We had a very enjoyable stay at this accommodation. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the subway, making it very convenient to get around the city. It is also situated along Nanjing Road, which is a major shopping street filled with plenty of shops and great food options, so there is always something to explore nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. One of the highlights was definitely the great view from the room, which added a nice touch to the overall stay. On the downside, the bathroom could be improved as the shower area does not have a proper shelf or space to place personal toiletries, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it is a comfortable and well-located place to stay, especially for those who want easy access to shopping, food, and public transport.

The location couldn’t be better just a few minutes from People’s Square and Nanjing road, loads of places to eat nearby. We didn’t interact much with the staff, however, they seemed helpful. The room was very clean and well equipped, and had a large window, the downside of the room is that it’s really small, bed touching the walls, no much space for luggage, it’s a good price but you’ll have to be prepared to be a bit squeezed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There’s breakfast available at an extra fee and a busy bar area. There’s a large laundry room available, this is a youth hostel so lots of atmosphere and hotel bars for young people. There was a black and white cat, which looked friendly. They gave us free drinks when left, thank you Xin Wang Zhao.

They offer dining services, laundry and left our rooms cleaned when we were away during the day. It is about a 15 minute walk from Metro but they offer shuttle buses to there as well! Would highly recommend!

The service was outstanding, especially when I needed assistance with receiving online shopping deliveries—the hotel staff managed everything efficiently, and all items were safely kept and delivered without any issues. Housekeeping was excellent, with daily cleaning, fresh towels, and amenities consistently replenished. The location is superb, within easy walking distance to the main pedestrian street, and there is also a lovely café right across from the hotel. Overall, a very comfortable and impressive stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Shanghai.

This hotel is quite close to the airport and offers a shuttle service, which is a huge plus for families traveling with children or guests with a lot of luggage. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful, quickly attending to any requests. The front desk staff even gave us two days of complimentary breakfast when they saw I had two kids, which I really appreciate! Every day, there are three complimentary bottles of Nongfu Spring water in the room. The disposable toilet seat covers are a thoughtful touch, and there are plenty of disposable towels, toothbrushes, combs, and slippers, all of which are clean and hygienic, making it very convenient for travelers. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai! They also offer a shuttle service to nearby Disneyland, which is fantastic! 👍

As a couple who has lived in Shanghai together for almost 10 years, with one of us also Shanghainese, we have been to a lot of the best places in Shanghai, and some of the more recommended places in about 20 cities in the broader nearby area. Nothing in the city or within several hours of high-speed rail compares to a stay at Ritz-Carlton Pudong. In Asia and indeed the planet, this impeccable hotel experience stands as an iconic example of old-world elegance and service. In addition, it also offers a unique view of both some of the most modern and tallest buildings and the city’s famed Bund riverside, home to a variety of art deco architectural masterpieces. We had the incredible good fortune to start our honeymoon at the Ritz in Pudong, and this last stay was our last honeymoon treat. As always, it was a spectacular experience that we cannot recommend enough. The most extraordinary part of the stay really is the staff, they are all world class people who go above and beyond to make the Ritz-Carlton Pudong such an exceptional institution in one of the world’s leading cities. Sincere thanks to the whole team for making this happen, including Cherryl, who made reservation delightfully effortless, Chris who helped us to our room, and Joey and Ruby who helped in the evening. Special and heartfelt thanks to the whole team who make the Club Lounge experience world beating: Eddie and Junita, who both lead by example, have a deep passion for the details that create excellence, as well as being just the nicest people. They are both incredibly inspiring leaders and professionals. Claire is generally excellent there but also was phenomenally helpful to get a bag back when it was left behind, we really apricated that. Jeramy and Vivian also are amazing, as are Club Lounge’s chef’s Joe and Austin. Sherry is a real star, attentive, sharp and so helpful. Last but not least, Helen, who was the first person to greet us after we got married, and fittingly the last person to help us create personalised room key cards with our wedding photo on it, and most recently a special photo of family from our honeymoon. Those keycards are really cool keepsakes, but making them is not as simple as you might think: the image is etched into the key, not printed, so the original photo needs to be translated by AI into an image that the etching system is capable of delivering, which is really impressive. When I showed my mom who lives very far away, even she was impressed with Helen’s work. Ordinarily we prioritise new experiences over more of the same, regardless of how comfortable and nice it is. But regardless of how hard we try, we have not been able to figure out a better way to celebrate our biggest moments than a stay at the Ritz in Pudong.

