The only downside is that for rooms located farther inside, there are stairs in between, which makes it a bit inconvenient when carrying large luggage. The location is fantastic!! Cannot beat this location right on nanjing road. Popular eats such as lailai xlb 2 mins walk away. One consideration tho, for people with accessibility challenges the set up of this hotel is a bit strange. Within the same floor, somehow it’s separated into two levels. You need to climb up a narrow staircase to get up to your room for some rooms. This was a bit challenging with the suitcases. Other than that, can’t complain with this location.

They have a shuttle service from the airport, and unlike other hotel shuttles that combine multiple hotels into one big bus, this one is spacious and quiet. It even runs at 2 AM, and the driver mentioned it operates until 3 AM, every hour on the hour. The front desk staff were very friendly and confirmed if I needed an airport drop-off shuttle and at what time during check-in. All my requests were met. It's also very convenient to buy things or eat downstairs.

Booked a collection executive room and was very happy with my room on the 29th floor with the most perfect view on Shanghai's skyline. Hotel is perfectly located on the Nanjing East road in the very center of Shanghai. Hotel itself and rooms are a bit worn out - need renovation in the nearest future but room was immaculately clean and provided with fresh bottled water every day. Breakfast was very good - both chinese and western. cuisine provided, lot of fruit, pastry and very good coffee. Special thanks to the executive lounge manager Annie who is the most friendly and helpful lady with perfect knowledge of english language. During the happy hours and afternoon tea time Ms. Annie explained clearly all the choices of food served and the beverages.

I used the trip app to call the Homestay when I reached and a lady came down soon to assist. She was very friendly and provided all necessary information. Room was comfortable and clean, spacious enough for 4 pax with 4 luggages. Loved the washing machine facility that came with free laundry detergent. Price paid was value for money. Location was good with a simple shopping mall, good enough to settle breakfast and mtr was very near. Only downside is that most DIDI rides booked did not come right to the doorstep of the BnB, so we had to walk out to meet them outside at the main roads. Pinpointing the pick up/drop off needed a bit more effort. Also, bathroom tend to be wet after use and hence, more care is needed. would be good if there were more hooks for us to place our clothes in the bathroom.

Fantastic stay at the Treasury Hotel – highly recommend. We had an excellent stay at the Treasury Hotel in Shanghai. The room was spotless when we arrived and was cleaned to a really high standard throughout our stay, which honestly makes such a difference when you’re travelling. The hotel itself feels well looked after and comfortable, and everything worked exactly as it should. What really stood out was the staff. Every single person we dealt with was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. Anytime we needed directions, recommendations, or help figuring out transport, they went out of their way to explain things clearly and make sure we were sorted. Nothing felt like a hassle, and they were always smiling and approachable. The location is also a big plus – very convenient for getting around Shanghai, with shops, food, and transport links nearby. It made exploring the city really easy. Overall, this hotel offers great value, excellent cleanliness, and outstanding service. We’d absolutely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai.

Before arriving, I was worried about the room being small and the bedding not being clean, but upon check-in, I found it to be odor-free and very neat. The front desk staff were proactively friendly and enthusiastic, and all sorts of amenities were provided, even disposable earplugs, which I didn't expect. Although the bathrooms are shared, guests are generally very considerate, so there were no issues. The hotel also provides a hairdryer, non-slip mats, and toilet seat cleaner. All in all, for its prime location, it's the top choice for value for money, bar none! [Strong]

I booked this hotel primarily for its proximity to the HK Internationalal airport and the rate. As I was traveling back from Shanghai on an evening flight and was flying out of HK the next morning and just needed a place to sleep for the night. I booked 2 rooms one for my wife and the other for my mother. The hotel has a shuttle service and stated the schedule was posted at the hotel. This didn’t help at all since I was at the airport so we took a taxi from the airport to the hotel. It was about a 7 minutes ride and cost me 30HKD (about $4 USD) plus 20HKD tips (not optional and tipping not required). When I checked in I was delighted to hear they upgraded our rooms to suites and both rooms were next to each other. They showed me on the floor plan where the room would be. This hotel is huge no kidding I walked about 5 minutes from the elevator to our rooms. The room was basically 2 adjoining rooms. One with a king sized bed joined by a studio room with a sofa bed. Basically my 2 booked rooms was 4 rooms. Each had a set of bathrooms. Since we checked in at 8pm there was not much to do nor things to see as it was dark outside. The pool was outdoors and was closed for the winter season. There was a gym but we were too exhausted after a day of travel to check it out. The lobby had a grab and go cafe where you can dine in or take food to your room. After we checked out we used the hotel shuttle service to the airport using the posted schedule at the front desk and posted on the right side of the hotel where you board the bus. The shuttle leaves hotel every 15 mins and is large enough to accommodate 30+ passengers. The shuttle also goes to the MTR where you can take the subway into HK. I only gave 3 stars for cleanliness and amenities as I found some hair on the sofa and some dirt on the floor and the pool was closed. Overall for the proximity to the airport and HK Exhibition Center and value I would not have stayed here. Disclaimer: This was my personal view based on accommodations and what needed during our 3 week trip to HK/China.

Really impressed by this hostel. Very well run and thought-out. Well-designed dorm rooms, AC all day. Each bed has a lamp and two universal plugs. Great common area (though fills up sometimes) with a full kitchen, including two induction burners, a rice cooker, an air fryer and a large fridge/freezer. Fast and reliable wifi. Never had to wait long for the elevator. Clear signage on the front to find the hostel and check-in (a rarity in China). Very competent staff who speak good English. Located right by a metro station, a Wellcome grocery store and Temple Street night market. Walking distance to Mong Kok area but it's best to take the metro anywhere else. I would 100% stay here again.

