Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

Front desk at reception was exceptionally accommodating. When I arrived I needed help finding a restaurant where I could get dinner take-out. Lee, the manager, pulled up a restaurant he recommended and helped me order dinner. When I inquired about the availability of breakfast before my early a.m. departure to the airport he left breakfast for me at the reception desk. Thank you Lee for your care and friendly service - you are clearly a special man! Room was clean and recently renovated so it was very pleasant. One recommendation - shower floor was very slippery. Could add something to the floor to give a more secure shower experience.

The hotel is located in the city center, a great place, the parking lot is big enough, the service staff is very friendly and welcoming, the room is good, the bed is full of comfort, but the steamed buns are too soft and not comfortable. In addition, there is still a shortage of the sink blocked after check-in, the phone contact counter staff to inform the situation, the back row maintenance staff came to the door to deal with, there was a smell in the processing process. Overall it should be considered a very good hotel.

The hotel was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly. I particularly liked that the shower and toilet were separate, which was very convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable. My daughter and I wished we had stayed at this Marriott for our entire four-day trip to America, especially since our other hotel experiences were disappointing. It's super close to the airport, literally a 2-minute walk. My only regret is that I missed breakfast because of an early morning flight.

Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Warm service, good environment, quite satisfactory, not bad, parking is convenient, but the money is collected, the distance to the space is OK, if it can be cheaper, there are many tramps nearby, do not dare to go out at night

Love this hotel. It is no frills, but they accept dogs, have a great staff, it is clean and is in a great part of town. There is not a ton of parking, but they do have some spots inside their area.

Our stay was very good. The personnel manning the front desk appeared immediately when someone approached. The breakfast meal was good and plentiful. We both like the sausage and cheese sandwich especially. The facilities were very clean and everything was in good repair. All the staff were congenial.
