|0.48km from city centerI really like the hotel location, just right next to the Grand Lisbon which there are main bus station, so it's very easy to go everywhere and even by waljing distance. You can get to Senado square, The ruins of St. Paul church, Macao Museum, Monte Fort by foot within 15 mins. All good restaurants are in this area. You can easilu get to the hotel by bus from HZMB port or ferry port. Anyway i love this stay and Macao.

First the moment I was fortunate to book it at its cheapest rate that even the FO staff was surprised about hot cheap the price I got. The FO staff are really professionals, warm greetings with big smile on their faces. Big Thanks to Emma and Teresita for the room upgrade, I requested the room with jacuzzi and sauna on it. As I said room was big and luxurious with complimentary drinks at the mini bar. The Corner Room view is definitely the highlight of it especially at night. All in all the hotel service is really 5 stars, excellent service. I will definitely be back. THANK YOU!

|5.16km from city centerLocated in The Londoner, Sheraton is actually pretty good when it comes to travelling around. It's near the Harry Potter Exhibition as well as The Parisian and The Venetian. However, you can see that the hotel has its history through the molds and stains. For around $800 per night, maybe they can focus a bit more on the cleanliness. The bathroom had stains and the towels and bed linens have hair and black spots on them. Quite disappointed with the birthday arrangements as well. The card was probably from a while back. It would write there's a small surprise in the mini bar fridge but nothing was there. We just found a small box of cake on the table. Please update your cleanliness as well as the card 😂

Not sure because I'm late check-in or what, they actually upgraded me to the room no. 1.
The room was completely clean, the bed was very comfortable. Most important is, room no. 1 had an incredible view.
During my check out, the staff also very helpful and manage to get me a taxi although during peak hours.
The hotel also provided a free shuttle bus to some of the famous places.
Besides the location, I'll rate it 10/10.

There are disposable slippers and toiletries, and the hot water for the bath comes out quickly. After crossing the border, you can take the free bus to Shiliupu. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the hotel. The hotel is easy to find, just come in directly in the small alley opposite the supermarket, and it was a circle at that time. The boss is very enthusiastic, and it is very close to the archway, about 10 minutes walk. In the evening, there is a place to eat late at night (the shop with pork belly chicken), and the set meal for three people is 289, and the taste is also very good! I love Macau~

The hotel is literally on the departure floor and right in front of you. Front desk is on the 11 floor and MCC is 5~10min walk from the back door.
Great room size and good cleaning service. You get everything expected in a good 3-star hotel. Staff are very friendly and if needed you can exchange cash to MOP at front desk.

I like your concept for giving complimentary items. Then the easiest way for check-out! All are very awesome! I’ve been to several hotels. But this is my first time to this kind of service & amenities. With that price but the service is so so so overwhelming. All are attentive & polite.Also The happy hour, the welcome drinks & nuts thanks for this program/promo. Speaking of hotel building it’s a wow The modern touch interior! All were above my expectations. Surely will comeback & highly recommendable.

|5.91km from city centerThe Hotel is a bit far away from Taipa city. We took 1610 hrs bus from elements directly there and almost arrived at 7pm. We walked 10 mins to reach the hotel. The weather is super cold and windy. The lobby have no notice of which counter is for check in, all guests just wait at each counter to see which staff work faster then they can serve you. The room is great with the LINE series…every spot in the room can check in and selfie. The next day we have the breakfast downstairs and the food is just normal and nothing excited. We checked out on time at 11am cos we need to travel around at the Macau city.

Simple setup with no bells and whistles. Heard about good experiences with the owner in the reviews but I never saw or got approached by them during my stay here. Granted I only stayed 1 night so it may have seemed impersonal.
Lastly I want to commend the 2 Filipino staff for their good service, esp the guy in the evening time who helped me with my luggage during check in.

There was a problem with the toilet in the bathroom at first, but luckily the Filipino guy at the front desk helped us solve it. He was really nice, friendly, and efficient. Although the room is small, it is fully functional and not very noisy at night. The only thing is that the windows cannot be opened for ventilation. What kind of bicycle do you want at this price? The downside is that some furnitures in the room were visibly old and scratched. The inside of the drawers were not particularly clean, but it was usable.
Also while we were waiting for our table in the hotel restaurant, a huge cockroach literally crawled in front of us… luckily the staff saw it and killed it immediately.

Thank you so much “Jose” for your kindness. I would highly recommended this place when it comes to their cleanliness and very accommodating employees. It is a 1 double bed room.
