We had a very enjoyable stay at this accommodation. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the subway, making it very convenient to get around the city. It is also situated along Nanjing Road, which is a major shopping street filled with plenty of shops and great food options, so there is always something to explore nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. One of the highlights was definitely the great view from the room, which added a nice touch to the overall stay. On the downside, the bathroom could be improved as the shower area does not have a proper shelf or space to place personal toiletries, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it is a comfortable and well-located place to stay, especially for those who want easy access to shopping, food, and public transport.

The location couldn’t be better just a few minutes from People’s Square and Nanjing road, loads of places to eat nearby. We didn’t interact much with the staff, however, they seemed helpful. The room was very clean and well equipped, and had a large window, the downside of the room is that it’s really small, bed touching the walls, no much space for luggage, it’s a good price but you’ll have to be prepared to be a bit squeezed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There’s breakfast available at an extra fee and a busy bar area. There’s a large laundry room available, this is a youth hostel so lots of atmosphere and hotel bars for young people. There was a black and white cat, which looked friendly. They gave us free drinks when left, thank you Xin Wang Zhao.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The overall environment felt welcoming and nicely kept. The receptionist was especially friendly and helpful, which made the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. One of the best parts of this hotel is its location — it’s very close to the Bund, making it super convenient to explore the main tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

They upgraded me to a modern king room when I checked in, so I'm giving it five stars. However, the hotel itself does have an issue: the building is quite old. But this modern king room was very new and clean. The standard room type I stayed in last time was older, so I'd recommend booking this room type if you're staying here. The location is excellent; it's not far from Nanjing Road, the Bund, or Jing'an. I was mainly there to see a musical, and this hotel is right across from the Asia Building, so it couldn't be more convenient!

Location: The location is really excellent and easy to find. It's a short walk from the subway station, making it very convenient to get to The Bund, Nanjing Road, and other attractions. You can even cycle there. Environment: This is a very well-designed hotel located within a residential complex. The lobby is quiet and bright, with sunlight streaming in, which is lovely. Service: The front desk staff were wonderful – gentle and patient. I had originally booked a room without a window, but they upgraded me to one with a window, which was a nice surprise. Facilities: Although the room wasn't huge, it had everything I needed and was clean and tidy. The shampoo smelled great! The only minor inconvenience was the lack of a food delivery robot, but otherwise, everything was perfect. Overall, it's affordable and offers great value for money. Highly recommended!

First off, I think the Dihang Hotel is a great hotel. I don't understand why some people at this price point would nitpick over unreasonable requests. The male staff at the front desk was excellent, explaining all the fun places to visit in Shanghai. If you weren't sure how to get somewhere, he'd even write it down for you so you wouldn't forget. His ability to communicate and resolve issues promptly makes him perfect for the job. Plus, the hotel offers airport shuttle service, making it an ideal choice for a layover or for anyone needing to catch a flight.

Facilities: The facilities are a bit old, the lobby is beautiful, and the rooms are old but quite spacious. Toothbrush sets are provided, but no bottled water. There are glass bottles available to fill up at the water dispenser in the corridor. The bathroom is quite large, with a combined bathtub and shower – old and broken! The drainage is slow. Cleanliness: It's average, looks acceptable. Environment: You can stay here without leaving the airport, it's quiet, and suitable for guests arriving late at night. Breakfast is good, with a decent variety. Service: It's not bad. You can scan a QR code in the room to request adapters, towel changes, etc., and the response is quite fast. The cleaning staff I met in the morning were very nice, greeting us and starting our day happily. The front desk staff who checked me in at night was Filipino? Their Mandarin was average, so I had to speak English. The best thing about the hotel is the shuttle bus. We took it directly to Disneyland the next day; it was 25 HKD per person and took about ten minutes. Overall, I'm satisfied. For under 1,000 with breakfast for two, it's good value for money.

