During the holidays, we decided to visit Panlong Ancient Town and spontaneously looked for a hotel nearby to stay for a night. We found this place and realized it offered excellent value for money; the price was very competitive for the May Day holiday. It's only about a ten-minute walk from the hotel to the ancient town. The room was quite spacious, with two single beds that could be pushed together, and even a separate walk-in closet and toilet room. The bedding was clean, and the memory foam pillows were very comfortable. I initially thought the breakfast, included at this price, would be mediocre, but it turned out to be quite good! Although the variety wasn't huge, they had all the essentials, including a made-to-order noodle station and delicious tofu pudding.

Gazing at the stars late at night, if you feel a sense of peace, it means you're close to home. Over the past three or four years, I've stayed at Moxy Hotel more than ten times, and I've grown accustomed to the calm and quiet atmosphere here. Even though it's right next to Hongqiao Station, it feels like a secluded paradise. Most hotels in Shanghai have small rooms and tend to be humid. But at Moxy Hotel, the space is generous, the facilities are complete, the service is very professional, and the breakfast is delicious. I will continue to stay here as always.

This was honestly one of the most memorable hotel stays we have ever experienced. We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong to celebrate my girlfriend’s 23rd birthday during our first trip to Shanghai together, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. Before arrival, Assistant Guest Recognition Manager Yana Ivleva kindly communicated with us by email and thoughtfully helped arrange everything for the celebration. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel welcomed even before we arrived at the hotel. The room decoration, birthday cake, handwritten card, flowers, and beautiful Bund view created such a special atmosphere for us. Every detail felt thoughtful and heartfelt rather than simply formal hotel service. The hotel itself was also outstanding — the room condition, cleanliness, facilities, swimming pool, and especially the incredible night view of Shanghai were all amazing. Flair Rooftop Bar was also a wonderful experience for enjoying the skyline and atmosphere. What impressed us the most, however, was the hospitality. Yana and the staff truly made this stay unforgettable for us, and thanks to them, our first trip to Shanghai became a memory we will cherish for a very long time. We are sincerely grateful to The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong and will absolutely look forward to returning again in the future.

I chose this hotel because I needed one near the visa interview location. The front desk staff proactively informed me that the room was small and asked if I was okay with it, which was very thoughtful. Even though the room was tiny, it had everything I needed. They even thoughtfully provided noise-canceling earplugs (the overall soundproofing was decent, but someone next door was playing loud music all night...). Although there's no dining in the room, there are a few tables outside with snacks and lemon water, which I thought was a nice touch. I personally found the bed and pillows quite comfortable. I would definitely book here again if I have similar needs in the future.

Stayed here for two nights while attending an event at AsiaWorld-Expo, and for that purpose this hotel is an excellent choice. The location is very convenient, as you can easily walk back to your room after a concert or exhibition without having to worry about transportation late at night. The hotel was very clean, and our room on the 11th floor was spotless. The bed was comfortable, and the room had plenty of useful amenities, including a wardrobe, safe, mini fridge, and even storage space under the bed for luggage. The shower was excellent, with strong water pressure and consistently hot water. One feature we really appreciated was the drinking water station on the 11th floor. It was very convenient for us, although guests staying on other floors might find it less convenient. The hotel has two restaurants, one in the lobby and another on the 12th floor. Prices are a little on the high side, but we did buy sandwiches from the lobby restaurant and they were quite good. There is also a complimentary shuttle bus to Tung Chung MTR Station and back to the hotel. It only runs once per hour, which can be a little limiting, but it is still a useful service. Alternatively, a taxi to Tung Chung and Citygate Outlets costs around HKD 70, where you will find plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shopping options. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym. We did not use the gym, but the pool looked like a nice option for relaxing during the day or in the evening. Overall, this is a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped hotel. I would definitely recommend it, especially for anyone attending an event at AsiaWorld-Expo.

