This hotel offers great value for money, definitely a thumbs-up, no regrets. The resort's pool is fantastic!

This hotel is perfect for a family trip to Macau with kids! It was too hot during the day to go shopping, so we just went for a swim to cool off before heading out again. The kids weren't bored and didn't spend all their time watching TV in the room. The pool was clean and the service was excellent! We arrived before 9 AM and were pleasantly surprised when they immediately checked us into our room! Even though we only stayed one night, it was great value for money and a wonderful experience. The breakfast was also very good. We'd definitely want to come back to this hotel. The main purpose of this trip was to take the kids to see the Ruins of St. Paul's, the Grand Prix Museum, and the Science Center, and the hotel's location was just perfect for that.

On my summer vacation here, I'm embracing a slower pace of life! The classic Portuguese decor, compared to Taipa, feels more tranquil and comfortable. There are also many cha chaan tengs and dim sum restaurants nearby, offering authentic local cuisine!

The hotel is incredibly luxurious. I traveled with my 80-year-old parents and booked a family room, which was very comfortable. We arrived at 11 AM, and because I mentioned my elderly parents, the front desk kindly arranged an early check-in for us, which was fantastic. The check-in experience was excellent. It's also conveniently located right next to Marina Bay Sands, making getting around very easy.

This hotel is absolutely stunning, it used to be the Mandarin Oriental. The room decor is very elegant. In the lobby, they offer sugarcane juice and sour plum juice. The best part is the resort section. The outdoor promenade resembles St. Francis Xavier Church, with beautiful yellow Portuguese Macanese architecture and a round fountain pool ⛲️. Beyond that, there's a large swimming pool with shallow and deep sections, and even shaded areas. To the right, there's a tall, winding water slide, like a mini water park. I had so much fun on it! There are also two other smaller pools, one of which is a waterfall hot spring pool. The changing rooms also have hot springs and a sauna. It's very comfortable, although getting to the city center requires a taxi or bus. However, it's right next to Sands, so taking a **shuttle bus** to the ferry terminal, Border Gate, or the Venetian and Parisian in Taipa (both under the Sands group), and from the Venetian to the airport, is quite convenient.

Great location, right next to The Venetian Macao. It's just a short walk from where the cross-border bus drops you off when coming from Hong Kong. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are very friendly and helpful, even assisting with luggage to your room. The room facilities are new, and overall it's excellent. For the same price, it's much better than hotels in Hong Kong.

Overall, my stay was extremely satisfying. The hotel's cleanliness and hygiene were impeccable. The room was spotless, the bed linens fresh and tidy, and the bathroom free of any odors, with every corner and crevice meticulously cleaned. All amenities were neatly arranged, making for a truly comfortable and reassuring stay. The surrounding area was quiet and serene, and the room had excellent natural light and ventilation. The public areas were tastefully maintained, and a leisurely stroll downstairs was very pleasant. The staff were warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were efficient and quick. Any requests were handled promptly, and their demeanor was gentle and polite, with no signs of delay or perfunctoriness throughout. The hotel is about 200 meters from the bus stop, which is quite convenient. Highly recommended.
