You have been pre warned… 24 ladies booked this hotel for a 3 night trip. Despite phoning and paying for the rooms in advance, check in was dreadful, mis managed, slow and the reception staff extremely rude (we have since been informed one particular girl was sacked for her conduct). The rooms seemed to vary in condition and cleanliness. One very awful one which was changed the next day, there didn’t seem to be any planning, small rooms for 2 people and larger ones for single rooms.🤷♀️ FOOD: At best average, breakfast being the best. DRINK: The hotel advertised as Ultra All Inclusive, absolutely not. The alcohol spirits are dreadful, resulting in our group buying their own vodka and Raki from outside the hotel. The wine mainly not drinkable and seem to vary from bar to bar. Only beer seems to be acceptable. STAFF If there was a scale for rudeness it would be off the chart, from tutting every time you asked for a drink to being aggressive in their manner, especially when telling two older ladies to go away when asking for a drink, this resulted in the ladies being very upset, we reported to manager and he made the bar manager / staff apologise. Thereafter they treated us with some respect and a bit more smiling. Apparently the reason for such rudeness was because it’s been a long season and horrible customers as for the beach bar staff, faces like slapped ****s best describes them. There was also an incident with inappropriate behaviour from a maintenance guy, again this was reported. SUMMARY All in all the hotel is certainly not 5 rated star, 3 at a push, it’s dated in parts and tired, up grade required in many aspects for example the gym equipment, paving, indoor pool was not heated, the beach towels you left a deposit for were very grubby. Hotel is kind of new, all furnitures and facilities are new. Very clean hotel and staff is always helpful and smiling. Breakfast is good and products are fresh. Don't except luxury brunches from a pretty and small hotel but all of the options are sufficient and enough to be full and to enjoy. They don't sell alcohol but you can buy and bring or order from market which is so close to hotel your alcohol and can drink in the upper garden at nights (I suggest that). They serve glasses, ice cubes upon your request. Hotel owner is a nice and talkative guy He always check the pulse of the customers and getting feedbacks. Reception is also so helpful they can communicate with you in 4 different languages which are Russian, English, Turkish and German. Housekeeping staff is very kind and they are doing good job. In every hotel you can find something if you put your negative glasses but ensure that even you put it you can find less there. We spent 1 week with my huge family and enjoyed there. This is a very nice hotel with nice and helpful staff. We asked reception many times to fix our wifi but nothing was getting done about it, On the other hand, guest relations were very helpful and provided a solution as soon as possible. The services were exceptional, the pattiserie , breakfast lunch and dinner. We were very welcomed and we enjoyed all of the activities. Food is perfect. All kind of meats on every meal, beef chicken fish also somethimes lamb and liver. And very good taste. Soft drinks are also high quality. Alotof kinds on meals deserts cheeses. Snack bar is the greatest i ever seen, also all kinds of meats on snackbar. Cleaning is perfect. Everywhere is clean, whole otel Quietness is perfect. I think rooms have sound protection materials. I didn’t hear single sound from any neighbour. Helping is perfect. Everyone inside hotel is very careful and kindly trying to help about everything. Location is perfect. Pools are great. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. The hotel manager Mr. Yucel was so kind and friendly. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. We stayed in a ground floor room with balcony. There wasn't much of a view other than greenery and the path way was used by the staff. But it didn't bother us as we very rarely sat out. The room itself was very spacious with a double and single bed, a TV and fridge that was stocked daily with bottles of water. Air conditioning was good but only works while the patio doors are closed and the hotel key card is in the electric slot. There was a large bathroom with toilet, a powerful shower, hairdryer and shaving point. The fixtures and fittings were a bit tired looking and could probably do with updating. But all worked well overall. The food was ok. If you are a fussy eater, you might struggle to find something to