The hotel is small, cozy, 5-10 minutes from the beach, the center is nearby. Breakfast is excellent, buffet, fruit: strawberries, cherries, apricots, apples, watermelons, melon. We have been to several boutique hotels in Turkey, and have never seen such a rich breakfast, much less such a variety of fruit. There are a variety of teas in jars, you can brew them yourself, whatever you want. Room: clean and comfortable, bottled drinking water, safe. Swimming pool, swam once, we are usually not fans of swimming in pools. It was hot that day, we were coming from the sea and decided to cool off in the pool again. In the pool, the stairs are wobbly and there are no rubber coverings on the steps, I slipped and fell on my tailbone. Be careful! I told about the problem, they immediately began to fix it, I also told about the rubber insoles, we’ll see if they solve this problem or not. Please fix the stairs please! But overall the hotel is good. Excellent staff, courteous, they speak Russian at the reception and in the restaurant, there were no problems with that. If you are in those parts, stop by, you won’t regret it.

A huge clean territory, lots of locations, places for walking. Big beach, lots of cheeslons, find free-no problem at any time. Food is above all praise!!! Very tasty, very much, very diverse. Every day with a new theme. A whole day at different locations, my food. About alcohol I can say only for wine, as I drink only it. Very tasty local wine, not a headache, no spots, very pleasant taste. Entertainment for children and adults from morning to evening, everyone can find a shower entertainment. The pools, very many, big. Very clean, there is a small aquapark. We lived in rooms in the garden, they were with new repairs, very clean and quiet. The hotel liked absolutely ALL!!!

We were with a child in economy from May 14 to 21, we managed to get a room here for 50 dollars/day. For this money - well, just great) In general, everything is good. At the beginning of the season, everything is clean, everyone is kind, helpful and cheerful. Decent food. You don’t have time to put an empty glass or plate, they’ve already cleaned it. On the beach, looking around at the neighboring beaches, you almost feel like a king - a lot of sun loungers and not shoulder to shoulder. Otherwise, everything is as written earlier: in economy rooms with air conditioning it’s cold, without it you can’t breathe, okay in May you can sleep with the door wide open and even then it won’t suit everyone, but then? Children are bored, the pool is not comfortable to use, the territory is small, there are no slides, few children, a lot of people 50+. In general, I can recommend both the city and the hotel

Питание среднее - красная рыба на завтрак только по запросу, после того как нам индивидуально ее предоставили, это увидели другие гости и стали возмущаться, на следующий день появилась в общем доступе. Свежевыжатый сок и только апельсиновый - на завтрак, в остальное время их нет, аналогичная ситуация с чаем - отсутствие свежезаваренного чая, только турецкий и пакетированный, что недопустимо для данной категории отелей, в отелях ниже уровня и то данные напитки имеются (чай и свежевыжатый сок из разных фруктов), например отель juju. Обслуживание в лобби-баре оставляет желать лучшего - хамское обращение барменов со своими гостями, на остальной территории обслуживание хорошее, особенно в барах у бассейна, пляже и и в основном ресторане, данные сотрудники делают все возможное, но явная нехватка персонала видна - сотрудники ”зашиваются” и порой не успевают оказать сервис на должном уровне. Вот что разочаровала, это уборка номеров, стаканы и кружки на протяжение всего отдыха не мыли, мыльные предложения постоянно приходилось просить, уборка, особенно ванной комнаты - поверхностная, унитаз как был грязный при заселении, так даже после обращения в службу по работе с гостями он остался таковым, как была крышка унитаза и ободок грязным, так и остались. Отель позиционируемый себя как премиум, такие ситуации не должен допускать, в будущем данный отель маловероятно что посетим вновь, как гостей, он нас потерял.

Room condition was quite good, and easily get to snack bar or restaurant. However, the entertainment here is not enough. Especially, sauna & swimming pool. Water temperature of indoor swimming pool was too cold compared to outdoor. Additionally, sunlounger on the beach was too hot by the structure to make shadow. It seems to the r facilities blocked wind flow.

The room and restaurant were very clean. The food was of good restaurant quality. From soup to dessert. The variety was also good. The drinks were cold and delicious. We thank the chefs and all the staff for their efforts. All the staff were smiling and polite. It would be better if there was a workstation. It would also be better if the sunbed capacity on the beach was increased. We were very pleased with the pavilion service. The animation shows, acrobatics, and live music performances were very good. Parasailing was fun, I recommend water sports activities to those who will stay. We benefited from the spa and massage services every day. The fees for these extra services (pavilion, water sports, scrub/massage) were ***et reasonable. Especially when you consider other touristic places in Türkiye. If we go to Kemer, we will make a reservation at this hotel again.