The hotel room is big enough to rest properly. The staff in the reception aren't polite, during the check in process I wasn't told about the shuttle bus or the MTR bridge connection so I had to discover them by myslef and when asking them about it they didn't even take the time to explain and only delivered some flyers to me. The hotel room had a lamp that was flashing all the night and I couldn't sleep two days well so when I reported it the housekeeping lady she said they were gonna fix it during the day so when came back I had to call reception at midnight to come to fix it again. They don't offer bottled water and the hotel room is cleaned only every two days, the directory is only QR version in order to preserve the environment but they do offer sleeping disposable shoes with plastic bags 🫩 The gym is small but still well equipped. The location is good and for the price quality is still okay

The good things: Regala Hotel is located around 800 meters away from Hong Hong International Airport. They provide free shuttle bus, and it takes around 10-15 minutes to get to the hotel from Terminal 1 and back. They also have shuttle busses to Tung Chung metro station, Disneyland and even Hong Kong-Macau-Zhuhai bus station, although it’s just twice a day. My room was small but smartly designed, light colored with lots of mirrors so it looked bigger. There was everything I needed for a short stay. There’s a water machine in the corridor so you can use a dedicated water bottle from the room to refill it. There’s a small refrigerator under the table which is useful There’s a pool, you can swim if the weather permits😅 The bad things: The floor in the room looked like it wasn’t mapped. There was some hair in the bathroom drawers. The light switches and bed sides had old dust on them There was shampoo in the Shower Gel bottle

Service was very good. We were initially placed in a double room after mentioning we preferred twin beds, but when we asked politely, the front desk attendant immediately changed our room. She was lovely and 5/5 for service. The room was clean on arrival and the beds were neatly made. Amenities were sufficient, although the property seems more geared toward long-term renters than short stays. The area itself is not ideal. There is a noticeable homeless population nearby and not much to do within walking distance. It is also a bit of a walk to reach public transport such as the MTR. We could not figure out how to operate the older window-mounted air conditioner, and the TV/remote did not work during our stay. Overall, it was an okay stay. However, I would not recommend the area, as it felt somewhat dodgy. The hotel also has many rules that are sent in advance — make sure to read them carefully, as there are several policies that may result in fines.

I really looked at so many hotels before coming to Hong Kong, worried that a bad stay would spoil my trip, but the Prudential Hotel truly didn't disappoint! It's actually not far from West Kowloon, just a few blocks away. Plus, the Jordan MTR station exit is right next door, and downstairs you'll find bus stops, the Airport Express, Mannings, and Jollibee fried chicken – it's incredibly convenient! It's also super close to West Kowloon Park, making it easy to visit the big purple fountain. In fact, it's quite close to the Star Ferry and the Victoria Harbour observation deck too; we walked there the first time, and then took a bus (just 4 stops) to see the night view. There was even a film crew shooting downstairs, though we didn't see any celebrities, it was still pretty cool. There are lots of great restaurants in the area. The check-in service was very welcoming, and I noticed staff near the escalator helping women with large suitcases down, showing a strong awareness of safety.

This is my second time staying at the Flamingo Hotel. The first time was with a tour group, and this time I booked it myself. I searched for a long time and still chose the Flamingo, since my first stay was pretty good, I figured I couldn't go wrong choosing it again. To everyone booking through Trip.com, when you arrive at the hotel, don't use the self-service check-in kiosks. It's a waste of time because you'll still have to pay the remaining balance. It's quicker to just queue up at the front desk for check-in. The guy who checked us in at the front desk had really cool braids, and he was super nice! His voice was surprisingly gentle, a stark contrast to his appearance – I could barely hear him, haha. He was very soft-spoken. The hotel's location is fantastic! It's right next to the Flamingo Hotel (the side entrance near the Linq leads directly to a zoo with real flamingos). Between the Linq and Flamingo hotels, there's a pedestrian street with tons of food options, including sushi and In-N-Out Burger, plus a Ferris wheel. Across the street from the hotel is Caesar's Palace, and I think their shopping area is the most beautiful in Vegas. A less than ten-minute walk further gets you to the Bellagio and Paris Las Vegas. If you walk ten minutes to the right of the hotel, you'll reach The Venetian and a decent-sized supermarket. It truly feels like a prime location on the Strip, surrounded by food, drinks, and entertainment everywhere you look. The hotel has a casino, dining options, and a supermarket inside, and the rooms are clean and spacious.

This hotel was the best I slept in during my 10-day business trip. Maybe I was just too tired. The beds here have poor rebound; the middle sags, so it's more comfortable to sleep diagonally. The hygiene is good. However, there's nothing provided – you have to buy water, and it's 1.5 times more expensive than outside! They don't list prices, but everything is definitely 1.5 times the outside price. It's connected to three or four other hotels, so it's huge and easy to get lost. There's a big temperature difference between day and night. The shower water here felt normal; it didn't have that slippery, hard-to-rinse-off feeling.