eat. Also, none of the food is labelled, so it is anyone's guess as to what it is you are eating. We didn't starve, but felt the food was quite limited and very repetitive. Across the way from the restaurant, there is a hut where at breakfast, you can get fresh pancakes, omlettes, fried eggs. Next door is also a hut that serve gozlemes (pancakes filled with potato or cheese). There are a number of coffee machines, fruit teas and juices. On day 4 I discovered there was a tea urn that had something resembling English tea, but is very strong. The entertainment was on twice in the week. It was Turkish night on Saturday which we really did enjoy. There was also entertainment on Tuesday which we missed due to going on an excursion. The pool, you get the usual suspects that put their towels down at the crack of dawn but there appear to be plenty of sun loungers. There is a slide (although the water that runs on it, get switched off at certain times of the day, which makes it unusable). There is a pool bar where you get your drinks throughout the day/night. Alcoholic drinks are very limited on the all inclusive. One type of beer (tuborg), red/white wine, vodka or gin. Soft drinks were soda water, pepsi, lemonade or fizzy orange. After 10pm there is an option to buy your drinks which I am guessing are branded, but not too sure. The town centre is a 20 min walk away with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars. Not too sure how far the nearest beach is but there is a mini bus that takes you to both the town centre or local beach free of charge. The hotel arrange excursions. We only did the land of legends night show which was very good. Wifi is chargeable in the rooms. If you try the WiFi around the reception area or pool, it is extremely slow. There are no room safes, you can hire one at a charge. These are located in the reception area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Very disappointing stay. Stayed for 11 nights and by day 5 both my husband and I wanted to leave. Positive thing was our room was clean/spacious with balcony overlooking a mountain and pool area housekeeping came daily and very friendly. Steam room broken halfway on our stay, my husband have asked a few times when it will be available again, was told that sauna and indoor pool only available no apologies or explanation. Indoor pool not heated so not great to use. Lots of choices for food, but unfortunately everyday was the same food was bland, this was an all inclusive holiday. Protein consisted of either grilled, roasted, or some kind of casserole of either chicken, lamb or turkey and always some type of grilled fish. It did provide beef but unless you are keen on beef tongue soup that was a no from us. I love desserts but again very disappointed as it was tasteless and somehow wet. Overall quantity over quality! The hotel is located 1.5 km from the center. It's a short walk along the beach. The room is spacious. Big beds and sofa, good blackout curtains. The sheets were not changed, they were turned inside out :( (I dropped a cookie on the sheet and the sheet was dirty, next day was the stain on the ohter side) There is also a safe in the room, for which you pay 10 euros, you get a check and a key in return. When you check out later, the money will be refunded based on the check. Wardrobe is quite small, it has two sides but nothing can be placed on the other side, bc he shelf is about 10 cm wide. On the day of arrival, there was 1 liters of water, Sprite and Coca in the fridge. When the water runs out, a new bottle is put in. Clean water is always available free of charge in small cups (200ml) in the hotel's bars and restaurant. The bathroom has a bathtub. Also there is soap bars and shampoo. If you want to enjoy a bubble bath, feel free to ask the janitor for a bathtub stopper. And as for all kinds of construction and finishing mistakes, just learn to ignore them. You are in another country with its own standards. Food - As the season had not yet started, the seafood restaurant was not open. But otherwise, you can be sure that you will have gained weight when you come back from vacation :) For breakfast, you can either have filter coffee or Turkish tea. However, if you want a packet of tea (chamomile, apple, blend), grab a tea bag at the bar before coming to the restaurant, because hot water is available. At the hotel's pool bar, you can later get cappuccino and other coffees from the machine. The beach. Maximum 5 minutes walk. Also a transfer bus takes you there and brings you back. Aqvapark has two slides and a big swimming