I was checkin this hotel for few days then my second night I get call from the reception the old lady told me to checkout the hotel since my friend accidentally forgot to register as visitor. She not even ask to register but suddenly say ask us to checkout and we still left another 2 night to stay there. So disaster. I won’t stay at this hotel anymore. The old lady was so rude with her old face

Nice place to stay. Walking distance to MRT. Good view.Nuce room. Staff was actually friendly but lacked a bit of flexibility . The room also provided 1 toothbrush instead of 2. .

Very pleased with the hotel. The staff at the hotel are super friendly and nice and the room is very clean and spacious. Highly recommended! Will want to stay here again next time.

Very good value in a city where accommodation is expensive. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything. Room is very clean and serviced everyday. Pool is beautiful. Would highly recommend

The location is good and there is a nice river and city view from the hotel room windows. However, the housekeeping trolley and big plastic basket are blocking the fire exits, and this is not comply with health and safety. The hotel corridors and rooms are small although this reflects on the price you paid but it would be nicer if they can organise better with health and safety of all the guests. Outdoor gym area is too small and equipments are not well maintained.