We stayed for three nights, paying $2773 per night. The room was incredibly spacious, and the bathroom was huge as well. The shower only had a rain showerhead, and turning it on was quite unusual; you had to pull it out firmly. The hot and cold water came from the same source, and at first, I thought it was broken and there was no water. My husband, somehow inspired, gave it a strong pull, saving me from calling the front desk to change rooms. My only minor disappointment was being assigned a room facing the parking lot with no view, but overall, at this price, there's nothing to complain about. The location is excellent. You can walk south to New York-New York and north to The Venetian. There's a connected walkway to Paris and Horseshoe. Horseshoe is usually the pick-up point for Grand Canyon day tours, and staying in the Bordeaux Tower, we could leisurely walk to the pick-up point in a maximum of 15 minutes. There are many great eateries near the hotel. We tried Taco Bell, Dirt Dog, Giordano's, and Panda Express (I personally love Panda Express and ate there twice!). I originally wanted to visit many casinos, but then I realized that the casino interiors on the Strip are mostly similar, essentially shopping malls, with the grander facades only at the entrance: ☑️ Flamingo Hotel: I'm utterly fascinated by Bugsy Siegel's story. The hotel is filled with flamingos and pink everywhere. Every flamingo image made me a little sad, thinking about Bugsy Siegel being murdered by his own people and how desperate his girlfriend must have been to lose him. ☑️ The Venetian: The main entrance replicates Venice's St. Mark's Square. We had just returned from Italy, and the recreation was quite accurate. There's even a small canal in the shopping area where you can take a gondola ride. ☑️ Caesars Palace: You must see the three-story spiral escalator. Riding down from the top, facing the statues, gives you an immersive feeling of traveling through ancient Rome. My husband said it felt like facing a final boss in a video game. February 2026

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic – right across from the Bellagio, nestled between the Paris and Flamingo hotels. Step out, and you're at the Linq Promenade, with the Linq Food Festival just across the street. All the tour buses pick up guests at the hotel's north entrance. Check-in and check-out are self-service, which is convenient, though the two staffed counters always have long lines. When I tried to ask a question at the front desk, the staff of Asian descent seemed a bit impatient. The room itself was spacious. We were on the 20th floor and chose a room with a fountain view, though the windows were a bit dirty, which affected photo-taking. From the north-facing windows in the hallways on every floor, you can see the Sphere, offering excellent views. For a 4-star hotel at around $500 CAD a night, the value for money is unbeatable. My only minor complaints are that the casino in the lobby has a noticeable smoke smell, and the hotel seems to have a very high occupancy rate, as there are always long lines of people checking in at the front desk every day.

We arrived a bit late on the first day, around 6 PM. We had booked two higher-priced double rooms with street views, but at check-in, we weren't given adjacent rooms. Instead, we received rooms in completely different directions and far apart. One room faced a side street, and the other was a corner room right by a major road. From the outside, it was clear they were on the interior side of the building, with no real street view. To make matters worse, the glass windows were completely covered with a grid-like advertising film, making it impossible to see anything. We paid extra for a nice street view, so this arrangement was completely misleading and not what we paid for! It's disappointing that the price here was the same as on the official website, but booking here didn't come with any vouchers. The rooms themselves were fine, a bit smaller than the Bellagio's but felt newer. It's convenient to stay here if you want to see David Copperfield's show, as it's right downstairs. There weren't many Christmas decorations; the Bellagio had the most Christmas spirit in the whole city.

TI has one of the best locations for accessing the sphere, where u can walk across through Venetian and then to the sphere without moving your car and dealing with crowds and lines. The Room itself was great for two. We thought it was large even. And loved that there was free parking and easy access to the garage since the property is not that big. There is a cvs attached to get drinks and last minute items. And a couple Starbucks, a ice cream shop, and pizza shop that we tried. The amenities could use work though. They still charge a $50 resort fee even though the pool and hot tub was closed fr the season. From our window we could see the hot tub a green color. So it was definitely closed. There was not tangible benefit from the resort fee for us. Not even a bottle of water. Yet they wrefuse to waive or reduce any fees.,  And the casino has a warm, smoky, strange sweet smell that made it difficult to spend much time in.

