4.5/5ExcellentService was great, we were upgraded to Deluxe double room for free. They also sent us bathrobe upon request. Receptionist was very kind and patient explaining us some landmark to visit and location for getting "FA CHOI" shuttle bus. However the room assigned to us was a smoking room, the cigarette smell was strong (coming from the air-con) during night time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay with Rio Hotel!

Housekeeping staffs are very polite and helpful, room was spacious and clean. Bed is comfy. Close to bus and shops and eatery. However, opening hours for the pool and gym room is too short and not flexi.