I recently spent 4 nights and 5 days at Swandor Kemer in mid-August, and my overall impression of the hotel is overwhelmingly positive. Every single staff member I encountered was friendly and worked incredibly hard, like bees. The hotel's landscaping is beautiful, and I didn't notice any flies, which was a plus. We stayed in a duplex room in the new building. The room was clean, and housekeeping was remarkably efficient. We'd leave for breakfast around 8:45 AM, and by the time we returned at 10:00 AM, the room was already cleaned. What's more, the room was very comfortable, and I'd especially recommend the duplexes for families as it feels like you're getting two separate, independent rooms. Despite the hotel being crowded, it never felt uncomfortable, and we never had to queue anywhere. It felt like a 'quality' crowd, mostly families, which made it feel very safe. The hotel layout is excellent. You can always find a sun lounger in any area, at any time of day, and there's no towel issue thanks to the card system. Sun loungers are available everywhere: on the hotel's pier, the beach, by the pools, and on the lawns. The sea in Kemer is incredibly beautiful. Since it's stony/pebbly, the water stays clear. If you enter the sea from the pier, you won't encounter pebbles, but those with sensitive feet might want sea shoes for the beach. The pools and the aqua park are also quite large. Now, for the food and drinks, which is a major concern for many: the breakfast offers everything imaginable, and the quality of the products is very high. For example, there were six types of eggs and a wide variety of deli meats (both red and white meat options). I didn't experience the late breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The snack restaurant actually operates like an open buffet. They had pasta, rice, Turkish dumplings (mantı), Turkish flatbread (pide), pizza, meatballs, hamburgers, hot dogs, French fries, various crispy and grilled chicken options, salads, and fruits. I ate meatballs every day – there were two kinds (butcher's and İnegöl), and they were delicious. It was a clean, comfortable environment where you didn't have to wait in line. There are bars located throughout the hotel. The drink selection was extensive, and I found their cocktails to be particularly well-made. My only criticism is for the hotel's patisserie: it opens at 2:30 PM and closes at 6:00 PM, and the variety is limited. The ice cream is good, but it definitely needs to open earlier and offer more choices. Regarding the main restaurant for dinner: there's a small Asian cuisine corner. Fresh grilled fish (sea bream, trout, and sea bass) was continuously available every day. There were always chicken and turkey options, and the variety was quite extensive. Döner kebab was served every evening. Pide and pizzas were baked non-stop. During the Turkish night, kebabs were served. Another night featured grilled quail and entrecote, and there was a seafood night – so there's truly something for everyone. For those sensitive to red meat, there was always a meat-based alternative. I should mention, however, that I wasn't particularly fond of the döner. There was a huge variety of meze, salads, and fruits. I enjoyed the desserts and pastries, but I didn't see any pistachio baklava. For the late-night dinner, they prepared one of each type of meat. I don't think it's possible to go hungry here. Stewed dishes like tas kebabı and orman kebabı were always available. When I went to the main restaurant at lunchtime, I felt like I was seeing the same menu from last night's dinner. Overall, though, I liked the food, drinks, and flavors. As someone who has experienced many different all-inclusive hotels, to summarize this property: you get more than what you pay for at its current price, and that's very satisfying.

Russian-speaking administrator Altyn, always ready to help with ease and smile. They lived in a room in the basement, left to another city, when they returned, settled again in this hotel, in another room in the basement too. They are identical for the difference in the set of dishes. Lived in November, it was very quiet, without noisy neighbors and loud music.

Although I don't want to mention it out of politeness, there is a very serious problem of infestation with creatures living in damp places. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday.

The hotel is very nice. There is food and drink at any time. It is free. The pavilion by the sea can dance in the evening. Many children are suitable for vacation. The price is OK. It is much cheaper than the Puerta del Sol beside it, but it is not far away. Thalia Airport is a fifty-minute drive away. The taxi fare is 50 euros. Many people from Russia and Middle East countries come here, but there are very few Chinese. After staying at the hotel this time, Turkey has improved a lot in my impression, although I was still cheated once in Istanbul.

