As a hotel for around 2500 a night it can be said that it was really disappointing. On the day of check-in, the room type did not match the reservation. The hotel said that the upgrade would require US $ 100 to change the room after Ctrip adjustment. In the evening, I found that the water was not hot in the bath. The hotel sent staff to repair it. If it was not repaired, the hotel would wait until 11 o'clock to call the front desk twice and no one answered. Waited for more than an hour for the hot water to come. Unexpectedly, the second night experienced half bath without hot water. Unexpectedly, a hot shower in a hotel of 2,500 one night turned out to be a luxury. The overall experience was very poor. The so-called continental breakfast is actually a bit of bread, milk, oatmeal, coffee and fruit. Very humble. The overall feeling is summarized as a two-word bad review

Finally, I stayed in a hotel with good service in the United States. The price-performance ratio is high in Napa. There are many choices of restaurants in the town, and they are delicious. The famous French laundry and its bakery are next door, and it is also convenient to go to Opus One. The hotel also has free limo cars and motorcycles.

Plus: A new, very stylish modern and beautiful hotel in the valley, spacious huge rooms. Good work of the concierge. Minorities: They insisted on the deposit from the card for some reason. Although I offered them a deposit in cash. That is, in all five-star hotels of the world, including Europe, and the United States (almost all five in Beverly Hills LA) - take cash as a deposit, and here the cut is refused. A mediocre breakfast, bad coffee, lack of real fresh juice (although as everywhere in the United States, unfortunately). The most unpleasant thing is that two bottles of water were placed on a visible spot, with a large “Thank you” label on them. Naturally, after reading the inscription, I decided that it was ”the complimentary water from the hotel,” because around the world in hotels of this level the room is free of charge. Very unbeautiful, so deceive guests! Free water was later found in the refrigerator 🤦🏻♀️ But the precipitation remained. And the impression of the hotel was corrupted. And yes, drinking cold water from the refrigerator is a straight path to the angina, so leaving complimentary water for guests in the refrigerator is a highly doubtful concern for their health and wellbeing.

As a hotel for around 2500 a night it can be said that it was really disappointing. On the day of check-in, the room type did not match the reservation. The hotel said that the upgrade would require US $ 100 to change the room after Ctrip adjustment. In the evening, I found that the water was not hot in the bath. The hotel sent staff to repair it. If it was not repaired, the hotel would wait until 11 o'clock to call the front desk twice and no one answered. Waited for more than an hour for the hot water to come. Unexpectedly, the second night experienced half bath without hot water. Unexpectedly, a hot shower in a hotel of 2,500 one night turned out to be a luxury. The overall experience was very poor. The so-called continental breakfast is actually a bit of bread, milk, oatmeal, coffee and fruit. Very humble. The overall feeling is summarized as a two-word bad review

At the end of February, I went to the NAPA Winery. I didn't want to drink the wine for too long. I came over for a night. The small restaurant on the first floor has a fireplace and is very warmly furnished. There is free parking in the yard. The room we stayed in was small and was on the 3rd floor. Only the stairs, the luggage is quite heavy. There are not many breakfast patterns, and it’s good to have enough energy to play.
