Great location, only a 10-minute walk from Shanghai Station, and super convenient for the subway. It's just three stops to Nanjing Road, and perfect for an evening visit to the Bund. The room was spacious, but the downside was the loud traffic noise from the elevated highway at night – a constant rumble. Also, the shower had two unmarked buttons, so when I turned it on, the overhead shower suddenly blasted water, which was a bit of a shock! As for the bedding, some stains might not have come out in the wash, but they clearly changed the linens. Other than that, the service was really good.

The location is incredibly convenient for both shopping and getting around; the metro station is just a 2-3 minute walk away. I've wanted to stay at the W Shanghai - The Bund for a long time, and finally got to during my recent trip to Shanghai. It wasn't as perfect as I'd imagined. First, the good points: The environment is nice, and the cleanliness is decent. The staff are very friendly, and the breakfast offers a wide variety. The outdoor bar was the best experience. Now, for the less satisfying aspects: 1. Previously, when staying at hotels, you could contact scalpers or certain individuals on platforms to use their membership tiers for room upgrades. Since I booked in advance, I contacted them early about a possible upgrade. I was told that if there was an available room type on the day, I could be upgraded. However, on the day of check-in, they claimed there were no rooms available and didn't upgrade me. At the time, I checked the Ctrip app and saw that rooms *were* available. I'm a platinum member with upgrade benefits, and I still didn't get one. 2. My Ctrip booking included two complimentary drinks, but the front desk didn't provide vouchers during check-in. I only found out at the bar that I needed to go back to the front desk to get them. 3. I had a lot of things and wanted to use the black bag in the closet. Unfortunately, it was broken, and the hotel hadn't replaced it in time.

I stayed at the Dayin International Hostel during two trips to Shanghai, and I truly loved my experience both times. The staff is welcoming (Lu, Qi, Zhang), and I met wonderful travelers from all around the world. The rooms are spacious enough, comfortable, and equipped with lockers. There’s also the option to buy drinks, and excellent films are shown in the evenings. The bathrooms are always clean, and despite its central location, the hostel has a calm and relaxing atmosphere - I slept very well. It’s also conveniently located near the subway and several supermarkets. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Shanghai.

As an airport hotel, most guests are just passing through for a night. It's really inconvenient that breakfast only starts at 7 AM. I had to wolf down my meal in 15 minutes. They should really start breakfast by 6 or at least 6:30 AM. And for those with breakfast included, you even need to pre-order a sandwich if you can't make it to the main breakfast. Other than that, everything else is fine for an airport hotel; the shuttle to Tung Chung and the airport is quite convenient.

First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff at Bishop Lei International House. They treat you like family, and I felt right at home. When I emailed the reservations department to ask to store my luggage at the hotel a day in advance, they readily agreed without any extra charge, which touched me deeply. However, the hotel is located at the junction of the central and western parts of the Mid-Levels on Hong Kong Island. Getting to the hotel from Sheung Wan and Central requires climbing some hills. Coupled with the location delay of Google Maps, this often made me get lost in the vicinity. Secondly, I have a very special connection with this hotel: it opened at the same time as me, my surname is also LEI, I am a devout Catholic, and the hotel is owned by the Hong Kong Catholic Church. I want to say Thank you again, Ms. Aki Wan, for replying to my email promptly. Thank you to the service team at Bishop Lei International House. I wish you all good health and success in your work. I chose the Regal Airport Hotel because I had an early morning flight. It's incredibly convenient – the arrival hall leads directly to the hotel lobby. The next day, I didn't have to rush for transport, which allowed me to manage my time well and get a little extra sleep. The gentleman who checked me in was very enthusiastic, and despite his slightly stiff Mandarin, he answered all my questions in detail. I realized my electronic devices weren't compatible with the room's power outlets, so I wanted to ask the front desk for an adapter. However, there were guests at every counter. That's when an older gentleman from the concierge department noticed me and proactively asked if he could help. As soon as he learned I needed an adapter, he immediately went to get one for me. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and the polite and warm service made me feel incredibly welcome. Furthermore, despite being an older hotel, all the facilities were clean and tidy, and the room was spacious. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

It's a bit of a walk, about 10 minutes from the MTR station, but it's still convenient for getting around. Overall, very satisfied.

Hong Kong's streets are quite clean, and aside from the potential noise of garbage collection late at night (the soundproofing isn't great), it was fine. If you want to stay in this location, I'd recommend getting a room on a higher floor. The room was small, but it had everything I needed, even though the facilities were a bit old. However, the cleanliness was excellent! Plus, they provided bottled water and a universal adapter, and the luggage storage service was a thoughtful touch. If you're looking for value for money and can get a room here for under 500, I'd say go for it! The location is unbeatable with tons of food options nearby and it's super close to the MTR station.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. My husband and I stayed in one room, while my parents stayed in another. The bathroom and shower were very clean and comfortable. The view is definitely better on the higher floors — my parents stayed on the 31st floor and had a lovely view, while our room on the 12th floor didn’t have much of a view, but honestly, we were mostly there just to sleep. There was bottled water in the room upon arrival, but when we asked for more the next day, we were told to get it from the gym. Also, the cone-shaped paper cups in the gym were not very practical — that could be improved. On the positive side, the hotel has a gym for those interested. The location is very convenient. We used the tram frequently to explore Hong Kong, and it’s very close to the hotel. There is also a shopping mall nearby, plenty of places to eat, and a supermarket right across the street. The room overall was nice. There was a slight humidity smell, but that seems to be common in Hong Kong. Keeping the air conditioning on helps a lot. It would be great if the hotel had universal power outlets. Greetings from Turkey — Turkish guests would definitely enjoy staying at this hotel.