I honestly regret booking this place. The problems started with the bathroom, which was already a nightmare. There was a constant unpleasant smell coming from the toilet area, like something wasn’t cleaned properly or there were drainage issues. The shower was even worse. The water wouldn’t drain at all, so within minutes it started pooling and flooding the entire bathroom. It actually overflowed out into the room, which is completely unacceptable. I had to stop showering just to deal with the mess. But the worst part? I discovered what looked like bed bugs on the bed. That was the final straw. There’s absolutely no excuse for something like that in any hotel. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and worried about my belongings.Between the smell, the flooding, and the hygiene issues, this was easily one of the worst stays I’ve had. But the worst part? I had a wonderful stay at The Yard Tian’anmen in Beijing and would absolutely recommend it. The location is excellent—right on Qianmen Street, yet tucked away enough to guarantee peace and quiet, which made a huge difference after long days exploring the city. It’s also within walking distance of Tian’anmen Square and very close to a metro station, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They all spoke good English and even offered me a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely surprise and much appreciated. The room itself was beautifully designed in an elegant, contemporary Chinese style. It felt both stylish and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped, including a bathtub—perfect for relaxing. Another great feature is the hotel’s internal restaurant, which is open 24 hours. Super convenient, especially after a late return. Cleanliness was excellent, with daily housekeeping keeping everything spotless. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

As someone who has been traveling for many years and has stayed in a wide range of hotels around the world, I can confidently say this was one of the best experiences in terms of value for money. The service here is truly outstanding. We were checked in well before the official time, which was incredibly helpful after an early morning flight. Upon arrival, we were also given a welcome pack of cookies — a small but very thoughtful gesture. We were even invited to have breakfast on our first day, which really reflects the level of care and hospitality. The hotel is very clean, modern, and feels highly technological. The delivery robots are a great touch — both convenient and fun, and they add to the overall futuristic atmosphere. The room was spotless: perfectly clean white linens, very comfortable and spacious beds, and a choice of pillows. The blackout curtains were excellent — I was able to rest properly even during the day. The bathroom was also great: clean, with strong water pressure and good drainage. There is a 24/7 coffee and tea station on the ground floor, which is very convenient and a nice addition. Breakfast exceeded all expectations — it was delicious, diverse, and very satisfying. There were options that feel familiar to Russian guests, such as cheese, oatmeal, and boiled potatoes, but also a wide variety of other dishes. Importantly, there were plenty of vegetarian options, which I really appreciated. The location is another big advantage: there are good coffee spots nearby (like Luckin Coffee), solid infrastructure, and a metro station within walking distance. There is also a direct route to the airport, which makes traveling very easy. In addition, there is a nearby bus station with convenient routes, including to Gubei. Considering all of this, the price is very reasonable — honestly, it’s surprising to get this level of service for such a cost. Highly recommended. This is one of those rare places that not only meets expectations but genuinely exceeds them.

If you're looking for amazing views, you absolutely have to book this place – it's so high up! The scenery from the 41st floor is just breathtaking!!! The room size is also decent! It's a bit bigger than other City Notes. I could open two large suitcases and two small ones, plus there's a cozy little space with a table and chairs by the window for eating! The biggest perks of City Note: breakfast, free afternoon tea, and free late-night snacks, especially your fruit! I loved it! There's a washing machine, dryer, a very new and beautiful gym, a fridge (with free drinks), unlimited coffee, tea, and water, and even birthday decorations + cake service! The staff were also very proactive in helping us with all our questions. The Southern Vietnam Museum is right next door! There are lots of tourist attractions and great food nearby! The front desk will introduce them all to you, don't worry! The bustling Beijing Road is right across the street! It's really convenient! If you love scenic views, you definitely need to choose this branch! This is my second time staying at a City Note in China. Thank you for letting us check out late at 2 PM! And for the complimentary small gift! Thank you! We had such a happy trip. There's a parcel collection service here, so you can rest assured your packages won't go missing (they have a storage room). You can also store your luggage, and there's a public restroom and sofa. **For food delivery, from Monday to Friday, you'll need to go downstairs to pick it up before 6 PM; after 6 PM, they'll deliver it upstairs (remember to make a note). On weekends, the delivery service is available all day to the 41st-floor reception.

