Fraser Residence River Promenade, Singapore

This was my second stay at this wonderfully unique hotel apartment. The lounge has a really cozy atmosphere, and I was especially touched by Mr. Koh's energetic, warm, and friendly attention to every guest. He's incredibly dedicated and professional, and you can tell his team works together seamlessly, making the lounge feel like a warm, extended family.

The room was great, had everything I needed, and even came with a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a nice surprise! Breakfast and afternoon tea were free; while the variety wasn't huge, it was enough to fill you up. The 24-hour coffee and beverage service in the spacious, cozy lounge on the first floor was a definite plus. Located right next to the Singapore River Garden, staying at this hotel apartment was an excellent choice.

The environment here is lovely, right next to the Singapore River and a park, so you can see otters every day. My stay was fantastic; the location is super convenient with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was spotless, meticulously clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept like a baby. The soundproofing was also good. The staff were warm and polite, making check-in and check-out quick and efficient. The service was thoughtful and comprehensive, and the facilities were well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. I genuinely recommend it!

I stayed for half a month and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel is conveniently located between two MRT stations, Havelock and Great World, both about a seven to eight-minute walk away. Great World mall has many restaurants and a large supermarket, which was very convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars along the Singapore River, perfect for experiencing the tropical atmosphere. The hotel provides breakfast and afternoon tea; while not extensive, it's sufficient to fill you up. The room also has a washer-dryer combo, which is ideal for families on a short-term rental.
