So today is Singapore International day I am here at hotel ORA. I came here many times and today I met Rinny from concierge. She was very care person gave me warm welcome drink and did the best service to welcome us to seat at the lobby side. Such a wonderful moment together and the hotel ORA is beautiful the decoration is modern. Thank you Rinny to make my day full of happiness.

It is especially suitable for parents and children. There is a balcony outside to hang clothes. There is a place to eat and shop downstairs. The disadvantage is that the ground is not very clean

Check in time was too long, housekeeping staff are either short staffed or slow to work as on our second day, they only reached our room at almost 3pm in the afternoon. But other than that, location is great 5 Min walk to imbiah station, and the room is big and clean. There was a gym and a small pool as well

Their IPTV had problems during the stay… was told the bed was king size but somehow given queen size. Was annoyed but my 4 YO daughter was already roaring to go the pool, didn’t want to make switch to affect her stay for her birthday The pool however was the highlight. Very good for young kids, the sand pool has gradual depth increase and has regular depth pool for proper swimming.

I am impressed with Far East's business plan to brand Oasia Sentosa resort as a place for people to refresh, restore and relax. Guests can join the programmes at the resort such as aqua zumba, morning qigong, evening yoga and workshops. The hotel lobby has a nice scent and the signature massage at Oasia Spa make my tensed muscle relax. The close proximity to Palawan beach and Imbiah Station makes it convenient to explore the island. I would come back for another spa & stay.

Would give it a 5star if there are amenities for the kids. The checkin was a breeze. Thanks for the special birthday deco for my kid birthday! The kids love it to the max. It will be nice to have kids shower amenities and room slippers as a family hotel. We still prefer bottle water over filtered water from the tap. The family room is small but clean and enough for our short vacation. Thanks for providing a nice room with the pool view. There is vending machine at every level lobby and every 30mins shutter bus is very convenient for us to go to visit vivocity. Would be good if they can have a indoor playground area where kids have some place to enjoy themselves during wet weather condition.

Beautiful place, close to the beach, great swimming pool and love the nature sounds. However, it is very clear the hotel is aged, the bed comforter looks very old (cotton inside is brownish, noticed in the morning of the next day under sunlight), edges of bathroom has a little moss. Even the 'waiting taxi' sign at the front has spider webs. Breakfast was mediocre compared to other resort, not many options (at least for me). The staff was friendly and the during check in there were free cookies and coffee available. Great location - nearby to the beach. Nevertheless, still enjoyed the stay.

Exceptional service, attractively landscaped, but lacks amenities. Location sucks depends on what you're after. Ideally for adults who want remoteness and away from crowds and gamblers. Not recommended for families with children. There is nothing here but a miserable pool, not the pretty pool with the island, that is misrepresented and for Villa guests only. The gym has modern equipment but only for 18+y, we were not told this but learned the hard way when we were thrown out together with 2 other families by the gym manager. My children are teens and used to gyms and other hotels don't have such restrictions. There was no sign stating age limit. In fact the receptionists and concierge highly recommended it! If you're planning a stay in Sentosa, you may want to postpone your vacation till after 2024 to get the best experience as much of the island is under construction and some places of interest are closed. Many hotels on the island are surrounded by large construction projects and I've heard that it is very noisy in the night. RWS management sucks as a whole. With their ♻️ theme, most food vendors do not provide carrier bags and pack their food in cheap thin cardboard boxes that soak sauces if you don't make it home in time. Our food soaked through and spilled everywhere! I don't know why management doesn't consider corn or bamboo fiber carrier bags which are waterproof and compostable. Next, instead of renovating 1 walkway at a time so that guests can return to hotel on foot, the management decided to close half the mall and the entire former walkway for reconstruction making it impossible to walk to your hotel but take the internal shuttle bus. It is free but you'll have to wait for it and it has a small capacity. It's possible to walk from the entrance to Sentosa to Hard Rock Hotel's secret back door but you'll have to make your way there in pitch darkness after dusk, no lit street lamps along the way. Hotel Equarius service is exceptional, I'll say it again. Pamela, Stef and LiuFeng were the most impressive and ensured my stay would be pleasant. I don't see this level of service at Hard Rock at all, a total 180° opposite! Speaking of Hard Rock, the breakfast included in your Hotel Equarius gives you a choice to either dine at Tangerine its own cafe or at Hard Rock and I'll highly recommend the latter for its wider variety buffet which changes daily. The Deluxe Garden room was clean, spacious and had a large bath tub. It even had a TV in the bathroom! The patio deck was clean but located too close to Adventure Cove. In the daytime, the screams from people in the park would fill the air very audibly. I don't recommend in-room catering as the menu is very limited and overpriced. S$50 for a burger? That's daylight robbery! It says there are 3 restaurants here and that is true but 1 is for breakfast which closes at noon, 1 is for adults only, and 1 is an overpriced seafood Chinese diner. I wouldn't return here. If we ever want to revisit Sentosa, we will stay again at the Oasia Hotel right by Imbiah Station. Much cheaper and with full amenities incl Spa and sauna. We have stayed there before. A suite is 3x bigger and half the rate!