pool, half is lower and half is deeper water. Also one childrens pool, 30cm depth. There is a road leading to the sandy beach where there is an area of Meder hotel beach chairs. I consider it a disadvantage that you cannot close umbrellas on the beach and therefore it is not good for sunbathing. It is better to absorb vitamin D in the territory of Aqvapark. There are changing rooms, outdoor duzz, toilet. Beach towels can be exchanged for cards at the hotel SPA reception. You can eat well in Aqvapark, there are fries, hamburgers, kebab meat, sandwiches. Drinks including water, coca, beer and wine. Internet. Wi-Fi is free downstairs (a bit slow, because too many people are at the same hotspot at the same time) Wi-Fi is also free in the rooms, but you have to log in with your data (arter check-in you are inserted to the system and you can use your room number and name to log in) There is also a faster internet option, which is not free (see pictures) Animation. In the morning there was yoga, later darts, petanque. In the evenings there were acrobats, choosing the best man and woman, bingo, turkey night. Check in was effortless, staff on reception attentive and friendly. Restaurant: main restaurant has ample food, live cooking stations for omelettes in the morning for breakfast and various other for lunch and evening meal. Was busy at times, I would recommend getting it either early or quite late. If you manage to get a table outside the views over the ocean are spectacular. Staff in the restaurant clear plates quickly so I don’t have to wait long for tables. Room: room is small, however, ample for single person or two people. This would be a little cramped with more than that, I was based in the furthest corner of the hotel suited me to the ground, spectacular views of the mountains. Room is cleaned daily with fresh linen. However hotel doesn’t have a lot of amenities for five star establishment, is certainly lacking in the personal touch for amenities. The grounds are in immaculate clean, always a gardener cleaning up after they roosters and cat crap. The roosters can be quite bothersome, especially at 6:30 in the morning with the obligatory wake up call. The views onto the mountains are just spectacular and you can’t get bored of the view, there are 2 pools available, a small beach and pier available for sunbathers. Beds around the pool can fill up quickly too. The bar staff are very good, quick, efficient and the measures aren’t too shabby either. They may even do a few tricks. Overall, very pleasant stay however, this is not a five star resort considering I’ve spent time on the road recently, there is another chain of hotels called Rixos that certainly know how to do five stars. ***********, give this a five star hotel rating hence why I booked it.SOLD OUT

We rested in the hotel for 3 nights and we are glad that we did not stay longer. The hotel is more likely to be 3 * for the following reasons:
1. Employees. From the beginning, the security guard would not let me into the hotel to check in, because I did not bring a suitcase and bracelet when I came, which is simply impossible in his world. He only speaks Turkish, and we have no way to solve this problem until some people who speak English and Turkish help. In addition, shortly after registration, we were caught by a barker in the local Turkish bath, Ruslan or Rustem. Just like bath towels, he didn't give passes for all stay days. Once we had to go to the Turkish bath with him because they provided beach towels and he didn't give it to us until we booked the Turkish bath. When we had decided that it was best to lie on our own towels, he condescended to give us a hotel room. Then, at each meeting, he asked when we came and made a comment on the last day, such as ”Why did you go there with so little money?” A very disgusting type. After talking with him, you won’t Want any hammam. Next: Maid. Our door always had a ”Do Not Disturb” label, but that didn't stop them from knocking 3 times and breaking into our room twice, once in the afternoon and once at 9am. We slept both times and were very awake.
2. Food. Because there is a covid buffet with food delivery. Not only is the food objectively not very tasty, but you still have to wait in line in front of each ”counter”. As a result, you stand in 2-3 queues for each meal, holding a plate, just like rations.
The alcohol is divided into two halves and poured into small glasses, so you must often go to the bar to line up. She asked for a full glass of wine, and the bartender murmured a few words about it, but she didn't ask much.
