Breakfast in the Wild was a very fulfilling experience. You can see animals while having breakfast. You can take pictures up close with penguins, parrots, owls, lizards?, and orangutans. The children also enjoyed it very much. It was also great that it was cheaper than the official price.

The zoo itself is small, but there's plenty of greenery everywhere, so it's not too hot to walk around. There are paths and signs everywhere, and plenty of cafes. It's a great place. The night safari is fantastic; it takes place on a different route in the same zoo; these animals aren't accessible during the day. It was surprisingly crowded. First, we rode the little train; the line was quite long, but it moved quickly. Then we walked the trail. It felt very mysterious; the paths were dimly lit, and there were several secret entrances. I definitely recommend the night safari. The zoo itself is also nice, but small.

Singapore Zoo is quite large, with various feeding shows and performances. When booking, carefully check the show and feeding times to avoid having to walk back and forth. Most of the park has shelter, so it wasn't as hot as I expected; I think the layout is quite good. The Amazon River cruise in the River Safari was quite fun, but unfortunately, there weren't many animals to see—maybe they were all hiding because of the heat? Haha~ But visiting two parks in one day was really tiring… I suggest focusing on Singapore Zoo if it's your first time here.

The place is unique—the animals are shown at night, illuminated, like you're in Africa at night. But it feels weaker than the daytime zoo: many of the animals are repeated, and they're easier to see during the day. The main drawback was that we booked a late slot and had to wait about two hours to get in. Lifehacks: Get a ticket for the Night Safari for an early slot. I don't recommend specifically following the show: it might actually be an owl turning its head, or a tiger feeding where they just throw it a chicken leg. At the daytime zoo, allow time for the walking tour—that's where the most interesting part is. Bottom line: the daytime zoo is definitely one of the best in the world, vibrant and completely unlike the cages behind bars. Book the Night Safari as an add-on. Highly recommended!

The animals there are so unique. I have never seen most of the animals there in my life. My daughter's favorite was the Sea Otter while my son's was the Fennec Fox. The show there was also amazing. However, the line was too long for the tram, so we had to take the trails and it was already well past my daughter's bedtime. We got the lucky opportunity to see the tiger's dinner feeding time and it was phenomenal. My personal favorite was the porcupine, my curiosity of it is becoming stronger and stronger as I observe. I love this Night Safari and my family and I will be coming back really soon.

It's definitely worth taking children to visit. If you're mobile, I recommend walking around to experience the tranquility of the night and see the animals up close, just a board away. If you're not mobile, you can ride in a small truck.

Great experience for a family outing. The environment is lush and well maintained, with a nice rainforest atmosphere that makes it enjoyable to walk around. There are many animals to see and it’s quite educational, especially for kids. Overall experience was fun and engaging, and the layout is easy to navigate. Good value for money considering the attractions and time you can spend there. Would recommend for families looking for a nature-themed activity.

The room was decent, comparable to a mid-range hotel like Ji Hotel or Atour in China. For the price in Singapore, it was alright. The service, however, was just okay, not particularly warm. When I arrived, no one helped with my luggage from the car, and when I mentioned I was in a hurry to check out, the front desk staff was unhurried and quite perfunctory. Interestingly, they were exceptionally enthusiastic with English-speaking foreigners. Perhaps many Chinese tourists stay here at this price point, leading to a noticeable difference in service attitude. I wouldn't have stayed here if my wife and kids hadn't changed their plans and returned to China unexpectedly.

This hotel was the best one our family of three stayed at during our trip to Singapore. Since mid-July is my husband's and my wedding anniversary, I noted it on the booking. The hotel was incredibly thoughtful! Because of a typhoon, I only booked the night before. When we checked in, not only was the room decorated, but there were also cute drawings on the mirror and a lovely little card. When we returned to the hotel after exploring, there was even a row of mini cakes on the table! We were truly touched. Plus, there were many staff members who spoke Chinese and were willing to communicate in Chinese, unlike some of the later hotels where staff clearly understood Chinese but wouldn't use it. Their hotel is also very clean and beautiful! The pool is spotless and the gym has a great selection of equipment. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore!

