The location is very good, the surrounding environment is good, quiet, the top floor observation deck is very good, you can look at the Mississippi River, you can see the bridge marked 'M'. The restaurant on the top floor is also good, you can go and taste it. There are no convenience stores and shopping malls around. It is more convenient to have a car or rent a car. This is the case in the general cities of the United States. It is very inconvenient to have no car. There are some snacks (popcorns and the like) in the hotel room that can be enjoyed free of charge. The hotel room is ok, but we live in a suite with an outdoor deck that can go out and enjoy the exterior. The terrace is large and connected to the next room. There is no problem with security. All the platforms need to be swiped before they can enter. There are leisure sofas on the platform, but there are more dust on the sofa and coffee table and the ground, as well as spider webs. The hotel is located in a large outdoor goods store. The interior decoration is very special. Some real animal specimens, birds, deer, etc. can be seen everywhere. There are also some introductions to the origin of the hotel, which is very story-like. I like to enjoy life in the American country. There is also a battlefield in the mall. There are guns and ammunition on the second floor. On the first floor, there are various mountain bikes, there are various fishing gears and swimwear, and a The harbor pier has a lot of local fish in it. There is also a city called Memphis in Egypt. The shape of this hotel is designed as a pyramid. From the second floor, it is designed as a hotel room along the inner circle of the pyramid. Great location! Staff was very friendly. Pretty good breakfast spread. We had a junior suite Room 607 which was spacious. The water pressure for the shower and tub was great and lots of hot water too. A few notes on the downside. We asked for an extra blanket for the room and they didn’t have one and said they would bring one up when they found one. But never did. We stayed two night and they did make the bed between nights which was great! Howe er they did not resolves with any new towels. And a small note is the plug in the shower was a bit worn so it took some doing to get it to work k so my wife could take a bath.

Right next to the Grizzlies home court Be careful to avoid pitfalls when it comes to breakfast. The hotel I booked with Ctrip in China included breakfast, but when I arrived at the hotel, breakfast was not included, and it was a set meal. I spent more than $200 on breakfast for three days... But Ctrip was awesome and compensated me directly. Thumbs up to Ctrip.

The hotel is located on the Mississippi River in downtown Memphis. You can walk a few steps from the door to the bridge to the island, and it takes only ten minutes to walk to Beale Street. The Sheraton building is quite conspicuous and can be seen from a distance, so you don't have to worry about getting lost when you go out. The room is clean and tidy, and you can enjoy the river view and the pyramids by the large glass window.

The opposite side of the entrance faces the main street, and there is a drugstore nearby. Hot drinks are available at the entrance and inside the room, and it was quiet and comfortable. I could hardly hear the noise from the next room. Breakfast service includes bread and lots of fruit, but no vegetables. The waffle maker is fun.

This is a great hotel with nice clean rooms and comfy bed. Lovely big TV in the room with accessible HDMI port for bringing your own device. I know you don’t book into a hotel to lie and watch TV but it’s nice to catch up on things after a long day out. Location is excellent as no more than 10 min walk to downtown Beale St, and 20 mins to Sun Studios, where the magic began. Reception being renovated while we were there so not quite as functional as it should be but staff were terrific and incredibly polite. Rocky the concierge/manager was a bundle of fun and provided some great info on what to do in this great city 👍

Nice staff, very old building and sketchy adjacent parking garage, elevator broken, pan handlers galore, too close to annoying homeless, ******** ***, and drunks. I walked to FedEx, then to post office, and back to the Hampton Inn today (3 blocks total) and an older man on a bicycle followed me for five minutes shouting insults and racist slurs because a i refused to give him money as I exited FedEx. There is an abundant police presence in the area but if you leave the main three blocks of Beale, drunks are hassling people for alcohol. Very sad for the well-intentioned and hard-working locals. 👎. The breakfast at Hampton Inn was pretty good except for the gravy. This was a grey soup, not sausage gravy. Biscuits were terrific as was the staff person on duty.