3. Entertainment. After 21:00, there will be live music performances every night. Parties over 50 years old.
4. The beach. The beach is very good, you can always find sunbeds, and the sea is clean and warm. The beach bar charges.
In a word: they don't really care about service and hospitality. Otherwise, for money, a hotel is like a hotel. But we will not go there again.From$53

What can I say that I haven't already said before about this fabulous hotel, it never fails to live up to expectations. We arrived late in the evening and were quickly checked in and had our cases whisked up to our beautiful room where was a bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us. We quickly freshened up and then went down to the lounge bar for a drink before heading down to the restaurant for a bite to eat as it is open 24 hours which is great if you have a late flight. The next day we booked ourselves into the spa for a Turkish bath and massage and it was fantastic as usual. The whole experience is so relaxing and the staff there are so welcoming and friendly whilst being very professional. It was lovely to catch up with our friends in the animation team who always recognise us and make us welcome. We loved going to the Luna Bar where Ferit, Fatih, Emine and the rest of the team took very good care of us before finishing the night off in the lounge bar. The lounge bar also had some very good performers on most nights and there was some very good entertainment on each night around the pool area.......spoilt for choice really! As usual the hotel was immaculately clean and the food in the main restaurant was excellent as were the a la carte restaurants which we were able to book quite easily. The quality of the drinks is amazing and the choice of premium brands is exceptional. We had a fabulous holiday as usual and we can't wait to return in April/May 2024. The staff are all a credit to this hotel and work so hard to make it such an enjoyable experience to be there. In conclusion, I have no hesitation in recommending the Akra Kemer to anyone looking for the ultra all inclusive experience.From$205

It's a familiar concept resort. It offers everything and you can't get annoying. A lot of staff taking care of every corner. Lots of food in every moments. Main restaurant different choices but medium quality, desserts weren't the best, only turkish night had the best baklava and künefe ever. And their minus, that make me give 3points where tha bathroom. Total disappointment, old, non accurated and renovated, what a pity, spacious room and a small and old bathroom. The tub gets blocked and the water didn't go away,the sinks too, the wc make such a noise, the water works with difficulty. |6.08km from city centerIt was an indescribable holiday. My wife and my 7-month-old son and I chose this place after reading the comments on our first holiday. It was a perfect holiday. I wish it hadn't ended. The hotel has its own transfer. The relations department called and asked if there was anything you didn't like about your problem. I told them that we didn't like the food. They wanted to meet with us immediately. We went to the manager and called the kitchen chef ERDEM BEY. Mr. Erdem came and explained how they made the food meticulously, so well that he took one-on-one attention and as long as we stayed, ERDEM BEY was always like our family. He met our needs. We were shocked that he wouldn't do anything to relatives. It's a great feeling to know such a person. That's why we come to this hotel every year and we will. As for the other staff, from the cleaner to the reception, all the staff are so friendly. You seriously wouldn't believe it, you'd say you're exaggerating, but all the employees love their jobs and smile. They do it like bees, they never stop, they take care of whatever you want, you ask, they do it, the rooms are very clean, in fact the entire hotel is very clean, they always call to ask if you need it, ooof, leaving the hotel was very sad for the first time, we felt like we were leaving our family, we can't wait for the summer to come next year, thank you very much for everything. Alotof kinds on meals deserts cheeses. Snack bar is the greatest i ever seen, also all kinds of meats on snackbar. Cleaning is perfect. Everywhere is clean, whole otel Quietness is perfect. I think rooms have sound protection materials. I didn’t hear single sound from any neighbour. Helping is perfect. Everyone inside hotel is very careful and kindly trying to help about everything. Location is perfect. Pools are great. Slidings are enough. Thank you!