My stay at Marina Bay Sands Singapore was absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend it! The hotel's location is excellent, directly connected to a mall, and within walking distance of famous attractions like Gardens by the Bay and Merlion Park, making getting around incredibly convenient. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were warm and professional, providing attentive service throughout, truly reflecting a five-star hotel experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern design and immaculate cleanliness. The bed was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully comfortable night's sleep. What truly impressed me most was the room's view – whether it was the city skyline or the Marina Bay night view, both were absolutely stunning. The hotel's infinity pool definitely lives up to its reputation; the views are unforgettable and it's an absolute must-visit spot when in Singapore. The breakfast spread was extensive, with a great variety of both Western and Asian options, all of which tasted delicious. Overall, everything from the environment and facilities to the service was impeccable. It was a very enjoyable and memorable stay. If I ever visit Singapore again, I will definitely choose this hotel, and I'll be recommending it to all my friends and family!

I was quite anxious before my trip, worried about bad service or a poor room. However, as soon as I entered the lobby, someone immediately came to help with my luggage without any differential treatment, which instantly put me at ease. I had booked two months in advance, and at check-in, the front desk even specifically mentioned the requests I made in my booking email and assigned the room accordingly – truly excellent! The room was very clean and spacious; even with two 26-inch suitcases open, there was still plenty of room. The bedding didn't feel damp or anything, and I slept very comfortably until morning. The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to several popular attractions nearby. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining options, and the metro and bus lines are also very convenient. I've already recommended it to friends, and if I visit Singapore again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

Singapore River Singapore|1.77km from city center
My stay at Studio M Hotel Singapore was a mixed experience that balanced comfort with a frustrating service encounter. On the positive side, the rooms are thoughtfully designed and stand out from typical city hotels. The loft-style layout gives a sense of space that feels both modern and functional, especially for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the overall aesthetic had a sleek, contemporary vibe that makes it appealing for both business and leisure travelers. The location is also a strong advantage. Situated along the Singapore River, it offers easy access to dining spots and is within reasonable distance of key areas like Clarke Quay. It’s convenient enough without being right in the middle of the noise, which I appreciated. However, the experience was let down by the lack of flexibility from the front desk staff. During check-in, I did not have my IC or passport on hand, and while I understand the need for verification, the handling of the situation felt unnecessarily rigid. There was little effort to explore alternative solutions or offer reassurance, which made the process more stressful than it needed to be. In a hospitality setting, a bit of understanding and problem-solving goes a long way, and this was noticeably lacking. That said, once past the check-in issue, the rest of the stay was relatively smooth. The facilities were decent, and housekeeping maintained a good standard throughout. Overall, Studio M delivers well on comfort, design, and location, but the service experience—particularly at the front desk—could benefit from a more guest-centric approach. It’s a great place to stay if everything goes according to plan, but if you run into any hiccups, be prepared for a by-the-book response rather than a flexible one.

Facilities: All essential amenities are provided, including disposable toiletries, towels, bath towels, a hairdryer, and even a mini-fridge and an iron (though I didn't use it). The second floor offers a private space with power outlets and a desk. It's compact but sufficient; a 20-inch suitcase can be laid out on the desk, and downstairs, two 24-inch suitcases can easily be opened simultaneously. The bathroom has drinkable tap water. Cleanliness: Very clean, no insects or anything of the sort. Environment: I'm really satisfied. The hallway is very quiet, and the soundproofing is excellent; you can't hear any noise during resting hours. The air conditioning is powerful. Service: The room includes complimentary snacks, tea bags, and coffee, but beverages are extra. Every morning when I left, I’d encounter the housekeeping staff, with whom I could communicate using simple English. The front desk service is great, and they offer free luggage storage. Security is also excellent; you need to use your room key card to access your designated floor. From 3 PM to 6 PM, there's complimentary ice cream. Although breakfast isn't included, there are breakfast spots on the first floor and downstairs at the hotel opposite the All Seasons building, as well as in the mall across from the Dhoby Ghaut MRT station. Transportation is also very convenient! The MRT and bus stops are incredibly close, and Dhoby Ghaut is an interchange for three MRT lines. Bus 36, which goes directly to the airport, is also nearby (just make sure you're going in the right direction). One more important thing! Fort Canning Park is nearby, and the famous 'tree tunnel' photo spot is right downstairs from the All Seasons building! It's very easy to find, so if you arrive early, you can go take your photos right away. All in all, my trip to Singapore was made even better because of this hotel.☺️

Right next to Wild Wild Wet, my kids, who weren't very enthusiastic at first, became super excited once they saw the facilities. Being able to get to the ocean quickly and encountering wildlife we don't usually see was also a plus. We had trouble because there was no tissue or drinking water (though you can buy it at the shop), and while there's nothing that can be done about it, I was surprised by how ants appeared out of nowhere. I don't think we left any ant-attracting food out, but perhaps something happened. Despite these minor issues, the location was excellent, and the room was clean. I think this is a great hotel for families with small children.

