Being in a historic building tucked away in a quiet, leafy neighborhood just off the famous Nanjing Road created a perfect balance. I could easily walk to the buzz and shopping, but returned each time to a serene, garden-filled sanctuary. It felt more like a peaceful retreat than a standard city hotel. Service: The service was consistently attentive and polite. Staff were professional and quick to help with requests. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. While the service wasn't overly familiar, it was reliably good and matched the hotel's calm, understated style. I felt well taken care of. Facilities: The facilities are well curated but compact, focusing on quality over quantity.

I had a very pleasant stay at Dayin, mainly thanks to its excellent central location and the high level of service provided. The hostel is very well located in the city center, making it extremely convenient to get around and explore the city, either on foot or by public transportation. This is a big advantage for travelers who value efficiency and easy access to major areas. The rooms, bathrooms, and toilets are clean, tidy, and well maintained, which made my stay comfortable. In addition, the hostel offers free laundry facilities, a very practical feature, especially for longer stays. The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff. They are friendly, polite, and professional, always ready to assist when needed. I received a lot of support during my stay, especially from the two afternoon-shift staff members, including Li Ze, who were extremely helpful and made me feel truly welcome. I would gladly stay here again in the future.

This is the second Vienna Hotel I've stayed at near Pudong Airport, as I had an early flight the next day. The decor is quite new, and the front desk service was excellent. They proactively registered me for the next day's shuttle in advance, and since I'd miss breakfast, the hotel provided a breakfast bag. The room's decor leans towards a 'Ji Hotel' style, which I quite like. The room size was appropriate, and the bedding and towels were relatively new. During my one-night stay, I didn't encounter any noise or other issues. There are many dining options nearby, so I ordered takeout since it was cold outside. A robot delivered it to my room. For the 6:00 AM shuttle the next day, I needed to check out and be downstairs 10 minutes prior. The shuttle is a proper mini-bus, with seating upstairs and luggage storage downstairs – clean and comfortable. The driver was also very professional and helpful with luggage.

Our stay at the Meiliju Hotel (People's Square branch) in Shanghai was fantastic overall! First off, the location is unbeatable – right in the heart of the city, making travel incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is spacious, and there's a charming outdoor courtyard, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, and I was immediately charmed by the cute little panda decorations. Our room was at the end of the corridor, and to our surprise, it had a private door that opened onto a balcony as large as the room itself. This offered amazing views and plenty of space to move around. The room also thoughtfully provided a care package, showing great attention to detail. There were quite a few foreign guests at the hotel, and when we checked out, the staff even gave us hand towels. Although we didn't order breakfast, we saw that it was quite affordable, around 30-something yuan, and could even be delivered to the in-room bar. Plus, they use Luckin Coffee beans now for their coffee. One minor drawback was the construction happening in the adjacent building, which caused a bit of noise in the mornings. However, the hotel thoughtfully provided 3M earplugs, which effectively mitigated the sound – truly a considerate touch. A quick heads-up: there's another branch of the same brand within two to three kilometers, so be sure to double-check you're ordering takeout to the People's Square branch to avoid misdelivery. Overall, the value for money and the experience were both excellent. Highly recommend!

The marble hard furnishings in the bathrooms were well-maintained and didn't feel dated. The room layout was also very sensible. Breakfast was extensive, with both Chinese and Western options being excellent. The pan-fried buns and youtiao (fried dough sticks) were especially delicious and served piping hot. On the first day of Chinese New Year, there was even a professional lion dance performance during breakfast, which added to the festive atmosphere. The executive lounge offered a cozy environment for afternoon tea and dinner, with good food and service. The service at all stages was excellent, professional, attentive, proactive, and enthusiastic. Even during the Chinese New Year period, most requests were met, making for a very pleasant stay.