The room rates during the May Day holiday were a bit painful, so after much searching, I finally settled on this place and booked the cheapest room type. It was my first time in Hong Kong, and I'd seen many reviews mentioning discrimination, which made me a little anxious before going. However, I didn't feel any of that during my stay. When I checked in, I asked the front desk staff if they could arrange a higher and quieter room for me. To my surprise, not only did they fulfill my request, but they also gave me a semi-seaview room! The room was small but very tidy, and there was always someone to open the door when entering or leaving the lobby. There's a delicious butterfly pastry shop right downstairs from the hotel, and they even offer an 8.5% discount for hotel guests. There are also many great restaurants nearby, and transportation is super convenient. I only stayed for two nights, which wasn't enough – I'll definitely go back next time!

To everyone booking through Trip.com, when you arrive at the hotel, don't use the self-service check-in kiosks. It's a waste of time because you'll still have to pay the remaining balance. It's quicker to just queue up at the front desk for check-in. The guy who checked us in at the front desk had really cool braids, and he was super nice! His voice was surprisingly gentle, a stark contrast to his appearance – I could barely hear him, haha. He was very soft-spoken. The hotel's location is fantastic! It's right next to the Flamingo Hotel (the side entrance near the Linq leads directly to a zoo with real flamingos). It truly feels like a prime location on the Strip, surrounded by food, drinks, and entertainment everywhere you look. The hotel has a casino, dining options, and a supermarket inside, and the rooms are clean and spacious.

The lobby is on the 21st floor, and check-in is available after 4 PM. We were able to store our luggage for free on the day we arrived. Our room on the 32nd floor was a corner room with windows on two sides, offering great views. It was clean, spacious, and bright, and there was even a Chinese-speaking receptionist, which was a thoughtful touch. The ground floor entrance is a bit small and has a pillar in the middle, but once you're inside, it's quite spacious. My only complaint is that housekeeping only made the bed and emptied the trash; they didn't clean the hair on the floor or restock the tissues and toilet paper. I hope they can improve on that.

This was my second time staying in the dormitory here! The location is excellent, with both the subway and bus stops within a 5-minute walk. I stayed in a female-only quad room. The room has bunk beds (each with a pillow, blanket, sheets, one light, and an outlet), air conditioning, a window that opens for ventilation (as there was a slight lingering smell), and a personal locker (you need to bring your own lock). There's also a private changing area with a mirror, light, and curtain, so you can change clothes in the room. A trash can is provided. There are several hooks to hang luggage, but no hangers. For the bottom bunk, taller individuals might find it a bit low, so it might be worth requesting an upper bunk. Amenities like towels and hairdryers can be borrowed from the front desk. Breakfast includes two types of bagels, sliced bread, oranges, jam, cream cheese, oatmeal (I think?), coffee, hot water, tea bags, and mineral water. Some people were cooking with ingredients they bought in the kitchen! There were also two large refrigerators where you could store items by writing your name on them. The shower rooms, toilets, and a changing area with mirrors and curtains are all located in one spot but are separated. The shower rooms have shelves outside for luggage, but they're a bit narrow, and there are no hooks or luggage racks inside the individual stalls, which can be a bit inconvenient. Shampoo and body soap are provided. (Many people were changing in the adjacent changing room.) In the mornings, depending on the time, there were often many people doing their makeup, but I didn't have to wait and everyone shared the space well. One issue I had was on just one night when I tried to use the shower, all four stalls only had cold water, with no explanation or sign that they were broken. It was freezing, which was terrible. I recommend testing if the hot water works at the sink before changing when you use the shower room! Also, the hotel entrance is narrow, and there's no elevator, so it's immediately steep stairs. Carrying large suitcases to the rooms can be very challenging. When checking out, you need to remove the pillow and the two sheets you used from your bed and return them to the small window at the front desk. Please also return your card key to the front desk. If you have any other questions, the front desk staff are helpful and should be able to assist you. I hope this information is useful.

The hotel front desk staff were so nice; they let me check in at 1 AM. The room was really new, clearly recently renovated. They offer a free shuttle to and from the airport, and you can tip the driver if they help with your luggage. The breakfast was good, especially for Asian tastes, and the staff there were also great. The only downside was the cleanliness. Many cups at breakfast were dirty, and out of the three towels in my room, two had hair on them.

This hotel is genuinely great. I stayed here for a night before my flight the next day. Check-in was very quick, and the room was comfortable and felt really good. It's so close to the airport that you can clearly hear planes taking off and landing. The round-trip shuttle is super convenient.

Great walkable location. Parking is very pricey (standard for DTLA). However, I was charged $6.50 for a minibar Coke we didn’t drink. My son and I don’t drink soda, and we never touched the fridge. When I called, I was told housekeeping reported one missing and that they’d investigate. I didn’t get a clear resolution and decided not worth my time to keep chasing it. Tip: At check-in, ask them to remove or inventory the minibar items (or photograph the fridge) to avoid disputes. Otherwise, BEWARE of minibar charges.

The location is fantastic. It's close to the subway, bus stops, and a supermarket, and you can even walk to Crypto.com Arena. The area around the hotel also felt very safe. While people often say it's dangerous to walk around Los Angeles at night, I felt perfectly fine walking between the hotel and the arena. My only complaints are that the room didn't have a refrigerator and the shower ran out of hot water late at night, usually after 11 PM.

We had to keep adding water to the toilet to flush. I also got diarrhea from the sparkling water in the lobby and the pillows were very very flat. Other than that it was great. The room was very spacious, clean and very beautiful.
