We knew the hotel was near the train station but didn't know how close it was! The building it was in and around it had many food options with a really delicious bakery on the 2nd floor. Not far from the Cocoon City Mall and the Saitama Super Arena, it has easy access to travel within and outside of the Saitama area. We were lucky enough to catch the Art Aquarium Exhibit at the arena which was a delightful treat. The hotel staff were courteous and attentive and the rooms were comfortable with all the necessities for our group. Would definitely recommend and return whenever we want to visit Saitama or Tokyo again!

Smart toilet. Big flat Window can open a slide. Quite a walking distance, just straight, to saitama shintoshin station. family Mart is just next block. Ground floor / Lobby has all the services, including laundry, oven, hot water, vending machine. Opposite hotel is shopping mall name raccoon city. Quite big to walk.

Omiya station is where all the Shinkansen trains come up from Tokyo and then split out . It saved a lot of time for me because I rode the train everyday out and back for seven days. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the station as well. The breakfast is decent and convenient because it is served early enough so that I can take morning trains The staffs were very kind and accommodating. Thank you. .

The room was spacious enough for two adults and one child. The night view was fantastic, offering a great city skyline. I used it in my family. The room and the water were cleaned well and I was able to spend comfortably and comfortably. It should be noted that the washing machine was available and the towels and futons were very comfortable. Also, because of the screen, I felt extraordinary and watched the video at home, which I didn't watch much TV. If you only ask for one, I would be grateful if there were only a few microwave-compatible tableware. The kitchen may be often used to warm things bought at convenience stores, etc., but ... Use for travel with children and elementary school students in lower grades. ［ Good ］ • It was good because the double bed was attached and there was little concern that the child would fall. • Convenient distance for children to walk from Omiya Station. ［ I'm sorry ］ • There was no elevator and it was on the second floor, but it was hard because the carry was heavy. • The bed was clean, but the room was not very clean. There was dirt under the washing machine and dust on the toilet ventilation fan. • It is convenient to have a washing machine in the room, but there is no pole and no dryer, so there is no place to dry. • The closet had fixtures and was not hung. It was inconvenient because there was no elevator and it was a heavy carry bag.

Check-in was only late, so if you are looking for a cheap hotel near the station, if you check in after 20:00, you can stay until 11:00 in the morning for less than １ 10,000 yen. When I went there, I was surprised because it was a fashion hotel in the pleasure town rather than a business hotel, but it was good because I could only sleep and it was cheap and slow. I was in trouble because I didn't have a refrigerator.

I was going to Saitama Super Arena at a concert, so I used this hotel. I think it was good because I only stayed overnight, but I was a little worried about the response of the woman at the front desk. I will return at 21:00 after check-out, so when I said that I would like to leave my luggage, I was told that ｢ I was just about to stop after that ｣. I kept it, but I was worried about the way ｢ ｣ was said, and I was sorry that I didn't want to serve it. The room was beautiful, but I was worried that there was some dust on the TV remote control. My nose was muzzling and I couldn't stop running. The bath was a unit bus and it was good because it was beautiful. The breakfast morning Mac free ticket was very helpful. If you were in the room without noticing that the room was locked, the male staff politely taught me, thank you. I won't leave my luggage this time! ! ! ! ! !

Every time I visit Japan, no matter where I go first, my last stop is always Tokyo. And when I'm in Tokyo, Urawa Pines Hotel is my absolute top choice. While it's located at Urawa Station in Saitama Prefecture, it's incredibly close to Tokyo, and the transportation is unbelievably convenient. Let me elaborate: * **To Ueno or Tokyo:** No transfers needed, and you can take a rapid train. * **To Ikebukuro or Shinjuku:** Again, no transfers, and a rapid train gets you there quickly. * **To Karuizawa:** Just hop on the Shinkansen at Omiya Station. * **To Yokohama:** Direct train, no transfers. You can even get directly to Odawara and Atami. Besides the convenient transportation, the shopping is also a big draw, with Isetan and PARCO right at the station exit. The small street leading to the hotel is a bustling food street, full of delicious options. But the best part, ultimately, is the hotel itself. The rooms are spacious, bright, comfortable, and cozy. Even the smaller rooms are 24 square meters, and the larger ones are 32 square meters – which is almost unbelievable in Japan, where space is at such a premium. What's even more surprising is the price. For anyone doing a self-guided tour of Japan, Urawa Pines Hotel should be your first choice. Highly, highly recommend it!!!

