We had a very enjoyable stay at this accommodation. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the subway, making it very convenient to get around the city. It is also situated along Nanjing Road, which is a major shopping street filled with plenty of shops and great food options, so there is always something to explore nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. One of the highlights was definitely the great view from the room, which added a nice touch to the overall stay. On the downside, the bathroom could be improved as the shower area does not have a proper shelf or space to place personal toiletries, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it is a comfortable and well-located place to stay, especially for those who want easy access to shopping, food, and public transport.

The location couldn’t be better just a few minutes from People’s Square and Nanjing road, loads of places to eat nearby. We didn’t interact much with the staff, however, they seemed helpful. The room was very clean and well equipped, and had a large window, the downside of the room is that it’s really small, bed touching the walls, no much space for luggage, it’s a good price but you’ll have to be prepared to be a bit squeezed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There’s breakfast available at an extra fee and a busy bar area. There’s a large laundry room available, this is a youth hostel so lots of atmosphere and hotel bars for young people. There was a black and white cat, which looked friendly. They gave us free drinks when left, thank you Xin Wang Zhao.

- Top location: can walk to metro and to Nanjing Road, the Bund, etc. Surrounded by good restaurants and shops. - Nice reception desk: Lovely reception desk. Gave me a local restaurant rec and tried to assign rooms based on my preference (travelling with family). - Overall okay room: + comfy bed with two types of pillows, blanket is good too + relatively spacious room for solo traveler, given the central location + rooms get cleaned everyday with fresh towels + laundry and dryer are a plus! + tiny gyms for the gym rats - can be noisy during the daytime from traffic, even from the top floor; but nighttime gets quiet so I still get good sleep :) - note: I booked a room type with a window to get a view, but the window faces windows of an opposite building directly and they have people there at day and night, so I can’t really get sunlight or any view, which is a shame. I think for rooms on this side they should get a different note from other room with “city view” Overall: Good for those who want a base to explore the city and a place for a safe sleep and convenient traveler’s amenities. Less so if you want to luxuriate in the hotel.

This hotel truly exceeded our family's expectations! It's so convenient and spotlessly clean, which is a big plus for someone with a bit of a潔癖 (germophobia) like me. As soon as I walked in, I felt so comfortable. My child loved it too; we honestly didn't want to leave. They even gave us a free room upgrade! All in all, everything was perfect. I've already recommended it to a friend who's visiting soon, and we'll definitely be staying here again next time!

Would highly recommend!

This Ibis is perfect for a visit to Shanghai! Great location, convenient transport, simple and clean rooms, and good soundproofing. Overall, a great experience. First off, I think the Dihang Hotel is a great hotel. I don't understand why some people at this price point would nitpick over unreasonable requests. The male staff at the front desk was excellent, explaining all the fun places to visit in Shanghai. If you weren't sure how to get somewhere, he'd even write it down for you so you wouldn't forget. His ability to communicate and resolve issues promptly makes him perfect for the job. Plus, the hotel offers airport shuttle service, making it an ideal choice for a layover or for anyone needing to catch a flight.

We really recommend Panda Hotel to everyone especially big families!! as what I’ve noticed most of the hotels in HongKong are very tight — no space for luggages, like once you open the main door the bed and cr is what you’ll see directly… However here in Panda Hotel, it is really spacious! We are a family of 7 and we booked 2 family rooms, 3 adults per room and 1 kid, and they gave us the connecting room which was so convenient for us since we can access the other room! Also this hotel is located at the 3rd floor of Panda Place (A mall where there are grocery stores, convenience stores, fastfood chains, cosmetics stores and stores that you typically see in a mall, which makes the location very great! There are 2 MTR stations near too, about 10mins walk to go there. The Tsuen Wan station is our go to station as it is more accessible since there is a connecting footbridge from Panda Hotel — what makes it more better is that they provide a guide map and more) However from the central, it is kind of far like about 10 stops, but it is still fine as mtr is just so fasttt!! As for the cleanliness, it’s all good, they clean everyday but not too good… The staffs there are also accommodating, kind, not strict and nice! There are a lot of amenities too!

The level 10 corridors are a little like being in a carnival hall of mirrors or a casino which is odd (image of carnie corridor included 🤣) The room is clean and spacious enough for two people who don’t mind being close. It's a pleasant experience here at Bishop Lei. The classical lock and key design of doors give me a classic elegant vibe. I was lucky enough to get a free upgrade to an available suite room, and the room environment was lit. A spacious living room with separate doors to bedroom and bathroom. The furniture are very smart-placed to allow you to either enjoy your TV time or work time on an elegant wooden desk. I definitely enjoyed my stay as I could concentrate on my work or chill. Service was very good. We were initially placed in a double room after mentioning we preferred twin beds, but when we asked politely, the front desk attendant immediately changed our room. She was lovely and 5/5 for service. The room was clean on arrival and the beds were neatly made. Amenities were sufficient, although the property seems more geared toward long-term renters than short stays. The area itself is not ideal. There is a noticeable homeless population nearby and not much to do within walking distance. It is also a bit of a walk to reach public transport such as the MTR. We could not figure out how to operate the older window-mounted air conditioner, and the TV/remote did not work during our stay. Overall, it was an okay stay. However, I would not recommend the area, as it felt somewhat dodgy. The hotel also has many rules that are sent in advance — make sure to read them carefully, as there are several policies that may result in fines.

