This is actually a great establishment. Location wise is easily accessible, price wise is decent, has a good privacy. I would say this hotel is more of a Chinese mainland kind a type. It does’t have proper coffee in the room, most of the staff speak Mandarin instead of English, the decoration and stuff are too. What I meant by privacy is that this hotel’s lobby is on the 38th floor and there is a separate elevator to go down to the room floors. However, to go down to the entrance is either go back to the lobby and change, or go to the gym and restaurant and take other elevators at the back. It is like a maze. My room view is magnificent, facing Macau tower, the bridge, and the Sands. The gym and pool are also nice. In general, this is such a proper family hotel with a decent price. It would be so much better for me personally if they have Netflix as well as proper coffee like Nespresso.

The Grand Lapa Macau, as a long-established hotel, excels in being family-friendly, making it an excellent choice for families with children. - **Family-Friendly & Pool:** The hotel is very attentive to children's needs, providing kids' slippers, toothbrushes, and other amenities. There's also a kids' club and indoor/outdoor play facilities. If your kids enjoy swimming, the heated outdoor garden pool with slides and a dedicated children's pool is a fantastic place to splash around. However, since it's open-air, it can't be used on rainy days. - **Location & Convenience:** The location is incredibly convenient, situated on Avenida da Amizade on the Macau Peninsula. It's within walking distance of Sands Casino, Fisherman's Wharf, and Lotus Square. The Macau Grand Prix Museum and Science Center are also nearby. Plus, there's free shuttle service to the airport and Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, or it's just a short taxi ride, making getting around hassle-free. - **Overall Experience:** Even though it's an older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained after renovation. The Portuguese-style garden environment is very pleasant. The overall service is friendly towards both families and the elderly, making it a great family-friendly option for a relaxed stay while exploring Macau.

This was our second night, and the room had a beautiful view of the surroundings, offering a clear sight of Macau Airport and the LRT station. The breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and varied. If you book a room and choose the option that includes two breakfasts, it's really good value for money and highly recommended. However, if you stay for more than one night, the in-room beverages won't be as plentiful as on the first day; only bottled water will be replenished. This is something that could be improved.

The hotel's location is quite good. They offer a free shuttle bus to the same port and several other hotels, and there are multiple bus routes nearby. It's also not too far to walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. This time I was a bit pressed for time and didn't get to swim, but the view from the pool was slightly affected by the construction on both sides. Overall, it was still pretty good.

You HAVE to choose this hotel! I was visiting Hong Kong but staying in Shenzhen, and the transportation was incredibly convenient. It's super close to customs! The MixC shopping mall is right nearby, and ordering takeout was a breeze with tons of options. Most importantly, the room was exceptionally clean. We upgraded our room type later, and honestly, it's on par with, if not better than, hotels like All Seasons. I especially loved that the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the large projector was a huge plus. Both the TV and QQ Music had VIP access, so I kept the music playing while my friend and I did our makeup – it was so relaxing. And the front desk staff was amazing! I had a few unexpected issues during my stay, and I felt like I was bothering her, but she remained incredibly kind and helpful. On our last day, we wanted to go for dim sum and planned to try Fan Lou, and it turned out to be right downstairs from the hotel when we navigated there! I'm extremely, extremely satisfied with this hotel.

Came to Macau and stayed at the Yoho Roosevelt this time. The location is a bit out of the way; **taxis are scarce, and you have to transfer twice. It's not ideal if you have luggage, but since we didn't, it wasn't an issue for us.** **Environment & Amenities** ✅ Because it's remote, it's very quiet, and the hotel is new. ✅ Offers sea views and stadium views. Waking up to an unobstructed 180-degree view in the morning is incredibly comfortable. ✅ The TV can swivel, making it convenient to watch from the bed or living room. It has TVB and Phoenix TV, which was enjoyable. ⭕️ If you have luggage, transportation isn't very friendly; **taxis are few and you need to transfer.** **Design & Service** ✅ At 400 MOP, the value for money is really high. ⭕️ The room layout is quite strange... there's a long corridor with a small table, which is fine for working but otherwise unnecessary. ⭕️ The bathroom is even weirder; the bathtub is inside the shower area, first time I've seen that! It's okay for bathing (comes with a disposable tub liner), but showering is really inconvenient. **Summary:** Suitable for those without luggage, who seek quiet views, and aren't particular about room layout. For 400 MOP in Macau, what more could you ask for? A pure sea-view room would probably be even more comfortable.

Attention to detail truly shines here. The service was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. We got caught in a sudden downpour and arrived soaking wet. Seeing this, the staff immediately arranged for our room to be cleaned and allowed us to check in early – such a kind gesture. The room itself was large, clean, and tidy, complete with UK standard plug adapters, USB ports, and even a check-in reminder, all of which really show how much care the hotel puts into its guests' experience. The location is also fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere, and it's right next to the LRT station for hassle-free travel. Thumbs up, very good!

Although it's an older hotel, it still maintains its standards. It's clean and tidy, and you can take the casino shuttle bus to nearby attractions. The buffet dinner is also excellent and offers great value for money. They've upgraded to a foreign brand of bathroom amenities, which feels more luxurious. The only downside is that they only have a wireless news channel.
