We knew the hotel was near the train station but didn't know how close it was! The building it was in and around it had many food options with a really delicious bakery on the 2nd floor. Not far from the Cocoon City Mall and the Saitama Super Arena, it has easy access to travel within and outside of the Saitama area. We were lucky enough to catch the Art Aquarium Exhibit at the arena which was a delightful treat. The hotel staff were courteous and attentive and the rooms were comfortable with all the necessities for our group. Would definitely recommend and return whenever we want to visit Saitama or Tokyo again!

Watching the ice show at Saitama Super Arena opposite. After the show, you can see it by walking across the overpass. The front desk directly checked in with the passport and got the room card. The single room is quite spacious, well-equipped, and clean. The TV displays the buffet breakfast information, WIFI password and other check-in information. The buffet breakfast on the second day has Saitama's special colorful rice. I am greedy for rice, so I finished two bowls in the morning 😂 It was a good stay experience. I will stay again next time I come to see the show.

The rice balls for breakfast were delicious. Thank you for the meal. I stayed here for an event at Tama Arena. It was a bit of a hassle because I had to change trains twice, but it was less than a minute's walk from Iwatsuki Station to the hotel, and there was a convenience store right next door, so I was able to relax at the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel at the end of November 2025. It was conveniently located, clean, quiet, and had a delicious and varied breakfast. The only issue was the strange, long pillow made of some kind of tubes, which made sleeping very unusual. The location is excellent, and I'd especially like to point out that it's within walking distance of Omiya Station, a Shinkansen stop. Along the way from the subway/trains, or rather, from the station, there are many convenient stores, as well as the huge Lumine shopping mall. By the way, it's a great place if you want to be close to Tokyo and also be practically the only tourist in the city (that's the impression I got). Thank you for a wonderful stay, I recommend it.

There are also frequent trains to the city center, and plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby, including a beautiful large park! The service was truly outstanding. I asked the front desk for local food recommendations, and they quickly printed out a food map for me. There were quite a few tour groups staying there, but my room was spacious and comfortable, and being on a high floor offered beautiful views. If you need cleaning, you just need to let the front desk know in advance. On the downside, it's quite a distance from central Tokyo, requiring multiple transfers, so you need to pay attention to your directions. Also, there's a cemetery nearby, and you can see it from the room if you open the window. Something to consider if that bothers you.

I used it in my family. The room and the water were cleaned well and I was able to spend comfortably and comfortably. It should be noted that the washing machine was available and the towels and futons were very comfortable. Also, because of the screen, I felt extraordinary and watched the video at home, which I didn't watch much TV. If you only ask for one, I would be grateful if there were only a few microwave-compatible tableware. The kitchen may be often used to warm things bought at convenience stores, etc., but ... Check-in was only late, so if you are looking for a cheap hotel near the station, if you check in after 20:00, you can stay until 11:00 in the morning for less than １ 10,000 yen. When I went there, I was surprised because it was a fashion hotel in the pleasure town rather than a business hotel, but it was good because I could only sleep and it was cheap and slow. I was in trouble because I didn't have a refrigerator.

I was going to Saitama Super Arena at a concert, so I used this hotel. I think it was good because I only stayed overnight, but I was a little worried about the response of the woman at the front desk. I will return at 21:00 after check-out, so when I said that I would like to leave my luggage, I was told that ｢ I was just about to stop after that ｣. I kept it, but I was worried about the way ｢ ｣ was said, and I was sorry that I didn't want to serve it. The room was beautiful, but I was worried that there was some dust on the TV remote control. My nose was muzzling and I couldn't stop running. The bath was a unit bus and it was good because it was beautiful. The breakfast morning Mac free ticket was very helpful. If you were in the room without noticing that the room was locked, the male staff politely taught me, thank you. I won't leave my luggage this time! ! ! ! ! !

Although my carry-on suitcase was small, there was enough space to open it. There was also a long counter and chairs, and there was a full-length mirror and a smaller mirror on the wall that could be used for applying makeup, which was very nice. The water tap? was closed from the start, and even when I tried to move it, it wouldn't open, so water accumulated in the tap, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, it was very nice.

Every time I visit Japan, no matter where I go first, my last stop is always Tokyo. And when I'm in Tokyo, Urawa Pines Hotel is my absolute top choice. While it's located at Urawa Station in Saitama Prefecture, it's incredibly close to Tokyo, and the transportation is unbelievably convenient. Let me elaborate: * **To Ueno or Tokyo:** No transfers needed, and you can take a rapid train. * **To Ikebukuro or Shinjuku:** Again, no transfers, and a rapid train gets you there quickly. * **To Karuizawa:** Just hop on the Shinkansen at Omiya Station. * **To Yokohama:** Direct train, no transfers. You can even get directly to Odawara and Atami. Besides the convenient transportation, the shopping is also a big draw, with Isetan and PARCO right at the station exit. The small street leading to the hotel is a bustling food street, full of delicious options. But the best part, ultimately, is the hotel itself. The rooms are spacious, bright, comfortable, and cozy. I came to this hotel to watch a concert in さいたまスーパーアリーナ. It's about 8 minutes away from Shinto Shinto Station, and the environment is very quiet. The hotel is not very new, and the decoration is ordinary, but the room is large, which is very good at this price. The front desk staff are very friendly I am older and don't speak foreign languages, but my attitude is very friendly. There is no self-service check-in. It is a 3-star hotel so there is no entertainment. If you just want to rest, it is no problem. It is worth a try.

While it's located at Urawa Station in Saitama Prefecture, it's incredibly close to Tokyo, and the transportation is unbelievably convenient. Let me elaborate: * **To Ueno or Tokyo:** No transfers needed, and you can take a rapid train. * **To Ikebukuro or Shinjuku:** Again, no transfers, and a rapid train gets you there quickly. * **To Karuizawa:** Just hop on the Shinkansen at Omiya Station. * **To Yokohama:** Direct train, no transfers. You can even get directly to Odawara and Atami. Besides the convenient transportation, the shopping is also a big draw, with Isetan and PARCO right at the station exit. The small street leading to the hotel is a bustling food street, full of delicious options. But the best part, ultimately, is the hotel itself. The rooms are spacious, bright, comfortable, and cozy. Even the smaller rooms are 24 square meters, and the larger ones are 32 square meters – which is almost unbelievable in Japan, where space is at such a premium. What's even more surprising is the price. For anyone doing a self-guided tour of Japan, Urawa Pines Hotel should be your first choice. Highly, highly recommend it!!!

The rice balls for breakfast were delicious. Thank you for the meal. I stayed here for an event at Tama Arena. It was a bit of a hassle because I had to change trains twice, but it was less than a minute's walk from Iwatsuki Station to the hotel, and there was a convenience store right next door, so I was able to relax at the hotel.