Talk about a paradiso escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, the Beach Villas are the perfect exemplar of it. Nestled away from the main centre of RWS near the Equarius complex, the Beach Villas enjoys its own check-in counter that takes you to your villa on an inhouse buggy service. Once you arrive at your villa, be awed by the cavernous interior and exquisite touches in the form of luxurious amenities and free minibar. Magic then really happens when you open up the doors to the patio, where you could literally walk into the pool a la Maldives. I believe no other place in Singapore serves such a sumptuous experience. Well worth the money paid.

The decoration is very old and has some smell. You need to let the smell go in every day; the hygiene is quite clean; the sound of the air conditioner is a window machine, and the sound is relatively loud: the quilt is a layer of cloth, and there is a separate thin blanket; the location is in a pedestrian street, taxi It’s not very convenient. Many drivers don’t know it. There are subways and buses nearby. In general, the traffic is convenient; there are shopping places such as bugis around; the service is good; breakfast is relatively simple, and there is a Yabo Center nearby that is good for eating; Sim Lim Square nearby It is said that the water is deep, so please be cautious when shopping; there are no dental appliances, there are fewer charging ports, and no water is provided.

Stayed at the end of Nov/early Dec 2022 for 6 nights Pros: -building is very instagrammable, they even have photo icons on the ground to guide you where to stand to take photos. -check in process was easy and smooth -they have coffee machine at lobby area and lots of places to sit and lounge -swimming pool on lvl 2 with towels you can grab yourself there. -there is a shared communal kitchen with microwave/dishwasher and fridge but you have to label the products you buy yourself or else if the product is expired or doesn't have a label they chuck it away. -rooftop area on lvl 8 where you can get a view of the surrounding areas. -overall lots of outdoor spaces to sit. -there are areas to bbq if you want but you need to hire it like those portable bbqs -on lvl 1 in a different building but connected there is laundry that costs $6 for 15kg wash that cycles for 30 minutes and the dryer cost $6 as well for 1 hour dry cycle. -room itself is 13sqm but it doesn't feel that small as it looks on paper i think in part due to the very high ceilings above the bed so you don't feel so cramped and gives that sense of space. pretty clever designed room. -room feels new, i mean it did only open in April 2022. -bed and pillow are fairly comfortable not too bad. Initially it feels comfortable but over the days it was okay only and the bed was ok kind of like stiff foam that has some give but a little firm. There is space underneath the bed to store luggage. -plugs on either side of bed as well as usb slots. -water kettle is provided in the room as well as cutlery in the room. -fridge is shared and located outside in each corridor. -there is a desk with plug and ethernet port. -there is also a tv with only local channels. -sink is outside the bathroom area on the wall but it does have liquid hand soap and a big round mirror with good lighting. -jug is provided and you can refill it yourself outside your corridor. each level has a water dispenser refill station which provides clean filtered distilled water in both hot and cold temperatures. There is also a shared microwave and paper towels in each level of the building. -lots of nooks and crannies in the room for example next to the door you can put things on a small recessed wall shelf and there is another cupboard you can put shoes or sandals etc. -hairdryer is provided. -toilet and shower are glass separated -they provide 2 toilet papers and 2 hand towels and 2 body towels. -shower is amazing, rain and hand held shower head with plenty of strong hot water pressure and hot water that lasts. -collapsable laundry basket is provided in the room. -electronic curtain shade on the windows and the windows are big round ship-like glass. -hanger coats that you can hang your clothes and towels are provided in the room. -there is also a reading lamp and racks above the desk to put stuff which was nice. -tissue box is provided. -mrt entrance is directly across the road from the hotel. -wifi spee

