5/5PerfectChecking in was almost enough for me to write a bad review. It took a long time and I threw a fit after she was finally about to give us our rooms that we had to wait an hour. She ended up giving us another similar room. The room was clean and the view was good. Everything in the room was perfect. The location is good. You can walk or take the bus around like the locals to many locations. Very close to the many attractions. There are supermarkets and restaurants on the same streets. Overall the hotel was good enough for me to forgive the lousy service by the one staff at check-in.

4.7/5OutstandingThe hotel is amazing and clean. Special appreciation goes to the amazing young man at the check in counter on the 16th of April. Who was very professional and courteous when some unruly individuals wanted to skip the line. Thank you. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Special thanks also go to the guard at the ****** for the assistance during the stay, as he spoke English.
