had a good stay overall! the room and all amenities were clean, love that the gym is 24/7 too! service was great too where every staff member was observant, welcoming and polite, really appreciated that the housekeeping staff noticed i had asked for extra bottles of water beforehand and gave me extra without me having to request! visited for business so cannot comment on whether the location is good for leisure travels, but the nearest malls were about a 10min walk away. overall would definitely return.

Excellent receptionist’s service, when my Grab arrived earlier than expected and food hasn’t been prepared (which is my fault, my friend suddenly asked me out so I had to changed it to ‘take away’), restaurants’ staff also was very friendly and offering a few options how would I like the meal in preparation to be served later when I got back. And when I finally got back, the staff is still there (even though it’s super late) and he sat me down, sent me water and prep my food nicely for me to take back to my room to enjoy. It’s a nice experience considering i still remember the kindness after a month 😆

Pillows, bed cover and Bed Sheets was superb and had a good night sleep. The room was not as advertised before booking. It clearly indicated that the business queen room offers wired internet access, however upon checking the room we did not find any. The front desk advice that all rooms does not have wired internet access and it does not work. The sole purpose of my booking was due to business purposes and the wired internet connection was the top priority. Though the wireless internet worked properly from 2am to 6am, intermittent connection is experienced after those hours. (Was using laptop 💻). After 3 days we decided to add another night then requested to have the room cleaned. We called the front desk attention multiple times and went outside to give the cleaners time but upon our return the room was still not cleaned so we needed to call the front desk attention again twice before someone came up to clean.

No guessing. No sudden temperature shifts. Just consistent comfort. Breakfast was another highlight. Plenty of meat options, which I appreciated. A solid spread that felt satisfying and complete. In general, I had a very good stay. My room was great, especially considering the price and overall value. As many people have mentioned before, the elevators can be a bit slow, but honestly, it was not too bad. The mini golf is only one hole, so expectations should be realistic. The pool was quite crowded, but interestingly, the Jacuzzis were not as full (with water) as I expected. That said, they could definitely be improved: the water could be warmer, and it would be nice if they actually produced bubbles. At the moment, they feel more like large, half-filled ponds than real Jacuzzis. As far as I understood, there are no pool towels available, so guests probably need to bring towels from their room. The gym was okay. The equipment is definitely on the older side, but it still works, and you can still get a decent workout in. Other than these small points, everything was pretty much perfect. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

The location is really good because it's close to Kapitolyo and PIA building, the cleanliness is also outstanding! But the service is okay only because the receptionist at that time seemed to be too exhausted and did not care to give a smile. There were also no toiletries in the bathroom, mug/ cup, plate / spoon and fork, you need to request, but they're free. The faucet in the sink was broken, there was no bidet, the head shower is also broken it's functioning but the water spills everywhere. The TV was malfunctioning, I didn't get to watch any TV show. I felt like sadako would come out of the screen because of the screen!

Although we had a little bit of issue with the check-in process (1. the admin couldn’t initially find our reservation; 2. we were told to present vaccination IDs though it wasn’t stated on the booking info that it’s a requirement. I had mine but my partner didn’t have hers.), Sir Kevin (host) was kind enough to thoroughly assist us throughout our stay. The unit had decent kitchenware which we used since we stayed for 2 nights. It just seemed that the place wasn’t completely cleaned before our stay as there were still some uncollected trash inside the bin, leftover butter in the fridge (probably from the previous guest). We also noticed that the linen and duvet had some stains. I just hope those were old stains and not from the previous guest because that would be really off. Other than that, the location was spot on. For the price we paid, it was totally a steal. I just hope the overall cleanliness of the unit would be improved.