I stayed here in early December 2022 for a few nights. In general, this hostel is very conveniently located. It is only 4-minute walk from the Downtown Line MRT station. It is the same station that has the closest ATMs. The hostel requires you to pay your balance using cash. If you want to pay by card, there is an additional 3% charge and you'd have to walk to their sister hostel to use their card machine. The sister site is on another street but they claim it's just a 5-minute walk. Also, if you want to print anything or use a microwave, you'd have to walk across the street to the Chic Hostel to do so since this one doesn't have it. There is a fridge but no microwave. The good thing is that they do your laundry, within the same day if you tell them to, for $12. The dorms on the 4th floor did not have a lock on the door so it didn't feel secure from anyone else who may decide to wonder up there. They did have a key card for the individual lockers though. There's only one outlet by your bed so I'd recommend getting an adapter with multiple USB ports or something. The 4th and 3rd floors share a 2-stall shower and toilet combo which was a tight squeeze and a bit moldy, which probably cannot be helped with such humid climates. Only bodywash was available in the showers. Each toilet come with its own handheld bidet. I just wished that the restrooms had paper towels to dry your hands. I did like that each bed had its own TV with Netflix and headphones (even though I never used it). The A/C runs all night which is great. I also liked that eac bed has their owne privacy curtains as well as their own drying rack and clothes hangers.

New hotel, minimal but perfect, both location near potato head, Maxwell food center, Mrt Mexwell&China town, Buddha Tooth Relic Temple. Inside the room is quite narrow. But it was well allocated, cool air conditioning, soft pillows, complete with shower cream, shampoo, toothbrush, dryer, refrigerator, safe, very strong water, and the bathroom has a bidet hose as well. The 1st floor has a pantry and free hot and cold water. Give 10/10

Located right next to a bus stop and a 5-minute walk from a MRT station, this budget hotel screams value. Two restaurants right at the ground floor of the premises and a very famous Indian restaurant (A2B) within 3 minutes walk away, good food is very close by. Mustafa centra is a 5-minute walk. A no-frills, impeccably clean hotel in a great location - excellent value for money. We stayed there for 9 nights and every morning the cleaning team was prompt to leave our room blushing clean. My request for extra towels were immediately taken care of and seen through all 9 days. 24-hour hot water and air-conditioning were top-notch. Special shout-out to Ms Pam and Richard at the front desk who gave us wonderful tips about their country and made us feel right at home. The room cleaning persons (sorry, I missed taking their names) did a fabulous job every single day! I was travelling with 2 young kids and had requested a room on a higher floor with a double bed. They were able to accommodate me on their 7th floor (not noisy at night) but could provide me with only twin beds. This was a minor blip in the otherwise exceptional service provided my the hotel. Rooms near the lift tend to be a bit noisy throughout the day. Room # 710 was great - 7th floor and far from the lift. I'd recommend this place again to anyone looking for a no-frills budget hotel in a great location.

Not my first time staying in this hotel in Steven Road. They have bus transfer to orchard road and mrt station so good for those who dont drive. It has a classy reception area with crystal hanging from the ceiling. This time round not sure if they have change to another lobby scent. Personally i do not like it… one had to wait for awhile to check in as there were many guests. Room is clean and all the room amenities are available. Maybe Accor could look into changing the towels as some are fraying off. Notice that this time round the lifts are very stuffy and it s seem to have no fan blowing in it. My second time having breakfast in Food exchange but this time is huge disappointment. The varieties has been reduced slightly. The section for porridge , dimsum… the stove is not really working. Hence the food is not hot. Compared to first time round, i dont think i will want to spend my money here.

Arrive in Singapore late at night. I was at an age when it was difficult to stay at the airport, so I chose to lie down, but this was quite comfortable. A taxi from the airport costs $33 (including late night charges). The late-night reception was unmanned, but the self-check-in system worked well, and although it was a small space that looked like a closet, the women's 6-person room was so quiet that I thought no one was there, and the mattress and sheets were surprisingly good. It's high and I had a good night's sleep (although in the morning some people started unpacking their suitcases and there was nowhere to step) Showers and toilets are clean, but be aware that the floors can get wet. Also, perhaps because of the corona crisis, there is no breakfast service as mentioned in previous reviews.

