Aqua Hotel

My stay was during March, which is definitely not peak season, yet the service quality and the food were excellent. Hotel has a nice location, with many nice restaurants and parks nearby, and the beach is a few minutes away on foot. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially Michele (I hope I spelled it right), with his genuine Italian character. The food was plentiful and tasty. The garage is not really comfortable for maneuvering with bigger cars, but the parking spaces (indoor and outdoor) were adequate. Smaller issues we had with the sink were solved promptly. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Been there before and this hotel maintain the high level of hospitality experienced in my previous trip. Great location, rooms are confortable and super clean, with an amazing breakfast buffet to start the day. The staff was always courteous and available to help.

Great food and amazing service. Rooms always clean and staff smiling. Location also perfect, near great restaurants and pubs, beaches and stores but the hotel street is kind of private so zero rumor and boring noises. Great place.

If you are looking for a place close to the beach, great friendly staff and excellent food, look no further. Aqua Hotel is ideally situated 200m away from the Main Street where all the restaurants and shops can be found and 300m away from the beach. We took the demi-pension deal (breakfast and dinner) and it was so worth it. A great breakfast to start the day off with and freshly made coffee (none of this machine coffee) made with tender loving care, thanks Mario! The dinner was a whole new experience. No typical buffet style but instead you have a selection of a four course meal which is each delicately prepared and combined with an array of flavours that leaves your taste buds content. Shout out to Inna and Alessandro for looking after us so well in the restaurant. My kids really appreciated the afternoon snacks (small sandwiches, donuts etc) provided in the bar/pool area from 16h-18h. Thanks to the great barmen! You will leave the hotel with a few extra kilos. Rooms were spacious for the family, the single bed was more than comfortable, my back survived. Thanks to all the Housekeeping staff for your efforts in cleaning our room every day. Overall, one fantastic stay in a place where you feel truly looked after and you eat very well. We will be back!

I normally book the sister hotel Aria but was late with booking and was offered Aqua. Frankly I like Aria bertter - the staff is nicer and the breakfast is better and Parking is or was always included. The Rooms at Aqua are adequate but spotlessly clean and the breakfast is adequate. The staff could be more helpful and assist travellers more - I had to carry a 60 pound Suitcase and a heavy Carry-on up a flight of stairs as there is no ramp to roll it up - I did not see an elevator either.

Best hotel food I've had in years. Excellent service, both the staff at reception and those at the service (breakfast, lunch, dinner) were numerous and very well trained. Very nice rooms, with spacious balcony and large comfortable beds.

I brought there our company (~50 ppl from EU and US) for our annual kickoff. It was an incredible experience, me and team were really impressed for the high quality in terms of customer care, attention to details, and overall dedication that the hotel personnel executed to ensure everything we needed was met. Rooms were really confortable and clean, with amazing view from the balconies. The meals were also incredibly good, even for the Italians who are usually spoiled by high standards. For those in the company who had allergies or specific preferences, there was always a dedicated meal for them served. We will for sure back here anytime we'll have to back to Rimini for business, congratulation to all the personnel of Aqua!