Regala Skycity Hotel is the nearest airport hotel of Terminal 2 of Hong Kong Chep Lap Kok Airport. The first free shuttle bus service starts at 6.15 am from the bus interchange at Terminal 2. Waiting bay is between lanes 9 and 11. Late check-out is allowed upon request until 1 pm. As my experience goes, there is no need to pay room deposit of HK$500 after paying for the room rate in full at Trip.com. If the guest chose to pay at the hotel, HK$500 which is roughly around S$83, is required. The hotel allows rooms for day use until 6 pm and room deposit is required. I chose to stay at Regala Skycity Hotel in order to review its rooftop as the hotel promotes the use of its rooftop for physical exercises and plane-spotting. The rooftop is above the twelfth floor, two fire doors up from the eleventh floor. On the rooftop, I can see jets flying towards the direction of the sea above the rooftop. If an aeroplane flies towards the airport in the opposite direction, plane-spotting can be done at the twelfth floor corridor end-window. It is amazing that jets can be seen flying towards the airport above the sea. Hong Kong Airport Terminal 1 and Regala Airport Hotel can also be noticed. Focal length is 200mm to 500mm. In the afternoon after check-out, I am grateful that the receptionist allows me to go up to the rooftop again for plane-spotting till sun set with out paying for a room for day use. About the small, comfortable room that I stayed, the garden view is not that magnificent. There are no trees fortunately. There are no bottles of mineral water in the room. Heat a kettle of water and pour the water into the hotel's glass bottle to drink later. About the shower room, the anti-slip mattress is available for use. The hotel restaurant serves complimentary breakfast with Hong Kong-style breakfast as the highlight. There is no American-style breakfast to eat. It is very expensive to stay in Regala Skycity Hotel but I will stay here again for the purpose of plane-spotting if there were new airliners flying to the airport at the appropriate time.

The breakfast buffet was quite rich. The rooms have been renovated, they are clean and tidy, and it's quiet at night with good soundproofing. It's about 350 meters from Wan Chai MTR station, which makes getting around very convenient. For Ctrip guests, no deposit is required upon check-in, and check-out is hassle-free – just return the room card and leave. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next business trip or vacation to Hong Kong.

The service was pretty standard, just a normal check-in process. The room itself was generally good, not small at all, though the bathroom was a bit tiny. Everything else was nice, the decor was quite new, and you could see Victoria Harbour from the window, so overall it was pretty good. Nearby, there's Wah Sao Cafe, dim sum shops, and the Star Ferry terminal, all quite famous and convenient. The only downside is the lack of convenience stores in the area, which was a bit bothersome. I asked the front desk for hot water but they didn't have any, and a bottle of mineral water cost 20 yuan, which isn't cheap. Other than that, everything was fine. Overall, I was quite satisfied. Check-in was very fast and easy, even though I arrived in the middle of the night.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was super convenient for getting around. There are big shopping malls everywhere with tons of food options. The subway entrance is also just a few hundred meters away, and the beach is only a 7-8 minute walk. They even upgraded me to a sea view room for free! When I left, they gave me some Godiva chocolates too. It was a bit pricey, but in such an expensive area, it was totally worth it, saving a lot on transportation costs and time. I had a really happy and convenient trip!

Staying at The Hari Hong Kong this time was such a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious and bright, and being on a high floor, the sea view was completely unobstructed. It was so calming to watch the ocean during the day and admire the Victoria Harbour night view. The hotel is located in the prime area of Wan Chai, with numerous shopping and dining options nearby. The MTR is right around the corner, making it incredibly efficient and convenient to get anywhere. The service was attentive, and the facilities were modern. With both great sea views and excellent convenience, I highly recommend staying here when you visit Hong Kong.

First time here, and quite a pleasant surprise! For Hong Kong, the room was a good size and felt pretty new. The beds were comfy, although the twin beds were a bit narrow. The location is absolutely prime, surrounded by food options. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Mong Kok East MTR station, all on flat ground, so it's not tiring even with luggage. The front desk staff were also very helpful.

First time in Vegas, stopped for 4 nights from Australia whilst heading to see family in USA. Got an upgrade of suite as I mentioned it was my birthday. Checkin was about 20 minutes in line but once it start at desk was smooth and efficient. This Resort fee ($60) is just another way for Hotel to collect money. When asked what it was for I was told it’s for wifi, pool, gym and local calls. I checked in at 4pm and pool closed from 5pm. Got a refund for one day. Suite was big but dusty. Mentioned to cleaner in morning after showing her areas thick with dust and she vacuumed. (Note: a free up-graded dust mean lowering of cleanliness). Maintenance came to change AC filter. Hotel gave me $75 meal voucher. Hotel is bang on Strip. Unless going to gamble/get drunk and party … the city of Vegas is expensive and disappointing . PS Andrew is a ‘freelance’ driver and so much cheaper to hire. Paid $31 from airport to hotel (8 minutes ride). Andrew was $15. He will also take you to food shops etc for $10 to save money if on budget and don’t want $20 burgers.