Prudential Hotel, Kowloon My wife and I had a very good stay at Prudential Hotel. The location is excellent—right on Nathan Road, with the subway station downstairs and plenty of restaurants nearby. Our room was spacious, bright, and clean, with a large window that made it feel comfortable. What impressed us most was the service. The concierge and front desk staff were extremely helpful, especially with our luggage, and made us feel well taken care of. The only drawback was the lack of conveniently located electrical outlets in the room. Charging phones or using the kettle was awkward, as we had to plug into a wall outlet on the floor. Overall, thanks to the outstanding staff and perfect location, we rate this hotel 5 stars and would recommend it to other travelers.

This is my second time staying at the Flamingo Hotel. The first time was with a tour group, and this time I booked it myself. Booking it myself this time, I found it incredibly convenient. It only takes about ten minutes to get to the convention center by monorail. The area around the hotel is also very lively. If I go to Las Vegas again, I'll definitely choose the Flamingo.

To everyone booking through Trip.com, when you arrive at the hotel, don't use the self-service check-in kiosks. It's a waste of time because you'll still have to pay the remaining balance. It's quicker to just queue up at the front desk for check-in. The guy who checked us in at the front desk had really cool braids, and he was super nice! His voice was surprisingly gentle, a stark contrast to his appearance – I could barely hear him, haha. He was very soft-spoken. The hotel's location is fantastic! It's right next to the Flamingo Hotel (the side entrance near the Linq leads directly to a zoo with real flamingos). Between the Linq and Flamingo hotels, there's a pedestrian street with tons of food options, including sushi and In-N-Out Burger, plus a Ferris wheel. Across the street from the hotel is Caesar's Palace, and I think their shopping area is the most beautiful in Vegas. A less than ten-minute walk further gets you to the Bellagio and Paris Las Vegas. If you walk ten minutes to the right of the hotel, you'll reach The Venetian and a decent-sized supermarket. This hotel was the best I slept in during my 10-day business trip. Maybe I was just too tired. The beds here have poor rebound; the middle sags, so it's more comfortable to sleep diagonally. The hygiene is good. However, there's nothing provided – you have to buy water, and it's 1.5 times more expensive than outside! They don't list prices, but everything is definitely 1.5 times the outside price. It's connected to three or four other hotels, so it's huge and easy to get lost. There's a big temperature difference between day and night. The shower water here felt normal; it didn't have that slippery, hard-to-rinse-off feeling.

I recently stayed at MGM Grand, Las Vegas, and had a great overall experience. The property is huge, lively, and perfectly located on the Strip. Rooms were clean and comfortable with great view from the room, and despite the crowds, everything was well managed considering it was Christmas holidays . we stayed in the suite room in MGM tower.! A special mention to the help desk staff—they were extremely cooperative, polite, and genuinely accommodating. Overall, a classic Vegas hotel with great energy, good service, and professional staff. This hotel completely exceeded my expectations, right from the minimalist design at the entrance and the serene ambiance of the small bamboo grove, to the incredibly photogenic lobby. When checking in, the staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive, and their responses were super quick. I don't sleep very well, and when I mentioned this to the staff, they specially arranged a south-facing room for me. The natural light was great, and the cleanliness was meticulously done and thorough – no strange smells at all. The soundproofing was also excellent, allowing me to rest peacefully. The robot delivery for meals was convenient and fast, and during peak times, staff would even help with deliveries. The surrounding amenities are also complete. It was a very satisfying stay.

Fantastic hotel! I booked a room without a window, however, they upgraded me to a beautiful room with a window by a quiet alley. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. You're able to do laundry, which was convenient and there is a 24/7 service offering food and drinks, which was great when I arrived after my long flight. The location couldn't be better: it's right next to Qianmen-Street where you will find lots of restaurants and two metro stations nearby. The east gate to the Forbidden City is just a few stops away and the north gate of the Temple of Heaven is a 25 min walk away. I absolutely recommend this hotel for an immersive yet convenient stay in Beijing.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay here, Staff were courteous and friendly. Besides the questionnaire here there are some points which are not within the hotel's control that any potential guest needs to consider. Firstly, there is a lot of noise coming from the wholesale dispatch neighbouring shop. They run 7/7 and work till late into the night loading goods onto the dispatch vehicles. Secondly, though the subway is conveniently located just across the road, access to and from it from Exit A (100m away) involves 2 flights of stairs and an escalator and from Exit B (50m across the road) involves 4 flights of stairs. There is no elevator access to the subway concourse. Those that have stairs accessibility issues or have heavy luggage will find this a major issue. Thirdly, there are mozzies in the surrounding area. Some may make their way into the room. The hotel does provide mozzies repellent in the room though. For food hunters, there are plenty of places to eat around here. Wannian (240m) for the so said Guangzhou's best roast goose, Hong Kong Miaojie Potted Rice (200m) and Dayang Yuanwei Braised Dishes (Guangzhou Wenming Road Branch) (650m), the last two listed here though are sort of Hawker style places do have many years of Michelin recommendations.

