We have already rested in this hotel in 2019, since then the hotel has certainly been tired and the service has declined (no towels free for the beach, no water in bottles, no slippers, etc.). But in price/quality ratio, it is still one of the best solutions! The hotel on the first coastline is quite close to the station, in a pedestrian walking shops. There are many delicious restaurants, souvenir shops around the hotel. Breakfast has also changed not in the best direction, but in general a good Swedish table, hungry definitely won't go away. The pool is, but has been off heating, so no one could use it - water is ice. Spa services were not used. On 4 stars does not pull, but on 3 stars - quite.

Check in is very fast! Just register your ID card and 2 euros! The room key should be hung at the front desk when going out and cannot be taken away. The food that I pack from the restaurant outside cannot be put in the refrigerator at the front desk, only medicines can be stored. It is a law and regulation. The front desk said it could help me heat it in the microwave in the morning. The room is well ventilated, with two floor-to-ceiling windows and doors. Standing on a small balcony and looking at the trees and roads outside, it feels good. There are chairs and three lines for drying clothes. Many people are watching towels. I guess I went to the beach to swim. The bathroom in the room is good, there are foot towels, two medium towels and one large towel. I can use it alone! The TV is small, all in Italian. There are three free biscuits on the table. The hotel is a 6-minute walk from No. 42 on the beach. There are many family hotels nearby, all of them seem to be three stars. The front desk is friendly. The bar is open 24 hours a day, and in the evening many people are drinking below. Wi-Fi requires email registration, which is very powerful at night. It seems that many people use Wi-Fi in the afternoon and morning, which is not easy to use! Check out is also very fast!

I absolutely loved my experience in this hotel! I didn't expect too much at first, but it was clean, a soap and shampoo, clean towels were provided. Even the breakfast was included! Rested in this hotel in September. Everything was very enjoyable. Successful location in the very center, to the old city on foot 10, beach nearby. There is a zone on the beach. High-level service, friendly staff. The room is beautiful with a large bed and a comfortable mattress , there is a balcony. Breakfasts too liked, eco products. Capucino is very delicious. There is even a proseco. Hotel is in excellent condition. I recommend.

Overall a basic hotel, thin blankets no duvets Italian style. The view from the 2nd floor isn’t really of the sea, more of the sidewalk so please take note. The staff were really really nice and helpful. Good location from beach but it’s quite a walk from the train station especially with luggages. Our room 216 also had a bit of a sewage smell sometimes but it goes away after a while.

The room where we stayed was on the hall floor but quiet and welcoming with a glass window that takes you to an outdoor area with a hydromassage tub. The room has all the comforts with a minibar, TV, and a bathroom equipped with towels, hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo. The beds with a very comfortable mattress, very important for rest. Come on a business trip, downstairs is the 11 bus stop, also close to the beach. The hotel breakfast is also very good, it is rich in Italian hotels. However, the hotel room is really not soundproof, and the air conditioner seems to be broken, not very cooling. And the basic room type shower room is not convenient to enter and exit.

I was very happy with the room and it's facilities. I really liked that the safe had a key rather than the key pad which I can never work. I was more than happy with the level of service provided. On my first night I asked reception what plugs were used in the rooms and I was loaned an adapter plug. This was greatly appreciated as I didn't have the correct plug. Also, when I asked for help to call a taxi the night before, at reception, a note was left for the morning reception to call a taxi. True to his word a taxi was called and as stated the taxi arrived within 5 mins. All in all I was very happy with my hotel room, the staff and the location which was very close, to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. I will definitely return to Rimini and the Royal Plaza.

The hotel exceeded all expectations! Very friendly and hospitality family that owns them. I was helped with my baggage, made an early settlement, always met with a smile and were ready to help. Breakfast was very tasty and varied, which is rare for Rome, especially until 11 a.m. The room is perfectly clean, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful balcony with a view. The hotel itself is completely new and renovated, being in it one pleasure. I would definitely return again!

Приятный отель, доброжелательный персонал. У нас был небольшой чистый номер 109 на 2 этаже. В номере всего хватало, хотя не все было представлено, что заявлялось, например, не было зубных щеток и кондиционера для волос - это нам и не надо, это у нас было с собой, зато присутствовал почему-то 1 косметический набор на 2 человек :) с пилочкой для ногтей, ватными дисками; душевая кабина скромных размеров. Убирались каждый день, завтраки и ужины были вкусными и разнообразными, обслуживание на высоте, арбузы-вкуснейшие, сладкие и сочные. Портье Симоне просто красавчик, очень внимательный, улыбчивый. Пляж песчаный неподалеку, за 3дня заплатили 60 евро со скидкой (изначальная цена была 72) за аренду 2 лежаков и зонта. Море было теплое, почти спокойное, вход в море пологий. Grazie mille, ci vidiamo♡. Приедем еще.

We travelling with the baby's walker had difficulties because the entrance to the hotel was not a rampa accessory (a very badly known for a disabled ) and the very small room for us. Breakfast is good except that they have no decaffeinated coffee ( which I think is basilary for a breakfast service ). In general, I recommend it for a good quality/price ratio and for location.
