Our check-in with the help of staff 趙嘉敏, just 5mins to get our room and I need to thanks so much for Joel who very care of us.
When we check-in he noticed that we had a lugguage with us and told us that just leave it at a distance that can be looked after
While check-out he is very patient to listen my comment that the chair in our room one of the leg is not fixed well and he will reflect to the management.
Last but not the least that thanks for Ms. Jessy who toke my IDD call for my special request as we are coming from Hong Kong as because we just made booking less than 12hrs before check-in.
She really made remarks to my needs and why I know it's her who pick up my call and well prepared a room before our arrival as when we check-out, by a few chit chat and knows that it's her who received my calls and pay attention to our needs.

A bit old hotel, all facilities in room are very old style. Far to the city area, not much restaurants nearby.

The hotel is a standard nothing compared to the luxurious of the Studio City hotel. It does not have any free shuttle too and its ****** dun even have any jackpot machine. Not recommended.

Very close to the outer ferry terminal, like 10-15 minutes walk. Quite a lot of bus routes to choose as well, pretty convenient location for traveler. Hotel has smoking and nonsmoking rooms. I chose smoking room (cause I do smoke), expecting the room might smells pretty bad but it was fine. I do recommend this hotel if you're a smoker and a traveler that not looking for a nice view from hotel but just convenient location.

The staff was unfriendly, very disappointed when check in. We book 2 rooms. But the swimming pool was not accessible need to buy hair cap blah blah blah. We will not book again to this hotel
