The Singapore Zoo just keeps getting better. It's comfortable for both residents and visitors. The diversity of animal and bird species is incredible. It feels like there are no bars or fences. There's plenty of vegetation, shady spots, and cozy benches. The shuttle buses that run around the zoo help you see as much as possible. And yet, you still want to go back and explore it all again!

There were very few spots available for the animal feeding activity, and you had to register online well in advance. We only found out when we arrived, so all the spots were already filled, which made the kids a little unhappy.

This was the most interesting zoo I've ever been to. I was able to see nocturnal animals actively moving around.
Even the carnivorous animals were only separated by a fence, which made for a thrilling experience.

First time visiting this place as a local. Its a different experiencr from the other attraction at mandai wildlife reserves. We walked through the forest treks and the boardwalk. Both have their own charms. Boardwalk allow me to see the animals better. The forest treks are an immersion in nature in an urban city. Specially love my lucky chance of watching the tiger up close.

You can walk about 1.5 km along the river to Clarke Quay, and even reach the National Gallery. The room itself was quite spacious, and I appreciated having purified drinking water. But it turned out to be truly outstanding! The room was clean. For the same price, you can't compare it to what you'd get back home, but this is Singapore! The hygiene, convenient transportation, and surrounding environment are all top-notch, absolutely superb! It's right next to Funan Mall! Across the street are St Andrew's Cathedral and a museum. It's a maximum 15-minute walk to Merlion Park (900 meters from the hotel), 5 minutes to the Old Hill Street Police Station building, Clarke Quay, 15 minutes to Fort Canning Park's Tree Tunnel, 20 minutes to various museums and Chinatown. Plus, it's only a 3-minute walk to City Hall MRT station – incredibly convenient! Ya Kun Kaya Toast is right inside Funan Mall, and Song Fa Bak Kut Teh is directly opposite the Old Hill Street Police Station, so convenient! The hotel service was also excellent. On check-in day, we met a guy who spoke Chinese, and he arranged a room for us directly facing Marina Bay Sands – absolutely beautiful! Next time I visit Singapore, I'll definitely stay at Wyndham again! P.S.: The colorful building in picture 3 is right behind the hotel. We were able to check in early which is a plus. The hotel is right outside MRT Lavender exit B. There are a lot of food shops around. Arab Street is within walking distance. They can change towels everyday but bedding every 2 days, didn't change slippers, a minus. There's a bus stop nearby also. They have a small gym and a swimming pool with no lifeguards. The outdoor swimming pool also isn't too strict unlike other hotels where you'd be required to wear proper swimming attire and head cap. As it says in the notice, swim at your own risk. We didn't avail of the breakfast buffet but they are offering 15SGD per person. Across the hotel is a toast Box where you can have traditional Kaya Toast and Kopi. It is a good place to stay if you only want to sleep after a full day of going around. The room has windows overlooking the pool but can't be opened. It also reeks of ammonia. There was little effort to explore alternative solutions or offer reassurance, which made the process more stressful than it needed to be. In a hospitality setting, a bit of understanding and problem-solving goes a long way, and this was noticeably lacking.
That said, once past the check-in issue, the rest of the stay was relatively smooth. The facilities were decent, and housekeeping maintained a good standard throughout.
Overall, Studio M delivers well on comfort, design, and location, but the service experience—particularly at the front desk—could benefit from a more guest-centric approach. If you're not traveling with family, you'd find much better standard room options and accommodations for the same price. Our family of four stayed here specifically for the two large beds.
The hotel's location isn't far from the MRT station. Haji Lane and BOSS HOTEL (the starting point for the Legoland shuttle) are all within walking distance, and there are many bus routes nearby, making transportation very convenient. There are plenty of food and drink options downstairs, and there's an Indian minimart across the street from the hotel that's much cheaper than the 7-Eleven down the block.

The location is great, about a five or six-minute walk to Fort Canning MRT station, and the surrounding area is lovely. It's also very close to the bustling city center with malls, convenience stores, food, and coffee shops all nearby.
The room was larger than I expected, with enough space for two suitcases. The view from outside was also very good. There's a pool on the 2nd floor, but I didn't have time to use it. The hotel had a lot of guests and felt lively.
The only downsides were the lack of disposable slippers and the inconvenient shower gel/shampoo, which you'd need to bring yourself. However, there was tea and coffee, and you could boil your own water. The cleaning staff, especially the gentlemen, were very nice and polite, and the room was kept very clean!

