I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre, and I especially want to highlight the reception team. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. Check-in was smooth, they took the time to explain everything clearly, and they genuinely made me feel valued as a guest. Their kindness and helpful attitude really set the tone for my stay and made a big difference. The hotel itself is comfortable, well-located, and well-maintained, but the excellent reception service truly stood out. Thank you to the reception team for such great hospitality — I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others. 😊

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet, making it perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The location was very convenient with easy access to nearby shops and transportation. The staff provided excellent service—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets felt soft and fresh. Overall, a great place to stay—I would definitely come back and recommend it to others!

The hotel was very clean, and the room facilities were well-equipped, plus breakfast was included. The downside was that the elevators had issues during my stay; one was out of order, and the other was very slow. On the last day, that one also broke down, forcing some guests, including myself, to carry our luggage down the stairs.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, absolutely perfect for both shopping and transportation. Every Christmas, they host a charming Christmas gingerbread house display, which draws many visitors. During ski season, there's also a convenient paid shuttle service to and from Whistler. The only slight drawback was that the bed was a bit too soft and the pillows were quite low, but sleep comfort can be subjective. There's a Starbucks right downstairs, making breakfast very easy. The SkyTrain at Burrard Station is directly below the hotel, and you can walk to Vancouver City Centre Station in about five minutes. This line also goes straight to the airport, making travel very efficient.

It was our first time to stay at this hotel! The staff there are so friendly and nice! The room was clean, and the kitchen in the room was good! It was a bit disappointing that we needed to pay for late check out $25/hour, and they don’t exchange the bed sheets if you stay there for 3 days.

Good! In the city center, it is very convenient to go anywhere, the living is very comfortable, the front desk is very warm, go early, help us save the luggage, and take out the map, tell us where to go. well! I just don’t know if it’s because Ctrip’s house price is cheaper than other houses, and the room is facing the ice machine. It’s a bit noisy!

The hotel is located in a very nice location, we got a great view from our room. We were not very happy with the service though, as we arrived at the hotel, we weren’t greeted even though there were 3 people working at the valet nobody directed us where to park. I made eye contact with them but they just continued on chatting. Parking is also quite expensive ($45/ night for self-parking).

The staff were very patient and helpful. The manager let us to check in early in the morning when our flight arrived, which was appreciated. The location is excellent and the room was spacious and cozy. It had a nice lake view. The included in-room breakfast had a variety of tasty options. The Lobby floor restaurant ‘Honey Salt’ had high quality food at reasonable prices. We enjoyed dining there. Overall, this was a great hotel. The staff went above and beyond to assist us. We stayed with four friends. The hotel is conveniently located downtown with excellent access. As we were on an upper floor, street noise wasn't an issue. We also felt very reassured as some of the staff could speak Japanese. The room itself was quite small, and with four of us, it was challenging to open our suitcases comfortably. One thing to note is that the air conditioning blows directly onto certain sleeping areas, so be mindful of potential dryness and a sore throat.

I didn't realize at first that this hotel chain is also owned by Marriott. Sure enough, I couldn't upgrade my room through a third-party booking platform, and was only given the lowest floor, the 5th floor... I recommend using Marriott membership to book your room. The front desk was very welcoming, offering cookies and drinks, and apples and iced drinks in the lobby. The hotel is a bit far from the cruise ship embarkation point, so if you have a lot of luggage, you'll definitely need a taxi. Uber is not far from Stanley Park and Suspension Bridge Park. The breakfast was a la carte, which exceeded my expectations.

Service was good, room was clean and well equipped, although short on coffee pods. The decor was dated as were all appliances and fixtures. Chairs and coach were all low (not good for a bad back), the toilet was also old and low. Best feature was close proximity to the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Worst ”feature” was being told the room had a king bed, but no, just a queen. The isn't the only hotel that misrepresents their beds, what an annoying trend. The onsite restaurant pub is very average. Fries were greasy but my Buffalo Chicken Wrap and my wife's Bacon & Tomato Soup were ok. Service in the restaurant was excellent, very helpful waitress.

My husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs. The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting. For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

Being near the city center, there were plenty of restaurants around. Breakfast wasn't included, so the front desk gave us two 10% discount vouchers for the restaurant downstairs. Fifteen years ago, entering and exiting was a hassle because it relied on a password, but now they provide a card, making access much easier. It's quite clean, likely due to frequent cleaning. If it's not peak season, I can have a large room all to myself. It's affordable, and I can toast bagels for breakfast. The Wi-Fi works well, which is a plus since some regular hotels don't even have it. It's really cheap. Seems like a good option for solo travelers.

We stayed in an excellent suite on the top floor, through a great deal from Trip. The room was a good size - not massive, but easy for 3 people (couple + child) to live comfortably. Location is great if you're looking for something near the waterfront. Overall the location of the hotel and the room being clean; however, there were some drawbacks from our experience. One drawback was the hotel had a scheduled power outage which we never were given ample notice on. When we arrived we were asked if we got an email advising of the power outage and we advised that we received no such email. The day of the outage everything attached to the hotel was shut off except for one elevator for each tower, and all the restaurants within the facility. Had we known prior to arrival we could have may have decided to stay elsewhere for the one night. No compensation offered. The Casino remained open during the outage but restrooms had no water(very unsanitary) The food court pizza was terrible and the breakfast sandwich did not have much flavour. The buffet was average but had a nice view of the Frazer River.

I called the hotel before my flight to ask about the shuttle bus service, and the girl who answered was like a robot in her answers and didn't seem interested in giving me very detailed or friendly answers. I was a little worried about finding the bus and asked if there was anything I needed to know about how to find the bus, and instead of explaining that the bus would have the name of the hotel on it (which was the case in the end, but isn't always the case in my experience- and I have travelled a lot) she just very robotically said to go to the charter pick up area. The shuttle bus was the main reason I booked this hotel, and I was a little bit choked by this interaction. The room was okay, it was clean, but confusingly unlit. The only light connected to a switch in the room was by the door, the rest of the room was lit only by 4 lamps (one of which didn't work) and it was incredibly dark in the room, even in the morning hours after the sun rose. The comforter on the bed was just a piece of batting sandwhiched in between two white flat sheets rather than a duvet cover. It would have been a nice service to have brought me a toothbrush to my room when I called down to the front desk and requested one, instead they made me come to the front desk in my pajamas for one. The hallways stunk of **** covered up by perfume. The guy who checked me in was nice and friendly, even though he had a lineup of people waiting to check in late at night and that must have been a little stressful for him. Overall, I felt the customer service at this hotel could be improved. Even if $120/night is not wildly expensive for Vancouver, it's still a lot of money, and the customer service doesn't need to suffer as a result.
