The reception team was very friendly and professional, and the room was clean. However, the bathroom was not at the expected level, and there was a lot of noise coming from the neighboring rooms. The room was also very small. In addition, there was disturbing construction and maintenance noise coming from the nearby building. When I booked the hotel, its rating seemed excellent, but after staying there, I found it to be average rather than excellent.

First off, this hotel is super close to Shanghai Disney Resort, which is incredibly convenient. Plus, they offer a shuttle service in the mornings and evenings, which is a huge bonus. The hotel has three buildings with a wide variety of room options, making it perfect for friends, couples, or families with kids. The living environment is very quiet, and it's also easy to order takeout. Disney Shuttle Service: They have morning and evening shuttle service to and from Disney, which is very convenient. Facilities: There's a swimming pool, and the room facilities are very new and the environment is excellent. Service: The service is great; they even help bring up your takeout. Hygiene: The hygiene is top-notch, and the facilities are brand new. Next time I get a chance to visit Shanghai Disney, this will definitely be my first choice!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel Shanghai Hyland. You truly cannot beat the location! Right outside the door is Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, making it incredibly easy to step out for shopping and dining with the family. For quick snacks and essentials, there is a very convenient convenience store right on the other side of the property. Plus, the Metro station is only about two blocks away—a very easy, flat, and walkable distance, even if you are managing bags or traveling with kids. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained. After a long day of walking around Shanghai, we always appreciated coming back to a room where the air conditioning was nice and cool. The bathroom was fully stocked with a complete set of amenities, so we didn't have to worry about missing any essentials. The daily breakfast buffet offered a great variety to start the morning. There was a fantastic selection of fresh breads, several coffee machines to keep the parents caffeinated, and an impressive mix of local Chinese cuisine and American classics. Tucked away at the end, you'll find the popular egg station, right next to the meatloaves and hot dim sum plus noodles. There was even a dedicated Korean station, which was a unique touch. The breakfast food is delicious, but the menu doesn't vary much from day to day. If you are staying for a week or longer like we did, it can feel a bit repetitive. We wished they would rotate the choices a bit more. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. Between the unbeatable location, clean rooms, and extensive breakfast options, it’s a highly recommended, stress-free base for families visiting Shanghai!

We are a newly married couple on honeymoon. Ritz Carlton Shanghai has exceeded our expectations especially with the excellent service provided by Yuna in the guest welcoming team. She noted that we are on honeymoon and went above and beyond to make our stay special by a cute hand written card and a cake, and custom room cards alongside other gifts as a surprise upon checkout. We are so happy during the stay and appreciate her gestures and attention to detail a lot. Additionally the concierge team was great in helping to deliver everything we needed to our room as we are definitely one of the more difficult guests by getting a lot of food deliveries and taobao parcels haha. Overall great stay, amazing service, excellent views of Shanghai sky line. We will definitely come back again for longer.

Absolutely pleased with hotel, staff, their fast reaction to arrange transfer from airport (24hours, every 30min) with brand new clean electric buses and kind friendly drivers. My room was a duplex, very cosy with all possible amenities (expect for the fridge) and great homy cushions to brew some tea and whats perfect - wooden flooring. buidings and room design are awesome too. Maybe while trasferring from airport coz road construction going on there you will get scared a bit where they are taking you ))) but rest assured Encore got you covered. they are like oasis there: with their own territory i even had a little walk around after very good breakfast.so thats for all you are doing great job guys 加油 祝你們成功🏆 馬上成功

I chose this hotel for a concert at AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE), and it's super close to both the airport and AWE. You can walk to AWE in just a few minutes via the skybridge. They also have shuttle buses to the airport and Tung Chung. The service was excellent; I arrived a little after 9 AM, and since a room was ready, the front desk let me check in right away. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, pretty standard fare. The downside is that the room was really, really small. As soon as I walked in, there was a strong musty smell. The sink and the bed were separated only by a small table. The room window was tiny and couldn't be opened, and the air conditioning wouldn't turn off, making it quite cold. Also, there were at least four mirrors in the room, with three of them facing the bed.

