The bedding was so comfortable that I bought the same pillow and comforter at a department store in Paris before returning home.
The staff were all cheerful and kind, and I never had a bad experience. When I was leaving, my bag with my bedding in it broke, so the staff worked hard to reinforce it with duct tape. I'm very grateful!

This hotel is a brand new, five-star property under the Accor Group in France. It boasts a very smart, modern, and stylish design.
The location is incredibly convenient, with a metro station right outside the hotel entrance, making it easy to get to any attraction. Right next to the hotel is a huge, two-story supermarket, offering a wide selection of vegetables, fruits, food, cosmetics, and more.
The 32nd-floor Skybar is very popular and open until 2 AM. We heard it offers views of the Eiffel Tower, but we didn't have time to visit. I'd suggest avoiding rooms on very high floors to escape the bar's music.
The hotel's gym is fantastic! It's fully equipped and has a great atmosphere. Plus, there are many restaurants near the hotel, and the stand-up pizza and pasta places are incredibly delicious!

Overall, for a hotel in Paris, this one offers good value for money. Although it's located in the 12th arrondissement, which is a bit suburban, the proximity to the metro station makes it very convenient. It's only two stops to the famous Châtelet station. The room wasn't small either. It seems like many Accor brand hotels are in this area. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. However, finding a laundromat was really difficult and far – you'd probably need an electric scooter to get to a residential area about 2 kilometers away.
What's highly recommended is their gym. It occupies the entire basement level and even offers free apples for an energy boost. There's a wide variety of equipment, and the dumbbells come in a full range of weights, including heavy ones. There are also different small rooms for individual workouts, along with separate restrooms and shower rooms.
My biggest disappointment was their breakfast. Even though the ingredients seemed high-quality and possibly organic, paying nearly 200 RMB per person and not finding anything that suited a Chinese palate and was healthy was frustrating. There were no leafy green vegetables, just some very basic, raw cabbage hearts. Some of the cold cuts were surprisingly unappetizing. The staff also seemed very rushed. I only found out after leaving that you could ask a server for coffee. The only thing I'd recommend is the freshly made omelets – bring your own vegetables to get enough protein. Taste-wise, it was honestly not as good as Hampton by Hilton.
Another overall impression is that hotels in France don't have the same warmth as those in Belgium, and the English proficiency was slightly inferior. Don't even expect any Chinese-speaking staff.FromBRL 1,003

We arrived in Paris in the early morning. The hotel is good, check in early for us. The downside is that the hotel is a bit old and the rooms are a bit small. Adding 2,500 yuan per night to upgrade to the suite is much more comfortable and the view is good.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Le Tsuba Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed, almost like in a 5-star hotel.
Yes, the rooms are small, but that’s expected in Paris and didn’t impact our experience. What really stood out was the team: incredibly kind, attentive, and genuine. A special thank you to Angelina, Roman, and Gary for their warmth and thoughtful gestures, they made our stay extra special.
A few small improvements: the room layout is quite tight, there are no hooks for wet towels, and ceramic cups would be a nice upgrade. The sauna could also use clearer instructions, as the key system can be a bit inconvenient.

When I proactively asked if it was too early for check-in, the front desk attendant kindly offered to check if a room was available and helped me check in right away. That’s truly excellent service. I initially chose this hotel mainly for its location, and it turned out to be even more convenient than expected. There's a large supermarket nearby, plenty of restaurants, and it's safe and pleasant for a stroll. Just across the bridge, you'll find the exit for Metro Line 6, and a short walk up from there leads to the beautiful and safe 16th arrondissement. From that elevated perspective, the Eiffel Tower looks especially stunning. An Uber to the airport costs around 40 euros. The hotel was nice, clean, and in a good location. When booking, we requested a balcony in the special requests section, and we were happy to receive one. However, we were surprised at check-out to learn that there was an additional charge of €50 per night for the balcony, as this was not communicated to us during check-in. That being said, the balcony was absolutely worth it, and we did not mind paying the extra fee.
Although we did not choose the breakfast option, we had lunch at the hotel one day. Unfortunately, we found the food to be somewhat overpriced for the quality, and it did not quite meet our expectations.

The hotel was exactly what you'd expect from a palace.
This was my third time in Paris, and this time my main goal was to stay in a wonderful hotel.
I was moved by the beauty of the 19th-century mansion, the view from the large terrace was stunning, and above all, the high level of hospitality made me feel comfortable.
Upon leaving, I forgot one of my bags due to a lack of checking, but they called a taxi and delivered it to the airport.
Thanks to the Shangri-La Hotel, my trip with my daughter became an even more wonderful memory.

