The kids absolutely loved this suite! It's so spacious and comfortable. They even said they want to stay in this room type again next time!

Extremely comfortable with spacious rooms and excellent amenities, it completely exceeded my expectations. The location is actually pretty good too; there's a bus stop right downstairs, and you can walk to places like The Londoner and The Parisian. The front desk service was really great and welcoming. They even gave us fast-pass tickets for the Wynn Palace cable car, which was fantastic and saved us a lot of time waiting in line.

This hotel is really new and great! It's right across from the Versace building in One Central, offering stunning sunrise views and even glimpses of planes taking off. You can also see the ocean. The bus stop right outside takes you to the Seac Pai Van Park to see giant pandas, or to Hac Sa Beach. Wynn Palace is also just a short walk away. All in all, I'm very satisfied!

Great value for money! It's clean, hygienic, and most importantly, super convenient. I booked two rooms. There's a shopping area right downstairs, and it's really close to other attractions too. I managed to visit three spots in one evening. The bathtub was a nice touch!

I booked this hotel half a month in advance, only to find the price was higher than booking on the day. I saw the price drop online and wanted to cancel, but they wouldn't let me. When I arrived, I had to queue twice for my room card – once to register and once to pick up the card. It was a terrible experience. The price definitely wasn't worth it, especially with such a huge price difference. I've never encountered something like this in Macau before. The location isn't great either; you have to walk to Grand Lisboa Palace to catch the free shuttle, and getting a taxi isn't convenient. Overall, a poor experience. If I had known, I would've just booked Grand Lisboa Palace for that price.

Our family stay at the Grand Lisboa Palace Hotel was absolutely perfect! The room was spotless and odor-free, the hotel itself is spacious and grand, and the facilities are excellent. The staff were all incredibly friendly and polite. The location is super convenient for getting around and shopping. It gave us such peace of mind and comfort traveling with our kids. Highly, highly recommend!

Great value for money! It's super close to all the venues, so you can just walk everywhere. Perfect for fangirls! The area is really quiet too, and there's a mall and convenience store right next door that are open quite late. Plus, they have a huge full-length mirror, which is a big plus for girls.