The room was quite clean, but even the one-meter bed was a bit small and not suitable for two people. Luckily, there was a sofa for the younger child to sleep on; otherwise, two people sharing one bed would have been quite uncomfortable. The hotel's location is good, close to both the subway and bus stops. Overall, it was also quite clean, though it was a bit disappointing that no complimentary bottled water was provided. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, but thankfully, odors dissipated quickly. For a hotel in this price range, it was pretty decent! One major advantage is that there's a large shopping mall right within the hotel. The supermarket on the lowest floor was the best; I only discovered it on my last day after staying for three nights, which was a shame.

This is an older hotel with basic facilities. It's comparable to a 3-star hotel in China, and the breakfast is about what you'd expect from a 3-4 star hotel there. Of course, the price is also around 300, but in Singapore dollars. If you're not traveling with family, you'd find much better standard room options and accommodations for the same price. Our family of four stayed here specifically for the two large beds. The hotel's location isn't far from the MRT station. Haji Lane and BOSS HOTEL (the starting point for the Legoland shuttle) are all within walking distance, and there are many bus routes nearby, making transportation very convenient. There are plenty of food and drink options downstairs, and there's an Indian minimart across the street from the hotel that's much cheaper than the 7-Eleven down the block. I misplaced something and when I called, they immediately knew which room I was in and what I had lost, which shows excellent coordination between the front desk and housekeeping. Thumbs up for that!

The hotel's location is excellent. The bus stop is a short walk to the left, and the metro station is a short walk to the right, both just a few minutes away. The staff are very helpful and friendly, answering all our questions in detail and clearly. We were able to store our luggage for free after check-out, which was great as we checked out at noon and didn't pick it up until 10 PM. Getting to the airport by metro is also very convenient. As for the room, you get what you pay for. At this price point, it's one of the cheapest options in this area. The rooms are quite small; two people have to squeeze past each other to move around. However, it's a case of 'small but perfectly formed' – it has everything you need. The hotel had a high occupancy rate, so if you arrived early, you could register your information at the front desk, go out for a stroll, and then come back for your room key.

The front desk didn't have any Chinese-speaking staff, but their English was quite standard. The room size was spacious and not cramped. A minor inconvenience was the lack of outlets next to the bedside tables; instead, they were on the side without one. I tried the pool, and the only downside is that you might feel like an animal in a zoo, observed by people in the surrounding high-rise buildings. Breakfast had very limited options and wasn't tasty, which was a definite negative. However, overall, the good outweighs the bad. To summarize, the room size is good, the location is convenient, the service is fine, and the facilities are decent.

Facilities: Comprehensive, with a pool and a gym. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Environment: Small yet exquisite, its greatest asset being cleanliness and neatness. Service: Excellent! I emailed the hotel with a request, and they met it perfectly! Very satisfied. Convenient for getting around. It seems coffee at the hotel might be chargeable; you can inquire at the front desk for details. The hotel requires a deposit. I recommend exchanging more Singapore dollars, just in case.

The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the MRT station. It was super convenient to get to places like Marina Bay, Fort Canning, and Chinatown by subway. Haji Lane is right across from the hotel, with tons of food and shops. Suntec City mall, which has Song Fa Bak Kut Teh, is also an easy 15-minute walk away. The hotel breakfast was quite generous, and the staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Amazing! The staff were fabulous especially Vita and Sara, the cleanliness top notch and the buffet breakfast and dinner brilliant! They couldn’t do enough for you, if you needed anything you just had to ask, everyone was so friendly, it really made our stay in Singapore wonderful, we’d definitely like to return, not only to Singapore but the hotel too. The bonus was the pool and the food options by the pool, again, the staff there were great. And the views from our rooms were fantastic, I’d booked for my parents also and they saw the light show from the accross the bay, one evening.

