The Londoner is the best hotel in terms of hardware and hotel service among all the hotels I stayed in, which is especially suitable for high-end hotels. When I was in Hong Kong, the hotel's public relations Amiee contacted me to find out how to get to Macau, what family members I had, and my daughter's English name. Before arriving in Macau, we had arranged for a special car pick-up. With the special reception and the care of a special driver, we arrived at the hotel, which was really flattering. Amiee also ordered breakfast and an extra bed for my daughter for free, and she also enjoyed the Hua Ting treatment. When my daughter saw a long letter with her English name as the recipient, she was particularly happy and excited. The hotel arranged Katrina to take us to check in and explain the various hotel facilities. Considering that we had been tired after playing in Hong Kong for five days, a massage chair was specially adjusted. This made great contributions to relieving fatigue for our whole family, and our whole family liked it very much. The highlights of the hotel facilities are mainly the massage toilet, which is as good as mine; the large massage bathtub, and a hidden LCD TV in front of the bathtub; the shower room also has water massage nozzles and a water waterfall above the head; the cloakroom is also very large. As expected of the Windsor Suite, it has a royal atmosphere (hahaha). The hotel's Hua Ting treatment is very good, including afternoon tea, evening cocktail party and super luxurious brunch the next morning. The only thing that bothers me about the hotel is that I have almost no time to go out and play, and the experience in the hotel is very good. The front desk of the hotel is Jerry, a guy from Dalian. He is also very enthusiastic in serving us. His English name is so familiar that I almost said my name is TOM. Jerry also arranged a special car for us to take us to the airport when I left the hotel, and invited us to come to The Londoner again when we said goodbye. I am very grateful to The Londoner for providing super luxurious services for our family. We will come back if we have the chance.
Ascott Macau is the hotel that I usually stay at during the past 2 years because its staff are friendly and helpful as well as efficiently .They will accede my request for upgrading the room if possible. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is closed to casinos, restaurants and transportation. I am sure to stay at this hotel on my next trip.
Thanks to the staff handling my check in and check out, both of them are very nice.
We are absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel; it boasts impeccable cleanliness and a pleasant ambiance. It is our 33rd wedding anniversary, and the service provided is truly exceptional, with unexpected arrangements that made our stay at Galaxy Hotel unforgettable. We must commend the front desk staff, particularly Denny Wong, for his outstanding assistance and arrangements. Denny's helpful and caring demeanor, coupled with his enthusiastic approach towards guests, left a lasting impression on us. We sincerely appreciate Denny's excellent service and, without a doubt, plan to choose this hotel for our future stays.”

Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the ****** can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter.
Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills.
Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free.
Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening.
We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man.
Among the hotels I have stayed in in Macau this time, my overall ranking is The Londoner Royal Garden - The Londoner - Old Lisboa - Wynn Palace - New Lisboa.
Just stayed for four nights at MGM Cotai, had to add on an extra night at the last minute and the staff, particularly Shellee helped so much with this, going out of her way to make sure my room was decorated (was a celebration with friends), and making sure that notes were carefully made to assist me upon check-in. The free coach from/to the border was a huge help as well. Even after I checked out, Vincent walked my luggage for me to the shuttle area and was kind and generous. Drinks at the bar, though pricey, are really worth it. Someone is always there to help if needed and the twice daily room cleaning/turn down were so nice to have after a day exploring and when bed time came. Will be returning and bringing friends, so very happy to have this wonderful escape close to home. As a note to anyone visiting the area, convenience stores on the ***** are not easy to find or are closed, so bring cigs and snacks for times before you find a store with a taxi. Can't wait to return!
The Golden Diamond Suite is really good. The non-smoking area of the sea view room is the priority for children.
Facilities: good as always
Hygiene: very clean
Environment: very comfortable to live in
Service: Everyone is very enthusiastic
Shuttle service: The pick-up is very timely and there is a pick-up sign
Good location. Transportation is convenient near bus stop and LRT. Plenty of restaurants and supermarket around hotel. Very easy walking to Nova mall. Room has great view of racecourse. Well mannered staff. Good value for money and well recommended to stay.