- Top location: can walk to metro and to Nanjing Road, the Bund, etc. Surrounded by good restaurants and shops. - Nice reception desk: Lovely reception desk. Gave me a local restaurant rec and tried to assign rooms based on my preference (travelling with family). - Overall okay room: + comfy bed with two types of pillows, blanket is good too + relatively spacious room for solo traveler, given the central location + rooms get cleaned everyday with fresh towels + laundry and dryer are a plus! + tiny gyms for the gym rats - can be noisy during the daytime from traffic, even from the top floor; but nighttime gets quiet so I still get good sleep :) - note: I booked a room type with a window to get a view, but the window faces windows of an opposite building directly and they have people there at day and night, so I can’t really get sunlight or any view, which is a shame. I think for rooms on this side they should get a different note from other room with “city view” Overall: Good for those who want a base to explore the city and a place for a safe sleep and convenient traveler’s amenities. Less so if you want to luxuriate in the hotel.

Second time I stayed at this hotel. The location is very convenient as it is just across the main train station and near subway line 1,3 and 4, with several shops and restaurants around the area. The room and the bathroom are both clean and spacious, there is enough space for luggage and to hand clothes, and the bed also is comfortable and fits two adults perfectly. I like that at the entrance there are complementary drinks and cookies and the service, overall, is good, although sometimes I had the feeling they were overworked and not very responsive to your requests, such as getting a parcel that was delivered at the reception. We asked them to come check out the bathroom lights since they could not be turned off but they never came, and we just closed the door for the night. The self-service laundry service is very convenient and there is also a gym with good equipment. I did not try the breakfast. I would stay here again, however, I would ask to not stay at the 22nd floor, as there is only one elevator available and it is always busy and stopping at each and every floor, even when there is no one waiting for it, and sometimes it becomes a bit frustrating.

I was lucky enough to get a free upgrade to an available suite room, and the room environment was lit. A spacious living room with separate doors to bedroom and bathroom. The furniture are very smart-placed to allow you to either enjoy your TV time or work time on an elegant wooden desk. I definitely enjoyed my stay as I could concentrate on my work or chill. The restaurant is also designed elegantly and the food is definitely worth the price. Can't wait to have a stay there again!

We really recommend Panda Hotel to everyone especially big families!! as what I’ve noticed most of the hotels in HongKong are very tight — no space for luggages, like once you open the main door the bed and cr is what you’ll see directly… However here in Panda Hotel, it is really spacious! We are a family of 7 and we booked 2 family rooms, 3 adults per room and 1 kid, and they gave us the connecting room which was so convenient for us since we can access the other room! Also this hotel is located at the 3rd floor of Panda Place (A mall where there are grocery stores, convenience stores, fastfood chains, cosmetics stores and stores that you typically see in a mall, which makes the location very great! There are 2 MTR stations near too, about 10mins walk to go there. The Tsuen Wan station is our go to station as it is more accessible since there is a connecting footbridge from Panda Hotel — what makes it more better is that they provide a guide map and more) However from the central, it is kind of far like about 10 stops, but it is still fine as mtr is just so fasttt!! As for the cleanliness, it’s all good, they clean everyday but not too good… The staffs there are also accommodating, kind, not strict and nice! There are a lot of amenities too!

To everyone booking through Trip.com, when you arrive at the hotel, don't use the self-service check-in kiosks. It's a waste of time because you'll still have to pay the remaining balance. It's quicker to just queue up at the front desk for check-in. The guy who checked us in at the front desk had really cool braids, and he was super nice! His voice was surprisingly gentle, a stark contrast to his appearance – I could barely hear him, haha. He was very soft-spoken. The hotel's location is fantastic! It's right next to the Flamingo Hotel (the side entrance near the Linq leads directly to a zoo with real flamingos). Between the Linq and Flamingo hotels, there's a pedestrian street with tons of food options, including sushi and In-N-Out Burger, plus a Ferris wheel. Across the street from the hotel is Caesar's Palace, and I think their shopping area is the most beautiful in Vegas. A less than ten-minute walk further gets you to the Bellagio and Paris Las Vegas. If you walk ten minutes to the right of the hotel, you'll reach The Venetian and a decent-sized supermarket. It truly feels like a prime location on the Strip, surrounded by food, drinks, and entertainment everywhere you look. The hotel has a casino, dining options, and a supermarket inside, and the rooms are clean and spacious.

This hotel was the best I slept in during my 10-day business trip. Maybe I was just too tired. The beds here have poor rebound; the middle sags, so it's more comfortable to sleep diagonally. The hygiene is good. However, there's nothing provided – you have to buy water, and it's 1.5 times more expensive than outside! They don't list prices, but everything is definitely 1.5 times the outside price. It's connected to three or four other hotels, so it's huge and easy to get lost. There's a big temperature difference between day and night. The shower water here felt normal; it didn't have that slippery, hard-to-rinse-off feeling.

