The Avenue of Stars in Tsim Sha Tsui is basically just a section of the harbor promenade where you can see the beautiful scenery of Hong Kong's Victoria Harbour. After Christmas, you'll see a lot of lights. I recommend you take a walk around the Avenue of Stars after dinner. It's really worth it, and there are a lot of people there. The Christmas atmosphere is super good 👍🏻👍🏻 There are regular special events on the waterfront, and there will be a Christmas tree at Christmas, and it's very special, a sparkling Christmas tree from the big brand Dior 🎄🎄.

One of the best options to enjoy the night view of Victoria Harbor is to come to the Avenue of Stars. From the Tsim Sha Tsui Cultural Centre, Hong Kong Art Gallery, Space Museum, walk along the seaside, soon you reach the entrance of the Avenue of Stars, the Hong Kong Film Awards Goddess Statue, along the railing there are handprints and introductions of different performing arts people.
4. Symphony of Lights
This permanent light and sound show lights up the Hong Kong skyline each night at 20:00. It has been one of Hong Kong’s most prominent attractions since it first started in 2004. Bring a blanket! The trip was fantastic, the views were stunning, and the yacht and service were top notch. Cold drinks and snacks are provided; if you're a beer lover, you'll definitely enjoy it. The host is friendly and cheerful. The yacht is clean and there is not much waiting time just go and queue at the pier 2 to go onboard. It is an almost 45min ride with free photo taking great. Snacks and drinks provided were marvellous. A bit disappointed as children do not really know how to appreciate and all they can do is eat snacks and drinks.

Famous attractions in Hong Kong, I heard it is quite effective, you can come here to pray for peace, health and success when you come to Hong Kong. It was raining heavily the whole morning but there are enough rides and shows indoors to still have a great time. Luckily the weather cleared up in the afternoon and we had a great time. For food, there are enough vegetarian options to refuel and continue the magic of Disney.

This is my third stay here, and I feel like the quality has declined. Check-in at 5:30 PM was a hassle. The front desk staff looked stressed, took ages searching on the computer, then disappeared into the back office for a long time, coming out twice and asking a colleague for help. It took nearly fifteen minutes just to get my room card. I stayed in room 1644, and the lighting was incredibly dim. There were very few lights in the entire room, and the single sofa area had no light at all. If you sat there at night, you'd be in complete darkness. At least put a floor lamp there! Check-out was also problematic. Around 11 AM, the line was very long. After waiting for a bit, I couldn't take it anymore, so I asked a lobby staff member if there was a fast check-out drop-off box for the key card. The staff member looked around and found that a colleague had forgotten to put it out. So, they loudly announced, ”Anyone who doesn't need a receipt can just hand me their room card!” The check-out line immediately shortened by three-quarters.From$113

Thanks for the birthday cakes for my dad. Location is great, everything is nearby. Great staff service, they greet you whenever they see you. Very old hotel but is well maintained. Room carpet definitely need to change as it has the typical old and dirty smell. Amenities is great. Gym is well equipped and 24hrs which is great. The hair dryer is way too old and weak. Maybe is time to change to a new one. There's filtered tap water in the room which is very good and environmental friendly. Overall is great. Check out is 11pm BTW. Taking city bus A21 from the airport and getting off at the Hong Kong Science Museum stop, the hotel is just a 3-minute walk away. However, you'll need to bring your own toiletries or buy them from the self-service machine in the lobby; a toothbrush (with toothpaste) costs 1 HKD per set.

This hotel, The Kowloon Hotel, has an excellent location. The MTR (subway) entrance is right outside, and it's just a 5-minute walk to Victoria Harbour – simply turn left after exiting the main entrance and walk straight ahead (it's about 5 minutes, not counting traffic lights). If you walk a bit further, the third bus stop is for the A21, which goes directly to the airport.
To the right of The Kowloon Hotel's main entrance, there's a restaurant called Silver Dragon Restaurant, famous for its roasted goose leg. In Hong Kong, roasted meat dishes, coffee, and milk tea are almost always available for free with your meal.
However, in my personal opinion, this hotel is very expensive. They wouldn't even provide two bottles of mineral water without charge, and you have to pay for toothbrushes and combs. The breakfast I had cost me HKD 148, which I paid myself. So it really depends on your personal preferences. If location is your priority, then this place is fine. Everyone needs to think clearly about what they truly want.

