Had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Great location and good facilities too.

Location is good near Fort Canning MRT Station it's just 5 minutes walking. From our room we can see the beautiful bridge in the night. No bottle of mineral water, just use tap water in bathroom. Seven Eleven also 5 minutes walking. Sadly there's no bidet. The hotel interior reminds me of APA hotel in Kabukicho Tower 🤓

Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and have everything you need. The swimming pool is decent too. Cleanliness: Overall very good. Service: The front desk staff speaks Chinese and is very enthusiastic.

The toilet door is 2 in 1 and the door won’t cover the toilet smells. If close the door for showers. There no door to cover the toilet. 😭😭 the room sound proof very poor. The bed and pillow looks unclean. Pillow were too thin can’t support my head. The pools is just kids pools that is very small. Aircon control is malfunctioning as temperature cannot control. There’s no water provided. Ask me drink tap water, he say is clean enough to drink. Well I don’t want to risk my health for it. The hotel location doesn’t have affordable convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Need at least walk 20 mins to other places nearby.

The location is good, very clean and a really nice hotel. But the shower at 816 was a bit broken, I think you need to repair it. Amenities are so limited, glad that I bring my own amenities. There's no bidet spray on the toilet, if you really don't want to add it, you can change the type of the toilet because you have so many international visitors. But overall okay, won't complain too much for that price ❤️

Since we drove there, they offered us to other hotel in Sentosa beach. At Robertson the location is great a few minutes walk to mrt.