The staff is well behaved and will be able to answer/help in Russian, Turkish and English as well. Check in was quite fast. We got bracelets right after we came into the hotel and were allowed to use all extras as official guests. Hotel improved there cleaning process, towel were changed each day in our room. We enjoyed our trip and obviously will come to spend our next vacation in our village in Turkey called Loceanica:)

При въезде на ресепшене русские, отдел по работе с гостями русские, 90% отдыхающих русские. Кому как, мне не нравится, учитывая то, что некоторые приезжающие невоспитанное хамло, доводящее до слез работников отеля. Наш туроператор сказал, что была реновация в отеле, по факту была только в небольшом количестве номеров, и то очень слабая. Сначала заселили в старый номер на первом этаже, где воняло сыростью. Спасибо, что переселили в новый номер, который якобы после реновации. Плюсы: номер чище, новее, кровать удобнее, телевизор больше. Минусы: кондиционер не работал, а как починили не охлаждал, из 2 телефонов работал 1, 6 русских каналов, из которых 2 работающих. 2 раза просил техника, чтобы решить все проблемы, в первый раз ждал два дня, второй раз еще два дня. Решил 30% от того, что просил. Квалификации никакой. 3/10 Идем дальше, новый номер был на 4 этаже, на второй день сломался единственный лифт, который шел на этаж. 2 суток ходил пешком, особенно приятно, когда техник не приходит, связаться нельзя, и ты пехаешь туда-обратно несколько дней. А-ля карт: отдельная боль. Ставлю 0 итальянскому и 3,5 турецкому. Пришли в итальянский, дали дохлую еле теплую пиццу, цезарь с заправкой «тухлый носок», с ней же ризотто и вишенкой на торте были замороженные десерты. Ушли через 15-20 минут доедать в основной ресторан. Турецкий нормальный, но еда почти на 80-90% совпадает с основным рестораном. 3/10 Главный ресторан: очень мало официантов. бедные девушки не успевают обслуживать около 50-70 столов, на 2-6 посадочных мест. Нашлись еще постояльцы, которые этих бедолаг доводили до слез за то, что не принесли попить(в ресторане есть бар, где каждый сам может подойти и взять). Еще одна печалька - на столько посадочных мест убогонькая кофемашина, которая наливает в чашку растворимый кофе. Приходишь утром, все налетели на еду, чтоб не отобрали последний кусок, еле находишь место и думаешь, хочется попить кофейку. Ага, только постой за этим пойлом еще очередь. Но еда норм, фруктов особо нет, в конце стали давать еле спелые арбузы. 4/10 Безопасность: нет браслетов для постояльцев, любой по сути может пройти на территорию, и охрану это не очень волнует. Лайфгард на пляже и бассейне равнодушно смотрит на все происходящее. 0/10 Спа: бойтесь мужичка в бело-желтой майке, который зазывает в спа-центр. Это самый настоящий клещ, который никогда от вас не отвалит. Но спа в принципе нормальный. Бассейн там якобы подогреваемый, но нет, ледяная вода. Понравился массаж, хаммам, работники хорошие. 7/10 Бары: главный бар - полный косяк, стоит якобы бармен, который даже состав простейших коктейлей не знает. При условии что прям перед ним стоит меню с составом :) Это мой топ. |1.85km from city centerWe stayed in a ground floor room with balcony. There wasn't much of a view other than greenery and the path way was used by the staff. But it didn't bother us as we very rarely sat out. The room itself was very spacious with a double and single bed, a TV and fridge that was stocked daily with bottles of water. Air conditioning was good but only works while the patio doors are closed and the hotel key card is in the electric slot. There was a large bathroom with toilet, a powerful shower, hairdryer and shaving point. The fixtures and fittings were a bit tired looking and could probably do with updating. But all worked well overall. The food was ok. If you are a fussy eater, you might struggle to find something to eat. Also, none of the food is labelled, so it is anyone's guess as to what it is you are eating. We didn't starve, but felt the food was quite limited and very repetitive. Across the way from the restaurant, there is a hut where at breakfast, you can get fresh pancakes, omlettes, fried eggs. Next door is also a hut that serve gozlemes (pancakes filled with potato or cheese). There are a number of coffee machines, fruit teas and juices. On day 4 I discovered there was a tea urn that had something resembling English tea, but is very strong. The entertainment was on twice in the week. It was Turkish night on Saturday which we really did enjoy. There was also entertainment on Tuesday which we missed due to going on an excursion. The pool, you get the usual suspects that put their towels down at the crack of dawn but there appear to be plenty of sun loungers. There is a slide (although the water that runs on it, get switched off at certain times of the day, which makes it unusable). There is a pool bar where you get your drinks throughout the day/night. Alcoholic drinks are very limited on the all inclusive. One type of beer (tuborg), red/white wine, vodka or gin. Soft drinks were soda water, pepsi, lemonade or fizzy orange. After 10pm there is an option to buy your drinks which I am guessing are branded, but not too sure. The town centre is a 20 min walk away with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars. Not too sure how far the nearest beach is but there is a mini bus that takes you to both the town centre or local beach free of charge. The hotel arrange excursions. We only did the land of legends night show which was very good. Wifi is chargeable in the rooms. If you try the WiFi around the reception area or pool, it is extremely slow. There are no room safes, you can hire one at a charge. These are located in the reception area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They all worked extremely hard and very long hours to keep the hotel clean and tidy at all times. Even when they encountered rude customers, they still managed to keep a smile on their face. Overall, we had a very enjoyable holiday at the grand viking hotel. The positives for this hotel, out weigh the negatives.

