Good location, nice small and cozy clean rooms. Just discovered that level M has a nice recreation place suitable to have small business meetings or to get together. Avoid moving to Adagio as an upgrade because that's more of apartments. Good for family stay at Adagio.

I spent three days in this Hotel. The location is good as it is within walking distance to the beach side (note the beach is not swimable) and it’s closed to a few food court and shopping centre. The Hotel had a gym and sauna. Facilities in gym are not well maintained but sauna dan swimming pool are good. Food is not bad for an Indonesian Australian tongue. Service is very good thanks for some staffs that could speak English (mostly Bangladesh). The distance to the airport is around 20-25 minutes so that’s one of the drawbacks. I will recommend this hotel

We stayed at InterContinental Jeddah for three nights over New Year’s Eve, expecting a special experience, but unfortunately the service was mediocre and underwhelming. Despite contacting the hotel two weeks in advance and receiving confirmation, the room was not prepared for three people upon arrival. Communication with reception and housekeeping was disappointing. An additional bed had to be requested twice, and when it finally arrived it was set up with a questionable brown blanket instead of proper white bedding. It took further effort to have it corrected. We also had to repeatedly ask for an extra towel for the third guest. The instant service phone line was constantly busy, forcing us to walk to reception multiple times. Even basic items like bath gel dispenser were not refilled, we had to call. Guest Relations contacted us via WhatsApp to ask about our stay, but after we responded, there was no reply at all—it appeared to be an automated message. Reception staff were forgetful and not proactive, despite the reception never being particularly busy during our stay. When asking about New Year’s Eve events, no one mentioned or attempted to upsell the hotel’s own buffet or any other activities. We only discovered the daily buffet (available until 1 a.m.) later when speaking directly with restaurant staff. There was also no information provided about Africa Cup screenings. On a positive note, the facilities are clean and well maintained, and the breakfast staff were the only truly attentive and professional team members throughout our stay. Particular thanks to the Egyptian(?) manager and his team. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the service level does not currently reflect the InterContinental brand, especially for a holiday stay.

The breakfast might be an epidemic. There are many locals, and it's basically Arab style, but you can eat it anyway. Tableware, pots and pans are available, home appliances are good, and very new, washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric ceramic stove, other hair dryers, irons are also OK. The network is also very fast. The only complaint is that the outdoor unit of the air conditioner in the underground garage is hotter than the outdoors. Every day someone comes to change bed sheets and bath towels. In short, it is quite comfortable for business travel, and the price is small.

The trip was during Ramadan and the reservation was made based on the information mentioned, including breakfast. When we went to the hotel, they informed us that breakfast is in the morning and there is no breakfast for those fasting. We contacted Trip and also the hotel, but the problem was not resolved and the amount was not refunded, noting that a large amount was paid for breakfast.

Ctrip showes it’s opened in 2022, but actually this hotel is really too old, at 15 years old. The receptionist scanned the room card too times, but I can’t enter into the room, I was so tired, they didn’t do the right job. And they firstly gave me a room with very bad smell, which came from the old carpet. I requested to change to another room, it’s not as worse as before, but it’s still bad. Will avoid this hotel for ever.

We initially booked a standard room for two ladies, but to our pleasant surprise, the hotel upgraded us to a junior suite at no extra cost. We didn’t catch the names of the staff who assisted us, but we would like to express our sincere gratitude for their thoughtful gesture and warm hospitality. Since we are from Riyadh, our friends from Jeddah came to visit us at the hotel. What was supposed to be a simple overnight stay turned into a fun and memorable get-together, as the suite was very spacious and even had a comfortable living area — perfect for bonding and relaxation. We highly recommend Radisson Blu Hotel to anyone visiting Jeddah. Everything was beyond our expectations — the service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were outstanding. It's more of a place to relax and continue with your work/business. In a tourist area, 5-star hotels typically offer more activities and facilities. This is especially true because it's a hot region, so you're likely to spend your afternoons at the hotel, with your schedule starting after sunset. I just wanted a quiet place to relax, but I did not get that. There were a lot of families with lots of children running around, and even in my room I couldn’t sleep at night because I could hear the children in the room next door screaming. The hotel couldn’t move me because they were full. I don’t understand why the rooms aren’t sound isolated for the price we are paying. The pool area was also constantly having kids running around. I was also disappointed that I had to cover up at the pool. All my Saudi friends told me in fancy hotels you can wear bikini so was very disappointed that I had to cover up, The food - I had a club sandwich that was awful, and I payed 75 SAR so I was very disappointed in the taste and quality of those ingredients. However the other meals especially dinner and deserts were very good. The Spa area when I went didn’t have anyone to help me.

The first time I stayed in a hotel, I felt that I bought a brand. Hilton's Waldorf. To be honest, it is obviously cheaper for the shared resources Hilton. Of course, I understand that the brand positioning may be a high level. But the service did not keep up. I basically saw three staff members when I checked in. No one helped pull the luggage. I checked in at a lazy front desk and there was a very unbelievable African door. Because he needs his card to go to the SpA floor to swim, he will also question the guests with permission. Overall, there is no service at all, and it may be that this is super luxurious and cold positioning. The first time I met a hotel without breakfast in 2000➕, I had to go to Hilton for breakfast. The overall feeling is lonely. If you must pursue the location, you can enjoy half the price of Hilton next to it. The key person has a buffet downstairs. Buy an order for flashy

The hotel and breakfast were very good! However, the free shuttle arrangements could definitely be improved. When we arrived at the Jeddah airport, we were totally lost trying to find where to board the shuttle and ended up just taking a taxi to the hotel instead. On the bright side, the hotel receptionist was super helpful and sorted out our shuttle back to the airport for the next day with no issues. I really hope Trip.com and the hotel start clearly showing a WhatsApp contact number to make communication easier. Also, the Trip.com AI assistant was no help at all when we were stuck.

The service was amazing, from when we walked in and greeted by friendly staff taking our luggage to the front desk. The hotel is so beautiful and classy, the room was so spacious and everything was clean. 5 stars from us! There was a fridge in the room with complimentary water, tea etc. AC was so powerful which we loved. Nice and quiet too. Can’t wait to come back!

This is a great hotel, it's new and the decor is quite nice. However, the room cleaning service is truly terrible. Even after complaining to the front desk, they still wouldn't clean it, and I had to go down multiple times to get them to do anything. This was a very bad experience. Despite that, I would still recommend it because the hotel is quite new, though the location is a bit out of the way.

I was even worried I had booked the wrong date, the communication from staff was excellent they were really reassuring and easy to get in contact with even when abroad through the internet calling. Enjoyed my stay!!