Hotel is along Chun Yeung Street where the market flanks both sides of the road. There is NO market smell in the hotel room itself.
There is a 7-11 at one corner and cooked food shops along King’s Road which is parallel behind the hotel and a mall Harbour Point further down along Java Road. (Bottled water is cheaper at the Indonesian stall at the other corner of Chun Yeung Street.) No bottled water provided.
The hotel itself is old. Room is spacious enough to open a big luggage. Some of the lifts buttons don’t work well and the peephole does not have a cover. At least everything works and is clean. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. Soap/shampoo/conditioner come from dispensers counted on the wall.
Aircon blasting all day after room service does their cleaning, and the toilet flush does not have half flush - hotel’s selling point was never about being eco-friendly. The thermostat actually works, though!
Double bed is two single bed mattresses put together. Cannot sleep in the middle because the hard mattress edge pokes.
There are 2 tiny steps at the hotel front. No ramps. Not wheelchair or big luggage friendly.
People stay here because it is affordable and good location. It is a busy hotel with busy lifts and long waiting time, but in a sense also good to know that there are always people around.From$38

The Executive Floor accommodations are excellent: clean, bright, and with relatively new facilities. The room window faced an inner courtyard. There was portable WiFi and a UK power adapter, making for a comfortable stay. The surrounding amenities are also great.
1. Check-in wasn't available until 3 PM, and we arrived at 1:30 PM, which was a bit awkward. We were offered an upgrade to a different room type for an additional fee to get a room immediately (the Executive Floor stay was quite good).
2. The room was larger than expected. Being several floors above the bar downstairs, noise was not a significant issue.
3. The overall environment was pleasant. If I come back, I would definitely consider staying on the Executive Floor again. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were to our liking.
4. It's worth mentioning that there's a shopping mall downstairs, along with Don Quijote, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, and a 7-Eleven. There are also many cha chaan tengs and restaurants nearby, making it incredibly convenient. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. However, if you need to transfer to the Tuen Ma Line, it's a bit of a trek, adding at least another 10 minutes.
5. After the plastic ban, the hotel's toiletries and bottled water packaging have changed materials, but it doesn't affect their use.
6. Check-out is at 12 PM, but unfortunately, one morning the fire alarm went off repeatedly for some unknown reason. Confused, we left early.From$110

We stayed in a sea-view room on a lower floor, the 7th, but the view was still decent, especially nice at night. I found the hotel's breakfast buffet quite ordinary; there weren't many dishes that suited my taste. I'd recommend eating out or trying the Shang Palace downstairs instead. Shang Palace was truly amazing, the best meal we had during our trip to Hong Kong. It's rare to find a place where every dish and dim sum is so good. Remember to make a reservation in advance!
Our room was cleaned twice daily, and we received three coffee capsules each day. We bought our own bottled water from a supermarket and refilled the dispenser, but the hotel staff kindly topped up our other water supplies every time they cleaned.
At check-in, there were two lines. The other line was giving out small gifts (in a white canvas bag) to children, but we didn't receive one. My child noticed and asked about it, but I didn't press the issue. I hope they can treat all guests equally in the future. The hotel lobby bar serves 'tong sui' (sweet soup) from 6:30 PM to midnight, and it was delicious!
Be aware that each disposable toiletry item in the bathroom costs 1.00. The hotel's location is excellent; there's an escalator directly from the ground floor lobby that takes you up to a footbridge leading straight to Victoria Harbour. It was lovely for morning strolls and runs.From$230