|2.15km from city centerThe hotel is comfortable and the staff are friendly. The staff are constantly keeping the complex clean. My bungalow was cleaned every day except my last day. The food is tailored towards the Russian/Polish people who make up 70% of the guests, but there is the barbecue alternative which offers a choice of different grilled fish and different meat of either steak, veal or chicken each night. Also the evening entertainment is orientated towards the Russians. The beach is pebbly but has a nice veranda with a bar and snack bar for lunch. The main pool is large, and the two water park type pools with children's and adult tubes also have sunbeds and a seating area along with a bar and snack bar. My only real gripe was the aircon is poor wouldn't have liked to have been there when it was 38degrees, 33degrees was enough. Special shout to Mordo and Kymbat in the foyer bar and Melek in the pool bar. And also to the lady who made the pancakes at breakfast and the crepe parcels at the beach bar at lunchtime. Sorry for all the people who wrote reviews about the resort not catering to the English, maybe you should stick to Benidorm or Las Americas.

|6.42km from city centerThis is our 3rd visit to the Rixos chain of hotels and we are impressed! The Rixos Beldibi was fantastic and staff were friendly from the moment we arrived there. Overall Quality 5-star hotel, with excellent staff in a setting that makes you feel at home. Worth a visit for couples and families. If going, take advantage of free transfer and entry to Land of Legends Park. Room We had a spacious room on the 3rd floor with a view of the gardens and sea. I wanted to bring the bed home with us as was so comfortable! The room was spotless and maid service did a great job especially with the towel animals. Restaurants The breakfast buffet had an expansive range and choice, I think we had different things every day and never got tired of the selection. There was ample seating both inside and out in the main restaurant with the décor and ambiance making it feel varied and comfortable. The patisserie had a selection of cakes and biscuits that changed each day and a good range of Teas and Coffees that complimented them. I was very partial to a Turkish Coffee and cake mid-morning and my waistline shows it after the trip! During the day the Bistro restaurant was relaxed, and service couldn’t be faulted. It felt like we were in an upmarket restaurant. With our stay we had a single a la carte diner at the Italian, where we sat on the veranda. There were many courses, and we especially enjoyed the ravioli which was creamy and rich. Bars The range of branded drinks was extensive, and wines were tasty. There were at least 4 different types of beers with range and flavour. With the cocktails the staff could make any you wanted however we weren’t that adventurous. The lobby bar was quiet, and we spent most of our time at the beach bar, where the evening entertainment was. Pool The main pool was split in two level and there was a separate kids pool. It was clean and well looked after with friendly lifeguards. There were plenty of sun loungers providing a picturesque view of the mountains catching the sun through till around 4 pm ish. Beach The beach had plenty of sun loungers and cabanas and we always found a space. Swimming in the sea was refreshing and safe and I saw a few fish. We loved the pier and getting afternoon sun looking back at the hotel and views, especially when sipping an ice coffee. Entertainments The staff worked hard and provided a varied entertainment schedule. During the day there were many activities you were free to join in with we tried tennis, basketball, and a bit of table tennis. We didn’t fancy the aerial exercise class or the bike ride to the canyon. Over the week in the evening there was karaoke and a music quiz and we had a laugh. For us it was pitched at the right level however a younger crowd may want a bit more. The kids club ran all day and till late in the evening the kids looked to be loving it! Land of Legends Wow. Positive thing was our room was clean/spacious with balcony overlooking a mountain and pool area housekeeping came daily and very friendly. Steam room broken halfway on our stay, my husband have asked a few times when it will be available again, was told that sauna and indoor pool only available no apologies or explanation. Indoor pool not heated so not great to use. Lots of choices for food, but unfortunately everyday was the same food was bland, this was an all inclusive holiday. Protein consisted of either grilled, roasted, or some kind of casserole of either chicken, lamb or turkey and always some type of grilled fish. It did provide beef but unless you are keen on beef tongue soup that was a no from us. I love desserts but again very disappointed as it was tasteless and somehow wet. Overall quantity over quality! Won't be staying there again!

