شكرا للأخ محمود على ما قدمه من خدمه وسرعة الاستجابة من العاملين في الفندق هناك ملاحظات بسيطة تزيد المكان جمالا تم رفعها للاستقبال اما الموقع الي حجزت منه اول واخر مرة احجز منه لأنه ياخذ الحجز من تطبيقات أخرى وعرضها مرة أخرى كما حصل معي حتى العنوان كان غير صحيح عندما أردت الذهاب للفندق

I'd give this hotel a perfect score, but you really need to upgrade your room type. It's especially great for business travelers, as the rooms come equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and microwave. Staying in this kind of room can save you a lot of money; if you find a lot of the local food isn't quite to your taste, you can easily cook for yourself since there's a stovetop – though we didn't actually try lighting it, so I'm not sure if it works. You could also try ordering Chinese food from outside, bringing it back to store in the fridge, and then heating it up in the microwave the next day. The living room and bedroom are separate, which is excellent.

I stayed this hotel for 11 days for Biz trip. The room is big enough and clean. I don't use breakfast but Mcdonald's, KFC, Nahdi, Starbucks are very near. Across the street, there is big market place. I could also use supermarket in the Gold moor mall which is located 10 min. walk. I will use this Mirada purple next time.

Other than the warm welcome from Hussam Alzahrani, the rest was average and below average hotel. It seems that so much was done for this hotel but it was not properly operationalized. A little touch from the management would make a great hotel out of it.

This business hotel is perfect for business trips! The location is superb, just a 3-minute walk from the subway station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, the desks and chairs are spacious and comfortable, and the internet speed is incredibly fast, making document processing a breeze. The front desk service is warm and efficient; check-in and check-out are smooth, and the breakfast is varied and nutritious. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Clean and traffic convenient. Service good. While it took a little long time to check in, which need to be improved.

I have a comment regarding the booking. I had reserved a queen-size bed, but they gave me a room with twin beds because they gave my original room to another guest who arrived before me. Also, bathroom amenities like towels were not provided.

I stayed at this hotel for about a week. The surrounding environment was very nice, and the hotel was reasonably priced. However, the service awareness of the hotel staff needs to be continuously improved in order to create a more comfortable and welcoming stay for guests.