Stayed in this hotel for few nights due to its good location. The room is not too soundproofed as you can hear guests from other rooms too. The room tho is quite spacious and we enjoyed movie nights because smart tv is available. Didn't expect bathroom doors are like cabinet 2 door type on which I don't know how to feel about it. Shower is faulty as it doesn't stay on the temperature we set and tub is draining continuously even when the drain is properly closed. Housekeeping is very good as they really clean the room tidily. Breakfast has very limited offer but good -- service is great!

We booked for 2 nights in this hostel and already paid. After a delay we arrived to this hostel from The airport at 2h05 am. We didnt know the reception closes at 2 am. It's 6h30 am and we are still waiting in the street in front of the hostel. We tried everything but impossible to contact the owner, no inscription for us on the door, no mail with a password to enter, no call to care about their guests. Apparently those People just went to sleep even if their guests were on the road to their hostel and let them sleep in the street. We gonna remember this night forever and those missed holidays thanks to them. We gonna be need fews days to rest after this sleepless night spent in the street. How is it possible ? Just run away this place.

did not expect much from this small guest house, with low rate. however it would be better if the furnitures and walls are well maintained and have servicing. the walls are dirty, the doors does not have double lock for safety, the aircon in the room i stayed at top level is noisy and old. service at the front office is average, not very interactive. the toothbrush kit provided has expired toothpaste. no fridge, no tv. if you are here in singapore to enjoy, this place is not really recommended until all of the above mentioned are improved, it feels like youre living in an old room. if youre just looking for a room and not expecting much, just to stay and sleep, sure this should be fine.

The facilities are relatively rudimentary and cannot have the expectations of a big hotel. Hygiene is twice a week, if you can maintain it yourself, you can. There is a very simple kitchenette with complete utensils. But without a range hood, cooking is not ideal. There is a small window in the bathroom, but it cannot be ventilated, so it still smells sometimes. Short-term stay is completely OK. The boss is very nice, responsive, and upgrade the room for us. This is a very cost-effective place on Orchard Road.

And I stay there frequently at cheap (for Singapore) places. Location is convenient for everything really with lots of economical eating places nearby. Rooms are much larger than average for the price and relatively well equipped including a fridge and wifi that works pretty well. Rooms are nothing fancy. They never are at this price, but they are quiet and comfortable. Last time there, I arrived at the hotel at 9am from an overnight flight. I really didn't expect to be able to check in at that time, but I was - unlike another hotel along Dunlop Street, who were not at all helpful on my arrival later than that. If anyone can do better in Singapore for the price, please say so. I can't. Strongly recommended.

Location is quite a distance from Orchard MRT, so take a Grab here if possible! That said, the room was pretty nice, and the outdoor shower was pretty unique. Breakfast comes in a voucher that you can redeem at the nearby cafe, it was a light breakfast though.

Location is great, close to public transport. Friendly staff, allowed us early check-in and late check-out. Room is a bit small and you could hear the sounds from corridor/neighbors. Otherwise all good. I will definitely consider to book again.

excellent. The price is quite good for Singapore. The lady at the front desk showed me the room and explained it very carefully. Tell me where the hair dryer is and where the iron is. The beds are soft and the facilities are complete. There are also refrigerators, pots, cups, tableware, etc. The location is also very good, especially quiet, there are supermarkets, Chinese restaurants nearby, and the subway is very close, and it takes 10 minutes to walk. In short, I like it!

First thing to note is that this hotel has two wings. Heritage and Main Tower. The heritage wing is located amongst a row of shophouses and retains the style of a hundred years ago. Very different experience as compared to cookie cutter normal rooms. Positives: - large 38 square metre room - Lovely lovely room design - Comfortable bed and choice of pillow menu - TV has Chromecast (media hub as well) - double vanity sinks - superb water pressure Negatives - no bedside usb charging (there are usb charging ports by the work desk) - manual curtains and blinds - no heated toilet bowl nor bidet - fixed shower hose position is a little bothersome
