Facilities: Good, the pool is also quite large. Cleanliness: Pretty clean, though the bathtub was a bit dirty. Environment: Transportation nearby is convenient, with bus 28A going straight to Rua do Cunha. It's also a 10-minute walk to Grand Lisboa, Wynn Macau, and MGM, which is quite close. Service: OK, the only thing I noticed is that the later you book, the lower the price gets.

Booked a family room, and the front desk kindly upgraded us for free to a suite with a separate living room, which was much more spacious. The air conditioning was great, the bathroom fixtures were all there, and the bedding didn't make my skin itch. I had a really good night's sleep. Very satisfied.

The room felt a bit dated, but the cleanliness was acceptable. The booking price kept changing, and I was a bit annoyed to find the room rate had dropped by 200 RMB on the day of check-in. Breakfast was advertised at 100 RMB, but with the service charge, it actually came to 110 RMB. The variety was limited. The location, however, was good.

Extremely satisfied! The front desk upgraded us to a suite for free, and the service was excellent. They even stored our luggage for free. Plus, it's really close to all the attractions.

The service was okay, but the housekeeping staff were quite loud in the hallway in the morning, and there was no lifeguard on duty at the pool.

The room was nice, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The outlets in the first room weren't working properly, but they quickly moved me to another room. I always stay at this hotel because it's good value for money, and it's convenient to find places to eat nearby.