We have a total of two rooms. There was something wrong with this room. The lock of the room was bad when we checked in. We changed the card several times up and down. Finally, we asked the people of the engineering department to repair the lock. When I checked out, the front desk said that there was a problem with the payment of the room rate. Let me swipe the card again, but my room rate was prepaid by Trip.com , how could I pay it again. Later, the front desk communicated with her manager, and they solved the room rate by themselves. They should go to communicate with the third-party intermediary of Trip.com .

My first approach when I arrived on site wasn’t good. The staff that was helping me was a lady. I didn’t get her name but she wasn’t friendly. Her demeanor wasn’t there at all like she was rushing. No biggie. I didn’t complain. I stayed in town for 3 days. When I got to my room it was a ADA room. I didn’t ask for. I didn’t complain. Turned tv on and could not watch. I called front desk the lady gave me such a lame excuse. Maintenance came. He spoke no English. Had to translate on phone. He fixed. But it immediately went off again. I started to ask for a new room all together but decided to just write review. I feel like they save the good rooms for the airport staff like the attendants and pilots as I seen a lot of them coming and going. River view not worth it at all on my end.

EP’s Bar and Grill was tasty, but know food has a spicy kick! Delta’s Diner is to die for! All areas of service were wonderful! Every night at 9 pm hot cocoa and peanut butter sandwiches are put out for snacks. There is a beautiful chapel and fire pit outdoors. There is absolutely nothing I could complain about! The entire place is gorgeous and well decorated.

Location is directly across from National Civil Rights museum which is one of the attractions I wanted to see. About 20 minute Uber ride to Graceland. Hotel staff was amazing, I asked for help to pull a prank on my parents who were arriving a day after me. They went along and above to help pull the prank off which made for a great welcoming for my parents. If you happen to deal with Lamaria while there, please say hi and give a hug for me. She makes you feel like family from the day you arrive till the day you leave.

The is a nice hotel. It is very clean and updated. The pool and hot tub made the stay even better. The rooms are spacious and the staff are very friendly. I will gladly stay here again.

Our family stopped here while traveling home. It was close to where we were and needed to just stop for the night. Quick booking through my trip app, and the guy was nice when I was checking in. The room was okay, nothing special, honestly, which was surprising since it was a higher end hotel, but it was decent as far as cleanliness and enough beds for my family of 6. The beds are not that comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was decent, and coffee was good. Was in a good part of Memphis.

The service in an Indian hotel is quite unprofessional. When I checked in at 20:30 in the evening, there was no room available and I had to wait for the cleaning staff to clean it up. In addition, it should have been renovated in the past two years. The hard and soft furnishings inside are okay and not old. But the room type of the double bed room is very strange. When you enter the door, there is a sink installed outside with towels underneath. Then when you go to the end of the bedroom, there is a shower room and toilet in the corner. After taking a shower, I couldn't get a towel at all. After using the toilet, I had to walk to the other end to wash my hands. It was really outrageous. Parking is easy.

Great location! Staff was very friendly. Pretty good breakfast spread. We had a junior suite Room 607 which was spacious. The water pressure for the shower and tub was great and lots of hot water too. A few notes on the downside. We asked for an extra blanket for the room and they didn’t have one and said they would bring one up when they found one. But never did. We stayed two night and they did make the bed between nights which was great! Howe er they did not resolves with any new towels. And a small note is the plug in the shower was a bit worn so it took some doing to get it to work k so my wife could take a bath.

The staff were friendly and the location was good, but there were many inconveniences. 1. No windows in the room, no fresh air to drink. 2. Breakfast menu is the same for a month. 3. The washbasin drain is broken and can't contain water. 4. The refrigerator freezes all the food. (No control function) 5. When the microwave is turned on, the blocker goes down. 6. You have to turn off six switches to turn off all the lights in the room. (No function to turn on and turn off all at once) 7. Pigeon's nest is on the wall, so you can often hear food, birds, and so on. 8. The air conditioner is loud and you have to turn it off when you make a phone call.
