I was so happy when I saw the boat ticket to Macao was 0 rupiah, thanks to the "Fly You to Macao" program from the Macau Ministry of Tourism. The boat was great, just show your booking proof and passport, it was very easy, and there were lots of signs to get to the entrance. You have to be careful because there are several other boats there too. The 1-hour trip didn't feel too long because it was comfortable. Thank you Macao Government Tourism🫶👏

I took the TurboJet high-speed ferry from Macau Outer Harbor to Hong Kong Island, and the journey was fast and convenient. The departure and arrival procedures were also relatively simple, making the travel itinerary efficient. It was fun to admire the scenery outside the window while sailing across the sea, and the seats were so comfortable that the approximately one-hour journey flew by while I dozed off for a moment. I think it is a great way to save time if you are traveling to both Macau and Hong Kong.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was super soft. The front desk service was also very friendly, and the value for money was absolutely amazing! It's close to Bishop's Hill, and parking is free if you're driving. The room had great natural light, the bathroom was clean, and check-in was quick. I felt really comfortable and at ease during my stay. Definitely recommend it to anyone who likes a peaceful environment.

I booked a premium king room with executive benefits. This hotel no longer has a casino, so there's no complimentary shuttle service. Since my booking included executive benefits, I received complimentary afternoon tea and a dinner set. If you want to upgrade to the dinner buffet, it's an extra 100 RMB per person, which is still worth it. The room itself was decent, and the size was quite good – much larger than the tiny 'pigeonhole' hotels I've stayed at in Hong Kong. The decor is a bit dated, but the French-style design gives it a nice feel. The gym is on the first floor next to the pool and is also a good size. Zhuhai is right across the river, offering a pleasant view. From the hotel, you can take a bus directly to Gongbei Port. The Grand Lisboa Casino is about a 20-minute walk away. The hotel's breakfast is very rich with a good variety of options, and the service is excellent, including dedicated Chinese-speaking staff. There's a designated smoking area by the pool, outside the first-floor restaurant. Welcome fruit and capsule coffee makers add to the overall sense of quality and ambiance.

Facilities: Although it's an older hotel, the facilities are quite good after renovation. The lobby has a classic, old-money feel, and there are luxury and art shops. The pool, fitness center, and sauna are all very well-equipped. The attached Thai restaurant serves authentic food and was once Michelin-recommended. It's rare to find a TV with Cantonese, Mandarin, English, and Portuguese channels. Hygiene: It's clean, and they even provide wet wipes at breakfast. Environment: It's a rare Portuguese-style garden hotel in Macau. Service: The staff are all very friendly. There are concierges at both the front and back doors, and they even guide guests to the elevators during peak hours. The cleaning staff proactively greet you and are very responsive to any requests. Room service has embraced the internet; you can scan a WeChat QR code to make requests.

I brought some gifts for my friends in Macau and bought some Japanese snacks and dried food for myself to take home. My friend wanted to treat me to dinner as a thank you for making the trip to Macau, even though it was an unexpected detour for me. He only had time in the evening after work. We usually eat quite late, so I had to stay in Macau for a day. Catching up with friends every two or three months is no problem, especially since I'm retired and have plenty of time. I always stay at this hotel. There aren't any major issues. I'm familiar with their procedures and practices. Plus, it's conveniently located on a main road with many bus stops, making it easy to get to and from the city center. Of course, when booking, you need to check the availability of rooms at competing hotels nearby. **Environment:** Good. I used their pool, and there were Caucasians, Koreans, and Japanese guests.

Our whole family stayed at the Grand Lisboa Hotel. The staff were incredibly polite, proactively helping with our luggage and assisting our elderly family members. Although the facilities are a bit dated, everything was very clean. I booked a room with breakfast, and luckily the hotel had just upgraded their breakfast, so all the dishes were new! The hotel doesn't offer a shuttle service. From Macau Airport, you can first take the Venetian Hotel's shuttle. Get off at the Venetian, then walk across the street (about 1 minute) to transfer to the Sands Macao shuttle. After getting off at Sands Macao Hotel, it's a 2-minute walk to Harbourview Hotel. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with good water pressure. However, there was a musty smell when I first entered the room, but it dissipated once the air conditioning was turned on. The sea view was mediocre. The staff were friendly. Guests can purchase breakfast/lunch/dinner at a discounted price, which is slightly cheaper than booking through online platforms.