Отличный отель для бюджетного. Номера уставшие, но персонал старается. Но уборка в номерах просто кошмар. Полы не моют, а размазывают грязь. В шкафу не моют совсем. В меня сандалии там запылились . Балкон прям просила помыть уборщицу. Толку 0. Из шкафа достала обувь, чтоб она там помыла, она этого не сделала и даже обувь обратно не составила и вокруг типо протерла. В душевой ни разу кабину не мыла. Когда уборщица, которая за моим номером закреплена была отдыхала другая пришла и помыла. Понравилась очень анимационная команда для детей. 3 раза в день можно оставлять там детей и дети даже уходить не хотят оттуда , ими там занимаются . То короны делают, то браслеты, то рисуют, то танцуют. Также есть дискотека для детей. В общем с детьми кайф,если закрыть глаза на уборщицу. В барах не жопят напитки, а наливают полные стаканы и столько сколько просишь. Есть якобы в отеле ночная еда, но там булки, сыр, колбаса и джемы. В целом, в ресторане ежедневно гриль и очень хорошо готовят и следят за тем, что если блюда закончатся сразу обновляют.

Персонал внимательный, причем несколько работников были из бывших республик Союза и без проблем говорили по-русски, помогали по всем возникающим вопросам. Менеджер отеля активно помогал организовать поездки по окрестностям, иногда сам подвозил. Рядом с Чиралы расположены развалины древних городов Олимпуса и Фасилиса. Отдельная тема - кухня отеля. Мы оплачивали завтрак и ужин. Еда была вкусная, разнообразная, изобильная. Ужин как в ресторане. Днем работник отеля подходил, чтобы согласовать меню. Кормили настолько хорошо, что выходить поужинать в другие рестораны не хотелось. В отеле также имеется шикарный открытый бассейн, которым пользовались, когда на берегу моря было слишком жарко.

We had a lot of fun and got plenty of rest. We didn't want to leave. We were there during the holiday, but it never felt crowded. Everything was spotless: rooms, restrooms, dining areas, and bars. The evening shows were fantastic, especially the magician and the 'shine party.' My daughter loved the aquapark. Bircan Hanım's gözlemes (flatbreads) were delicious. The à la carte menu could use a slight change; the pizzas could be better. Also, hot items like pişi (fried dough) and fried eggs could be replenished as they run out. The morning cheese selection could be varied, but overall, there was always good food. We would definitely come back again. Thanks to everyone who contributed!

I recently spent 4 nights and 5 days at Swandor Kemer in mid-August, and my overall impression of the hotel is overwhelmingly positive. Every single staff member I encountered was friendly and worked incredibly hard, like bees. The hotel's landscaping is beautiful, and I didn't notice any flies, which was a plus. We stayed in a duplex room in the new building. The room was clean, and housekeeping was remarkably efficient. We'd leave for breakfast around 8:45 AM, and by the time we returned at 10:00 AM, the room was already cleaned. What's more, the room was very comfortable, and I'd especially recommend the duplexes for families as it feels like you're getting two separate, independent rooms. Despite the hotel being crowded, it never felt uncomfortable, and we never had to queue anywhere. It felt like a 'quality' crowd, mostly families, which made it feel very safe. The hotel layout is excellent. You can always find a sun lounger in any area, at any time of day, and there's no towel issue thanks to the card system. Sun loungers are available everywhere: on the hotel's pier, the beach, by the pools, and on the lawns. The sea in Kemer is incredibly beautiful. Since it's stony/pebbly, the water stays clear. If you enter the sea from the pier, you won't encounter pebbles, but those with sensitive feet might want sea shoes for the beach. The pools and the aqua park are also quite large. Now, for the food and drinks, which is a major concern for many: the breakfast offers everything imaginable, and the quality of the products is very high. For example, there were six types of eggs and a wide variety of deli meats (both red and white meat options). I didn't experience the late breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The snack restaurant actually operates like an open buffet. They had pasta, rice, Turkish dumplings (mantı), Turkish flatbread (pide), pizza, meatballs, hamburgers, hot dogs, French fries, various crispy and grilled chicken options, salads, and fruits. I ate meatballs every day – there were two kinds (butcher's and İnegöl), and they were delicious. It was a clean, comfortable environment where you didn't have to wait in line. There are bars located throughout the hotel. The drink selection was extensive, and I found their cocktails to be particularly well-made. My only criticism is for the hotel's patisserie: it opens at 2:30 PM and closes at 6:00 PM, and the variety is limited. The ice cream is good, but it definitely needs to open earlier and offer more choices. Regarding the main restaurant for dinner: there's a small Asian cuisine corner. Fresh grilled fish (sea bream, trout, and sea bass) was continuously available every day. There were always chicken and turkey options, and the variety was quite extensive. Döner kebab was served every evening. Pide and pizzas were baked non-stop. During the Turkish night, kebabs were served. Another night featured grilled quail and entrecote, and there was a seafood night – so there's truly something for everyone. For those sensitive to red meat, there was always a meat-based alternative. I should mention, however, that I wasn't particularly fond of the döner. There was a huge variety of meze, salads, and fruits. I enjoyed the desserts and pastries, but I didn't see any pistachio baklava. For the late-night dinner, they prepared one of each type of meat. I don't think it's possible to go hungry here. Stewed dishes like tas kebabı and orman kebabı were always available. When I went to the main restaurant at lunchtime, I felt like I was seeing the same menu from last night's dinner. Overall, though, I liked the food, drinks, and flavors. As someone who has experienced many different all-inclusive hotels, to summarize this property: you get more than what you pay for at its current price, and that's very satisfying.