Stayed at Regal Airport Hotel recently. Being the only hotel directly connected to Hong Kong International Airport, the location is definitely very convenient for transit and early flights. The rooms are quite old and could use some refurbishment, but the room size is still excellent — spacious enough even for 4 guests comfortably. One area that could be improved is the walking distance within the hotel/access areas. It may not be very elderly-friendly, especially considering the hotel is positioned at a premium price range. Providing buggy/cart services would greatly improve guest convenience and overall experience. On the positive side, the breakfast was really good with a healthy variety of choices. Overall, still a practical and comfortable choice for airport travellers and families.

Great location, easy to get to anywhere in central by bus or using the mid-levels escalators. A lot of nice cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby, even a good self service laundry 3 mins away. The room was clean and had everything we needed. However the layout is not very convenient, we couldn’t fit our luggage anywhere comfortably. Would be nice if there was space under the bed like for example they do in Japanese business hotels. The bathroom (and especially the shower) could be renovated. It’s not unclean per se but looks lived. Had a breakfast at the hotel once, wasn’t particularly tasty, don’t recommend it.

This hotel's location is super convenient for us, especially since we needed to shoot some scenes nearby, so it was the most practical choice. However, the hotel room itself is really tiny. Normally, it's priced at around 200-300 RMB, but during the holidays, it jumped to over 1000 RMB – a huge rip-off, in my opinion. The bathroom is incredibly small; the toilet is positioned in such a way that you can't sit on it properly, you have to sit sideways. The room is particularly cramped, and you have to shower standing in the bathtub. The biggest issue was that the curtains wouldn't close completely. We thought we could just deal with it, but then the outdoor lights were so bright late at night that we couldn't sleep. We had to call staff to help us out, and honestly, we barely got any rest that night. On the upside, the surrounding area is very convenient, with lots of our favorite restaurants nearby. It has a great, lively atmosphere.

I booked a room with breakfast, hoping my child could interact with the characters. We went in the morning and first met Pluto, then waited an hour for Mickey, but he never came. Just as our turn was approaching, Mickey suddenly left. When he finally returned to the seating area, I told a staff member, Tosca, that we had been waiting a long time and asked if he could come back to interact with us. Tosca said he would be right over, but then he bypassed our table and interacted with other guests who arrived later. My child ended up very disappointed and completely unmotivated. Both the facilities and service are inferior to Adventurer's.

We stayed for three nights. The first night, we booked a family room for three people, and the second and third nights, we originally booked a superior room for two. When checking in, the hotel staff, considering the hassle of moving and storing luggage if we had to switch rooms, simply extended our family room booking for all three nights. The family room had two large double beds. Although the room's facilities were a bit dated, the larger beds made for a more comfortable sleep. The hotel is conveniently located near an A11 bus stop, which offers direct service to Hong Kong International Airport. From the airport, you can take bus A11 and get off at the Tonnochy Road stop, then it's just a few minutes' walk to the hotel. When heading to the airport, you'll also take bus A11, but be aware that the bus stop name is different; you'll need to board at the Stewart Road stop on Gloucester Road to go to the airport.

I stayed here a few years ago and loved it so much I booked again. It's fully equipped with a refrigerator, iron, closet, ample hangers, a bathtub, a sofa, and everything else. For around 100,000 won, it's a great value. They also have a fantastic show called WOW on the first floor of the hotel, so be sure to see it. The smaller seating area actually makes the view even better, lol.