It's hard to believe the hairdryer at the Crowne Plaza is broken; it overheats and stops working after just ten seconds, as shown in the video. The room facilities, cleanliness, and view are all excellent, and the service is great too. The front desk service was very thoughtful. The shuttle bus to the border gate drops you off about 700 meters away, so you have to walk the rest of the way. The bus was on time and not crowded. The front desk staff were very kind. A friend had an interview in the afternoon, and they helped us with a late check-out. Overall, the hotel room was very spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent. The hotel staff also provided good service. The only drawback was that on the first day, check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM. We arrived around 3 PM, and despite clearly stating in our booking that we wanted a non-smoking room, the room was still not ready. We had to wait until past 5 PM to get into our room, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel did upgrade us to an inner garden view room, which had a beautiful view. During our stay, there was a Vivienne Westwood exhibition, which was very nice. The hotel also had regular performances, making it very suitable for children. Additionally, having the Yaohan department store nearby made shopping very convenient. For two out of our three days and two nights stay, the hotel's pool was closed, and we had to use the pool at the neighboring hotel. Although it was accessible through the mall, going back and forth took a considerable amount of time.

I've always wanted to stay at the Galaxy Macau, but unfortunately, there was a thunderstorm warning on the day we checked in, so we couldn't enjoy the water activities. It was a bit disappointing. However, staying at Galaxy is incredibly convenient; there are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options available. Plus, if you show your Air Macau boarding pass, you can get many discounts and free gifts. It's also super easy to get to the Venetian, Big Ben, and Parisian from here. After a good night's sleep, we could even pop over to Rua do Cunha the next day, which is very close by. What I'll remember most is how incredibly comfortable the beds are at the Galaxy hotel. The room was beautiful and clean, and the service was absolutely fantastic. Truly five-star service! Since we were traveling with kids, they even gave us complimentary 'Toto' slippers, a 'Toto' tent, and a 'Toto' doll for them. My kids were thrilled and said Galaxy was the most fun! ^_^ Haha. I will definitely stay at Galaxy again next time I visit Macau. What I personally loved most was being able to choose my own pillow. This time, I picked the lavender sleep pillow and even received a free pillow mist. All complimentary, truly excellent value for money.

The hotel's European-style lobby is elegant and grand, and the rooms are spacious with a well-organized layout and well-maintained hardware. However, compared to other luxury hotels in Macau, the Four Seasons Macau has smaller public areas and a more business-like room style, lacking a strong sense of luxury. Personally, I think the hotel's highlight is the outdoor pool; it has a real resort feel, is very comfortable, and is a great place to relax. That said, the pool attendants seemed a bit overwhelmed during peak hours. When checking in, I'd already specified I was a single guest, but after I was seated, the attendant brought two glasses of iced water and two fruit plates, only to come back 5 minutes later to take away the extra set. While perfectly reasonable, it felt a little awkward.

Traveling with a friend after the May Day holiday, I booked two rooms – one with twin beds and one with a king bed. There was a connecting door between them. I called the front desk and asked them to open it, instantly turning them into a convenient suite for interacting, yet we could close the door for privacy when resting. The hotel is surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area. The rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable. I booked without breakfast, opting instead to explore the streets and alleys for a unique Portuguese-style breakfast, which was a wonderful experience. Upon returning to Gongbei Port, I booked a shuttle at the lobby for a specific time. The 8-seater car was very comfortable, much better than taking a random taxi to the port. Big shout-out to Mandarin Oriental Macau! This was my third trip to Macau, and this time I stayed in the old town. The Mandarin Oriental immediately caught my eye. Transportation is super convenient. From the airport, we took the MGM Macau shuttle, and since the two hotels are connected, it was an easy walk to the hotel after getting off. When we went to Hong Kong, we had a private car pick us up from the Mandarin Oriental and take us directly to our Hong Kong hotel. If you're going to the airport, I'd also recommend booking a private car, as the MGM airport shuttle always has long queues. The location is excellent, very quiet, and surrounded by plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The hotel service was fantastic. During check-in, they specifically gave me a room with an amazing view, where I could see the Macau Tower from every angle. The bathroom faced directly towards the Grand Lisboa, so you could take stunning photos right from your room without even leaving the hotel. Regarding the room: The room was huge! Compared to the cramped spaces in Hong Kong, Macau's rooms are so big you could play hide-and-seek. The children's toiletries weren't provided promptly; we only received the bathrobes and disposable slippers on our last day at checkout. The slippers were adorable little bear shapes, very cute, and you could take them with you – good quality too. Regarding breakfast: The variety was extensive. I recommend going early; after 9 AM, it gets very crowded, and they'll arrange for you to dine in the lounge, which makes it less convenient to get your food. Regarding family activities: I suggest bringing swimsuits; Macau is still quite warm in February, so you can enjoy the infinity pool. The SPA's soap-making workshop was also very interesting. Preschoolers can easily complete it, the process was very enjoyable, and the finished product was quite therapeutic. While there are countless hotels in Macau and it's unlikely I'll stay here again as I want to try new experiences, the beautiful memories the Mandarin Oriental gave us will always remain in my heart.

