The location is super convenient, right next to international departures. You can get to downtown Vancouver in about half an hour on the Canada Line to Waterfront station. There are plenty of dining options at the airport, and the prices are comparable to downtown. The room was spacious. It's a great choice for a short layover, especially for early morning flights.

Facilities: All-inclusive. Hygiene: Housekeeping needs improvement. Ambiance: Good vibe, but the nightclub can be a bit noisy. Service: Feedback provided was promptly addressed, and the staff's attitude was good.

Excellent location right at the heart of downtown, supermarket next to the hotel. Room is big and clean. Easy to park overnight.

This was my first solo trip here, and I managed to get the additional visa all by myself. My foreign language skills aren't great, but I DIY'd my itinerary and visa online. Both immigration and the hotel front desk were quite patient with me. I arrived at the hotel at night, and the room was pretty clean. It's also not far from the station. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Overall the location of the hotel and the room being clean; however, there were some drawbacks from our experience. One drawback was the hotel had a scheduled power outage which we never were given ample notice on. When we arrived we were asked if we got an email advising of the power outage and we advised that we received no such email. The day of the outage everything attached to the hotel was shut off except for one elevator for each tower, and all the restaurants within the facility. Had we known prior to arrival we could have may have decided to stay elsewhere for the one night. No compensation offered. The Casino remained open during the outage but restrooms had no water(very unsanitary) The food court pizza was terrible and the breakfast sandwich did not have much flavour. The buffet was average but had a nice view of the Frazer River.

Hotel location is in the heart of shopping area. Famous landmarks are within few minutes - even Canada Place is just 15minutes walk straight. If you will come from Pacific Central Station - this is just less than USD10 taxi to reach the hotel. Staff are very welcoming. Room is perfect for us - i like the wash room very spacious, towels are well arranged in rack, most importantly it has wooden floors where it's not too cold for the feet. Beds are comfortable to sleep on and room is very quiet. I highly recommend this place - eateries are within 5 mins walk (Mcdonalds, Kfc, Jollibee, Thai, Tacos, Pizza, bars, etc. Stay here is you want best shopping stores and can find anything here

I’d recommend this hotel if you have business or errands near the airport. The hotel is very clean, and the shuttle service is convenient and well organized, which makes getting around easy. It’s also quiet, so it’s a good place to rest. That said, I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast — the options are quite limited and not worth it.

Today was my second booking with the hotel and im very satisfied with almost everything. The location is very convenient as there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. Even the sky train is just a few minutes walk. That aside, the hotel is very clean and neat. Few kitchen stuff is also provided. Staff is also friendly and approachable.

The room was clean and tidy. It's very close to Chinatown, with many restaurant options. They offer a free, frequent shuttle service to Vancouver Airport, which is super convenient. The only downsides were the very limited breakfast selection (you even have to make your own waffles!) and the single elevator, which meant long waits.

I called the hotel before my flight to ask about the shuttle bus service, and the girl who answered was like a robot in her answers and didn't seem interested in giving me very detailed or friendly answers. I was a little worried about finding the bus and asked if there was anything I needed to know about how to find the bus, and instead of explaining that the bus would have the name of the hotel on it (which was the case in the end, but isn't always the case in my experience- and I have travelled a lot) she just very robotically said to go to the charter pick up area. The shuttle bus was the main reason I booked this hotel, and I was a little bit choked by this interaction. The room was okay, it was clean, but confusingly unlit. The only light connected to a switch in the room was by the door, the rest of the room was lit only by 4 lamps (one of which didn't work) and it was incredibly dark in the room, even in the morning hours after the sun rose. The comforter on the bed was just a piece of batting sandwhiched in between two white flat sheets rather than a duvet cover. It would have been a nice service to have brought me a toothbrush to my room when I called down to the front desk and requested one, instead they made me come to the front desk in my pajamas for one. The hallways stunk of **** covered up by perfume. The guy who checked me in was nice and friendly, even though he had a lineup of people waiting to check in late at night and that must have been a little stressful for him. Overall, I felt the customer service at this hotel could be improved. Even if $120/night is not wildly expensive for Vancouver, it's still a lot of money, and the customer service doesn't need to suffer as a result.