I gave 4/5 for cleanliness, but it doesn't mean it's dirty ✌️🤭. Actually, the place is so quiet and peaceful (for me ). Also the staff are accommodating and friendly. It is very affordable, and the place is easy to find. When we come back to Macau for sure we will book again in Rio's hotel 🫰
The hotel is huge!!! Nice and beautiful hotel, also they have the waterpark inside (you have to pay but the swimming pool is free). The hotel also has water, soda, and drinks plus cup noodles for guests!!! I really enjoyed my stay.
the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, the location is really good close to main attraction such as st paul. the italian wharf amphitheatre, food was close by. staff was quick to help. so everything falls in good. i dont need any facilities other than what the hotel provide so its a good hotel for me. thank you..

HHannahHotel Okura Macau is super nice. This was our first time to stay at this hotel. We had a very good experience and so glad that we chose this hotel. Our visit was for my birthday and my anniversary date. The hotel staff prepared our room with birthday balloons, butterflies, origami decorations and a lovely card. Then, later at night, a gorgeous birthday cake!. We highly recommend this hotel!
GGuest UserYou can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.
GGuest UserA small hotel but very neat, modern, artistic and chic. I liked the way they showed the room number by light projection on the floor, right in front of door. I liked the crystal stone they used as room fragrance, and there were some other things. It might be a small thing, but I appreciate the creativity and attention they put for these details. The service was also great, all youngsters which can speak English well. They even gave me a Macau pass card with MOP100 in it which I can consume for free. It's a walking destination to Senado Square and Wall of St Paul Church. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for you who don't come to Macau for just ******.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good and it is very close to many interesting points.
The room was bright, clean, tidy and the bed comfortable. The staff is kind.
The breakfast doesn't have many choices, they could include something European Breakfast, it would be great
AAlma AbogadoI know its been late to write a comment. We check in May 20 and check out May 23 our room number is 1114
and 1115 but I noticed my daughter and my nephew have a bites in their legs and arms which is we don’t know were it cone from then we just let it be but suddenly the bites become more and worst I’m suspected a bed bugs in the room we’ve stay. Our happy vacation become sad
CCarlitos TravelsIt's classical looking place, the amenities were good. However the service was poor, we asked to help us book a taxi from the ferry, they concierge told us there would be plenty of taxis at the ferry port, this was not true at all.
GGuest UserVery nice resort next to Cheoc Van beach. But location is very remote and in fact need to walk about 10 minutes downhill after getting off the bus. Besides that everything was great. Staff were well mannered and helpful. Breakfast well as expected. Good 1 night stay for quietness and away from city life.
NNadezhda Z.The hotel is ok for not long stay.
Pros:
1. Quite good location: walkable distance to the main attractions, the buses stop in front of the hotel, supermarkets, ATM and McDonald’s are nearby.
2. The staff is nice and helpful. They speak English which is very important!
3. The bed and pillow is comfortable.
4. The window cannot be opened but the aircon is ok, however it is noisy.
5. I had good view from my window: the street and building in front of the hotel. (Photo)
6. WiFi in the room was good.
Cons:
1. The hotel is quite old, the facilities need to be renewed. Actually, they currently do renovation and warn about the noise from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. It was not a problem for me, but it would be better to know about it before non-refundable reservation.
2. I booked single room with double bed but the room was bad: dirty (or burnt) carpet, dirty drops on the bathroom door, stains on the table. (Photo 1). I asked to change the room. They didn’t have another double bed room, so they offered twin bed room. It was better, so I stayed. But still, the facilities were not really good, for instance, there was mold at the bathroom curtain and near the sink, the sink was burst and the water went out slowly. (Photo)
3. No breakfast.
I hope that after renovation the hotel will be much better and more pleasant to stay.
AAlice2024The location is near many landmarks, but it’s in the alley and i spend sometimes to find it. I feel that the room is not so clean on the floor because my feet gets dirty a little bit from it, there’s no hot shower in the night as many people review, and it’s hard to control the temperature of water in the day time. It will be either too hot or too cold. The front desk doesn’t know a lot of information about Macau. However, they’re so kind. I can keep my bags in the hotel after check out and they’re allowed me to use the plug to charge my phone when I return to get my bags. It’s very impressive! I think it’s worth the price as Macau is already expensive city.
LLon SanRoom was spacious & very comfortable. Bathroom was also very big & spacious too. There was a huge bathtub & a separate shower room equipped with a rain shower which i appreciated very much. Very close to the Macau ferry terminal as well. Sands Macau is just across the road. Well worth the room price.