The exhibition hall is so close I could practically stumble into it, and the hotel is so quiet I could hear my own heartbeat! The mattress was as soft as a cloud, and the pillow perfectly supported my neck. The cleaning lady even wiped the windows so thoroughly there wasn't a single fingerprint left. When the front desk handed me the room card, they winked, 'Going to the exhibition hall? A three-minute stroll, faster than waiting for the elevator! When you come back tonight, remember to look at the stars – with our high ceilings, even the clouds can't keep up with you.' When checking out, the guy at the front desk slipped me a packet of tea: 'Doing business during the Year of the Horse, have some tea to soothe your throat, your aura will be more stable than a painting of eight steeds!' Overall we had a very pleasant stay here, Staff were courteous and friendly. Besides the questionnaire here there are some points which are not within the hotel's control that any potential guest needs to consider. Firstly, there is a lot of noise coming from the wholesale dispatch neighbouring shop. They run 7/7 and work till late into the night loading goods onto the dispatch vehicles. Secondly, though the subway is conveniently located just across the road, access to and from it from Exit A (100m away) involves 2 flights of stairs and an escalator and from Exit B (50m across the road) involves 4 flights of stairs. There is no elevator access to the subway concourse. Those that have stairs accessibility issues or have heavy luggage will find this a major issue. Thirdly, there are mozzies in the surrounding area. Some may make their way into the room. The hotel does provide mozzies repellent in the room though. For food hunters, there are plenty of places to eat around here. Wannian (240m) for the so said Guangzhou's best roast goose, Hong Kong Miaojie Potted Rice (200m) and Dayang Yuanwei Braised Dishes (Guangzhou Wenming Road Branch) (650m), the last two listed here though are sort of Hawker style places do have many years of Michelin recommendations.

I had an overall average stay at Atour Hotel. The biggest advantage is definitely the location. It is situated right next to a well-known tech mall, making it a great choice if you are shopping for electronics or tech-related items. There are also a few nearby malls with decent food options, though the variety is fairly average. The hotel itself feels a bit dated, smoky lifts and not particularly pleasant in terms of ambiance. However, the convenience of the location helps make up for it. The metro station is just across the road, which makes getting around very easy, and it is also very close to the Shenzhen–Hong Kong border, making quick trips to Hong Kong extremely convenient. There are also a couple of foot massage shops nearby that are quite decent for a quick unwind. One highlight is the hotel’s offerings. The biggest advantage of this hostel is its location in downtown, which makes it very convenient for getting around to other areas. However, being located downtown can also be a drawback. Once it gets dark at night, it’s not a good idea to walk too far outside the hostel. I’m not sure exactly where it was coming from, but I could constantly smell ********* around the hostel and near the elevators. Despite the building being old, the hostel itself was very clean. Unlike a typical hostel, it feels more like a hotel that has been converted into a hostel. There is a shared bathroom for each room, but please note that no amenities are provided at all. There is also no hair dryer. On the first floor, there is a fairly large and stylish lobby. However, upon arrival I was informed that cash deposits are not accepted. This information was not stated on the booking platform I used (Trip.com), nor was it made clear in advance in any correspondence from the hotel. As a result, I was left waiting over 30 minutes in the lobby while staff contacted a manager and discussed making a “one-time exception.” To be clear, this situation should never have occurred. If a hotel does not accept cash deposits, that policy must be clearly and explicitly stated on all booking platforms, not just the hotel’s own website, which the manager on duty reiterated, that it was on the hotel’s website. Guests should not be made to feel as though they are asking for special treatment when the lack of transparency on a specific policy is not their fault. I had already prepaid for two nights online, yet due to the hotel’s failure to update its information, I was left embarrassed, inconvenienced, and forced to wait in the lobby after an exhausting international journey. I want to emphasize that I am not blaming the front desk staff personally, nor the manager on duty, as they are likely following the rules given to them. However, situations like this must be handled with far greater care and professionalism. Paying guests, especially those who are respectful and simply trying to check in should be treated with dignity and understanding. While the manager on duty appeared to try to assist, by that point I was already too annoyed and too exhausted to engage in further discussion on an issue that was not my problem. Being told that a “one-time exception” would be made did not feel helpful, because I was not asking for a favor; I was simply trying to check into a room I had already paid for. Unfortunately, the room itself did not improve my first impression. Basic expectations typically associated with this brand were missing, no complimentary water, minimal toiletries, and nothing that made the stay feel welcoming after such a long journey. Having stayed at Holiday Inn and IHG properties across the world, this is easily one of the poorest first impressions I have experienced in hotel stays. I was extremely dissatisfied with both the check-in service and the overall initial experience. Clear communication, professionalism, and basic hospitality standards matter to all customers, especially for tired international travelers. Based on this experience, I would not choose to stay at this property again. All the other staff I encountered during my were lovely though, especially the restaurant/kitchen staff and the security officer.