Excellent location with landmark tower building on top of MRT, Raffle City Shopping Mall & lots of quality f & b outlets within walking distance.
Professional guest relationship staff greeted upon checking in & out making it seamlessly smooth.
A generous size bedroom with a King size bed, well designed bathroom with rain shower makes one feel on vacation.
LVL 65 club lounge & LVL 70 Bar was a great place to chill with unbeatable views of the city.
Both the bedroom & bathroom were very clean with quality Pillows, towels and bathrobes.
Could be better to make it even better will be to provide more generous afternoon tea as compared to competitors.

The hotel's location is convenient, connected to a shopping mall, allowing direct access to Marina Square via an escalator from the hotel's passage. After reaching the mall, turn right and walk straight to the end to find a bridge to Suntec City. The lobby is beautiful, and the room is clean and spacious, though it doesn't have a bathtub. The night view is stunning; the photo was taken from the 7th floor. The swimming pool is 1.2 meters deep and the water quality is clean. There's a wide variety of breakfast options, and the food tastes good. This hotel is very popular, so elevator wait times can be a bit longer, and they tend to be crowded. Revisiting Singapore after ten years, I still chose to stay at the same hotel, letting my kids relive their 'embryonic' experience, haha!
The location is superb; major landmarks are within walking distance, and there are three subway lines right outside the door. Getting to a concert is a breeze – blue line to yellow line, and I was there in half an hour. The airport is also convenient, blue line to green line, about 45 minutes. It's close to Chinatown, with endless food options.
The hotel has been well-maintained over the past decade; the facilities are still quite new. The rooms are as eco-friendly and clean as ever, though after ten years, it does lack a bit of modern tech – no bidet, no smart home system. The main gimmick is the mechanical robotic arm at the self-service breakfast.
The room size is average, not particularly large. The window faces the Singapore Attorney-General's Chambers, with its twin towers of a similar architectural style. The infinity pool on the 5th floor was already picture-perfect ten years ago.
The service is good, very responsive to requests, and increasingly friendly towards Chinese tourists. However, it still falls short compared to Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong or Aranya in China. It's more business-oriented, with no special arrangements for families with children.
The Lime restaurant's buffet breakfast is quite average. It's really not worth paying an extra S$23 for children when you can get authentic Nanyang breakfast at Ya Kun or Toast Box nearby.
I must commend the amenities: a full set of Appelles essential oil skincare and haircare products – they smell and feel great. There's also Bacha drip coffee, TWG tea, and a capsule coffee machine.FromSGD 499

I chose this hotel because it's close to the stadium, as I was in Singapore for a concert. The room view was absolutely stunning, with iconic landmarks right outside my window. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of options. The room was clean, but for a two-night booking, they only changed the towels. They didn't restock the minibar or coffee, even though it was included in the room. No coffee, no minibar, no drinks replenished, despite being 'included in the room'. The morning reception staff didn't smile and lacked service-mindedness. They weren't very helpful. I stayed here because I had an early flight the next morning. The location is perfect, as I could do some last-minute shopping at Jewel and prepare for my departure. It felt like a significantly upgraded capsule hotel bed, though I've never actually stayed in a capsule hotel before.
However, the room was tiny. Once I opened my large suitcase, there was barely any space to move around. The shower only had a half-glass door, so if you took a vigorous shower, the floor near the toilet would get soaked. The water pressure was also incredibly weak. Shampoo and body wash were provided, but there was no conditioner.
There were two USB ports for phone charging, but neither of them worked. I managed to charge my phone using an adapter I brought from Japan, but it was slow charging due to the weak current. It took about 5 hours to fully charge. I had some time before hotel check-in, so I stopped by the Priority Pass lounge at Jewel to charge my phone, which was a much more comfortable experience. The showers there were also much more luxurious.
As soon as I entered the room, I found the pink lighting to be distasteful, like a love hotel. You could switch it off, but I couldn't relax at all in a pink room. The bed was plush and comfortable though, which was a plus.FromSGD 177

The doorman at the entrance, who was quite elderly, told me to push my luggage up the ramp myself instead of offering to help, even though I'm a woman. However, I saw him assist other foreign guests with their luggage multiple times, which made me wonder if I was overthinking it. The hotel is located at one end of Orchard Road, very close to the Botanic Gardens, which are within walking distance. While it's not very close to the MRT, there's a bus stop right outside. If you're coming from the airport, you can take a direct bus, though it takes a bit longer. The first Chinese staff member who assisted me spoke very standard Mandarin and was very easygoing. Many airline crew members stay at this hotel. The rooms are a bit small, and so are the beds. The hotel pool looks exactly like it does in the photos!FromSGD 220
