The room is very good, and the daily breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails are very rich. This time, Katrina, the guest relation, carefully arranged the pick-up and drop-off during the stay, as well as the daily breakfast and turn-down snacks. Every time I come, I feel at home. Yuko who came to pick us up and the front office supervisor wiyi liang feng who sent us off were particularly considerate and enthusiastic. In general, the experience is still very good. This is a must-stay hotel every time I come!

My boyfriend will arrive in Bangkok tomorrow and go to the Thai Central Police Agency with his lawyer and come here at night..You have to finish like this before it happens..Maybe you can be in Thailand..Don't regret it later, think carefully and do it on your own..Seriously, don't forget that this is the last reminder and last warning to you..Maybe I will go into the police office tomorrow and report to the Thai police office with all the immigration reports my .

Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the ****** can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter. Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills. Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free. Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening. We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man. Among the hotels I have stayed in in Macau this time, my overall ranking is The Londoner Royal Garden - The Londoner - Old Lisboa - Wynn Palace - New Lisboa.

We stayed in the Royal Hotel for 2 days (1 night). We have booked 2 rooms for 2 families respectively taking case of 2 elderly aged 90 and 87. Before we checked in, i emailed to the hotel asking questions regarding pick-up service as well as taxi calling information because the 2 elderly reply on wheelchairs. Mr. Gary Kee, the Guest Relations Manager had kindly replied my enquiries patiently, provided useful information, and catered for my special request for arranging 2 rooms on the same floor. For us as travellers to a place where we do not know much, I felt so warmhearted for having a person who helps ease some concerns at least. Overall, we were satisfied with the room facilities, staff manner. Location wise, we specifically chose Royal Hotel because it is close to where our relatives live. We enjoyed the food at the nearly food shops. Though it rained during these 2 days, we felt so grateful for having completed the trip without any unexpected problems

The hotel lobby and public areas have a really impressive, modern design with a cinematic theme. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. The hotel has an amazing array of dining and entertainment options, from high-end restaurants to casual cafes. We enjoyed exploring the Hollywood-themed attractions like the Warner Bros. Fun Zone and Batman Dark Flight ride. The ****** was also quite nice, with a lively atmosphere and great selection of tables and *****. The service throughout the hotel was excellent - the staff were all friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. The hotel location is also very convenient, just a short walk to the Cotai ***** and major shopping malls. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Studio City Macau and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Macau. The combination of quality accommodations, world-class facilities, and great service made for a truly memorable experience. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Macau!”

GGuest UserAs always happy staying at Conrad hotels. Conrad Macao always deliver when it comes to amazing room views. In our room we can see the London clock tower and Wynn palace. The room is huge with a nice comfortable sofa. The best part is, hotel is connected to the mall, just ride the elevator and it is on the 2nd floor. Had a nice and comfortable stay at Conrad Macao.

NNatalia_CIt’s the second time we are staying in this hotel. Great staff, great service! We were celebrating my friend’s birthday and organised a treasure hunt for her. All the staff were really helpful and went above and beyond to help us organise it. The location is excellent, very close to all other hotels like Londoner, Venetian and Parisian. Even though it’s smaller than the rest of the hotels but here you feel here like home unlike all other hotels where you feel like you are staying in a shopping mall. Thank you very much for meeting the standards of Hyatt! Will definitely come back again!

GGuest UserService was great and the check-in and check-in experiences were very seamless. Staffs were super helpful and friendly. The family suite is huge, spacious, clean and comfortable. The fruits, drinks and snacks are complimentary which is a plus point. The bakery shop inside the hotel sells amazing and fresh pastries and coffees at affordable prices. There are free shuttle buses available to go to the airport. Most importantly, there are multiple bus stops at the entrance of the hotel which will go to The Venetian, Taipa Village, Coloane Village and many more. It is also within walking distance to Senado Square and Ruins of St Paul. Highly recommended to go for this hotel when visiting Macau.

HHorace0325The hotel lobby and public areas have a really impressive, modern design with a cinematic theme.

FFHarbourView Hotel is located at the middle of Fisherman’s Warf with the Legend hotel and Hotel Rock located at the northern and southern end points. Sands ****** is located just across the road so ****** lovers will love the location. We stayed here for 3 nights and opted for the standard room. Services are excellent. One phone call to the front desk and they move fast to get the work done. Breakfast is comprehensive if you like Chinese food, but they still have good options if you prefer western food. Overall an excellent choice given the room pricing. We will come back to stay again .

RRalph MxToo long time for check in, maybe 30 minutes on line with just 3 people ahead. The people that work there ask too many personal questions, make you feel uncomfortable. Also they insist to escort you to the room, even with out luggage, just a backpack. The restaurants are not finished yet. Little messy. But new and good location

MMary KrisThis is an amazing deal! For only P5,000+, we were able to book a 5 star hotel in Macau. The room and the entire hotel is clean, luxurious and smells expensive! I was delighted that their toiletries are all L’Occitane products– hand gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash and pillow linen! The room amenities are complete. They even have a complete set of towels and robes, and the best part is that they have a BATH TUB! Amazing, isn’t it? To complete the experience, I suggest you should include breakfast in your booking. As to the location, there is a bus stop just in front of the Hotel. To avoid confusion, it shares the same building with the Lisboeta Hotel.