We arrived a bit late on the first day, around 6 PM. We had booked two higher-priced double rooms with street views, but at check-in, we weren't given adjacent rooms. Instead, we received rooms in completely different directions and far apart. One room faced a side street, and the other was a corner room right by a major road. From the outside, it was clear they were on the interior side of the building, with no real street view. To make matters worse, the glass windows were completely covered with a grid-like advertising film, making it impossible to see anything. We paid extra for a nice street view, so this arrangement was completely misleading and not what we paid for! It's disappointing that the price here was the same as on the official website, but booking here didn't come with any vouchers. The rooms themselves were fine, a bit smaller than the Bellagio's but felt newer. It's convenient to stay here if you want to see David Copperfield's show, as it's right downstairs. There weren't many Christmas decorations; the Bellagio had the most Christmas spirit in the whole city.

Everything was good but not great. Expect a long line if you're checking-in in the evening. The total price for room, fees, and taxes were slightly more than originally quoted through Trip.com. When I mentioned it the person checking me in looked straight in my eyes with no smile and said you want me to go over the fees again? I didn't need that. I think she probably heard this many times and was pretty much telling me she's tired of hearing it. I guess this is expected. The room was clean. I enjoyed PT's sports bar the best. Oh, and Top of the World restaurant was good also. Ordere Ribeye that was cooked to perfect temperature but was salty. But I guess you go there for the view and not the food.

The Excalibur was a great choice. The rooms were clean, spacious and the pillows were great! The staff were very friendly in helping you with just about any question you had. This is the down side. Otherwise it was a good time.

This hotel truly stands out in every aspect, making for a wonderful stay. My German friend, who was traveling with me, was also incredibly impressed, calling it one of the best hotels he's ever stayed in. What I loved most was the hotel's service – it felt very warm and welcoming. During check-in, the front desk offered a complimentary room upgrade. When we asked to see both options, they enthusiastically showed us around, and we ended up choosing the upgraded room. The room smelled lovely, the towels were incredibly soft, it was spacious, clean, and the TV was easy to operate and had good picture quality. You can even have food delivery brought to your room by a robot, which was incredibly convenient. The toothpaste was generously sized and smelled great too. Adding to the charm, the hotel has two adorable alpacas! The late-night snacks and small gifts were also very thoughtful. I already used the provided steam eye mask on the plane!

This was my first overnight stay at Daxing Airport. I booked the Meichen Hotel through Trip.com Corporate Travel beforehand, and it was easy to find by asking airport staff on the second floor. Later, at breakfast, I discovered there's a main entrance on the first floor with excellent facilities – the restaurant, tea room, and gym equipment were all fantastic [strong emoji]! Check-in at the front desk was super smooth, and the staff member was very friendly and attentive. I didn't expect much from breakfast, but it was surprisingly good, not 'just getting by' at all! So nice! Then, it was straight to security on the third floor for boarding – everything went so smoothly ✌️. Next time I have an overnight layover at the airport, I'll definitely choose Meichen again.

The breakfast was also rich and delicious. What I loved most, though, was the hotel's location. You can step right out and start exploring shops and restaurants. It's conveniently close to Tiananmen Square, within walking distance of the Forbidden City, and just a 300-meter walk to the Metro Line 7, which gets you to Universal Studios for only 6 yuan. We checked in here in the afternoon to have few hours rest before boarding our flight at 11:10pm. We were given a room with a nice view of Daxing airport. Love the spacious, modern smart room. The half an hour interval complimentary shuttle service to and fro airport is a major drawcard for me. What sets the hotel apart is the complimentary supper from 10pm to 12am. It is very convenient for guests who have just arrived and too tired to go out for food and also those who are about to leave for midnight flights. This hotel is only 5 min to airport. Walking distance to some eateries. Highly recommended!

The bathroom is spacious with the shower and toilet separated and 2 sinks (1 lowered for accessibility and 1 standard height). The hotel stay included a daily all you can eat breakfast which was quite tasty, consisting of a mix of asian and western foods, and drinks like tea, canned soda, and juices. There's free luggage storage, plenty of free bottled water and similar complimentary vanities such as shoe wipes, hand cream, and sometimes heated eye masks/ clothing warmer near the reception. I really love this hotel; the check-in experience was excellent. I'm planning to stay here for a while, and it's super convenient for getting around since there's a subway station nearby. My flight was canceled due to a local snowstorm, so I requested to cancel one of my two nights, but it was refused. I even sent the cancellation documents to Trip.com and requested it a total of four times, but it was still denied. It felt like a goshiwon (a type of tiny, affordable room for rent in Korea), but unlike other hostels, it was a single room, which was nice because I didn't have to worry about other people when storing my luggage or turning on the lights. It's incredibly small... about the size of a double bed? Maybe even smaller... The walls are thin partitions and the ceiling is open, so you can hear noise, but on the days I stayed, there were only quiet people, so there wasn't much loud noise. The shower rooms and toilets seemed to be cleaned regularly. I was assigned to the 4th floor, and the biggest downside was the lack of an elevator... ㅠㅠ Check-in and check-out are done via a kiosk, but there seemed to be at least one staff member always present. Honestly, if you don't need anything else and just want a place to sleep, I recommend it.