It's probably normal that there is no guard at the main entrance of the hotel, well im not sure. When we arrived, late checked in. They checked our booking confirmation where my name and my partner's name were, they asked for ID I gave it and I asked if they both needed our IDs they said no. So for a long time while I was filling out the form they asked me a lot of questions where I booked, they said they couldn't find it. I worked at a travel agency and talked to the people at the hotel's front desk so at least I know how the reservation works. They were looking for our booking under my name they said they couldn't find it. I myself said, check my partner's name. They didn't even think that maybe our booking wasn't in my name. Then they said yes, that's it. What's more annoying is that we were in the room resting, they would call just to ask if we were in the room then when we called the front desk for assistance we called thrice no one answered. And their air conditioner was right next to the bed, we slept as if there was a shower, the bed was wet and the air conditioner was dripping. There was only a small amount of soap, no shampoo at all. The blanket was thin. We only stayed for almost 13 hours.

Karl at the front desk stood out. World-class service. Calm, efficient, and professional. The kind of interaction that sets the tone for the entire stay. The location made everything easy. Being right near The Podium and Megamall meant we could step out for shopping or a good meal without planning too much. For a family trip, that convenience matters. Our room was spacious. Enough room for the three of us to move comfortably without feeling cramped. The kitchen was fully equipped for simple meals. We did not end up cooking, but knowing we could added flexibility to the stay. Small details were done right. The hot and cold controls for the shower, bathtub, and sink worked perfectly. No guessing. No sudden temperature shifts. Just consistent comfort. Breakfast was another highlight. Plenty of meat options, which I appreciated. A solid spread that felt satisfying and complete. Overall, it was a relaxed, well-run stay that worked perfectly for a family trip. Polite service, strong attention to detail, and a location that makes everything convenient. Had a great stay at Red Planet Ortigas. The location is very convenient, especially if you need access to malls, restaurants, and transport around Ortigas. The room was clean, comfortable, and good for short stays. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Budget-friendly but still worth it for the price. Will definitely consider staying here again

Excellent receptionist’s service, when my Grab arrived earlier than expected and food hasn’t been prepared (which is my fault, my friend suddenly asked me out so I had to changed it to ‘take away’), restaurants’ staff also was very friendly and offering a few options how would I like the meal in preparation to be served later when I got back. And when I finally got back, the staff is still there (even though it’s super late) and he sat me down, sent me water and prep my food nicely for me to take back to my room to enjoy. It’s a nice experience considering i still remember the kindness after a month 😆

The hotel location is excellent with walking distance to Robinsons mall and the SM mall. Though the facilities are relativelv basic but beds are comfy, breakfast is not bad. The only thing I'll fault with is the room is lacking a table for proper work and somehow a little small, but for business travel, it is good enough

In general, I had a very good stay. My room was great, especially considering the price and overall value. As many people have mentioned before, the elevators can be a bit slow, but honestly, it was not too bad. The mini golf is only one hole, so expectations should be realistic. The pool was quite crowded, but interestingly, the Jacuzzis were not as full (with water) as I expected. That said, they could definitely be improved: the water could be warmer, and it would be nice if they actually produced bubbles. At the moment, they feel more like large, half-filled ponds than real Jacuzzis. As far as I understood, there are no pool towels available, so guests probably need to bring towels from their room. The gym was okay. The equipment is definitely on the older side, but it still works, and you can still get a decent workout in. Other than these small points, everything was pretty much perfect. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

It's probably normal that there is no guard at the main entrance of the hotel, well im not sure. When we arrived, late checked in. They checked our booking confirmation where my name and my partner's name were, they asked for ID I gave it and I asked if they both needed our IDs they said no. So for a long time while I was filling out the form they asked me a lot of questions where I booked, they said they couldn't find it. I worked at a travel agency and talked to the people at the hotel's front desk so at least I know how the reservation works. They were looking for our booking under my name they said they couldn't find it. I myself said, check my partner's name. They didn't even think that maybe our booking wasn't in my name. Then they said yes, that's it. What's more annoying is that we were in the room resting, they would call just to ask if we were in the room then when we called the front desk for assistance we called thrice no one answered. And their air conditioner was right next to the bed, we slept as if there was a shower, the bed was wet and the air conditioner was dripping. There was only a small amount of soap, no shampoo at all. The blanket was thin. We only stayed for almost 13 hours.
