The hotel is modern, neat and tidy :) shuttle bus services is very limited, big room for improvement.

After specifically booking non smoking rooms we were placed in smoking rooms that smelt terrible, as well as both rooms being on opposite ends of one another they declined to move the rooms closer as it was too much of an effort.

The quality of service at this hotel is unparalleled, with every detail reflecting uncompromising care, making me feel incredibly comfortable and relaxed. Good location .Bus stop is in front of the Hotel so we can go everywhere we want. All good. If i have to go to Macau next time still reserve this Hotel.

Good and clean hotel. I love the bathtub, enjoy there. The disadvantage is the hotel don’t have the direct shuttle bus , need to take from the next hotel grand Lisboa palace and it’s very slow, need to take more time for waiting but you can take public transport to the center. The bus stop is in front of the hotel, there is convenience.