Our stay fully met our expectations. Double queen bed room was quite comfortable and enough for 3. The restaurants and bars were of the expected quality. The staff were particularly good. Abby at the concierge was very helpful. Likewise, our housekeepers fulfilled every request in a very short time. I also want to specifically mention the quality of the complimentary water provided by the hotel :) it was unique from Iceland. The hotel is very close to everything. We were a family of four staying in a quad room, but amenities like towels and coffee were only provided for three people. The entrance was narrow, and the space between the two double beds and the remaining area was tiny. We couldn't even fully open our luggage; every time we needed something, we had to take it out and immediately close the suitcase and stand it upright, otherwise, we couldn't walk around. The room was just too small. However, the location was quite good, only about a 5-minute walk to the subway, which made transportation very convenient. This was the main reason we chose this hotel.

Extremely convenient! It's super close to Shenzhen North Station, within walking distance, and the hotel even offers a free shuttle. It's a big brand, so you know it's reliable, and it's very affordable with great value for money. I stayed for three nights straight. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, and you can easily get to Shuibei and Nanyou by subway. The cleanliness was excellent, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect for Venice Beach and short walk from Santa Monica. Bike and scooter rental on the doors step as well as bars restaurants and coffee shops. The staff here are super helpful and the rooms are clean. Great shared space to chill over looking the beach. Tea and coffee facilities 24hr with use of kitchen. Bagels and porridge oats available for breakfast. Shower rooms and toilets spotless with great water pressure.

Location is not bad as it is 15 min drive to airport. Good for an overnight stay for next day transit. It’s in walking distance to McDonald’s and Subway. Hotel staff wasn’t patient to check my Hilton Honors membership and appeared annoyed. Free shuttle to airport the next day but the schedule kept changing on the mobile app. It was late for 15 mins. The shuttle bus driver however was helpful.

The hotel's location is pretty good for transport, and the cleanliness is acceptable. However, check-in time is quite late. A bunch of people were queuing up, and they didn't bother to inform us beforehand that you absolutely cannot check in a single minute early. We just wasted time standing there waiting. There are quite a few homeless people around the hotel, especially at night. I'd recommend avoiding the direction of the 7-Eleven downstairs; it's super spooky, with almost no streetlights, making it unsafe. Also, there were people drag racing downstairs in the middle of the night, which was incredibly noisy. On the bright side, it's not far from the subway station, which is convenient.

It was originally booked for king size bed me and my friend because there is no availability in the website for twin bed but upon arrival in the lobby of the hotel and checking in they offered us if we would like to have twin bed with no extra fee will be added. The biggest advantage of this hostel is its location in downtown, which makes it very convenient for getting around to other areas. However, being located downtown can also be a drawback. Once it gets dark at night, it’s not a good idea to walk too far outside the hostel. I’m not sure exactly where it was coming from, but I could constantly smell ********* around the hostel and near the elevators. Despite the building being old, the hostel itself was very clean. Unlike a typical hostel, it feels more like a hotel that has been converted into a hostel. There is a shared bathroom for each room, but please note that no amenities are provided at all. There is also no hair dryer. On the first floor, there is a fairly large and stylish lobby. In the basement, there is a small shared kitchen with a few tables in the same room, as well as a small room where you can work out. There are no coin-operated washers or dryers. The staff were friendly.

The Sirtaj is a hidden gem Beverly Hills.  It is great value for money in a very expensive hotel locale.  For a brief BH visit and a cozy getaway, it is the best option in the 90210.  A true boutique vibe.  Easy and smooth check in at reception.  Rooms are small but still very comfortable and makes a great base for exploring central Beverly Hills.  Easy walking to Wilshire, Rodeo and all of the BH hotspots.  Not a lot in the way of amenities, but as there is no shortage of restaurants, shops, etc. within easy walking distance, you won't miss a thing - especially given the very attractive price of the hotel.  Don't recall the young lady's name at the front desk during the late evening, but she was very helpful with getting our tea and coffee.  Thank you!