You can actually enter the Hotel from 2F using the elevated pedestrian walkway all the way from the train station, which is very convenient since it avoids having to carry your suitcase up and down stairs, and don't need to wait for traffic lights to cross the streets below. My room was a bit larger than a typical business hotel, and it came with a large desk which was nice.

It is a beautiful hotel located near the train station and a shopping mall, making it convenient to find food and supplies. On the first night, the air conditioner in my room had a musty odor, so I asked to change rooms; the staff provided excellent service and quickly arranged a new one. However, the carpet in the room had significant stains—it would be great if the hotel could clean them—but it was still tolerable, and since I had a lot of luggage, I decided not to move rooms again. On the third night, we returned to our room and found it hadn't been cleaned. We immediately notified the hotel staff; they promptly removed the trash and did their best to assist us. We had previously requested that the room be cleaned daily after 11:00 AM.

I came to this hotel to watch a concert in さいたまスーパーアリーナ. It's about 8 minutes away from Shinto Shinto Station, and the environment is very quiet. The hotel is not very new, and the decoration is ordinary, but the room is large, which is very good at this price. The front desk staff are very friendly I am older and don't speak foreign languages, but my attitude is very friendly. There is no self-service check-in. It is a 3-star hotel so there is no entertainment. If you just want to rest, it is no problem. It is worth a try.

We knew the hotel was near the train station but didn't know how close it was! The building it was in and around it had many food options with a really delicious bakery on the 2nd floor. Not far from the Cocoon City Mall and the Saitama Super Arena, it has easy access to travel within and outside of the Saitama area. We were lucky enough to catch the Art Aquarium Exhibit at the arena which was a delightful treat. The hotel staff were courteous and attentive and the rooms were comfortable with all the necessities for our group. Would definitely recommend and return whenever we want to visit Saitama or Tokyo again!

After visiting Sendai, we stopped in Omiya on our way to Echigo-Yuzawa. This hotel is located on the west exit of Omiya Station. It's incredibly clean and conveniently located. The room was spacious enough for two adults and one child. The night view was fantastic, offering a great city skyline. We appreciated the self-service check-in and check-out, and the free luggage storage using a key card. The surrounding area was also great for exploring.

Nice hotel situated fairly close to Omiya station. You can actually enter the Hotel from 2F using the elevated pedestrian walkway all the way from the train station, which is very convenient since it avoids having to carry your suitcase up and down stairs, and don't need to wait for traffic lights to cross the streets below. My room was a bit larger than a typical business hotel, and it came with a large desk which was nice.

However, the carpet in the room had significant stains—it would be great if the hotel could clean them—but it was still tolerable, and since I had a lot of luggage, I decided not to move rooms again. On the third night, we returned to our room and found it hadn't been cleaned. We immediately notified the hotel staff; they promptly removed the trash and did their best to assist us. We had previously requested that the room be cleaned daily after 11:00 AM.

You can even get directly to Odawara and Atami. Besides the convenient transportation, the shopping is also a big draw, with Isetan and PARCO right at the station exit. It's perfect for solo travelers. The shower room and powder room were both clean. It was my first time staying at a capsule hotel, and the women-only area was quiet and safe. I didn't use the food and drink bar, but when I looked in late at night, there were only men there, so I thought it would be nice if the eating area was larger. I was also able to leave my luggage there before check-in, which was helpful.
