small, the cups at the small bar are all the residual coffee and milk mixture left by the last guest. Breakfast is OK, but the sanitary condition of the tableware is not flattering. There are many residual oil stains. The cup must be wiped with a paper towel. The service was very good and the bed was comfortable. Hotel location on the road, take a taxi to mall raod 600 rupees.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at Fortune Park Kufri. The hotel sits beautifully on a hill, offering breathtaking views of the Himalayan range that we could enjoy directly from our room window. The location is peaceful and scenic, and it’s conveniently not too far from Shimla — making it easy to reach the town by taxi or private car whenever we wanted. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with those lovely hill views adding a special touch every morning. Cleanliness was outstanding; the entire property was spotless and felt very fresh. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. They took care of our requests promptly and made us feel genuinely welcome. Breakfast was a highlight — it offered good variety and was prepared with fresh ingredients every day. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience. We had booked 3 rooms for our family at Radisson Kufri from 30th April to 3rd May 2022. The property is new, clean and has a lovely view. I particularly liked the lobby which had an 'old English inn' appeal to it. The rooms are well-decorated and are decent sized. After reading some reviews on the internet, we had booked superior rooms but realized that they have a 'wall view'. Specially the superior rooms in the wing which has the restaurant are very dark because they have a wall very close to the window. If you are interested in a good view, then either request for superior rooms with valley view at the time of booking or book a delux room. We had one superior room in the restaurant wing which we were slightly unhappy about. The hotel upgraded us to a delux room in the other wing the next day after check-in and did not charge us anything extra for it. Really appreciate this! I would like to thank Siddharth, Aditya, Rahul and others for ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. Considering that Radisson Kufri is a five-star property away from Shimla town, expect the food prices to be on the higher side. But the restaurant amazed us with yummy food during our entire stay. The breakfast buffet had an elaborate spread and everything was delicious. We also tried the dinner buffet on our last night and were again not disappointed by the quality and taste of food. Special thanks to Chef Rajesh Rana for himself checking on with us about the food quality and also the complimentary beetroot halwa which was very tasty. One of the family members was fasting on one of the days and had certain dietary restrictions which were catered to well by the chef. Some things that the hotel can improve on in the future would be to add more staffs at the restaurant during breakfast (they are already working on this). The hotel can also carry out periodic inspections of the entire facility for regular maintenance. For example - There was a bit of a leakage into the bedroom from a small gap between the bathroom glass and the wall in one of the rooms that we stayed in. Other than these minor issues, the staffs at Radisson Kufri left no stone unturned to delight us regularly with their service. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The room is small, the cups at the small bar are all the residual coffee and milk mixture left by the last guest. Breakfast is OK, but the sanitary condition of the tableware is not flattering. There are many residual oil stains. The cup must be wiped with a paper towel. The service was very good and the bed was comfortable. Hotel location on the road, take a taxi to mall raod 600 rupees.

And I would like to share my experience with the housekeeping staffs Mr Bappa ,mr.ankit,mr gaddu,mr.nilesh, mr.aman. they all were very friendly ,& helpful person thank you so much for making my stay more comfortable.The cleanliness of my room was exceptional. I appreciated how the bed was made neatly each day, and the bathroom was spotless. The housekeeping team did a great job of restocking supplies, such as toiletries and coffee. I noticed that they also took care to arrange my personal items thoughtfully. Overall, I was very satisfied with the housekeeping services during my stay. Thank you for maintaining such high standards!

Excellent Stay. It was my first visit and I was booked for one day but ended up staying extra day. Staff is extremely helpful. This property is clean and with very relaxing ambiance. They have beautiful kids park with swings. Lots of car parking. I recommend this place and I would love to stay again in the near future.

Good location, nice friendly staff. We booked the superior room with valley view and it was spacious with electric kettle, coffee and tea provided plus unlimited mineral water. The only complaint I had was the noise from the other guests - there are signs saying quiet time starts at 10pm but that didn’t prevent other guests being loud and slamming doors. While I know the hotel staff can’t control what other people do, there was no enforcement of the quiet hours even though it was obvious to everyone including staff that people were being really loud past midnight. But would definitely recommend the hotel itself.

We stayed as a family of three (adults), and the room was spacious and comfortable. Above all, I think the location is great. Mall Road and the lift (elevator) are close, and access to the ropeway station is also decent. Therefore, it wasn't too much of a hassle to go out again after returning to the hotel. It was unfortunate that the shower temperature was unstable at times, and the breakfast venue was a bit small and crowded. It's inevitable that the facilities will be compact since it's built on a narrow piece of land on a slope...

We as a family of four had stayed in Deluxe room which is very outdated and required immediate renovation.Hotel with a 4 star rating but still operating keys for door opening and once you enter a very old hotel 20 years back with old furnished tiles bathroom tubs and outdated room's.Be ware and careful as rooms images are not genuinely displayed in any online site.Although hotel highlight is there restaurant with mouth watering foods and good Vibes.