We stayed for three nights. The first night, we booked a family room for three people, and the second and third nights, we originally booked a superior room for two. When checking in, the hotel staff, considering the hassle of moving and storing luggage if we had to switch rooms, simply extended our family room booking for all three nights. The family room had two large double beds. Although the room's facilities were a bit dated, the larger beds made for a more comfortable sleep. The hotel is conveniently located near an A11 bus stop, which offers direct service to Hong Kong International Airport. From the airport, you can take bus A11 and get off at the Tonnochy Road stop, then it's just a few minutes' walk to the hotel. When heading to the airport, you'll also take bus A11, but be aware that the bus stop name is different; you'll need to board at the Stewart Road stop on Gloucester Road to go to the airport.

Really enjoy the hotel’s services, they offer free shuttle bus to and from tseun muen station every 15 minutes, I can get to the metro easily. The view from the hotel is so nice, great for a relaxing trip, you can visit the beach, enjoy the sauna and pool. The room is clean and comfortable, you can get cold drinking water in dispenser. Most of all, the staffs are all so helpful, they helped us order taxi for an early flight to the airport, they also patiently assisted in looking for my stuff that I left inside the room after checking out. Overall, really enjoy my stay. Most of all, the hotel is really beautiful and well-maintained.

The location is very convenient and the neighborhood is also great. Not too busy and there is some foot traffic late into the night which as a female solo traveler was great. I checked in late (around 1am) and there was someone available at the front desk. I didn't have to wait. I was upgraded to a room with a bigger bed which was appreciated. The room itself was clean and spacious enough. During check-in I was told that there is construction happening during the day and it can get loud. But I wasn't at the hotel during the day so didn't notice it. One of the most convenient things for me was that across the hotel there is a 24 hr self service laundromat. It has instructions in english and uses the octopus card for payment. So on the last day of my trip I was able to wash and dry my clothes before they got back in the suitcase. Overall I would recommend staying at this hotel!

It's conveniently situated near Tsuen Wan Plaza, Tsuen Wan Park, Yeung Uk Road Market, Tsuen Wan West MTR Station, Tsuen Wan Plaza, and The Mills. The transportation is excellent, and there are plenty of dining and entertainment options! The hotel is divided into high and low blocks, reaching up to 87 floors, making it the tallest five-star hotel in the New Territories. Below the hotel, there's a shopping mall and office space. Inside, you'll find the flagship Chinese restaurant 'Rú', the all-day buffet restaurant Café Circles, and the trendy pastry brand Nina Patisserie. The hotel also boasts a spacious outdoor swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness center, allowing guests to fully relax and unwind. The room size is ample, and basic amenities are comprehensive. Besides local basic channels, the TV also offers cable and satellite TV. However, it's a pity there's no access to streaming platforms like Netflix and Disney+! The bathroom even has a bathtub, which I appreciate for a relaxing soak! Thanks to the hotel's height, you can enjoy panoramic views of Tsuen Wan and the Ting Kau Bridge, which is truly invigorating. The price is reasonable, offering great value for money!

Me and my family loved the experience staying in this hotel, Service was really good. Everyone was so nice and very professional. We loved that our room was clean and had everything we needed. You just gotta have a kitchen when you stay with your family. Make breakfast, text the valet, and get my car right away headed to the Grand Canyon. It's very close to the 215 and the strip. The view was amazing on the 18 floor of the strip. The only downside is that the kids' water playground was closed. Price location clean and family friendly definitely will stay here again.