I liked everything very much, the food is excellent gelato for lunch and dinner, a warm pool, 5 minutes to the sea, I think in season they will lay a mat for the entrance, the beach itself is filled with gray sand but the entrance to the water is pebbles, I really liked all the guys from the bars, by the pool there is Ali who does everything known and also a mixologist I think Bach he is just great at the proportions of what you want will do, and there is also a local Matthew McConaughey he works at the dinner bar, everyone is nice, and the bar on the sea opens at 10 with delicious coffee better than at breakfast the bartender calls himself Jack Sparrow Johnny, and right there they bake flatbreads with cheese very tasty I advise everyone if you arrive when lunch is over at 14:30, so early and you can have a snack on a flatbread until 16:30. Special thanks to the service in the restaurant, each hall has its own manager, everyone is very attentive, the waiters pour water or wine, I liked the Russian-speaking Ilya, very nice, with a hearing disability, but he understands everything well, and is just great, the sunniest hall where they cook the grill, the food is different every day, the main course, cakes and desserts, only lunch and dinner. I didn’t understand what was going on with the animation in the evening, the main thing is that it didn’t interfere with sleep. Special thanks to the girls at the reception, they help with any problem, they will tell you everything, they know different languages, they will easily explain everything.

This hotel is really 'tired' and the rooms are run down. The photos on the website do not match reality. 1. The elevator is tiny and we always waited a long time. It was hard to squeeze in with a stroller, so I had to carry the stroller up and down to the second floor myself! 2. The restaurant is small, and the food is mediocre BUT FRESH, which is a plus. THERE IS NO KIDS' MENU! Even though 'children's meals' were advertised in the description. 3. The high chairs for kids were not cleaned after use. On the second day, the chair was just dirty (photo attached), so I had to clean it myself! 4. The coffee machine was dirty. The coffee and tea cups were dirty. 5. Everything in the rooms had a film on it – the shower, the shower cabin – it was disgusting to touch anything. Even the mirror was hung crookedly, which was the final straw! Upon check-in, there were someone else's black hairs in the closet and disposable slippers under the bed. The safe was broken and wouldn't lock. 6. The children's pool was ice cold. I had to bathe my one-year-old child in the adult pool! 7. When I ordered wine, they just gave it to me in an old plastic cup! The chairs in the hotel are plastic. Honestly, I cannot recommend this hotel. It barely scrapes by as a 3-star. My impressions are very mixed and sad. All that was good was the friendly and polite staff, the responsive entertainers, and the entertainment manager. The hotel is very small, boring, and run-down.

A budget hotel with three meals a day. The food selection is minimal, but everything is edible. Only the breakfasts are very basic: boiled eggs, cheese, and a little sausage. Turkish tea and coffee from a machine are drinkable. The rooms are cleaned well, but that depends on your luck with the hostess. The pool is popular with guests, but the sun loungers are dirty; the area around it wasn't cleaned even once in 10 days. Turkish tea and coffee from a machine are drinkable. The rooms are cleaned well, but that depends on your luck with the hostess. The pool is popular with guests, but the sun loungers are dirty; the area around it wasn't cleaned even once in 10 days.