Our room on the 32nd floor was a corner room with windows on two sides, offering great views. It was clean, spacious, and bright, and there was even a Chinese-speaking receptionist, which was a thoughtful touch. The ground floor entrance is a bit small and has a pillar in the middle, but once you're inside, it's quite spacious. My only complaint is that housekeeping only made the bed and emptied the trash; they didn't clean the hair on the floor or restock the tissues and toilet paper. I hope they can improve on that.

The biggest advantage of this hostel is its location in downtown, which makes it very convenient for getting around to other areas. However, being located downtown can also be a drawback. Once it gets dark at night, it’s not a good idea to walk too far outside the hostel. I’m not sure exactly where it was coming from, but I could constantly smell ********* around the hostel and near the elevators. Despite the building being old, the hostel itself was very clean. Unlike a typical hostel, it feels more like a hotel that has been converted into a hostel. There is a shared bathroom for each room, but please note that no amenities are provided at all. There is also no hair dryer. On the first floor, there is a fairly large and stylish lobby. In the basement, there is a small shared kitchen with a few tables in the same room, as well as a small room where you can work out. There are no coin-operated washers or dryers. The staff were friendly.

Same with all the reviews the shuttle service guys were really good. They deserve every tip. The food service is not good i always order in room dining which they serve in take out containers and not in proper dining tray like most of the hilton property and food isn't really good and its not hot as serve. I order buffalo wings and ribs. The room also dont have micowave to heat it up. Although they have a small coffee maker with few coffee and tea I also need to call for complimentary water as I arrive. The reception mentioned they really dont offer it saying they are not the usual hilton hotel. But they gave me 2 bottle free saying thats it. Imagine having coffee brewer without water. So should i use the bathroom water?? Well i stayed there 4 days and 3 nights and even paid $40 for early check in at 10am regardless my early check out on the last day still i have to pay. Among all hilton around the world ive been with, well this one fail to satisfy my experience

Little Room, but with lots of thoughts behind. Absolutely love this hotel. It is a great choice for a solo Travellers. Each inch of the space has been thought of and super comfortable bed and love the lighting level of this hotel. No hotels in LA has the same level of lighting and the thoughts went in to the designing of this hotel room. Circadian lighting system to waking you up is just amazing. Highly recommended.

The room was a bit small, especially the double bed, but it offered great value for money. It's located on a safe street downtown, and there aren't any homeless people sleeping outside. It's also very close to The Last Bookstore, The Broad, and MOCA. For food, The Grand Market has a huge variety of options. If you have a car, valet parking is available for $40 a night, but we opted to find cheaper parking nearby, which was a bit inconvenient.

The room was spacious, and it was incredibly convenient for watching the game – just a safe walk there and back. There's a mall nearby. I didn't explore other areas, so I'm not sure about those. The hotel offers breakfast and dinner for $25 per person, which was pretty good and filling.

This review based on mainly on my check-in experience and first impressions of the room. After 2 flights traveling from Shanghai to Los Angeles, including a 12-hour flight, I arrived exhausted and ready to check in. I was aware of the required USD $100 deposit and had no issue paying it. However, upon arrival I was informed that cash deposits are not accepted. This information was not stated on the booking platform I used (Trip.com), nor was it made clear in advance in any correspondence from the hotel. As a result, I was left waiting over 30 minutes in the lobby while staff contacted a manager and discussed making a “one-time exception.” To be clear, this situation should never have occurred. If a hotel does not accept cash deposits, that policy must be clearly and explicitly stated on all booking platforms, not just the hotel’s own website, which the manager on duty reiterated, that it was on the hotel’s website. Guests should not be made to feel as though they are asking for special treatment when the lack of transparency on a specific policy is not their fault. I had already prepaid for two nights online, yet due to the hotel’s failure to update its information, I was left embarrassed, inconvenienced, and forced to wait in the lobby after an exhausting international journey. I want to emphasize that I am not blaming the front desk staff personally, nor the manager on duty, as they are likely following the rules given to them. However, situations like this must be handled with far greater care and professionalism. Paying guests, especially those who are respectful and simply trying to check in should be treated with dignity and understanding. While the manager on duty appeared to try to assist, by that point I was already too annoyed and too exhausted to engage in further discussion on an issue that was not my problem. Being told that a “one-time exception” would be made did not feel helpful, because I was not asking for a favor; I was simply trying to check into a room I had already paid for. Unfortunately, the room itself did not improve my first impression. Basic expectations typically associated with this brand were missing, no complimentary water, minimal toiletries, and nothing that made the stay feel welcoming after such a long journey. Having stayed at Holiday Inn and IHG properties across the world, this is easily one of the poorest first impressions I have experienced in hotel stays. I was extremely dissatisfied with both the check-in service and the overall initial experience. Clear communication, professionalism, and basic hospitality standards matter to all customers, especially for tired international travelers. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay at this property again. All the other staff I encountered during my were lovely though, especially the restaurant/kitchen staff and the security officer.