Marina Bay Singapore|1.49km from city center
First off, the location is excellent; it's right by the subway exit, which is super convenient. The Marina Bay night view is also stunning. However, there are no fireworks, no fireworks, no fireworks! What online sources say about seeing fireworks is inaccurate; you can't see them at all. On the night I stayed, it was a National Day fireworks rehearsal, and all I could hear were the sounds, but I couldn't see anything. Regarding hotel service, they claim to have Chinese-speaking staff, but it's very difficult to find them. Most don't speak Chinese and won't help you find someone who does. It's basically a situation where they speak a lot, and I don't understand, and what I say they don't quite get either. Aside from completing the check-in, I didn't really grasp a lot of what they said. However, perhaps because my registration included my son and daughter, when we entered the room, we found they had already thoughtfully added an extra bed for free, which made sleeping quite comfortable and was a great touch.

Marina Bay Singapore|1.61km from city center
The hotel's location is convenient, connected to a shopping mall, allowing direct access to Marina Square via an escalator from the hotel's passage. After reaching the mall, turn right and walk straight to the end to find a bridge to Suntec City. The lobby is beautiful, and the room is clean and spacious, though it doesn't have a bathtub. The night view is stunning; the photo was taken from the 7th floor. The swimming pool is 1.2 meters deep and the water quality is clean. There's a wide variety of breakfast options, and the food tastes good. This hotel is very popular, so elevator wait times can be a bit longer, and they tend to be crowded. Overall, the check-in experience was satisfactory.

Staying at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering for this trip to Singapore far exceeded my expectations! The building, like an urban oasis, is incredibly distinctive with lush greenery all around, offering a sense of tranquility amidst the bustling city. The location is superb, within walking distance to Chinatown and Clarke Quay, and incredibly convenient for subway travel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained; the rooftop infinity pool had an amazing vibe. All staff members were polite, thoughtful, and promptly responsive. The food was exquisite and delicious. Whether for leisure sightseeing or urban exploration, this is an incredibly worthwhile hotel choice in Singapore. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Singapore. Highly recommended!

The room was nice and the surrounding area was very quiet! I stayed for several days, and on some of those days, my neighbors were Indian or Malaysian families with kids who made a lot of noise late into the night and started up again very early in the morning. However, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the room design was sensible, making it look very tidy. Overall, it was a good check-in experience, though the check-out time of 12 PM was strictly enforced!

Thanks to the kind staff who helped us take photos, booked a Grab for us, and shared information about nearby food streets and local snacks. We look forward to staying here again. The only surprise was the lack of hot water when everyone showered at night.

I stayed here because I had an early flight the next morning. The location is perfect, as I could do some last-minute shopping at Jewel and prepare for my departure. It felt like a significantly upgraded capsule hotel bed, though I've never actually stayed in a capsule hotel before. However, the room was tiny. Once I opened my large suitcase, there was barely any space to move around. The shower only had a half-glass door, so if you took a vigorous shower, the floor near the toilet would get soaked. The water pressure was also incredibly weak. Shampoo and body wash were provided, but there was no conditioner. There were two USB ports for phone charging, but neither of them worked. I managed to charge my phone using an adapter I brought from Japan, but it was slow charging due to the weak current. It took about 5 hours to fully charge. I had some time before hotel check-in, so I stopped by the Priority Pass lounge at Jewel to charge my phone, which was a much more comfortable experience. The showers there were also much more luxurious. As soon as I entered the room, I found the pink lighting to be distasteful, like a love hotel. You could switch it off, but I couldn't relax at all in a pink room. The bed was plush and comfortable though, which was a plus.

Orchard Road Singapore|3.93km from city center
This hotel in Singapore sees a lot of foot traffic. The doorman at the entrance, who was quite elderly, told me to push my luggage up the ramp myself instead of offering to help, even though I'm a woman. However, I saw him assist other foreign guests with their luggage multiple times, which made me wonder if I was overthinking it. The hotel is located at one end of Orchard Road, very close to the Botanic Gardens, which are within walking distance. While it's not very close to the MRT, there's a bus stop right outside. If you're coming from the airport, you can take a direct bus, though it takes a bit longer. The first Chinese staff member who assisted me spoke very standard Mandarin and was very easygoing. Many airline crew members stay at this hotel. The rooms are a bit small, and so are the beds. The hotel pool looks exactly like it does in the photos!

Had a pleasant one-night stay at M Social. The hotel has a very unique, trendy design that feels modern and fresh. The room was cozy, well-designed, and clean. It’s located in a great spot with easy access to nearby dining and attractions. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were friendly. A great choice if you’re looking for a stylish and comfortable stay in the city!