I would like to commend Hancy at the front desk. She was very welcoming and accommodating, providing us with all the necessary information about the hotel. The stay was highly convenient, especially with the free shuttle bus service. This was our first time here, and we found the hotel very nice and relaxing. We will definitely come back again! I also want to mention Cristina at the pool reception for her great service.

Choosing The St. Regis Macao for our important anniversary celebration was absolutely the right decision, filled with surprises and warmth every step of the way. We're incredibly grateful! 💕 From the moment we arrived, our dedicated butler greeted us warmly, taking our luggage and offering hot tea. This meticulous service immediately left a great impression. We had mentioned our anniversary beforehand, and the hotel thoughtfully remembered every expectation – upon check-in, our room was already exquisitely decorated with warm touches, a handwritten card, chilled red wine, and a beautiful anniversary cake, all accompanied by a fresh and plump fruit platter. The sense of occasion was perfect, with every detail showing immense care. Our room was spacious and elegant, featuring a marble bathroom and high-quality bedding, ensuring ultimate comfort. The floor-to-ceiling window offered a stunning view of Cotai's dazzling nightscape, with the Parisian Eiffel Tower lights perfectly framed, creating just the right romantic ambiance. The 24-hour butler service was always on call, and the turndown service thoughtfully included a sleep-aid spray and dessert, providing a meticulous and reassuring touch. The hotel's location is superb, offering direct access to shopping complexes like The Venetian and The Londoner, making travel and shopping incredibly convenient. The daily evening champagne sabering ritual was a unique St. Regis experience, adding a special touch to our anniversary. We sincerely thank all the staff at The St. Regis Macao for their dedication and enthusiasm, which made our anniversary exceptionally memorable and full of warmth. This is not just a luxurious residence, but also a place that holds cherished memories. We will definitely return in the future and will not hesitate to recommend it to all our friends. ❤️

Great location! It's a quick 9-minute walk from the Grand Lisboa after taking their free shuttle bus from Gongbei Port. The hotel's decor looks quite aged, definitely seen better days. Our room had a double bed, and the other 'bed' was actually a sofa with a sheet on it. They provided four sets of slippers and toiletries. Breakfast was very mediocre. On the plus side, there are several scheduled mini-bus services on the second day that can take you back to Gongbei Port, which is quite convenient.

The location is excellent, right in the most bustling area of the Macau Peninsula. It's across from Wynn, the front desk service is great, and the price is affordable. The only downside is that the hotel facilities are a bit old; I hope they can be upgraded.

The hotel is located right in the center of the old town, which makes it very convenient—most attractions are within walking distance. The view from the room overlooking the city is definitely a nice bonus. The staff speak English and are very helpful, which made the stay much smoother. There’s also a free luggage storage option, so you can easily leave your bags after check-out without any hassle. That said, the hotel itself feels a bit outdated and doesn’t fully match the photos in terms of quality. However, we chose one of the cheapest options in Macau for a weekend stay, so we weren’t expecting anything luxurious. Overall, it’s a practical choice if location matters more than comfort.

True to the Holiday Inn standard! First off, the front desk staff were incredibly thorough and thoughtful during check-in. The room was spacious and bright, easily accommodating two 28-inch suitcases laid open without any issue. The bedding was top-notch, and the bathroom was spotless with no hidden corners. Our room rate included breakfast, and the restaurant was well-managed with staff seating guests, offering a rich, tasty, and distinctive breakfast spread. But what truly stood out was the hotel's direct check-in and baggage drop-off service for Qantas guests – a huge thank you for that!

Absolutely loved my stay at Lisboeta Macau! What a pleasant surprise to find the Line Friends themed store there, I immediately started snapping photos, haha! The grand, elegant, and stylish lobby made a strong impression. Their Chinese and Western breakfast options were also fantastic, with a wide variety to choose from. I personally preferred the Chinese/Hong Kong style dim sum restaurant; the Hong Kong-style milk tea was seriously amazing! And I adored the borscht and char siu bao – I ate so much in the morning! The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable. Even though it's an older hotel, it doesn't feel dated at all; the cleanliness and service were both excellent and very thoughtful. I'll definitely choose Lisboeta Macau again on my next trip to Macau! ど⚈₃⚈う♡