The only drawback I had it’s the reception staff who I thought it’s not very reliable they say one thing and do another and if they can improve their service and speak bit of english that would be much appreciated. Apart from that it was very enjoyable the food is delicious 😋 lots of variety they have Starbucks inside and Noodle bar and the main restaurant, drinks at all bars, Nespresso coffee spots and chocolate bar patisserie plus 24hour restaurant available in all Inclusive. If u are bored of all that there are 4-5 Ala Carte restaurants to give more options love the sea water its warm and is the best sea water in Turkey I swim in, although swimming pool water is cold but still it’s good, tried their spa services was very nice 👌 plenty of entertainment to keep you busy and its Fantastic👍and I would highly recommend this hotel to visit. It's a familiar concept resort. It offers everything and you can't get annoying. A lot of staff taking care of every corner. Lots of food in every moments. Main restaurant different choices but medium quality, desserts weren't the best, only turkish night had the best baklava and künefe ever. And their minus, that make me give 3points where tha bathroom. Total disappointment, old, non accurated and renovated, what a pity, spacious room and a small and old bathroom. The tub gets blocked and the water didn't go away,the sinks too, the wc make such a noise, the water works with difficulty. If they renovate the bathrooms, the cleaning and improve food quality, they will be totally 5 stars. We spend 8 nights and only this made us not to turn again.

We are always treated with such kindness and made sure that we have everything we need to make our stay perfect. We enjoyed all the food that is on offer and the facilities are great especially the spa and pavilion. There is a great variety of different activities throughout the day for adults and children there is also great entertainment in the evening with a show for all the family to enjoy and a party and live entertainment afterwards. When arrived at 10-30, with all the check-in things it was 11AM, after a long flight and tiring transfer, we were not offered anything to snack, though the reception told 'there should be some cookies'. In the room there were nuts mix and some fruits with wine, very nice, but no use for people on fruits-free diet. Had to wait till 12-30 to get to crowded dining area for lunch. Wanted some mineral water stacked in the room fridge, but no bottle opener at place. Wondered if there's a book shelf / library available in the hotel - nothing at all (though we visited quite a lot of recreational sites worldwide and most 5* hotels have at least a book corner. All bars offer just drinks (tea, coffee, water) but no snacks. Feel disappointed with the promising pictures and bright feedback by other visitors. Yes food is diverse (but if you're late for breakfast / dinner, be ready for lukewarm meals instead of well heated) and the staff is polite, but nothing for intellectual rest offered. Not sure if we'd return here or any Rixos hotel in the future. As for the good pointes, thanks we were allowed to our room earlier than 2pm. It's nice place for families with kids (lot of entertainment). Large area and various activities for sportsmen. Clean treadmills, walking paths and the grass trimmed and waterised. The sea doesn't require praise - it's always at its best.
