Renting a car is not necessary due to the central location of Villa Renaissance, however, some visitors like to rent a car in order to explore other areas of the island. We have car rental discounts available, and are happy to make recommendations.

We provide daily housekeeping. We also provide coffee, tea, and laundry detergent for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped if you wish to dine in.

For in room music, we have a Sonos speaker so you can play your favorite music using a Sonos app from your phone. We also have a Peloton bike, for those of you that want to continue your fitness routine on vacation.

General Resort Rules:

Please note that use of the Resort Facilities is only available to those who are officially registered as a guest at Villa Renaissance reception desk in accordance with the Villa Renaissance Registration Policy.

The following rules are in place to ensure that everyone at the resort, including owners, resort guests and renters can enjoy our beautiful property. Please be guided accordingly.

• All units at Villa Renaissance are non-smoking.

• The common corridors and areas outside the units entrance must be kept clear of pool floats, strollers, and any other personal belongings.

• Resort guests and renters are not allowed to have any pets in the units or on the common areas. Please also refrain from feeding any animals.

• BBQ grills are not allowed on the unit balconies, ground floor terraces or anywhere else in the common areas.

• The playing of music or any activity that creates noise within the unit or on the balcony must be limited to ensure it does not become a nuisance to others. Speakers are not allowed at the pool or beach-pls. use headphones.

• Towels and other items of clothing must not be hung on the balcony railing or elsewhere outside the unit.

• When leaving the beach please use the beach shower to rinse the sand off your feet before returning to the building or pool.

• All used beach towels should be returned to the towel bins so they can be laundered for reuse.

• Common areas are not playgrounds. Please respect our grass and plantings.

• The pool area is intended as a quiet area.

• Please refrain from running in the pool area or central breezeways to avoid injury.

• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

• Diving into the pool is prohibited.

• Pool side loungers are on a first come first served basis and it is generally not difficult to find a spot. But please do not attempt to pre-reserve a lounger for the day as your belongings will be removed at lunch time if the lounger is unoccupied to accommodate other guests.

• Glasses and glass containers (bottles) are not allowed on the poolside or around the pool area.

• The exercise room and the tennis court may only be used for their designated purposes: the enjoyment of owners, their personal guests, resort guests and renters. Please observe posted age restrictions.

Water and electricity are precious commodities when on Island. Villa Renaissance is striving to be “green” and environmentally friendly. Please be considerate in your use of beach towels, and turn off air conditioning and lights when not required or in use. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE SLIDING DOORS OR WINDOWS OPEN WHILE AC IS ON. Perfectly located within the heart of Grace Bay, this spectacular 2-bedroom/2-bathroom oceanfront suite overlooks the brilliant turquoise water of the award-winning Grace Bay Beach. The inspired architecture and landscaped grounds of the Villa Renaissance are truly stunning, and when blended with the sun, the beach, the tropical climate, and the local amenities, you are sure to have an unforgettable vacation.

The spacious second-floor suite is open, airy, and flooded with sunshine. The floors are travertine marble throughout. The unit is nicely decorated with a media center in the living room comprising a large flat-screen television, a stereo system with an iPod dock, and a DVD player. The well-equipped kitchen includes stone counters, maple cabinets and stainless appliances. There is a laundry unit within the suite, and there are ceiling fans throughout. A large furnished balcony extends from the living and dining areas, overlooking the incredible colors of Grace Bay while smaller balconies from the bedrooms are perched above the pool and courtyard of the resort. The master bedroom with en suite bath features a king-sized bed and a 40” wall-mounted flat screen television. The guest bedroom features twin beds for flexibility in guest accommodations.

The Villa Renaissance is one of the most desirable resorts on Grace Bay. With only 33 residential suites it offers an extremely private, secluded, and intimate experience. The resort's amenities include: the mosaic-tiled pool, Jacuzzi, and the sun-filled courtyard with a pool-side bar. This beautifully appointed 2nd floor suite is in Villa Renaissance, one of the prime resorts on stunning Grace Bay beach. The suite is directly on Grace Bay, you are steps from the beach! The 16 foot sliding glass doors separate the open plan living, dining, and kitchen area from the large balcony. The balcony is equipped with table and chairs and chaise lounges. Enjoy dining outside, read and relax on the chaise lounges or sip a glass of wine while listening to the gentle lap of the waves rolling in. It is the perfect place to relax.

The well equipped gourmet kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, new quartz countertops with a composite granite sink and custom made cabinets. Everything is in place for you to prepare a snack or a gourmet meal.

There are Italian marble tiles throughout, quartz countertops, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and safe.

The large master bedroom contains a king sized bed with luxury linens, his and her closets, black out drapes, and overlooks the pool. A window opens to the atrium for a view of the ocean. The en suite master bathroom has a large tub, a separate travertine shower, and double vanity with a spa range of amenities provided.

The large second bedroom has twin beds with luxury linens. The twin beds can be converted to a king bed upon request. There is an en suite bathroom with a travertine shower and vanity with drawers. This room also overlooks the pool and has a small balcony.

Other amenities include a large flat screen TV in the living room with a DVD player and a selection of DVDs. Both bedrooms have cable TVs. Daily maid service is provided.

The resort has a large mosaic tile pool, a lighted tennis court, fitness center, chaise lounge chairs and umbrellas around the pool and on the beach. In room spa services available upon request.

At the end of the drive to Villa Renaissance is the Regent Village and the Salt Mills Plaza. Both offer a variety of shopping and dining options. Many of Provo's best restaurants are within walking distance. A short 10 minute walk from the resort is Garceway Gourmet supermarket, which offers a great selection of items, including freshly baked goods and prepared meals.