One morning, I had an online meeting and didn't have time to eat in the restaurant, but they allowed me to get a takeaway box and bring it back to my room. Now for the less satisfactory points. The front desk service was genuinely mediocre. When I booked, I specifically requested a high-floor room. When I arrived around 2 PM, I was told only a 7th-floor room was available and that I'd have to wait 40 minutes for a high-floor room. I agreed to wait. In the end, I waited an hour. Afterward, they offered complimentary beer vouchers and hotel tea as an apology, so at least they showed some effort. When I checked out, I added the hotel's WeChat, and the invoice information was clearly noted. They said they'd send it to me once it was ready, but by the time I got home, it hadn't been sent. When I messaged them to inquire, they replied that I hadn't left my phone number. I was speechless – if I hadn't asked, would they have just forgotten? And the invoice they eventually issued didn't include the specific remarks I requested!

The hotel was adequate for my 1-night stay. It is close to the airport, so there was no issues with taking an Uber or taxi to quickly get to the airport and rental car services. The room had amenities including a fridge and toiletries. The bathroom felt dirty as there were some cobwebs in the bathtub/shower. It was also particularly noisy at night with planes flying overhead throughout the night (I would not recommend staying if you are a light sleeper). The staff were very professional. I had accidentally left my phone charger in my room before I left and after one phone call, I was able to retrieve it.

This was my second time staying in the dormitory here! The location is excellent, with both the subway and bus stops within a 5-minute walk. I stayed in a female-only quad room. The room has bunk beds (each with a pillow, blanket, sheets, one light, and an outlet), air conditioning, a window that opens for ventilation (as there was a slight lingering smell), and a personal locker (you need to bring your own lock). There's also a private changing area with a mirror, light, and curtain, so you can change clothes in the room. A trash can is provided. There are several hooks to hang luggage, but no hangers. For the bottom bunk, taller individuals might find it a bit low, so it might be worth requesting an upper bunk. Amenities like towels and hairdryers can be borrowed from the front desk. Breakfast includes two types of bagels, sliced bread, oranges, jam, cream cheese, oatmeal (I think?), coffee, hot water, tea bags, and mineral water. Some people were cooking with ingredients they bought in the kitchen! There were also two large refrigerators where you could store items by writing your name on them. The shower rooms, toilets, and a changing area with mirrors and curtains are all located in one spot but are separated. The shower rooms have shelves outside for luggage, but they're a bit narrow, and there are no hooks or luggage racks inside the individual stalls, which can be a bit inconvenient. Shampoo and body soap are provided. (Many people were changing in the adjacent changing room.) In the mornings, depending on the time, there were often many people doing their makeup, but I didn't have to wait and everyone shared the space well. One issue I had was on just one night when I tried to use the shower, all four stalls only had cold water, with no explanation or sign that they were broken. It was freezing, which was terrible. I recommend testing if the hot water works at the sink before changing when you use the shower room! Also, the hotel entrance is narrow, and there's no elevator, so it's immediately steep stairs. Carrying large suitcases to the rooms can be very challenging. When checking out, you need to remove the pillow and the two sheets you used from your bed and return them to the small window at the front desk. Please also return your card key to the front desk. If you have any other questions, the front desk staff are helpful and should be able to assist you. I hope this information is useful.

The cheap parking is a plus (5 dollars). It's also close to the airport, making it ideal for those who have rented a car. However, the facilities are a bit old, and as other reviewers have mentioned, the drain plug in the bathroom was rusty. Amenities are also limited; there are no toothbrushes, only towels, body soap, shampoo with conditioner, a cup, and a hairdryer. However, considering the cost of accommodation, I think it's a great deal, and the woman at the reception was very kind.

The location is pretty good; it's not the closest to the airport, but still acceptable. You can wait for the hotel shuttle at the red sign near the baggage claim on the second floor of the airport. It runs every half hour. Important: You need to wave at the bus for it to stop! The shuttle drivers are very friendly and nice! Thumbs up! 👍 The hotel facilities are just average, and the front desk service is also mediocre, but the housekeeping staff are quite friendly. The water pressure in the shower and at the sink is quite low, which might be due to California's water conservation efforts. The price is among the lower ones compared to other hotels in the area, but they charge extra if you check in before the official time. I recommend confirming this with the hotel in advance.