I don't sleep very well, and when I mentioned this to the staff, they specially arranged a south-facing room for me. Fantastic hotel! I booked a room without a window, however, they upgraded me to a beautiful room with a window by a quiet alley. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. You're able to do laundry, which was convenient and there is a 24/7 service offering food and drinks, which was great when I arrived after my long flight. The location couldn't be better: it's right next to Qianmen-Street where you will find lots of restaurants and two metro stations nearby. The east gate to the Forbidden City is just a few stops away and the north gate of the Temple of Heaven is a 25 min walk away. I absolutely recommend this hotel for an immersive yet convenient stay in Beijing.

The Now or Never Cabin is worth it if you are staying for a longer time, had enough space to change comfortably in my room and store my big suitcase not under the bed . The second floor amenities like toothpaste, tampons and razors were a nice touch and really made it feel like a hotel. Let’s talk about the body wash, shampoo and conditioner they all smelled incredible. The shower was also nice and hot. The room and bathroom were cleaned everyday and bathroom always fully stocked. Our room on the 32nd floor was a corner room with windows on two sides, offering great views. It was clean, spacious, and bright, and there was even a Chinese-speaking receptionist, which was a thoughtful touch. The ground floor entrance is a bit small and has a pillar in the middle, but once you're inside, it's quite spacious. My only complaint is that housekeeping only made the bed and emptied the trash; they didn't clean the hair on the floor or restock the tissues and toilet paper. I hope they can improve on that.

Room is relatively spacious for a 3-star hotel, but our single-queen bed was actually a full-size bed and there was no room left to correct the wrong bed type for the 3 night stay. It was up to mid-80 deg F daily, and the air conditioning did not work well during the day, even when the A/C unit temp control dial was set at ”Maximum cool” (it was quite noisy as well). The complimentary bottled water was a good perk. The fixed shower glass divider (with any door) was too narrow, and the bathroom floor got wet after a shower.

Same with all the reviews the shuttle service guys were really good. They deserve every tip. The food service is not good i always order in room dining which they serve in take out containers and not in proper dining tray like most of the hilton property and food isn't really good and its not hot as serve. I order buffalo wings and ribs. The room also dont have micowave to heat it up. Although they have a small coffee maker with few coffee and tea I also need to call for complimentary water as I arrive. The reception mentioned they really dont offer it saying they are not the usual hilton hotel. But they gave me 2 bottle free saying thats it. Imagine having coffee brewer without water. So should i use the bathroom water?? Well i stayed there 4 days and 3 nights and even paid $40 for early check in at 10am regardless my early check out on the last day still i have to pay. Among all hilton around the world ive been with, well this one fail to satisfy my experience

The rooms facing the highway can be quite noisy, but those overlooking the parking lot are quieter. It's a good place for an overnight stay given its proximity to the airport. However, the hotel shuttle service to and from the airport is an issue. They claim it runs hourly, but I waited at the airport from 11:30 AM until 2:30 PM before a shuttle finally arrived. When I called the hotel during my wait, they just told me to keep waiting. Upon arrival, I asked the front desk why there was no shuttle for three hours, and they said they didn't know.

Our stay here was not that good. We got room that was connected to the room next door. Walls were thin, so we can practically hear everything. When doors close in this hotel, you can hear it. Staff were excellent to accommodate to our request to change rooms as it was impossible to sleep there. The next room was fine, still a little noisy but bearable. Hot water didnt work in the second room, staff provided another room key to use the shower. We slept at the other room on our second night as there was a cockroach on the bed of our room. Overall, experience was meh but staff were excellent.

The hotel is OK. I always book this one every time I go out. After leaving the hotel, I found that the parking fee was deducted twice. I immediately reported it to Ctrip and it was quickly resolved. I like Ctrip's service.

The biggest advantage of this hostel is its location in downtown, which makes it very convenient for getting around to other areas. However, being located downtown can also be a drawback. Once it gets dark at night, it’s not a good idea to walk too far outside the hostel. I’m not sure exactly where it was coming from, but I could constantly smell ********* around the hostel and near the elevators. Despite the building being old, the hostel itself was very clean. Unlike a typical hostel, it feels more like a hotel that has been converted into a hostel. There is a shared bathroom for each room, but please note that no amenities are provided at all. There is also no hair dryer. On the first floor, there is a fairly large and stylish lobby. In the basement, there is a small shared kitchen with a few tables in the same room, as well as a small room where you can work out. There are no coin-operated washers or dryers. The staff were friendly.

I really like this hotel; the lobby is absolutely beautiful. The overall environment is also great, and it's super convenient for getting around. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Los Angeles!