I stayed here again. The front desk staff member was very warm and polite, and even arranged a room that exceeded my expectations – it was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, as was the linen. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. Unfortunately, the toilet flush was hard to press and the water flow wasn't strong enough, and the sink tap also had low water pressure. But these minor issues didn't detract from the overall experience. The handsome front desk staff member at check-out was equally warm and polite. He even helped me call to check about storing luggage at the Louvre, and ultimately advised me that it would be safer to store it at the hotel. Breakfast seemed to have slightly declined in quality compared to before, but it was still well worth having. After exploring, I returned to the hotel to pick up my stored luggage, and the bellboy was also very nice, bidding me farewell with a 'take care!' Housekeeping was clean and tidy except that they kept rearranging our things and not putting it back in the original position. They also left the detergent in the middle of the toilet.
Apart from this they double charged us for the room tax and we had to go through a tedious refund process as it was a different front desk staff.
Other than that - they were kind enough to allow us to use the spa to get ready for our long flight after check out time.FromBRL 949

My experience with The Peninsula Paris can be summed up in two words: a big, expensive place that bullies customers! While I didn't encounter any major issues during my five-night stay, some details didn't live up to the Peninsula brand's reputation and were far from my previous experience at The Peninsula in Tokyo. First, on my check-in day, I went to the front desk at 3:30 PM and was told my room was still being serviced and would take another 20 minutes. I understood, but the hotel didn't ask for any assistance, and I had to find a table at the bar and wait. The service took significantly longer than 20 minutes. Second, on the second day, after the room was serviced, the water wasn't replenished; we had to ask for it at the front desk. Third, starting on the third day, the restaurant was closed for an event. Not only did the hotel fail to notify guests, but the sign outside the restaurant didn't indicate where to find an alternative meal (my room included breakfast). We only learned this after we inquired at the front desk. Fourth, one evening, returning from a walk, I was stopped by the doorman, probably holding a beer I'd bought along the way, and asked if I was a guest. Furthermore, the staff's attention to personal belongings in the bathroom was not up to par with what you'd expect from a hotel of The Peninsula's caliber. When I checked out, the front desk asked about my stay as a matter of routine. I made it clear I wasn't satisfied, but they completely ignored me. A hotel as big as the Peninsula naturally wouldn't care about my opinion. All I can do is to say I definitely won't stay at the Peninsula Paris again next time I'm in Paris. We stay for 3days 2nights. I can't give this hotel a 4/5 stars due to several reasons. No doubt, the location and customer was exception. I didnt use the restaurant due to too many food restaurant in every corner of Paris. The room was great, facing effel tower and the night scene was fantastic. However, the facilities, in my opinion for a 4 star Hotel was not up to standard. Dont get me wrong, the facilities provided was there. In terms of how weired where they situated was funny. The shower room and toilet was seperated. So if you want to wash your hand after toilet, you need to go around to make a u-turn to get there. Having a shower cubicle without any clothing rail, tell me where should i put the new/dirty clothes. The PVC door lock was damaged which leads to the balcony, so i just need to pray that no one climb over to my balcony. To be honest, its a good hotel but it need a bit more attention. Also, by charging this much for a room, it ashamed that customer will get the chance to choose other competitors.FromBRL 1,024

I strongly advise against staying here during a European heatwave!!! I checked the reviews beforehand and saw that people mentioned fans were available, so no AC wouldn't be an issue, which led me to book. Upon check-in, I was given what I assume was a top-floor room (the window looked different from the room displayed on the booking page). Since I just dropped off my things and left, I only returned to the room at night. I turned on the fan for a bit but found the room temperature was still very high. I thought I'd open the window for some airflow, but the window wouldn't open!!! I checked and found that the latch was either intentionally fixed by the hotel or broken by a previous guest, making it impossible to open the window. I went downstairs to the front desk to ask if I could change rooms, but the staff member there was just someone assigned to cover the desk and couldn't assist with room changes (so it's not truly a 24-hour front desk as stated on the website). He said I'd have to wait for the morning staff to come in to even ask. We even ended up opening the door to let some air from the hallway into the room, otherwise staying in that room felt like we would literally suffocate from the heat.FromBRL 423

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Quartier Latin. The room was clean and pleasant, and it came with a lovely balcony that offered a nice view, which was a definite plus. The staff were very helpful and friendly, which added to the positive experience. Perfect hotel with a great location and complimentary water!
Service at check-in is available in English, French, or even German.
The porter brings luggage to the room or to the complimentary luggage storage (available all day, before or after check-in/check-out).
Upon early arrival at 11 am, our room wasn't ready yet, but they immediately offered us another room upon request.
The room had a view of the train station, but that's not a problem; it's actually quite entertaining to watch everything.
Of course, Paris is noisy at night with sirens, etc., but that's normal. If you've walked around the city all day, you're so tired you won't even hear the noise. :)
The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the TV worked perfectly. Water was provided in the room.
Hotel breakfast started at 6:30 AM and was reduced by €2.20 to €19.70 if you reserved a day in advance. A very ample selection of hot and cold dishes was available; everything was there!
Highly recommended!

We booked a triple room, which came with a double bed and a fairly large sofa bed, exactly as pictured. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the train station and several metro lines, making travel very convenient. For a European hotel, the amenities are quite good, including a kettle and a fridge. There's also a swimming pool and a gym. Breakfast offered a decent variety, though it was the same every day.
We stayed for four nights, and I want to thank Nonthida for cleaning our room daily. It was always spotless and tidy when we returned, which was much appreciated after a long day. Although the price was over 3,000 per night, the overall experience was still quite good.FromBRL 1,042