To everyone booking through Trip.com, when you arrive at the hotel, don't use the self-service check-in kiosks. It's a waste of time because you'll still have to pay the remaining balance. It's quicker to just queue up at the front desk for check-in. The guy who checked us in at the front desk had really cool braids, and he was super nice! His voice was surprisingly gentle, a stark contrast to his appearance – I could barely hear him, haha. He was very soft-spoken. The hotel's location is fantastic! It's right next to the Flamingo Hotel (the side entrance near the Linq leads directly to a zoo with real flamingos). Between the Linq and Flamingo hotels, there's a pedestrian street with tons of food options, including sushi and In-N-Out Burger, plus a Ferris wheel. Across the street from the hotel is Caesar's Palace, and I think their shopping area is the most beautiful in Vegas. A less than ten-minute walk further gets you to the Bellagio and Paris Las Vegas. If you walk ten minutes to the right of the hotel, you'll reach The Venetian and a decent-sized supermarket. It truly feels like a prime location on the Strip, surrounded by food, drinks, and entertainment everywhere you look. The hotel has a casino, dining options, and a supermarket inside, and the rooms are clean and spacious.

Self Check-in is fast and easy however there is some issue with my registered credit card which is not reflected during check-in, and this resulted in a long wait time as I was not notified of this issue until I personally checked with the hotel staff. Sealing between connecting rooms is not great as I can smell cigarettes smoke from the other room. Basic in-room amenities such as hand wash, shampoo and body wash are provided which is great. I like the location as it walkable to most attractions on the strip and it's situated between the 2 free tram stations.

Me and my family loved the experience staying in this hotel, Service was really good. Everyone was so nice and very professional. We loved that our room was clean and had everything we needed. You just gotta have a kitchen when you stay with your family. Make breakfast, text the valet, and get my car right away headed to the Grand Canyon. It's very close to the 215 and the strip. The view was amazing on the 18 floor of the strip. The only downside is that the kids' water playground was closed. Price location clean and family friendly definitely will stay here again.

The Yard Hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the Tiananmen Square. It has access to two subway stations and is a suitable venue which provides privacy at the doorstep of a bustling tourist heaven; where all sorts of restaurants and shopping stores are located. The guest relations at Reception Desk are very professional and their strength is the security of modern technology where access is controlled and a cozy lounge serves guests engagements for private discussions and pleasure. We enjoyed the general atmosphere amongst tourists from multiple countries. We made good friendship with other guests during our week long stay in Beijing. The hotel accommodated our early check-in after a 6-hour midnight flight which was very needed, and we were upgraded to a room in higher floor as well. We also managed to join the craft activity during our stay. Definitely will return to this hotel in our next trip to Beijing!

We booked the hotel because it is very close to the airport and our flight was leaving at 3 am. We didn't realise how close - our plane was parked on a fence about 100 metres away. (The photo is the front of the hotel from our seat on the plane). That said we didn't hear any plane noise during our stay because of very effective windows. All the bed linen and towels were very clean and the room was pleasant with a kettle, bottles of water and plenty of room with a large comfortable bed. There was mould around the grouting at the base of the toilet and it w9as tricky to get the toilet to flush without sitting on the seat and standing up. The shower seemed clean with good water pressure but you needed to be careful that water didn't leak out onto the floor outside the cubicle. Some shared areas of the hotel seemed quite dirty. There were some communication issues but staff worked really hard to help us. We wanted to visit the summer palace and one of the women reception helped with booking tickets and advice about getting there. We took a taxi (executive car booked through didi) which cost about £16 for a one hour trip. The hotel provided a free airport shuttle pick up and drop off. It wasn't really possible to walk anywhere from the hotel. We ate at the hotel on arrival and the food was good. We also had breakfast (photo) which was ok for the price and convenience, not great. We would stay again for a quick stop but wouldn't choose to stay there for a longer visit.

I booked last minute due to some emergency and good thing Voyage International Hotel is still available which is near the airport and offers free airport drop-off as well. The room exceeded my expectations with cleanliness and freebies. They offer fruits and beverages upon arrival. The ladies at the front desk were kind, even though I don't understand Chinese. So were the drivers for the bus. I used translator online to communicate at the front desk, booking shuttle bus and asking how to use the kettle in my room. One thing I got dissapointed was that I couldn't find a convenience store near the hotel. The hotel staff told me that there's Seven Eleven, but I couldn't find as I didn't have map available and also it was midnight. A store (like a mini super market) was a few meters away from the hotel, but it didn't accept VISA card. We booked a surperior room, and it was very spacious and clean. Wifi was weak, but it wasn't a big problem for me because I had esim with me. We would definately use this hotel again when we have long waiting time for transit.