The afternoon tea was quite extensive, though they only had black tea and coffee, no milk tea. Breakfast was also decent, especially a crystal bun that was absolutely delicious. Considering the cost of food in Hong Kong, having breakfast and afternoon tea included at the hotel was definitely worth it. However, the facilities are seriously outdated. Specifically, I couldn't find my room's Wi-Fi signal, and eventually, even the staff couldn't fix it. They just gave me the Wi-Fi passwords for several nearby rooms and told me to use whichever one had the strongest signal. Also, remember to bring your own universal adapter! The hotel reception doesn't lend them out; you can only rent one. The room doors are not soundproofed at all; you can hear conversations in the hallway very clearly. I went during New Year's Day, and the room rate was over two thousand a night. For the facilities and room size, it's incredibly poor value for money!

Getting around was incredibly convenient, close to the subway and bus stops, and taxis were easy to find. There are tons of great food options downstairs and many popular spots nearby. The butler's WeChat communication was incredibly reassuring; they responded instantly to messages. When we needed an extra blanket, it was delivered super fast. I even forgot my contact lens solution, and the butler helped me get some from a partner pharmacy – so thoughtful!

The room was quite comfortable, and there's a gym. The water temperature was good, and it was relatively quiet with professional service. What really stood out was the great surrounding area, where you can find local specialties from various regions, and there's a Chinese medicine massage with excellent technique.

Muji Hotel Shenzhen is truly an excellent hotel. It's conveniently located at the Upperhills Shopping Center, which made shopping and dining at ease. UpperHills offers all kinds of experience that the whole family at different ages can enjoy. The hotel itself is very clean and spacious. It provides guests with many complimentary drinks and snacks, which can be also be purchased at its Muji Store on site. I highly recommended staying this hotel for anyone who plans to visit Shenzhen.

The apartment hotel has a fantastic environment with beautiful views. The facilities are excellent and complete, and it feels very safe. The front desk is available 24/7, and there's 24-hour security downstairs. You also need a key card to access your floor, which gives great peace of mind when traveling. The room itself was very comfortable to stay in.

It was only a short stay for one day after my late night flight, and I left at around 6am for the further sightseeing. Location is great, not really far from the metro station (around 10mins walk) which is on the same line as Union Station. Not far from all the touristy spots (central library, walt disney music hall, central library, central market...etc) in downtown, all walking distance! It's located in a building with elevator, with a pool (unfortunately I didn't have chance to check it) and the staff is super helpful and friendly! Room is nice, not big very pretty functional, and there is a shared bathroom in the room. Overall this was a very great experience with the price! Highly recommended to those travellers with budgets.

I really liked the community vibe of this hotel — it feels social and welcoming. The rooms are on the smaller side, but the bathroom was very nice and well designed, which made up for it. I also loved the meeting rooms and shared spaces; they’re great for working or relaxing outside the room. Overall, a comfortable stay with a good atmosphere. Neighborhood was quite unsafe though so I would recommend staying elsewhere if you want to explore places at night. Otherwise call a car or be back by sunset. Would have been nice to have some variety in the meals as it was the exact same every breakfast.

The location is perfect for Venice Beach and short walk from Santa Monica. Bike and scooter rental on the doors step as well as bars restaurants and coffee shops. The facilities are quite basic, similar to a budget hotel in China. The room was clean and tidy. There was no kettle, no toiletries, and no slippers (which seems to be common in hotels abroad). They did provide shampoo and shower gel. The hotel lobby has a small pantry area offering coffee and hot water, but it's time-limited: from 7 AM to 10 AM. Within a 5-minute walk of the hotel, there are a few restaurants and small supermarkets. I chose this affordable hotel for a daytime layover during an airport transfer to shower and rest, not for an overnight stay. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to and from the airport every hour on the hour.

Hotel is close to little tokyo, grand central, the broad. Plenty of restaurants around. City hall and other government buildings are nearby. Room is clean. Free chocolate chip cookies, which are one of the yummiest. Toiletries are provided. But we were only given 2 bottled water for our 5 night stay. They don’t have electric kettle and for us who need to drink warm water every morning is a big inconvenience. Luckily we booked a bigger room and it has microwave oven. It’s an old hotel so the room and the bathroom need some renovation but the cleaning lady did her best to make the room clean and tidy.

I like this this place because of it's location really near to Metro, some tourist attractions like walk of fame, tcl, dolby theater, ovation mall. Didn't book hop on hop off but the pick up location is just near. The room is clean and spacious. Although the bed is too high you need to duck upon waking up. The shared bathroom is clean and organized. The kitchen is nice you can cook, store food and breakfast is delicious. The staff is nice too. The only cons is the stairs from the door to the reception. If you have big luggages it's kinda struggling, i hope there could be staff that can help lifting the luggages. There's a parking beside the hostel too. All in all, I like my stay here. You can meet new friends and really accessible to metro and some bus stations and some locations.

The front desk barely picked up calls. My friend dropped us off, and even parking for a few minutes was charged as if for the entire stay. The water pressure in our room's faucet was ridiculously low. When I checked in, the front desk attendant was all smiles with the guest before me, but then gave me a cold shoulder. Honestly, I only stayed there for one night because of an early flight the next day; otherwise, I wouldn't have chosen this place.