Check in was done by Lucy, very polite and helpful. She assisted me to register as 华住会 member and explained in detail the benefits and process of future bookings. Room is clean and comfortable except the pillows are too soft for our liking. Highly recommended.

I booked this hotel specifically to see Richie Jen's concert over the weekend (it's super convenient to get to the Olympic Sports Center by subway for concerts). The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to transportation, and it's quiet and peaceful, making for a particularly comfortable stay. You can reach Wanshengwei Subway Station with a short bike ride, and there are plenty of restaurants downstairs, which is very convenient. The hotel's facilities are complete and well-equipped, making for an extremely comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. After breakfast the next day, we even went for a bike ride around the area, heading towards the Canton Tower. Along the way, we encountered the tram, and the scenery was particularly beautiful and pleasant. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or staying temporarily for a show. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Guangzhou!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! Overall, I highly recommend it and would definitely come back again. The location is super convenient, right next to Exit B of Gongyuanqian subway station. The subway area has tons of food options, Watsons, Wow Beauty, and other shops. Plus, Beijing Pedestrian Street is just a 9-minute walk away. The room insulation was also excellent; I didn't hear any noise during my stay. Upon check-in, they provided fruit and some daily essentials, which was a very thoughtful touch! The hotel front desk also offered tea and umbrellas, which is incredibly helpful for guests venturing out on rainy days. For me, the most important thing was the laundry service, with both washing machines and dryers. This meant I didn't have to worry about running out of clothes or having to do laundry when I got home! The hotel breakfast was decent and filling enough. It had the usual options like bread and congee. The room itself was very spacious, not cramped at all! It was also incredibly clean and hygienic! The housekeeper clearly did a diligent job every day. If you look closely, you'll notice there are no water stains on the glass wall of the bathroom or on the faucets, which is something you rarely see and truly impressive! For anything else, you can refer to the photos!

Thank you for your hospitality and service during our stay. Overall, the hotel experience was good, and the staff were polite. I would especially like to mention that the receptionist who welcomed me was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She assisted me kindly when I was unsure about the room type and made the check-in experience comfortable and pleasant. However, I would also like to mention a few points that affected our comfort during the stay. On the 27th floor, there was an unpleasant smell near the elevator area and corridor whenever we exited the lift. It seemed like it might be coming from a trash area or something similar. This was the main issue that bothered us. Also, I would highly appreciate if the rooms could include a bidet spray next to the toilet in the future, as this is an important preference for me and many guests from our region. A few things really stood out: first, they thoughtfully gave us a complimentary breakfast since we were traveling with two kids; second, they arranged a room with a view of Window of the World for us; and third, even though our original room on the sixth floor already had a great view, when we expressed concerns about potential noise near the elevator (which turned out to be unfounded), the hotel staff went above and beyond by checking the Window of the World light show schedule to help us choose an alternative room. The location is fantastic. It's close to the subway, bus stops, and a supermarket, and you can even walk to Crypto.com Arena. The area around the hotel also felt very safe. While people often say it's dangerous to walk around Los Angeles at night, I felt perfectly fine walking between the hotel and the arena. My only complaints are that the room didn't have a refrigerator and the shower ran out of hot water late at night, usually after 11 PM.

The hotel front desk staff were so nice; they let me check in at 1 AM. The room was really new, clearly recently renovated. They offer a free shuttle to and from the airport, and you can tip the driver if they help with your luggage. The breakfast was good, especially for Asian tastes, and the staff there were also great. The only downside was the cleanliness. Many cups at breakfast were dirty, and out of the three towels in my room, two had hair on them.
